钢圈胸罩穿着会不舒服。例如,线的端部会对穿着者的皮肤产生压力点。另外,在多次穿着和清洗循环后,钢圈胸罩可能会因线穿过壳体的端部伸出而损坏。
另外,当前的胸罩制造商需要针对不同胸围尺寸和形状制作一系列胸罩,以试图适应个人的胸围尺寸和形状。钢圈的使用尽管为胸部提供良好支撑但并不能提供很大程度的顺应性以使一副胸罩能够舒适地或以其他方式适当地用于一系列不同胸围尺寸和形状。当前,如果人想要具有完全适应他们胸围形状和尺寸的胸罩,用户会需要订购量身定制的胸罩。但是,这些会是昂贵的。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是,提供一种胸部支撑服装,其至少解决了上述缺点中的一些和/或将至少为公众提供有用的选择。
因此,本发明可以广泛地称为是一种胸部支撑服装,包括:

b.框架,其定位在穿着者的胸部周围,优选抵靠(优选以贴合方式)穿着者的胸部,位于所述胸部罩杯的至少一部分周围,设置成在所述框架的桥部处桥接在所述两个胸部罩杯之间从而将所述两个胸部罩杯连接在一起,所述框架至少在所述下周边处固定在每个胸部罩杯上以及从此处延伸到所述下周边下方,
c.对于每个胸部罩杯,支撑面板包括:主面板,其至少在所述胸部罩杯的所述下周边的下方固定至所述框架并且由所述框架支撑;以及铰接地接合至所述主面板的搁架面板,所述搁架面板占据了所述胸部罩杯区域以为穿着者的胸部的一部分提供搁架以接受来自所述搁架的向上支撑。

具体实施方式
参考图1,示出了用于实施本发明的胸部支撑服装的示例。图1中的胸部支撑服装以胸罩1的形式示出。通常,其包括两个胸部罩杯3和4,每个胸部罩杯限定了均用于接受穿着者的胸部的胸部罩杯区域5和6。
在所示的示例中,每个胸部罩杯通常包括下周边7和从该下周边向上朝向罩杯的顶点区域9延伸的侧周边8。下周边大体上从桥部接近区域10延伸到侧周边。由于在下周边和侧周边的接合处形状上的急剧弯折,下周边和侧周边可以清楚地彼此区分。
每个胸部罩杯还可以包括在桥部接近区域10和顶点9之间延伸的领口周边11。每个胸部罩杯可以在桥部区域处彼此直接连接,或者可替代地经由框架12彼此连接,例如如图1所示。
在胸部支撑服装的一些实施例中,可以没有胸部罩杯的可辨别的领口,因为该服装例如可以是结合了本文所述类型的胸部支撑的背心或其他服装。
图1所示的胸罩优选包括框架12。框架定位在胸部罩杯的至少一部分周围。该框架能够定位成抵靠穿着者的胸部并且有助于为罩杯提供支撑以便以相对布置保持罩杯,以及将胸罩固定在穿着者的躯干周围。框架12通常在每个胸部罩杯的下方延伸,还可以在每个胸部罩杯的侧周边延伸,如图1所示。在本发明的背心形式中,框架可以是或形成背心的整个主体的一部分,与胸罩形式相比可以不太贴合适应穿着者的躯干。
如图1所示,框架12可以整体地形成至围绕穿着者的躯干延伸的胸带14的一部分或者形成为该胸带14的一部分。胸带14可以具有末端15A和15B,末端15A和15B分别包括相互可接合的扣件16和17以将末端连接在一起,从而将框架/胸带围绕穿着者的身体保持。框架12可以是相对无弹性的构型,有助于为胸部罩杯3和4提供支撑和结构。框架可以在下周边7处、优选地在胸部罩杯的至少一些侧周边8处固定或接合至每个胸部罩杯。
本发明也可以实施为背心或泳衣,其中框架代替地是较大服装的一部分或与较大服装成一体且不可区分。
框架可以由至少一层织物材料制成。框架通常布置成从胸部罩杯5和6向下延伸。
在使用时框架以及利用胸带扣件接合将框架定位在穿着者的身体周围,这有助于将框架压在穿着者的皮肤上,使得将胸部罩杯保持在适当位置并且允许胸罩给穿着者的胸部提供良好的支撑。
如图1所示,在罩杯的顶点处可以设置肩带18。肩带18从顶点延伸到位于或邻近末端15A和15B处的框架12。肩带可以具有设置以用于调节它们的长度。
胸部支撑服装还结合了支撑面板30。支撑面板30设置用于每个胸部罩杯。支撑面板30可以设置为用于每个胸部罩杯的分立的支撑面板,或者在优选形式中为两个胸部罩杯提供单个支撑面板,该单个支撑面板优选地延伸跨越桥部区域10,如图2所示。
支撑面板30大体定位在每个胸部罩杯区域5和6的下方。支撑面板的一部分也占据到胸部罩杯区域5和6上。
支撑面板30优选地包括主面板31和搁架面板32。主面板31设置成与胸罩的框架12基本保持平行,而搁架面板32延伸到胸罩的每个胸部罩杯的胸部罩杯区域上。因此,搁架面板定位在胸部罩杯的胸部支撑区域中,主面板定位在胸部支撑区域的外部、胸部支撑区域的侧面和/或下方。在图3A和图3B中可以更清楚地看到这一点。主面板31优选地保持基本平行于其所设置处的框架,优选以下文中描述的固定方式被支撑。搁架面板32以抵靠支承胸部的方式占据并延伸到胸部罩杯区域中,在优选形式中为至少胸部的下部以及优选地还有侧部提供竖直支撑。

在优选形式中,搁架面板和主面板在铰链线处基本分开,该铰链线可以由支撑面板的弱化线33限定并且与其所定位于的胸部罩杯的周边基本相符。
在优选形式中,铰链线或弱化线33至少定位在胸部罩杯的下周边7处,但是也可以设置在胸部罩杯的侧周边8处,如图2所示。
参考图4A和图4B,示出了支撑面板30的示例,支撑面板30可以被结合作为本发明的胸罩或其他胸部支撑服装的一部分。支撑面板30优选地由下文描述的材料制成,该材料优选在其一个或多个周缘之间具有变化的厚度。面板30可以包括上细长周缘35和下细长周缘36。下细长周缘36至少部分地基本平行于框架12的下周缘80延伸并且邻近下周缘80或位于下周缘80处。
如图4B所示,支撑面板30优选地具有变化的厚度。在图4A上,示出了概念轮廓线86以有助于示出支撑面板30的变化的厚度。在优选形式中,在上细长周缘35和下细长周缘36处,支撑面板30优选地具有可忽略的厚度,而在这些周缘之间,支撑面板较厚并设置有渐变的厚度变化。因此支撑面板的厚度可以从其周边的部分或全部处为0mm厚到其最厚区域约1.5‐2mm厚。
支撑面板优选地制成为具有平坦的内表面87和波形的外表面88。内表面87优选地是支撑面板的第一面侧并且更靠近用户的身体,而外表面88优选地是第二面侧并且在使用中呈现为背离用户的身体。当支撑面板与本发明的胸罩的其他部件结合时,第一面侧87将保持基本平行于框架12以及与框架12的形状相符,除了支撑面板的设置有搁架面板的部分之外。支撑面板 优选地通过粘附到框架12的内表面或外表面或结合在框架12的各层之间而与胸罩的其余部件结合。主面板在这种情况下定位成保持平行于框架12,而搁架面板32定位在胸罩的胸部罩杯的一部分上。搁架面板32可以粘附到罩杯的外部,或者可以与限定罩杯的内层结合,或者其可以定位在胸部罩杯的内部或外部上。
搁架面板32通过铰链线33与主面板31分开。铰链线33优选地由弱化线限定,如图4B所示,支撑面板30的厚度减小以限定铰链线33。
在优选形式中,将支撑面板30的材料从外表面88切除,以创建朝向内表面87延伸的通道。该通道优选地并不一直延伸到内表面87,使得在作为铰链底部的区域41处保留一些厚度。搁架面板32因此能够与区域41处的切除区域的通道的底部一起相对于主面板31枢转,如图4B所示。与图4B所示的相比,图4C示出了搁架面板32处于相对于主面板31旋转了的状态。当支撑面板处于如图4B所示的其平放状态时,切除区域可以是楔形的。这会创建铰链的有限旋转范围。当达到时,搁架面板经历相对于主面板进一步旋转的增加的阻力,从而引起为穿着者的胸部提供强支撑。但是为弹性材料制成的,所以支撑面板的搁架面板可以通过弹性拉伸和/或弯折提供当达到旋转极限时所经历的一些屈服力。
支撑面板优选地具有弯曲的铰链线33,铰链线33优选地大体遵循与之相关联的胸部罩杯的下周边和/或侧周边的弯曲。
图5示出了与图4A所示的支撑面板30略有不同形状的支撑面板30的正视图。其示出了类似于图2所示的支撑面板,但是仅用于胸罩的一侧。如在支撑面板30的桥部区域95处可以看到的,该支撑面板可以连接至用于胸罩的另一罩杯的相同支撑面板或与用于胸罩的另一罩杯的相同支撑面板一体形成。
铰链线33具有第一末端96和第二末端97。铰链线33大体在支撑面板30的上细长周缘35的方向上延伸。第一末端96更接近胸罩的顶点或将放置得更靠近胸罩的顶点,因此优选地高于铰链线33的第二末端97。
第一末端96和第二末端97两者均不在支撑面板30的周缘处,例如上细长周缘35或下细长周缘36,而是终止在支撑面板30的主体内。这意味着搁架面板32在靠近第一末端96和第二末端97的区域处与主面板31汇合。这与铰链线33的弯曲性质以及支撑面板31的材料选择一起创建了由搁架面 板32提供的吊具或摇篮效果,用于提供对穿着者的胸部的向上支撑以及还可选的向内支撑。搁架面板32因此有助于支撑胸部以免下垂以及提供隆起,但仍然是足够柔韧的以允许发生对胸部形状的一些顺应性。这有助于为胸部提供支撑,同时也确保穿着者的舒适感。
第一末端可以比第二末端更靠近上细长周缘。或者替代地,第二末端可以比第一末端更靠近上细长周缘。
图7中示出了支撑面板30的变型,其中,设置了两个铰链线33A和33B。设置铰链线33B以提供类似的顺应性能力,以在胸罩的罩杯的顶点处或朝向罩杯的顶点支撑穿着者的胸部或皮肤组织。参考图7,上铰链线33B还能够允许移动或胸围形状也容纳在该区域内。例如,如果穿着胸罩的人正在打网球,例如,如果惯用右手的穿着者沿着逆时针方向挥动网球拍,则第二铰链线33B允许铰链面板32B相对于主面板31B移动,从而在设置第二铰链线33B的位置处或附近,防止或减少穿着者的皮肤与肩带的内侧之间的摩擦或刮擦。
图8示出了结合在运动胸罩式胸部支撑服装中的支撑面板30。
图9示出了具有铰链线33的支撑面板30的其他变型,铰链线33基本平行于支撑面板30的上细长周缘35。
图10示出了背心式服装100,背心式服装100结合有本文中描述类型的支撑面板30。在服装的这种构型中,框架可以被认为是胸部罩杯下方的服装的材料的一部分或被结合作为胸部罩杯下方的服装的材料的一部分。
如本文所述的支撑面板优选地由具有硬度特性但能够弹性拉伸和弯折的材料制成。支撑面板可以包括陶瓷和硅树脂材料的组合物。陶瓷提供一定程度的硬度,而硅树脂为支撑面板提供拉伸性和柔韧性。支撑面板的性质在于,其优选比罩杯构型和框架构型更耐弯折。
支撑面板优选地被封闭在胸罩或服装的支撑面板所位于的各层内。胸罩可以包括多层材料的胸部罩杯,框架也是如此。支撑面板可以被卡和在这样的层之间以便被隐藏而不可见。可以提供粘合剂和/或专用袋,用于以这种方式卡和和固定支撑面板。
支撑面板首先可以定位在由诸如织物材料等的材料限定的袋中,以在制造胸罩的过程中易于处理。本发明的支撑面板能够代替用于向胸罩提供支撑结构的常规部件,例如金属钢圈、塑料钢圈或模制材料。
胸罩的其他常用部件可以附加在装入袋中的支撑面板上,诸如用于美观外层织物的罩杯、与穿着者胸围直接接触的舒适内层织物、肩带、下绑带、翼带、钩和眼闭合件等。
由于搁架面板相对于主面板的铰接性质,支撑面板能够提供舒适且足够的支撑顺应性,以适应多种不同的胸围尺寸和形状。由于面板材料中陶瓷的硬度特性,实现了良好的胸围支撑。由于材料中硅树脂的拉伸性和柔韧性与铰链性质的结合,能够实现适应不同胸围形状和尺寸的柔韧性以及穿着舒适性。
支撑面板的材料的拉伸性是沿着细长方向在其自然方向上基本更高。这允许支撑胸围的重量,同时允许在细长方向上的拉伸性。当例如在运动或锻炼期间胸围移动时,搁架面板能够随胸围在一定程度上移动,仍允许保持对胸围的牢固支撑。
可以选择对支撑面板打孔,以有助于提高透气性并减轻胸罩的重量。但是,通过提供穿孔,可能会降低胸围支撑的强度。

  1. 一种胸部支撑服装,包括:
    a.两个胸部罩杯,其为穿着者的每个胸部限定一个胸部罩杯区域,每个胸部罩杯具有:下周边,其大体定位在穿着者的胸部下方;侧周边,其从所述下周边向上延伸至所述罩杯的顶点;桥部接近区域;以及在所述桥部接近区域和所述顶点之间延伸的领口周边,
    b.框架,其定位成抵靠穿着者的胸部,位于所述胸部罩杯的至少一部分周围,设置成在所述框架的桥部处桥接在所述两个胸部罩杯之间从而将所述两个胸部罩杯连接在一起,所述框架至少在所述下周边处固定在每个胸部罩杯上以及从此处延伸到所述下周边下方,
    c.对于每个胸部罩杯,支撑面板包括:主面板,其至少在所述胸部罩杯的所述下周边的下方固定至所述框架并且由所述框架支撑;以及铰接地接合至所述主面板的搁架面板,所述搁架面板占据了所述胸部罩杯区域以为穿着者的胸部的一部分提供搁架以接受来自所述搁架的向上支撑。

  20. 根据权利要求18或19所述的胸部支撑服装,其中,所述主面板的至少在靠近所述顶点的所述铰链线的末端处的一部分也占据所述胸部罩杯区域。
  21. 根据权利要求1所述的胸部支撑服装,其中,所述支撑面板包括上细长周缘和下细长周缘,并且其中,铰链线定位在所述上细长周缘和所述下细长周缘之间并且基本沿着所述胸部罩杯区域的所述下周边的至少一部分。

    主面板,其固定至至少一个面板,所述至少一个面板在所述胸部罩杯的所述下周边和横向侧周边处远离所述胸部罩杯延伸,所述主面板具有(i)定位于所述罩杯的所述下周边和横向侧周边处并且与所述罩杯的所述下周边和横向侧周边相符的内上边缘,以及
    搁架面板,其从所述主面板以与所述主面板铰接的关系延伸到所述胸部罩杯中,以围绕与所述胸部罩杯的所述下周边的至少一部分相符的铰链线相对于所述主面板铰接。
  56. 一种胸部支撑服装,其为穿着者的每个胸部限定了一个胸部罩杯区域,每个胸部罩杯区域具有:下周边,其大体定位在穿着者的胸部下方;侧周边,其从所述下周边朝向所述罩杯的顶点向上延伸,其中所述服装还包括:
    a.框架,其定位在穿着者的胸部周围以及在所述胸部罩杯的至少一部分周围,所述框架从每个胸部罩杯向下延伸,
    b.对于每个胸部罩杯,支撑面板包括:主面板,其至少在所述胸部罩杯的所述下周边的下方固定至所述框架并且由所述框架支撑;以及铰接地接合至所述主面板的搁架面板,所述搁架面板占据了所述胸部罩杯区域以为穿着者的胸部的一部分提供搁架以接受来自所述搁架的向上支撑。
