Abstract
一种组装方便的可拆卸式载玻片孵育器,包括不锈钢孵育框(1),不锈钢孵育框(1)压在载玻片上,与其下面的弹性垫层(2)共同由中间的矩形空间以载玻片为底面形成孵育小室(3);弹性垫层有与不锈钢孵育框相同的中间矩形空间,其特征是:弹性垫层通过双面胶(4)紧贴在不锈钢孵育框上,与载玻片接触,防止孵育液的泄漏;不锈钢孵育框的外周尺寸及弹性垫层的外周尺寸均与载玻片外周尺寸相同,弹性垫层底面设有双面胶(5),通过底面的双面胶与载玻片贴合。该孵育器使用方便、效果好。
Description
本发明涉及一种载玻片孵育器。
现有的载玻片孵育器,例如中国专利CN103743899,其结构复杂,使用麻烦,需要进一步加以改进。
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用方便、效果好的组装方便的可拆卸式载玻片孵育器。
一种组装方便的可拆卸式载玻片孵育器,包括不锈钢孵育框,不锈钢孵育框压在载玻片上,与其下面的弹性垫层共同由中间的矩形空间以载玻片为底面形成孵育小室;所述弹性垫层有与不锈钢孵育框相同的中间矩形空间,其特征是:弹性垫层通过双面胶紧贴在不锈钢孵育框上,与载玻片接触,防止孵育液的泄漏;不锈钢孵育框的外周尺寸及弹性垫层的外周尺寸均与载玻片外周尺寸相同,弹性垫层底面设有双面胶,通过底面的双面胶与载玻片贴合。
弹性垫由下列原料组分制得:NBR3445100份、轻钙粉50份N77450份增塑剂60份、氧化锌6份、防老化剂4010NA1份、发泡剂AC600010份、发泡助剂尿素10份、发泡剂H7份、发泡剂OBSH21份、碳酸钙20份、促进剂10~15份、填充剂25~35份、分散剂1~2份、软化油4~8份、硫磺1.5份。
本发明使用方便、效果好。

弹性垫可采用市售产品或由下列原料组分制得:NBR3445100份、轻钙粉50份N77450份增塑剂60份、氧化锌6份、防老化剂4010NA1份、发泡剂AC600010份、发泡助剂尿素10份、发泡剂H7份、发泡剂OBSH21份、碳酸钙20份、促进剂10~15份、填充剂25~35份、分散剂1~2份、软化油4~8份、硫磺1.5份。

- 一种组装方便的可拆卸式载玻片孵育器,包括不锈钢孵育框,不锈钢孵育框压在载玻片上,与其下面的弹性垫层共同由中间的矩形空间以载玻片为底面形成孵育小室;所述弹性垫层有与不锈钢孵育框相同的中间矩形空间,其特征是:弹性垫层通过双面胶紧贴在不锈钢孵育框上,与载玻片接触,防止孵育液的泄漏;不锈钢孵育框的外周尺寸及弹性垫层的外周尺寸均与载玻片外周尺寸相同,弹性垫层底面设有双面胶,通过底面的双面胶与载玻片贴合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的组装方便的可拆卸式载玻片孵育器,其特征是:弹性垫由下列原料组分制得:NBR3445100份、轻钙粉50份N77450份增塑剂60份、氧化锌6份、防老化剂4010NA1份、发泡剂AC600010份、发泡助剂尿素10份、发泡剂H7份、发泡剂OBSH21份、碳酸钙20份、促进剂10~15份、填充剂25~35份、分散剂1~2份、软化油4~8份、硫磺1.5份。
