Description

本发明涉及塑料编织袋生产设备技术领域,具体为一种用于塑料编织袋生产的圆织机。
背景技术
圆织机由经纱架、主机、提升、收卷等部分组成,经纱架上有有许多由塑料拉丝机的产出品纱锭,依据编织布幅宽和扁丝宽度,使用规定范围数量的经纱,经纱进入圆织机前,由经纱的棕框对经纱进行交叉开口,纬纱梭子在交叉开口中作圆周运动穿过经纱,编织成筒布,一台圆织机有几把梭子,就有几条纬纱同时织入,对于平织布,可用平织机,片梭织机,喷水织机编织。
在使用使为了调节高度会用到机架,机架起支撑保护作用,现有的圆织机机架主梁为一体式结构,结构庞大,工作人员在搬运时耗时耗力,而且还容易发生危险,在安装、拆卸和运输都非常不便,为此我们提出了一种用于塑料编织袋生产的圆织机。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种用于塑料编织袋生产的圆织机,具备拆卸安装方便等优点,解决了安装拆卸不便的问题。
(二)技术方案

1、该塑料编织袋生产的圆织机,过将圆织机本体放置在基座的内部,方便使用,通过套管内部开设的滑槽,使插管在套管的内部通过提把可以上下滑动,调节高度,通过将安全座底部的限位块插接基座的内部,加固机架的稳定性,通过第一螺纹杆固定,防止安全座位移,拆卸安装时非常方便。
2、该塑料编织袋生产的圆织机,通过安全槽内部的弹簧和垫板插管在调节高度下落时起缓冲保护作用,弹簧分散竖直向下的力,垫板减小插管磨损消耗,通过第二螺纹杆固定延伸杆的高度,调节方便,延伸杆加长机架整体高度,该机架方便方便调节,使用效果好。
