优选地,所述吸盘系统包括设有内腔的吸盘,吸盘底部设有开口且可覆盖于皮肤表面,吸盘顶端设有顶部出口管与内腔通连,顶部出口管中心孔内设有中心进口管和中心出口管,中心进口管顶端与消毒系统连接且底端延伸至内腔中,中心出口管顶端与循环系统连接且底端延伸至内腔中,吸盘底端设有软质接触垫可接触并吸附于组织或器官表面。
优选地,所述消毒系统包括消毒液罐和/或消毒液制备装置,消毒系统与所述侧部进口管相连;所述抽真空系统为真空泵;与所述侧部出口管相连的 所述循环系统为水流驱动循环装置,所述真空泵产生的工作压力大于1bar且小于35Mbar,所述吸盘外形呈半球状、喇叭状或葫芦状的任意一种,所述消毒液为臭氧水、碘伏、碘酊、醇类消毒剂、氯已定制剂、三氯散制剂、季铵盐类制剂的任意一种。
本发明还提出一种所述消毒装置的消毒方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:使用消毒液对所述吸盘底部开口边缘表面消毒,并将所述吸盘底部开口边缘盖合于患处外周;
S2:通过所述抽真空系统对所述吸盘内腔抽真空,抽真空后使所述吸盘内腔保持真空锁闭密封,所述消毒系统向吸盘内输送消毒液,消毒过程中,所述循环系统将所述吸盘内腔的消毒液回收并经所述消毒系统过滤再输送至所述吸盘内腔内;
S3:消毒完毕后,残留于所述吸盘内腔的消毒液经所述侧部出口管全部抽出;
S4:所述抽真空系统解除真空封闭密封,所述吸盘与患处皮肤表面分离。
本发明还提出所述消毒装置的应用,消毒装置的所述吸盘可应用于患处皮肤清洁消毒、人体器官、组织的表面消毒护理。
本发明技术方案相对现有技术具有以下优点:
本发明技术方案通过在吸盘内部设置用于容纳消毒液以及对患处表面吸附的内腔,配合抽真空系统使内腔产生一定真空以对患处可靠地吸附防止吸盘脱落,再通过消毒系统提供消毒液进入空腔内并对患处消毒,消毒后再通过循环系统将残留消毒液抽出排外,或经循环系统回收再利用,因此本发明技术方案能够对患处可靠且精准清洁消毒,防止使用过多消毒液而到处滴流现象或者过少消毒液而使清洁消毒达不到要求。
另外,本发明技术方案将吸盘底部的开口边缘设置为圆弧过渡能够提高吸盘对患处吸附的舒适性,或在吸盘底部的开口边缘设置可折叠的密封套进而提高密封性能以及对患处吸附的舒适性。
本发明技术方案的吸盘可选用不同规格尺寸或者使用类型消毒液以对身体不同部位或人体局部或大面积的皮肤进行不同程度的清洗消毒,并且使清洁消毒过程更具适应性、方便快捷且效果显著。本发明技术方案在使用方便时不会产生二次感染,这样使得清洁消毒过程高效且安全卫生,还可通过调 整抽真空系统的工作压力实现拔罐治疗效果,这样既可以对皮肤表面消毒清洗、去除皮肤毛孔和皮肤组织内污垢,又可达到袪风拔毒和驱寒除湿等效果。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

本发明提出一种消毒装置和消毒方法。
请参见图1,在本发明实施例的消毒装置,包括吸附于人体表面的吸盘系统、使吸盘系统内腔产生真空状态的抽真空系统、产生消毒液并输送至吸盘系统内腔的消毒系统、循环回收再利用消毒液的循环系统以及控制系统,其中吸盘系统通过管道分别与抽真空系统、消毒系统以及循环系统相连,循环系统通过管道与消毒系统通连,控制系统分别与抽真空系统、消毒系统以及循环系统电连接,消毒系统的消毒液供向吸盘系统内并于消毒后排出或再由循环系统回收至消毒系统内再次循环消毒。
本发明还提出一种使用消毒装置的消毒方法,包括以下步骤:
首先使用消毒液对吸盘底部开口边缘表面消毒,并将吸盘底部开口边缘盖合于患处外周;然后通过抽真空系统对吸盘内腔抽真空,抽真空后使吸盘内腔保持真空锁闭密封,消毒系统向吸盘内输送消毒液,消毒过程中,循环系统将吸盘内腔的消毒液回收并经消毒系统过滤再输送至吸盘内腔内;然后当消毒完毕后,残留于吸盘内腔的消毒液经侧部出口管全部抽出;最终抽真空系统解除真空封闭密封,吸盘与患处皮肤表面分离。
本发明的消毒装置的吸盘可应用于患处皮肤清洁消毒、人体器官、组织的表面消毒护理等应用中。
实施例1
请参见图2,具体地,本实施例的用于吸附于人体表面的吸盘系统包括设 有内腔的吸盘1,吸盘1底部设有开口且可覆盖于皮肤表面,吸盘1顶端设有顶部出口管2与内腔通连,吸盘1侧部还设有侧部进口管3和侧部出口管4与内腔通连。优选地,本实施例的消毒系统包括消毒液罐和/或消毒液制备装置,消毒系统与侧部进口管3相连;抽真空系统为真空泵,优选地真空泵产生的工作压力大于1bar且小于35Mbar,这样使得吸盘1对皮肤表面吸附作用不容易发生脱落且不容易造成皮下出血,与侧部出口管4相连的循环系统为水流驱动循环装置。
另外本实施例的侧部进口管3的出口端高于侧部出口管4的进口端,并且侧部进口管3向吸盘1内倾斜设置,侧部出口管4呈水平设置且侧部出口管4的进口端与吸盘1底部平齐。本实施例的侧部进口管4的出口端高于侧部出口管4的进口端,使消毒液不容易从侧部进口管3发生倒流,并且倾斜设置的侧部进口管3使得液态消毒液能够顺利地进入至吸盘1内,而通过将侧部出口管4设置为水平设置且侧部出口管4的进口端与吸盘1底部平齐,使残留的消毒液能够快速地排出至吸盘1外,而不会有过多消毒液残留。
另外,本实施例顶部出口管2的进口端设置于吸盘1的空腔顶端位置,这样吸盘1内空腔可容纳尽量多的消毒液以对患处充分清洁消毒,并且侧部进口管3的中心轴线和侧部出口管4的中心轴线处于同一个平面,这样侧部进口管3的出口端与侧部出口管4的进口端之间距离设置为最长,消毒液流经患处表面时间更长且清洁消毒得更加彻底。
优选地,本实施例的吸盘1外形可呈半球状或喇叭状或葫芦状,消毒液为臭氧水、碘伏、碘酊、醇类消毒剂、氯已定制剂、三氯散制剂、季铵盐类制剂的任意一种或多种。
本实施例消毒装置在使用过程中,首先使用消毒液将吸盘1的底部开口边缘5底面进行清洁消毒,然后将吸盘1底部覆盖于患者的患处外周,再通过抽真空系统的真空泵对患处与吸盘1之间的空间进行抽真空,使该空间的气压低于大气压,这样吸盘1内腔可对患处表面产生吸附力以防止消毒过程的吸盘1与患处皮肤发生松脱而影响消毒效果。另外本实施例的吸盘1底部开口边缘5为向外倾斜的圆弧面,这样当吸盘1吸附于患处表面时,皮肤表面容易向吸盘1内腔凸出,圆弧面的开口边缘5不仅能够使吸盘1与患处密封性更好,并且能够使皮肤与吸盘1以平滑过渡而避免吸力过大而造成患处 皮下出血。
本实施例的消毒液以臭氧水为例,在通入消毒液之前,需要将抽真空系统的抽真空功能关闭以防止消毒液被抽走,然后通过消毒系统的臭氧水发生装置电解产生臭氧水,再经过侧部进水管3向吸盘1内腔输入臭氧水对患处清洁消毒,而医护人员可根据患处的不同面积而分别选用不同规格型号的吸盘1,因此吸盘1与各种管道之间相连以可拆卸方式进行相连,并且可根据待需要清洁消毒患处面积而分别对应选用不同量的消毒液,在使用消毒液消毒后,通过循环系统将残留于吸盘1内的消毒液吸取回收,这样使患处表面不会残留过多消毒液。另外,本实施例的吸盘1选用不同规格尺寸或者使用不同类型消毒液以对身体不同部位或者人体局部位置进行不同程度清洗和消毒,使清洁和消毒过程更具适应性、操作上更加便捷且消毒作用效果更加显著,消毒完毕后,消毒液经侧部出口管3将残留于吸盘1内腔的消毒液全部抽出,抽真空系统解除负压封闭密封,吸盘1与患处皮肤表面分离。
需要说明的是,由于本实施例的消毒装置对皮肤表面清洁消毒过程时,直接将消毒液输出至皮肤表面,并且在清洁消毒后将使用后的消毒液全部抽出,因此不存在现有技术直接使用棉花而容易发生棉絮残留于患处而造成二次感染情况发生,这样本实施例公开的技术方案使清洁消毒过程更加高效且安全卫生,且可通过调整抽真空系统的工作压力,实现拔罐治疗效果,总得来说,起到对皮肤表面清洗消毒、去除皮肤毛孔和皮肤组织内污垢,又可达到袪风拔毒和驱寒除湿等效果。
实施例2
请参见图3,本实施例与实施例1存在的区别技术特征为:吸盘1底部边沿相连有可折叠的密封套6,密封套6底部可折叠变形并吸附于皮肤表面。
由于吸盘1底部是需要与患处皮肤表面直接发生吸附,当吸盘1吸附于患处表面时,通过密封套6发生部分折叠以及边沿变形,这样不仅可使吸盘1与患处表面实现更有效吸附,提高吸盘1密封性能、防止消毒液向外泄露且可避免吸盘1在抽真空后对患处吸力过大而造成皮下出血。
实施例3
请参见图4,在本实施例的吸盘1可用于人体组织、器官等消毒护理,其中吸盘包括内部设有内腔,吸盘1底部开口处设有软质接触垫9可接触并吸附在组织或器官表面,吸盘1顶部向外延伸并设有顶部出口管2,顶部出口管2通过软质可控制弯曲的管道与抽真空系统的真空泵连接,另外吸盘1顶部出口管2的中心孔内设有中心进口管7和中心出口管8,该中心进口管7的一端与消毒系统连接,另一端伸入至吸盘1内腔中,同时中心出口管8的一端与循环系统连接,另一端伸入至吸盘1内腔中。
本实施例的消毒装置在使用过程时,可直接将吸盘1的开口边缘软质接触垫9覆盖于患处,然后通过抽真空系统对患处与吸盘1之间的空间抽真空,使吸盘1内腔对患处表面产生吸附力,防止消毒过程中的吸盘1与患处表面组织松脱影响消毒效果。优选地,本实施例的吸盘1底部开口边缘的软质接触垫9为向外倾斜的圆弧面,因此吸盘1吸附于患处表面时向吸盘1内部的空腔凸出,这样通过软质接触垫9的圆弧面不仅使吸盘1与患处密封性更好,还能使患处组织或器官表面与吸盘1平滑过渡而避免吸力过大而造成患处出血。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种消毒装置,其特征在于,包括吸附于皮肤表面的吸盘系统、使吸盘系统的内腔产生真空状态的抽真空系统、产生消毒液并输送至吸盘系统内腔的消毒系统、循环回收再利用消毒液的循环系统,以及控制系统;吸盘系统通过管道分别与抽真空系统、消毒系统以及循环系统通连,循环系统通过管道与消毒系统通连,控制系统分别与抽真空系统、消毒系统以及循环系统电连接,消毒系统的消毒液供向吸盘系统内并于消毒后排出或再由循环系统回收至消毒系统内再次循环消毒。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的消毒装置,其特征在于,所述吸盘系统包括设有内腔的吸盘,吸盘底部设有开口且可覆盖于皮肤表面,吸盘顶端设有顶部出口管与内腔通连,所述吸盘侧部还设有侧部进口管和侧部出口管分别与内腔通连。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的消毒装置,其特征在于,所述侧部进口管的出口端高于所述侧部出口管的进口端,所述顶部出口管的进口端设置于所述吸盘的内腔顶端,侧部进口管的中心轴线与侧部出口管的中心轴线处于同一竖直平面内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的消毒装置,其特征在于,所述侧部进口管向所述吸盘内部倾斜设置,所述侧部出口管呈水平设置且进口端与吸盘底部平齐。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的消毒装置,其特征在于,所述吸盘底部开口边缘为向外倾斜的圆弧面。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的消毒装置,其特征在于,所述吸盘底部边沿相连有可折叠的密封套,密封套底部可折叠变形并吸附于皮肤表面。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的消毒装置,其特征在于,所述吸盘系统包括设有内腔的吸盘,吸盘底部设有开口且可覆盖于皮肤表面,吸盘顶端设有顶部出口管与内腔通连,顶部出口管中心孔内设有中心进口管和中心出口管,中心进口管顶端与消毒系统连接且底端延伸至内腔中,中心出口管顶端与循环系统连接且底端延伸至内腔中,吸盘底端设有软质接触垫可接触并吸附于组织或器官表面。
  8. 如权利要求5或6所述的消毒装置,其特征在于,所述消毒系统包括 消毒液罐和/或消毒液制备装置,消毒系统与所述侧部进口管相连;所述抽真空系统为真空泵;与所述侧部出口管相连的所述循环系统为水流驱动循环装置,所述真空泵产生的工作压力大于1bar且小于35Mbar,所述吸盘外形呈半球状、喇叭状或葫芦状的任意一种,所述消毒液为臭氧水、碘伏、碘酊、醇类消毒剂、氯已定制剂、三氯散制剂、季铵盐类制剂的任意一种。
  9. 一种使用如权利要求5、6、7任一所述消毒装置的消毒方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1:使用消毒液对所述吸盘底部开口边缘表面消毒,并将所述吸盘底部开口边缘盖合于患处外周;
    S2:通过所述抽真空系统对所述吸盘内腔抽真空,抽真空后使所述吸盘内腔保持真空锁闭密封,所述消毒系统向吸盘内输送消毒液,消毒过程中,所述循环系统将所述吸盘内腔的消毒液回收并经所述消毒系统过滤再输送至所述吸盘内腔内;
    S3:消毒完毕后,残留于所述吸盘内腔的消毒液经所述侧部出口管全部抽出;
    S4:所述抽真空系统解除真空封闭密封,所述吸盘与患处皮肤表面分离。
  10. 使用如权利要求1所述消毒装置的应用,其特征在于,消毒装置的所述吸盘可应用于患处皮肤清洁消毒、人体器官、组织的表面消毒护理。
