背景技术
医用台车是用于承载医用器械或医药品的装置,随着医疗器械的迅猛发展,医用台车在医院病房、门诊所等场景的应用越来越普遍,医用台车在使用的过程中通常有推拉、高度调节、定位等操作,在相关技术中,医用台车采用滑块与滑槽滑动配合的方式实现高度调节。
技术问题
但采用这种高度调节结构在高度调节时费力、不平稳、容易发出噪声,一方面影响医护人员的操作,另一方面还易打扰医患。
技术解决方案
本申请所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种升降系统及应用该升降系统的医用台车,调节高度时省力、平稳且安静。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请是这样实现的,一种升降系统,应用于医用台车,所述升降系统包括:套杆、内滑杆、第一限位组件、第二限位组件和驱动组件,所述套杆套设于所述内滑杆外,所述第一限位组件包括第一滑轮,所述第一限位组件固定装配于所述内滑杆的外壁面,所述第一滑轮的轮面抵顶于所述套杆的内壁面,所述第二限位组件包括第二滑轮,所述第二限位组件固定装配于所述套杆内,所述第二滑轮的轮面抵顶于所述内滑杆的外壁面,所述第一滑轮的转动轴和所述第二滑轮的转动轴均垂直于所述内滑杆的延伸方向,所述驱动组件连接所述套杆和所述内滑杆,所述驱动组件用于驱动所述内滑杆沿着所述套杆移动。
进一步地,所述套杆包括套管和套帽,所述套帽盖设于所述套管一端的端口,所述套帽中部开设与所述内滑杆匹配的通口,所述内滑杆穿设于所述通口内。

本申请中升降系统及应用该升降系统的医用台车与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:
由于第一限位组件的第一滑轮抵顶在套杆的内壁面,第二限位组件的第二滑轮抵顶在内滑杆的外壁面,因此,内滑杆能够稳定地与套杆相连,在驱动组件的驱动作用下,内滑杆能够在套杆内相对滑动,从而实现升降,且在内滑杆滑动的过程中,第一滑轮在套杆的内壁面上滚动,第二滑轮在内滑杆的外壁面上滚动,因此摩擦力更小,且内滑杆与套杆的内壁之间具有间隔,内滑杆与套杆之间不会剐蹭,内滑杆相对套杆滑动时不易发出声响,本方案的升降结构能使医用台车调节高度时省力、平稳且安静,调节更加方便,更适于医用环境下的使用。

实施例:
在本实施例中,提供一种医用台车,包括升降系统,如图1-9所示,其中升降系统包括:套杆1、内滑杆2、第一限位组件3、第二限位组件4和驱动组件5,套杆1套设于内滑杆2外,第一限位组件3包括第一滑轮31,第一限位组件3固定装配于内滑杆2的外壁面,第一滑轮31的轮面抵顶于套杆1的内壁面,第二限位组件4包括第二滑轮41,第二限位组件4固定装配于套杆1内,第二滑轮41的轮面抵顶于内滑杆2的外壁面,第一滑轮31的转动轴和第二滑轮41的转动轴均垂直于内滑杆2的延伸方向,驱动组件5连接套杆1和内滑杆2,驱动组件5用于驱动内滑杆2沿着套杆1移动。
由于第一限位组件3的第一滑轮31抵顶在套杆1的内壁面,第二限位组件4的第二滑轮41抵顶在内滑杆2的外壁面,因此,内滑杆2能够稳定地与套杆1相连,在驱动组件5的驱动作用下,内滑杆2能够在套杆1内相对滑动,从而实现升降,且在内滑杆2滑动的过程中,第一滑轮31在套杆1的内壁面上滚动,第二滑轮41在内滑杆2的外壁面上滚动,因此摩擦力更小,且内滑杆2与套杆1的内壁之间具有间隔,内滑杆2与套杆1之间不会剐蹭,内滑杆2相对套杆1滑动时不易发出声响,本方案的升降结构能使医用台车调节高度时省力、平稳且安静,调节更加方便,更适于医用环境下的使用。
结合图3-6,套管11包括套管11和套帽12,套帽12盖设于套管11一端的端口,套帽12中部开设与内滑杆2匹配的通口121,内滑杆2穿设于通口121内。具体的,套管11的底端可以固定装配在一个底座上,内滑杆2装配在套管11的顶端,内滑杆2的一部分容置于套管11内,第一限位组件3固定装配于内滑杆2的位于套管11内的底端处,医用台车的承载台可以装配在内滑杆2的露出于套管11的顶端,在内滑杆2滑动的过程中,内滑杆2可以从套帽12的通口121处滑出或滑入套管11内,从而带动承载台实现升降,且套帽12盖设在套管11上,可以对套管11的内部进行密封,更加安全。在本实施例中,套管11由型材制成,套管11的外侧具有凹槽,凹槽内可以滑动装配滑块,滑块上可以固定悬挂物品。
第二限位组件4还包括装配片42和装配块43,装配片42固定于套帽12的内壁面,装配片42包括基片421和自基片421边缘延伸出的固定片422,基片421开设与通口121对应的内环口,固定片422垂直于基片421的板面,装配块43固定装配于固定片422,第二滑轮41转动装配于装配块43。具体的,在本实施例中,基片421的内环口与内滑杆2相匹配,因此,基片421装配在套帽12中时,内滑杆2能从内环口穿过,基片421呈矩形环状,即基片421具有两相互平行的长边和两相互平行的短边,基片421的每一个边缘分别延伸出一个固定片422,为了防止装配片42落入套管11内,套管11的内壁设置卡嵌棱112,卡嵌棱112与套管11的内壁之间形成卡嵌槽,卡嵌槽与基片421长边处的固定片422的两侧分别对应,套帽12装配在套管11上时,基片421长边处的固定片422卡嵌在卡嵌槽内。
套帽12内设置卡接片122,卡接片122间隔排列在通口121的外周,卡接片122具有抵顶边缘及自抵顶边缘延伸出的卡凸,基片421开设卡孔4211,卡孔4211间隔排列在内环口的外侧且与卡凸一一对应,基片421抵顶于抵顶边缘且卡凸卡嵌于卡孔4211内;套帽12内设置螺孔柱123,螺孔柱123间隔排列在通口121的外周,螺孔柱123开设螺纹孔,基片421开设与螺孔柱123一一对应的装配孔,基片421通过螺钉与螺孔柱123固定连接。装配片42安装在套帽12上时,将基片421的卡孔4211与卡接片122上的卡凸位置对齐,之后将装配片42按压相套帽12,使基片421抵顶在卡接片122的抵顶边缘上,卡凸嵌设于卡孔4211内,从而保证装配片42的位置准确性,最后用螺钉将基片421与螺孔柱123固定,从而使装配片42稳定地固定连接在套帽12上。在本实施例中,套帽12内设置有十个卡接片122,十个卡接片122间隔排列在通口121的外周,且通口121长边处对应设置三个卡接片122,通口121短边处对应设置两个卡接片122,十个卡接片122的抵顶边缘位于同一平面内,因此,基片421能够紧密地与各卡接片122上的抵顶边缘贴合,以保证装配稳定,套帽12内设置四个螺孔柱123,四个螺孔柱123分别与基片421的四个角处对应,从而保证基片421与套帽12之间的固定稳定;在其他实施例中,套帽12内可以设置四个、五个、六个、七个、八个、九个、十一个、十二个、十三个等的卡接片122,也可以设置两个、三个、五个、六个、七个等的螺孔柱123,具体的数量和位置可以根据需要设置。
装配块43的靠近基片421侧开设第一固定孔,基片421开设与第一固定孔对应的第二固定孔4212,装配块43与基片421之间由螺钉穿过第二固定孔4212后与第一固定孔螺纹连接以进行固定;装配块43的靠近固定片422侧设置固定柱431,固定柱431开设螺纹孔,固定片422的与固定柱431对应处开设第三固定孔4221,装配块43和固定片422之间由螺钉穿过第三固定孔4221后与固定柱431上的螺纹孔螺纹连接以进行固定。具体的,每一装配块43均开设两第一固定孔,从而保证与基片421的连接稳定性,与基片421的短边位置对应的装配块43设置两固定柱431,且套管11的对应位置开设连接孔,安装时螺钉依次穿过连接孔、第三固定孔4221后与固定柱431上的螺纹孔螺纹连接,从而同时实现装配块43与固定片422的固定连接及装配片42与套管11的固定连接,与基片421的长边位置对应的装配块43设置三固定柱431,从而保证该处装配块43的连接稳定性,每一装配块43均转动连接两第二滑轮41,且两第二滑轮41分别位于对应装配块43的运动方向的两侧,在其他实施例中,每一装配块43的运动方向的两侧可以分别转动连接两个、三个、四个等的第二滑轮41。
套帽12内设置定位柱124,定位柱124间隔地环绕于通口121外,套管11的内壁对应处设置限位棱111组,限位棱111组包括两限位棱111,两限位棱111之间形成限位槽,定位柱124内嵌于对应的限位槽内。从而保证套帽12与套管11之间装配时位置的准确性。在本实施例中,套帽12内设置有四个定位柱124,四个定位柱124分别位于套帽12的四个角处,定位柱124呈圆柱形,且定位柱124的端部处具有切角,以便于定位,同一限位棱111组内的两限位棱111的相靠近侧为弧面结构,因此,两限位棱111围成的限位槽的截面为C型,刚好与定位柱124匹配,定位柱124嵌入到限位槽内时即可实现套帽12的定位。
结合图3和图7,第一限位组件3还包括固定框条32和单元座33,固定框条32固定于内滑杆2的外壁面,固定框条32的延伸方向平行于内滑杆2的延伸方向,固定框条32的远离内滑杆2外壁的一侧具有容置槽,容置槽内固定装配至少两单元座33,各单元座33在容置槽的延伸方向上间隔排列,单元座33转动装配至少两第一滑轮31,至少两第一滑轮31在单元座33的长度方向上间隔排列。在本实施例中,容置槽内固定装配两单元座33,每个单元座33内转动装配两第一滑轮31,从而保证内滑杆2相对套管11滑动时流畅而稳定;在其他实施例中,容置槽内可以固定装配三个、四个、五个、六个等的单元座33;在其他实施例中,每个单元座33上可以转动装配三个、四个、五个、六个等的第一滑轮31。
固定框条32包括底条和自底条的两长边缘分别延伸出的固定法兰,底条的两端分别开设第四固定孔,固定法兰垂直于底条的板面,固定法兰之间形成容置槽;第一限位组件3还包括连接杆34,单元座33嵌设于容置槽内,连接杆34的两端分别与固定法兰固定连接,且连接杆34穿过单元座33,从而使单元座33与固定框条32相连接,单元座33具有安装槽,第一滑轮31转动装配在安装槽相对的两内壁之间。在本实施例中,每一单元座33对应一连接杆34,连接杆34穿过单元座33的中部,因此,在内滑杆2相对套管11滑动时,若遇到套管11内壁面不平,单元座33可以相对连接杆34稍微转动而实现缓冲,使得内滑杆2滑动时更加平稳顺畅;当然,次选的也可以每一单元座33对应两根、三根、四根等的连接杆34,使得单元座33与固定框条32之间连接更加可靠。
结合图1-3、8及9,驱动组件5包括连接组件51、气弹簧52和控制机构53,连接组件51固定装配在套杆1内,气弹簧52的缸筒端部连接于连接组件51,气弹簧52的活塞杆的端部与内滑杆2固定连接,气弹簧52的活塞杆的端部具有触发结构521,控制机构53与触发结构521相连,控制机构53用于控制触发结构521以使活塞杆相对缸筒滑动。
连接组件51包括连接片511和连接座512,连接片511包括横片和从横片两端边缘延伸出的两固定耳,两固定耳分别固定于套杆1的相对的两内壁,连接座512固定装配于横片,气弹簧52的缸筒端部与连接座512铰接。具体的,在本实施例中,固定耳从横片的短边处延伸出,且固定耳垂直于横片的板面,固定耳的延伸方向平行,固定耳开设安装孔,两固定耳分别通过螺钉固定在套管11的两相对的内壁上,因此能使连接片511与套管11固定稳定,连接座512固定装配在横片的顶侧且位于中部,连接座512具有两铰接片,气弹簧52的缸筒端部转动连接于两铰接片之间,缸筒端部和两铰接片通过轴连接。
控制机构53包括扳手531、牵引线532和保护套533,扳手531与内滑杆2固定,牵引线532的两端分别连接扳手531的端部和触发结构521,扳手531能够通过牵引线532控制触发结构521,保护套533套设于牵引线532外并与内滑杆2固定。具体的,在本实施例中,触发结构521包括装配座5211、杠杆块5212和固定块5213,装配座5211固定在气弹簧52的活塞杆端部,装配座5211的顶端具有延伸片,延伸片通过螺钉与内滑杆2的顶端固定,气弹簧52容置于内滑杆2和套管11内,装配座5211具有凹槽,杠杆块5212转动装配在该凹槽内,杠杆块5212的一端与气弹簧52活塞杆端部的触发件相连,杠杆块5212的另一端与牵引线532相连,因此,当牵引线532带动杠杆块5212转动时,能够带动触发件动作,从而控制气弹簧52动作;医用台车包括托承座001,托承座001固定装配在内滑杆2的顶部,在内滑杆2移动的过程中即能带动托承座001上下移动,扳手531固定在托承座001的一侧,保护套533从托承座001穿过,保护套533与托承座001固定,牵引线532与扳手531相连且从保护套533内穿过后与杠杆块5212相连,扳动扳手531时,可以带动牵引线532动作,牵引线532可以在保护套533内滑动,从而避免牵引线532与托承座001刮擦,对牵引线532形成保护。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的升降系统,其特征在于,所述套帽(12)内设置卡接片(122),所述卡接片(122)间隔排列在所述通口(121)的外周,所述卡接片(122)具有抵顶边缘及自所述抵顶边缘延伸出的卡凸,所述基片(421)开设卡孔(4211),所述卡孔(4211)间隔排列在所述内环口的外侧且与所述卡凸一一对应,所述基片(421)抵顶于所述抵顶边缘且所述卡凸卡嵌于所述卡孔(4211)内;所述套帽(12)内设置螺孔柱(123),所述螺孔柱(123)间隔排列在所述通口(121)的外周,所述螺孔柱(123)开设螺纹孔,所述基片(421)开设与所述螺孔柱(123)一一对应的装配孔,所述基片(421)通过螺钉与所述螺孔柱(123)固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的升降系统,其特征在于,所述装配块(43)的靠近所述基片(421)侧开设第一固定孔,所述基片(421)开设与所述第一固定孔对应的第二固定孔(4212),所述装配块(43)与所述基片(421)之间由螺钉穿过所述第二固定孔(4212)后与所述第一固定孔螺纹连接以进行固定;所述装配块(43)的靠近所述固定片(422)侧设置固定柱(431),所述固定柱(431)开设螺纹孔,所述固定片(422)的与所述固定柱(431)对应处开设第三固定孔(4221),所述装配块(43)和所述固定片(422)之间由螺钉穿过所述第三固定孔(4221)后与所述固定柱(431)上的螺纹孔螺纹连接以进行固定。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的升降系统,其特征在于,所述套帽(12)内设置定位柱(124),所述定位柱(124)间隔地环绕于所述通口(121)外,所述套管(11)的内壁对应处设置限位棱(111)组,所述限位棱(111)组包括两限位棱(111),所述两限位棱(111)之间形成限位槽,所述定位柱(124)内嵌于对应的所述限位槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的升降系统,其特征在于,所述第一限位组件(3)还包括固定框条(32)和单元座(33),所述固定框条(32)固定于所述内滑杆(2)的外壁面,所述固定框条(32)的延伸方向平行于所述内滑杆(2)的延伸方向,所述固定框条(32)的远离所述内滑杆(2)外壁的一侧具有容置槽,所述容置槽内固定装配至少两所述单元座(33),各所述单元座(33)在所述容置槽的延伸方向上间隔排列,所述单元座(33)转动装配至少两第一滑轮(31),所述至少两第一滑轮(31)在所述单元座(33)的长度方向上间隔排列。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的升降系统,其特征在于,所述固定框条(32)包括底条和自所述底条的两长边缘分别延伸出的固定法兰,所述底条的两端分别开设第四固定孔,所述固定法兰垂直于所述底条的板面,所述固定法兰之间形成所述容置槽;所述第一限位组件(3)还包括连接杆(34),所述单元座(33)嵌设于所述容置槽内,所述连接杆(34)的两端分别与所述固定法兰固定连接,且所述连接杆(34)穿过所述单元座(33),所述单元座(33)具有安装槽,所述第一滑轮(31)转动装配在所述安装槽相对的两内壁之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的升降系统,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(5)包括连接组件(51)、气弹簧(52)和控制机构(53),所述连接组件(51)固定装配在所述套杆(1)内,所述气弹簧(52)的缸筒端部连接于所述连接组件(51),所述气弹簧(52)的活塞杆的端部与所述内滑杆(2)固定连接,所述气弹簧(52)的活塞杆的端部具有触发结构(521),所述控制机构(53)与所述触发结构(521)相连,所述控制机构(53)用于控制所述触发结构(521)以使所述活塞杆相对所述缸筒滑动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的升降系统,其特征在于,所述连接组件(51)包括连接片(511)和连接座(512),所述连接片(511)包括横片和从所述横片两端边缘延伸出的两固定耳,所述两固定耳分别固定于所述套杆(1)的相对的两内壁,所述连接座(512)固定装配于所述横片,所述气弹簧(52)的缸筒端部与所述连接座(512)铰接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的升降系统,其特征在于,所述控制机构(53)包括扳手(531)、牵引线(532)和保护套(533),所述扳手(531)与所述内滑杆(2)固定,所述牵引线(532)的两端分别连接扳手(531)的端部和所述触发结构(521),所述扳手(531)能够通过所述牵引线(532)控制所述触发结构(521),所述保护套(533)套设于所述牵引线(532)外并与所述内滑杆(2)固定。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的升降系统,其特征在于,所述触发结构(521)包括装配座(5211)、杠杆块(5212)和固定块(5213),所述装配座(5211)固定在所述气弹簧(52)的活塞杆端部,所述装配座(5211)的顶端具有延伸片,所述延伸片通过螺钉与所述内滑杆(2)的顶端固定,所述气弹簧(52)容置于所述内滑杆(2)和所述套杆(1)内,所述装配座(5211)具有凹槽,所述杠杆块(5212)转动装配在该凹槽内,所述杠杆块(5212)的一端与所述气弹簧(52)活塞杆端部的触发件相连,所述杠杆块(5212)的另一端与所述牵引线(532)相连。
  13. 一种医用台车,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-12中任意一项所述的升降系统。
