图1示出了根据本说明书一个实施例提供的一种电子签证申请方法的流程图,包括步骤102至步骤108。
步骤102,接收用户针对签证申请地提交的电子签证申请指令,根据所述申请指令展示信息采集页。
签证是一个国家的出入境管理机构(例如移民局或其驻外使领馆)对外国公民表示批准入境所签发的一种文件。
落地签证是指用户不能直接从所在国家取得前往其他国家的签证,而是持护照和该国有关机关下发的入境许可证明等材料抵达该国口岸后,再签发签证。
就目前来看,如果用户需办理落地签证,则需提前准备指定证件照、完整的个人资料、身份证、护照、签证费、机票以及下榻酒店的订单等材料,并携带上述材料到机场的指定窗口进行办理;另外,如果用户需要办理普通签证,则需申请人将护照和其他相关材料寄到签证申请地在用户所属国家设立的出入境管理机构进行签证申请,或由申请人携带相关材料到用户所属国家设立的出入境管理机构进行签证申请,以上两种签证办理方式所需时间较长,效率较低。
本说明书实施例提供的电子签证申请方法应用于第三方平台,所述第三方平台可以是第三方支付平台或第三方服务平台,通过所述第三方平台为用户开通电子落地签证申请功能,若用户通过所述第三方平台针对签证申请地提交电子落地签证申请指令,则为所述用户展示信息采集页,因为不同签证申请地对于办理签证所需材料的要求存在差异,所以不同签证申请地对应的信息采集页可能不同,以所述签证申请地为T国为例,若用户提交T国电子落地签证申请指令,则为所述用户展示的信息采集页如图2A所示。
用户可在图2A所示的信息采集页中输入到达时间、到达机场并点击立即申请控件进行电子落地签证申请,也可点击电子落地签小攻略中的四个信息提示功能控件查看关于电子落地签证的提示信息,因此在向用户展示信息采集页后,还需检测用户作用于所述信息采集页的触控点击操作,并根据不同的触控点击操作进行不同的操作处理。
本说明书提供的一个实施例中,检测用户作用于信息采集页中不同控件的触控点击操作,若用户点击信息提示功能控件,则通过以下步骤实现:检测所述用户作用于所述信息采集页中不同控件的触控点击操作;在检测到所述用户点击信息提示功能控件的情况下,向所述用户展示与所述信息提示功能控件对应的提示信息。
具体的,仍以所述签证申请地为T国为例,若用户点击在线申请信息提示功能控件,则为用户展示申请电子落地签证所需的材料(包括往返机票行程单、护照、酒店预订单和白底彩色证件照),具体的展示结果如图2B所示;
若用户点击电子落地签小攻略中的入境信息提示功能控件,则为用户展示入境所需携带的材料(包括电子落地签证和护照),具体的展示结果如图2C所示;若用户点击打印材料信息提示功能控件,则为用户展示入境前需打印的材料(包括电子落地签证和入境指引),具体的展示结果如图2D所示;若用户点击入境信息提示功能控件,则 为用户展示入境前需携带的材料(包括电子落地签证和护照),具体的展示结果如图2E所示。
另外,用户可点击不同材料右上角的查看控件查看不同材料的具体示例图,以所述材料为护照为例,若用户点击图2E中护照右上角的查看控件,在为用户展示护照封面示意图以及护照的个人信息页示意图以供用户参考。
若用户点击信息提示功能控件,则为用户展示所述信息提示功能控件对应的提示信息,以便于用户能够更加快捷方便的了解电子落地签证申请所需材料、所需支付的费用、入境需准备的材料等信息,不仅为用户进行电子落地签证申请节省了时间,而且有利于提高用户体验。
本说明书提供的一个实施例中,检测用户作用于信息采集页中不同控件的触控点击操作,若用户点击立即申请控件,则可通过以下步骤实现:检测所述用户作用于所述信息采集页中不同控件的触控点击操作;在检测到所述用户点击立即申请控件的情况下,则按照预设展示顺序向所述用户展示所述各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面。
具体的,若用户输入到达时间、到达机场并点击立即申请控件,则为用户展示各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面。
实际应用中,第三方平台可为用户设置各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面的展示顺序,以所述展示顺序依次为机票信息、护照信息、住宿信息、证件照为例,在检测到所述用户点击立即申请控件的情况下,首先为用户展示机票信息对应的采集子页面,具体的机票信息对应的采集子页面如图3A所示。用户需在如图3A所示的采集子页面输入到达时间、到达机场、入境航班号、返程时间以及离境航班号,并上传去程和返程的机票行程单原件各一张,用户在信息输入和图片上传的过程中,均可点击图3A左下角的保存草稿控件进行信息保存;在检测到用户将该采集子页面所需的申请材料均输入完成后,向用户展示护照信息对应的采集子页面,具体的护照信息对应的采集子页面如图3B和图3C所示;在检测到用户将护照信息对应的采集子页面所需的申请材料均输入完成后,向用户展示住宿信息对应的采集子页面,具体的住宿信息对应的采集子页面如图3D;在检测到用户将住宿信息对应的采集子页面所需的申请材料均输入完成后,向用户展示证件照对应的采集子页面,具体的证件照对应的采集子页面如图3E,在检测到用户将证件照上传完成后,可为用户提供申请材料提交按钮,以将申请材料发送至签证服务机构进行材料审核。
用户可通过第三方平台线上输入电子落地签证申请所需的材料,无需携带纸质申请材料进行线下面签,有利于减少申请签证所需花费的时间,提高签证申请效率。
步骤104,获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料。
具体的,在检测到所述用户点击立即申请控件的情况下,首先为用户展示机票信息对应的采集子页面;在实际应用中,由于申请不同签证申请地的电子落地签证所需的材料不同,即信息采集项不同,且在各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面存在预设展示顺序的情况下,则需按照预设展示顺序依次展示不同信息采集项对应的采集子页面,并获取用户基于所述不同信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料;若申请所述签证申请地的电子落地签证所需的信息采集项为n项,则获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料具体可通过以下步骤实现:按照预设展示顺序向所述用户展示第i项信息采集项对应的采集子页面,其中,i∈[1,n],n表示信息采集项的总项数,i和n均为正整数;在检测到所述用户基于所述第i项信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料符合预设条件的情况下,判断i是否等于n;若是,则在检测到所述用户点击提交控件的情况下,执行所述将所述申请材料发送至签证服务机构进行材料审核的步骤;若否,则i自增1,返回执行所述按照预设展示顺序向所述用户展示第i项信息采集项对应的采集子页面的步骤。
仍以所述签证申请地为T国为例,则申请T国电子落地签证所述的信息采集项为4项,即n等于4,且上述4项信息采集项的预设展示顺序依次为机票信息、护照信息、住宿信息、证件照,在检测到所述用户点击立即申请控件的情况下,首先为用户展示第i等于1项信息采集项对应的采集子页面,即首先为用户展示机票信息对应的采集子页面,具体的机票信息对应的采集子页面如图3A所示。
获取用户在机票信息对应的采集子页面输入的到达时间、到达机场、入境航班号、返程时间、离境航班号以及上传的去程和返程的机票行程单,并且在检测到机票信息对应的采集子页面所需采集的信息均采集完成的情况下,判断i不等于4,则按照向所述用户展示第i等于2项信息采集项对应的采集子页面,即向用户展示护照信息对应的采集子页面,并获取用户在护照信息对应的采集子页面上传的护照封面、个人信息页、用户输入的护照号码以及其他相关属性信息;接着依次为用户展示住宿信息对应的采集子页面和证件照对应的采集子页面,并获取用户基于采集子页面输入的申请材料,在检测到证件照对应的采集子页面所需采集的信息采集完成,则可向用户展示提交控件;若检 测到用户点击所述提交控件,则由第三方平台将用户输入的申请材料发送至签证服务机构进行材料审核,并等待材料审核结果。
实际操作过程中,用户在信息输入和图片上传的过程中,均可点击图中的保存控件进行信息保存,并且在检测到用户将该采集子页面所需的申请材料均输入完成后,可自动按照预设展示顺序向用户展示下一个信息采集项对应的采集子页面,也可点亮下一步控件,被点亮的下一步控件处于点击有效状态,在检测到用户点击下一步控件的情况下,按照预设展示顺序向用户展示下一个信息采集项对应的采集子页面。
用户可通过第三方平台线上输入电子落地签证申请所需的材料,无需携带纸质申请材料进行线下面签,有利于减少申请签证所需花费的时间,提高签证申请效率。
本说明书提供的一个实施例中,所述申请材料包括文本材料和/或图片材料;所述文本材料可由用户手动输入,也可由第三方平台根据用户账号中关联的个人属性信息自动输入,若由用户手动输入,则获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料,即获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的文本材料和/或图片材料。
如图3A所示,机票信息对应的采集子页面中的到达时间、到达机场、入境航班号、返程时间以及离境航班号均可由用户手动输入。
通过由用户手动输入文本材料,有利于保证文本材料的真实性和准确性,同时有利于提高申请材料的验证效率。
本说明书提供的另一个实施例中,若所述文本材料由第三方平台根据用户账号中关联的个人属性信息自动输入,则获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料具体可通过以下步骤实现:获取所述用户的账号信息中关联的个人属性信息;根据所述个人属性信息在所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入待填写的文本材料;获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面上传的图片材料。
具体的,若由第三方平台根据用户账号中关联的个人属性信息自动输入所述文本材料,则需先获取用户在第三方平台的注册账号,进一步获取注册账号中关联的所述用户的个人属性信息,并且根据所述个人属性信息自动填写信息采集项对应的采集子页面中的待采集项,例如图3C中护照信息对应的采集子页面中的姓、名、性别以及出生日期等待采集项均可由第三方平台根据用户的个人属性信息自动填写,填写完成后由用户 确认无误后,可进行下一步操作。
沿用上例,签证申请地为T国,则申请T国电子落地签证所需的签证采集项包括机票信息、护照信息、住宿信息以及证件照,其中,除证件照对应的采集子页面需采集的材料为图片材料外,其它三项信息采集项对应的采集子页面需采集的材料均包括文本材料和图片材料,文本材料可由用户手动输入,也可由第三方平台根据用户账号中关联的个人属性信息自动输入,无论采用哪种方式进行输入,在输入完成后,均需将所述文本材料和图片材料中包含的信息进行对比,已进行信息验证。
本说明书提供的一个实施例中,将所述文本材料和图片材料中包含的信息进行对比具体可由以下步骤实现:分别提取所述文字材料以及图片材料中的文字信息和图片信息;判断所述文字信息和所述图片信息是否一致;若是,则执行所述将所述申请材料发送至签证服务机构进行材料审核的步骤。
具体的,在用户基于机票信息、护照信息以及住宿信息对应的采集子页面输入申请材料后,由第三方平台分别提取申请材料中文字材料和图片材料的文字信息和图片信息,并将所述文字信息和图片信息进行对比,判断是否一致,例如,用户基于护照信息对应的采集子页面输入文本材料(护照号码E12345678、姓X、名Y、性别女以及签发地B)并上传护照封面和个人信息页后,利用文字识别算法识别护照封面的国籍C、个人信息页中的姓X、名Y、性别女以及护照号码E12345678,判断文本材料中的签发地B是否属于C,并判断文本材料中的护照号码E12345678、姓X、名Y、性别女与识别结果中的姓X、名Y、性别女以及护照号码E12345678是否一致,经对比可得对比结果为一致,则第三方平台可将申请材料发送至签证服务机构进行材料审核,并等待审核结果;若经对比得到的对比结果为不一致,则可向用户发送核对或重新输入文本材料并重新上传图片材料的提示信息。
第三方平台首先对用户上传的申请材料的有效性和正确性进行验证,在验证通过的情况下,再将申请材料发送至签证服务机构进行材料审核,有利于提高申请材料的审核效率。
另外,在第三方平台无法获取用户账号中关联的个人属性信息的情况下,则需由用户手动输入待采集的文本材料,在文本材料和图片材料均输入完成的情况下,由第三方平台分别提取文字材料和图片材料的文字信息和图片信息,并将所述文字信息和图片信息进行对比,若对比结果为文字信息和图片信息一致,则可将所述图片信息或文字信息关联至所述用户的注册账号并存储。
本说明书提供的一个实施例中,将所述文本信息或图片信息进行关联并存储具体可通过以下步骤实现:分别提取所述文字材料以及图片材料中的文字信息和图片信息;判断所述文字信息和所述图片信息是否一致;若是,则将所述文字信息或所述图片信息进行关联并存储。
具体的,若文字信息和图片信息不一致,则向用户发送重新输入文字材料或图片材料的提示信息。
在第三方平台无法获取用户账号中关联的个人属性信息的情况下,将用户手动输入的信息关联至用户在第三方平台的注册账号并存储,能够实现对所存储信息的复用。
步骤106,将所述申请材料发送至所述签证申请地的签证服务机构进行材料审核。
具体的,由于签证是一个国家的主权机关在本国或外国公民所持的护照或其他旅行证件上的签注、盖印,以表示允许其出入本国国境或者经过国境的手续,因此用户在申请某个国家的签证时,需通过该国的签证服务机构对用户的申请材料进行审核,审核通过后,由改过的签证服务机构为用户下发签证。
本说明书实施例中,第三方服务平台获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料后,需将申请材料发送至签证申请地的签证服务机构进行材料审核,并等待材料审核结果;签证申请地对所述用户的申请材料进行审核获得审核结果,并将所述审核结果发送至第三方平台,由第三方平台根据所述审核结果更新用户的电子落地签证审核状态。
步骤108,接收由所述签证服务机构返回的材料审核结果,并根据所述材料审核结果更新所述用户的电子签证申请状态。
具体的,第三方平台将用户的申请材料发送至签证申请地的签证服务机构后,接收由所述签证服务机构返回的材料审核结果,并根据材料审核结果更新用户的电子落地签证申请状态;在未收到签证服务机构返回的材料审核结果的情况下,将所述电子落地签证申请状态更新为申请已提交,具体的更新结果如图4A所示,用户可点击图4A中的查看记录控件以查看历史电子签证申请记录;在收到签证服务机构返回的材料审核结果为审核通过的情况下,将所述电子落地签证申请状态更新为签证申请成功,具体的更新结果如图4B所示,用户可点击图4B中的下载控件下载入境准备材料;在收到签证服务机构返回的材料审核结果为审核未通过的情况下,将所述电子落地签证申请状态更新为签证申请失败,具体的更新结果如图4C所示;在收到签证服务机构返回的材料审 核结果为材料不符合申请条件的情况下,将所述电子落地签证申请状态更新为申请被退回,具体的更新结果如图4E所示,用户可点击图4E中的立即补录控件补录申请材料;图4B的下载控件即第三方平台为用户提供的入境准备材料下载接口,用户可通过所述入境准备材料下载接口下载电子签证和入境指引材料。
本说明书提供的一个实施例中,用户通过所述入境准备材料下载接口下载电子签证具体可通过以下步骤实现:在所述电子签证申请状态更新为签证申请成功的情况下,接收由所述签证服务机构返回的电子签证并为所述用户提供入境准备材料下载接口;接收所述用户通过所述入境准备材料下载接口发送的电子签证下载请求;根据所述电子签证下载请求下载并向所述用户展示所述电子签证。
具体的,在签证服务机构对用户的申请材料进行审核生成的审核结果为审核通过的情况下,由所述签证服务机构生成所述用户的电子落地签证(二维码),并将所述电子落地签证发送至第三方平台,用户可通过第三方平台的入境准备材料下载接口下载所述电子落地签证。
用户直接在第三方平台下载电子落地签证并打印,入境时携带打印的电子落地签证以及护照进行验证即可,既保证了电子落地签证的办理效率,又有利于减少入境所需时间,同时有利于提升用户体验。
本说明书提供的一个实施例中,用户通过所述入境准备材料下载接口下载入境指引材料具体可通过以下步骤实现:在所述电子签证申请状态更新为签证申请成功的情况下,根据所述签证申请地的入境程序以及所述用户的到达机场信息生成入境指引材料,并为所述用户提供入境准备材料下载接口;接收所述用户通过所述入境准备材料下载接口发送的入境指引材料下载请求;根据所述入境指引材料下载请求向所述用户展示所述入境指引材料。
具体的,签证服务机构可根据该国不同机场的入境程序预先生成与该国各机场对应的入境指引材料,在签证服务机构对用户的申请材料进行审核生成的审核结果为审核通过的情况下,由所述签证服务机构获取与所述用户的到达机场对应的入境指引材料,并将所述入境指引材料发送至第三方平台,用户可通过第三方平台的入境准备材料下载接口下载所述入境指引材料。
签证服务机构获取与所述用户的到达机场对应的入境指引材料并将其发送至第三方平台,用户通过第三方平台的入境准备材料下载接口下载所述入境指引材料,并参考 所述入境指引材料入境,有利于节省入境所需时间,提高用户体验。
实际应用中,在收到签证服务机构返回的材料审核状态为材料不符合申请条件的情况下,将所述电子落地签证申请状态更新为申请被退回,并在电子落地签证申请状态页面设置材料补录接口(立即补录控件),用户可点击所述立即补录控件补录申请材料。
本说明书提供的一个实施例中,补录申请材料具体可通过以下步骤实现:在所述电子签证申请状态更新为申请被退回的情况下,为所述用户提供材料补录接口;接收所述用户通过所述材料补录接口发送的材料补录请求并向所述用户展示材料补录子页面;获取所述用户基于所述材料补录子页面输入的待补录材料;在检测到所述待补录材料均输入完成的情况下,将所述待补录材料发送至签证服务机构进行二次材料审核;接收由所述签证服务机构返回的二次材料审核结果,并根据所述二次材料审核结果更新所述用户的电子签证申请状态。
具体的,在签证服务机构对用户的申请材料进行审核的过程中,若用户的审核材料有所缺失、有所遗漏或存在其他不符合申请条件的情况,则签证服务机构会向第三方平台发送申请材料不符合申请条件的反馈信息,第三方平台根据所述反馈信息将用户的电子落地签证申请状态更新为申请被退回,并为用户提供材料补录接口(立即补录控件),在检测到用户点击立即补录控件的情况下,为用户展示材料补录子页面,用户可通过所述材料补录子页面确定待补录材料(文本材料和/或图片材料),并在所述材料补录子页面输入待补录材料。
第三方平台在检测到用户将待补录材料均输入完成后,将所述待补录材料发送至签证服务机构进行二次材料审核,并等待材料审核结果,在接收到签证服务机构返回的材料审核结果的情况下,根据所述材料审核结果更新用户的电子落地签证申请状态;在到签证服务机构返回的材料审核结果为审核通过的情况下,将所述电子落地签证申请状态更新为签证申请成功,具体的更新结果如图4B所示,用户可点击图4B中的下载控件下载入境准备材料;在收到签证服务机构返回的材料审核结果为审核未通过的情况下,将所述电子落地签证申请状态更新为签证申请失败,具体的更新结果如图4C所示。
具体的实现过程与前述步骤类似,在此不再赘述。
在用户输入的信息存在不一致的情况下,为用户提供信息补录的机会,有利于提高签证申请成功率,同时有利于提升用户体验。
另外,本说明书实施例中,第三方平台可为用户提供签证申请记录查询接口,在 用户通过签证申请记录查询接口发送签证申请记录查询请求的情况下,第三方平台即为用户展示申请记录页面,用户可通过所述申请记录页面对其在T国的签证申请记录进行记录查询或记录删除的操作。
本说明书提供的一个实施例中,用户进行记录查询或记录删除的操作具体可通过以下步骤实现:接收所述用户针对签证申请地提交的签证申请记录查看指令,根据所述查看指令展示签证申请记录页面,其中,所述签证申请记录页面中包括签证申请时间、签证类型、签证申请状态以及签证申请流程单号;检测所述用户作用于所述签证申请记录页面中任意一条签证申请记录的触控操作指令;若所述触控操作指令为查看指令,则显示所述任意一条签证申请记录的详细信息;若所述触控操作指令为删除指令,则删除所述任意一条签证申请记录。
具体的,用户可通过点击如图2A至图2E右下方的申请记录控件进行签证申请记录查询,也可通过点击如图4A所示的查看记录控件进行签证申请记录查询,具体的申请记录页面如图5所示,图5中包含的信息有签证申请时间、签证类型、签证申请状态以及签证申请流程单号,用户可在图5所示的申请记录页面进行申请记录详细信息查询操作或申请记录删除操作。
本说明书实施例通过利用第三方平台为用户提供电子落地签证申请功能,接收用户在所述第三方平台针对签证申请地提交的电子签证申请指令,并获取用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料;在用户将申请材料输入完成后,由第三方平台将申请材料发送至签证申请地的签证服务机构进行材料审核,无需用户携带纸质申请材料进行线下面签,大量减少了签证申请过程所需花费的时间,提高了落地签证申请的办理效率。

可选地,所述电子签证申请装置,还包括:第二操作检测模块,被配置为检测所述用户作用于所述信息采集页中不同控件的触控点击操作;采集子页面展示模块,被配置为在检测到所述用户点击立即申请控件的情况下,则按照预设展示顺序向所述用户展示所述各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面。
可选地,所述材料获取模块604,包括:采集子页面展示子模块,被配置为按照预设展示顺序向所述用户展示第i项信息采集项对应的采集子页面,其中,i∈[1,n],n表示信息采集项的总项数,i和n均为正整数;判断子模块,被配置为在检测到所述用户基于所述第i项信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料符合预设条件的情况下, 判断i是否等于n;若所述判断子模块的执行结果为是,则在检测到所述用户点击提交控件的情况下,运行所述材料发送模块;若所述判断子模块的执行结果为否,则i自增1,返回运行所述采集子页面展示子模块。
可选地,所述申请材料包括文本材料和/或图片材料;相应的,所述材料获取模块604,包括:材料获取子模块,被配置为获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的文本材料和/或图片材料。
可选地,所述申请材料包括文字材料和/或图片材料;相应的,所述材料获取模块604,包括:属性信息获取子模块,被配置为获取所述用户的账号信息中关联的个人属性信息;文本材料输入子模块,被配置为根据所述个人属性信息在所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入待填写的文本材料;图片材料获取子模块,被配置为获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面上传的图片材料。
可选地,所述电子签证申请装置,还包括:第一信息提取模块,被配置为分别提取所述文字材料以及图片材料中的文字信息和图片信息;第一判断模块,被配置为判断所述文字信息和所述图片信息是否一致;若所述第一判断模块的执行结果为是,则运行所述材料发送模块。
可选地,所述电子签证申请装置,还包括:第二信息提取模块,被配置为分别提取所述文字材料以及图片材料中的文字信息和图片信息;第二判断模块,被配置为判断所述文字信息和所述图片信息是否一致;若所述第二判断模块的执行结果为是,则运行存储模块;所述存储模块,被配置为将所述文字信息或所述图片信息进行关联并存储。
可选地,所述的电子签证申请装置,还包括:签证申请记录页面展示模块,被配置为接收所述用户针对签证申请地提交的签证申请记录查看指令,根据所述查看指令展示签证申请记录页面,其中,所述签证申请记录页面中包括签证申请时间、签证类型、签证申请状态以及签证申请流程单号;指令检测模块,被配置为检测所述用户作用于所述签证申请记录页面中任意一条签证申请记录的触控操作指令;信息显示模块,被配置为若所述触控操作指令为查看指令,则显示所述任意一条签证申请记录的详细信息;签证申请记录删除模块,被配置为若所述触控操作指令为删除指令,则删除所述任意一条签证申请记录。

图7示出了根据本说明书一个实施例提供的一种计算设备700的结构框图。该计算设备700的部件包括但不限于存储器710和处理器720。处理器720与存储器710通过总线730相连接,数据库750用于保存数据。
计算设备700还包括接入设备740,接入设备740使得计算设备700能够经由一个或多个网络760通信。这些网络的示例包括公用交换电话网(PSTN)、局域网(LAN)、广域网(WAN)、个域网(PAN)或诸如因特网的通信网络的组合。接入设备740可以包括有线或无线的任何类型的网络接口(例如,网络接口卡(NIC))中的一个或多个,诸如IEEE802.11无线局域网(WLAN)无线接口、全球微波互联接入(Wi-MAX)接口、以太网接口、通用串行总线(USB)接口、蜂窝网络接口、蓝牙接口、近场通信(NFC)接口,等等。

其中,处理器720用于执行如下计算机可执行指令:接收用户针对签证申请地提交的电子签证申请指令,根据所述申请指令展示信息采集页;获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料;将所述申请材料发送至所述签证申请地的签证服务机构进行材料审核;接收由所述签证服务机构返回的材料审核结果,并根据所述材料审核结果更新所述用户的电子签证申请状态。
上述为本实施例的一种计算设备的示意性方案。需要说明的是,该计算设备的技术方案与上述的电子签证申请方法的技术方案属于同一构思,计算设备的技术方案未详细描述的细节内容,均可以参见上述电子签证申请方法的技术方案的描述。
本说明书一实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其存储有计算机指令,该指令被处理器执行时以实现所述电子签证申请方法的步骤。

所述计算机指令包括计算机程序代码,所述计算机程序代码可以为源代码形式、对象代码形式、可执行文件或某些中间形式等。所述计算机可读介质可以包括:能够携带所述计算机程序代码的任何实体或装置、记录介质、U盘、移动硬盘、磁碟、光盘、计算机存储器、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、电载波信号、电信信号以及软件分发介质等。需要说明的是,所述计算机可读介质包含的内容可以根据司法管辖区内立法和专利实践的要求进行适当的增减,例如在某些司法管辖区,根据立法和专利实践,计算机可读介质不包括电载波信号和电信信号。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简便描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本说明书实施例并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本说明书实施例,某些步骤可以采用其它顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定都是本说明书实施例所必须的。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电子签证申请方法,应用于第三方平台,包括:
    接收用户针对签证申请地提交的电子签证申请指令,根据所述申请指令展示信息采集页;
    获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料;
    将所述申请材料发送至所述签证申请地的签证服务机构进行材料审核;
    接收由所述签证服务机构返回的材料审核结果,并根据所述材料审核结果更新所述用户的电子签证申请状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子签证申请方法,所述接收由所述签证服务机构返回的材料审核结果,并根据所述材料审核结果更新所述用户的电子签证申请状态步骤执行之后,还包括:
    在所述电子签证申请状态更新为签证申请成功的情况下,接收由所述签证服务机构返回的电子签证并为所述用户提供入境准备材料下载接口;
    接收所述用户通过所述入境准备材料下载接口发送的电子签证下载请求;
    根据所述电子签证下载请求下载并向所述用户展示所述电子签证。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子签证申请方法,所述接收由所述签证服务机构返回的材料审核结果,并根据所述材料审核结果更新所述用户的电子签证申请状态步骤执行之后,还包括:
    在所述电子签证申请状态更新为签证申请成功的情况下,根据所述签证申请地的入境程序以及所述用户的到达机场信息生成入境指引材料,并为所述用户提供入境准备材料下载接口;
    接收所述用户通过所述入境准备材料下载接口发送的入境指引材料下载请求;
    根据所述入境指引材料下载请求向所述用户展示所述入境指引材料。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子签证申请方法,所述接收由所述签证服务机构返回的材料审核结果,并根据所述材料审核结果更新所述用户的电子签证申请状态步骤执行之后,还包括:
    在所述电子签证申请状态更新为申请被退回的情况下,为所述用户提供材料补录接口;
    接收所述用户通过所述材料补录接口发送的材料补录请求并向所述用户展示材料补录子页面;
    获取所述用户基于所述材料补录子页面输入的待补录材料;
    在检测到所述待补录材料均输入完成的情况下,将所述待补录材料发送至签证服务机构进行二次材料审核;
    接收由所述签证服务机构返回的二次材料审核结果,并根据所述二次材料审核结果更新所述用户的电子签证申请状态。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子签证申请方法,所述接收用户针对签证申请地提交的电子签证申请指令,根据所述申请指令展示信息采集页步骤执行之后,所述获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料步骤执行之前,还包括:
    检测所述用户作用于所述信息采集页中不同控件的触控点击操作;
    在检测到所述用户点击信息提示功能控件的情况下,向所述用户展示与所述信息提示功能控件对应的提示信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子签证申请方法,所述接收用户针对签证申请地提交的电子签证申请指令,根据所述申请指令展示信息采集页步骤执行之后,所述获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料步骤执行之前,还包括:
    检测所述用户作用于所述信息采集页中不同控件的触控点击操作;
    在检测到所述用户点击立即申请控件的情况下,则按照预设展示顺序向所述用户展示所述各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子签证申请方法,所述获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料,包括:
    按照预设展示顺序向所述用户展示第i项信息采集项对应的采集子页面,其中,i∈[1,n],n表示信息采集项的总项数,i和n均为正整数;
    在检测到所述用户基于所述第i项信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料符合预设条件的情况下,判断i是否等于n;
    若是,则在检测到所述用户点击提交控件的情况下,执行所述将所述申请材料发送至签证服务机构进行材料审核的步骤;
    若否,则i自增1,返回执行所述按照预设展示顺序向所述用户展示第i项信息采集项对应的采集子页面的步骤。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子签证申请方法,所述申请材料包括文本材料和/或图片材料;
    相应的,所述获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料,包括:
    获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的文本材料和/或图片材料。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子签证申请方法,所述申请材料包括文字材料和/或图片材料;
    相应的,所述获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料,包括:
    获取所述用户的账号信息中关联的个人属性信息;
    根据所述个人属性信息在所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入待填写的文本材料;
    获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面上传的图片材料。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的电子签证申请方法,所述获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料步骤执行之后,所述将所述申请材料发送至签证服务机构进行材料审核步骤执行之前,还包括:
    分别提取所述文字材料以及图片材料中的文字信息和图片信息;
    判断所述文字信息和所述图片信息是否一致;
    若是,则执行所述将所述申请材料发送至签证服务机构进行材料审核的步骤。
  11. 根据权利要求8或9所述的电子签证申请方法,所述获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料步骤执行之后,所述将所述申请材料发送至签证服务机构进行材料审核步骤执行之前,还包括:
    分别提取所述文字材料以及图片材料中的文字信息和图片信息;
    判断所述文字信息和所述图片信息是否一致;
    若是,则将所述文字信息或所述图片信息进行关联并存储。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电子签证申请方法,还包括:
    接收所述用户针对签证申请地提交的签证申请记录查看指令,根据所述查看指令展示签证申请记录页面,其中,所述签证申请记录页面中包括签证申请时间、签证类型、签证申请状态以及签证申请流程单号;
    检测所述用户作用于所述签证申请记录页面中任意一条签证申请记录的触控操作指令;
    若所述触控操作指令为查看指令,则显示所述任意一条签证申请记录的详细信息;
    若所述触控操作指令为删除指令,则删除所述任意一条签证申请记录。
  13. 一种电子签证申请装置,包括:
    指令接收模块,被配置为接收用户针对签证申请地提交的电子签证申请指令,根据所述申请指令展示信息采集页;
    材料获取模块,被配置为获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料;
    材料发送模块,被配置为将所述申请材料发送至所述签证申请地的签证服务机构进行材料审核;
    更新模块,被配置为接收由所述签证服务机构返回的材料审核结果,并根据所述材料审核结果更新所述用户的电子签证申请状态。
  14. 一种计算设备,包括:
    存储器和处理器;
    所述存储器用于存储计算机可执行指令,所述处理器用于执行所述计算机可执行指令:
    接收用户针对签证申请地提交的电子签证申请指令,根据所述申请指令展示信息采集页;
    获取所述用户基于所述信息采集页中各个信息采集项对应的采集子页面输入的申请材料;
    将所述申请材料发送至所述签证申请地的签证服务机构进行材料审核;
    接收由所述签证服务机构返回的材料审核结果,并根据所述材料审核结果更新所述用户的电子签证申请状态。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其存储有计算机指令,该指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至12中任意一项所述电子签证申请方法的步骤。
