정신건강 평가 시스템 및 그 방법
본 발명은 정신건강을 진단하는 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 주로 40대 이상되는 피평가자분들의 정신건강을 개인별 성격 및 생활습관 또는 사회관계 등의 내용을 기초로 1차로 평가 진단하고, 2차로 1차로 평가된 결과에 나타난, 개인별로 정신건강에 문제가 예상되는 영역 예를 들면 인지능력 장애 또는 우울증과 같이 좀더 세부적으로 분야에 맞춰 평가 진단하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
현재 대한민국을 비롯한 선진국 여러나라들은 고령화 사회가 진행되면서 40대 이상되는 사람들의 치매를 포함한 정신건강이 중요한 시회적 문제로 대두되고 있다.
선행기술인 대한민국 등록특허 제1205908호에는 보행과 심전도 모니터링을 통한 초기인지 장애와 치매 평가 시스템 및 그 방법이 제시되어 있으나, 이 경우 산간벽지와 같이 멀리 떨어져 있는 노인과 같이 피평가자가 지리적으로 멀리 떨어져 있는 경우에는 이러한 방법으로 진단하는 것이 용이하지 않은 문제점이 있다.
다른 선행기술인 한국공개특허 제10-0134417호는 치매 인지 평가 장치에 관한 것으로, 고령자 인지 평가 콘텐츠를 개발하고 이를 컴퓨터 기반 평가 프로그램과 스마트 기기 기반 평가프로그램으로 적용하도록 시스템을 구성하며 최종적으로 치매 예방인지 훈련 프로그램과 연계해서 사용할 수 있다는 내용이 개시되어 있다.
그러나 이 경우에도 피평가자들이 치매 인지 평가를 받는 경우, 많은 질문에 답하는 것을 극도로 힘들어하여 평가받는 것을 꺼리는 문제점이 있어, 실제로 상기 선행기술을 이용하여 노인분들의 치매여부 평가하는 것은 매우 어려운 것이 현실이다. 또한 피평가자들( 대체로 40대 이상되는 사람들)의 치매의 원인에는 개인의 성격, 흡연 및 음주, 사회적 관계의 유무 및 사회적 소통의 정도, 운동, 우울증, 유전적 영향 등 다양한 요인들에 의해 영향을 받는바, 이러한 영향들을 평가하여 피평가자분들의 정신건강을 관리하기 위한 수단을 제공하지 못하는 문제점이 있었다.

본 발명은 피평가자( 주로 40대 이상되는 사람 )들의 정신건강을 진단함에 있어서, 개인적 성격, 생활습관, 사회적 관계 등 정신건강을 유지하는데 필요한 기초적인 여건을 1차적으로 평가진단하고, 1차 평가한 결과를 바탕으로 해당 피평가자의 정신건강에 문제가 있을 수 있는 분야에 맞는 맞춤형 질문을 더 제공하여 2차적으로 평가진단함으로써, 피평가자의 평가에 대한 부담을 덜고 보다 정확한 피평가자분들의 정신건강상태를 평가하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

도 4는 본 발명에 따른 정신건강 평가지수 중 인지능력 평가를 위한 질문의 일실시예이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 정신건강 평가지수 중 우울증의 정도의 평가를 위한 질문의 일실시예이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 정신건강 평가방법의 일실시예를 설명하는 순서도이다.
이하, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 첨부한 도면을 참고로 하여 상세히 설명한다. 그러나 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며 여기에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되지 않는다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 전체 시스템 구성도이다. 상기 도 1에서 피평가자단말(100)은 정신건강의 상태를 평가받을 사용자들( 주로 40대 이상 자들)이 사용하는 단말장치로 인터넷을 포함하는 통신망을 통하여 정신건강 평가서버(200)에 접속가능하며, 상기 정신건강 평가서버(200)으로부터 제공되는 각종 메지지 및 이미지를 화면으로 표시하여 사용자들에게 제공하고 상기 사용자들로부터 키보드를 포함하는 입력장치를 통하여 소정의 정보를 입력받아 이를 상기 정신건강 평가서버(200)에 제공하는 기능을 수행한다.
상기 정신건강 서버(200)은 본 발명에 따른 정신건강 평가시스템이 구현되는 장치를 의미하며 그 기능에 대하여는 아래에서 상세히 설명한다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 정신건강 평가서버의 블록구성도이다. 상기 본 발명에 따른 정신건강 평가서버는 1차질문 선정 및 제공부(210), 1차평가결과생성부(220), 2차질문 선정 및 제공부(230), 2차평가결과 생성부(240), 송수신부(260)을 포함하며, 처방 메시지 생성 및 제공부(250)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
1차질문 선정 및 제공부(210)는 송수신부(260)를 통하여 상기 피평가자단말(100)에 피평가자의 개인성격 또는 생활습관, 사회관계 중 어느 하나 이상을 파악하기 위한 1차질문을 선정하여 제공하는 기능을 수행한다. 여기서 상기 1차질문은 도 3에 개시되어 있는 내용의 일부 또는 전부가 될 수 있다.
1차평가결과생성부(220)는 상기 피평가자단말(100)로부터 상기 1차질문에 대한 답변을 상기 송수신부(260)를 통하여 제공받아 이에 대한 평가결과인 1차평가결과를 생성시키는 기능을 수행한다. 1차평가결과는 도 3에 예시되 있듯이 피평가자단말(100)을 통하여 수신된 답변에 따라 소정의 정해진 점수를 부여하고 이 점수들을 합산함으로써 생성이 가능하다.
2차질문 선정 및 제공부(230)는 상기 1차평가결과의 결과가 미리 정하여진 점수 이하인 경우에는 인지능력 또는 우울증의 정도를 평가할 수 있는 2차질문을 선정하여 상기 피평가자단말에 제공하는 기능을 수행한다. 상기 2차 질문은 도 4 및 도 5에 개시되어 있는 질문의 일부 또는 전부가 될 수 있다.
2차평가결과 생성부(240)는 상기 피평가자단말로부터 상기 2차질문에 대한 답변을 상기 송수신부를 통하여 제공받아 이에 대한 평가결과인 2차평가결과를 생성시키는 기능을 수행한다. 여기서 2차평가결과는 상기 2차질문에 대한 피평가자 단말(100)으로부터 수신된 답변의 내용에 따라 질문별로 소정의 점수를 부여하고 이 점수를 합산함으로써 구할 수도 있다.
처방 메시지 생성 및 제공부(250)는 상기 1차평가결과 또는 2차평가결과를 바탕으로 피평가의 정신건강상태를 유지 또는 호전시키기 위한 메시지(조언)을 생성 및 제공하는 기능을 수행한다, 여기서 상기 메시지는 복수개의 메시지가 미리 저장되어 있으며 각 메시지 별로 상기 1차평가결과 및 2차평가결과의 결과에 따라 선정될 수 있는 조건이 함께 저장되어 있으며, 상기 1차평가결과 및 2차평가결과가 상기 조건에 부합하는 경우 해당 메시지를 상기 조언을 위한 메시지로 선정하여 상기 피평가단말에 제공하는 것이 가능하다.
송수신부(26)는 인터넷을 포함하는 통신망을 통하여 피평가자단말로부터 접속을 받아 소정의 데이터를 송신 또는 수신하는 기능을 수행한다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 정신건강 평가지수 중 행복지수 평가를 위한 질문의 일실시예이며, 도 4는 본 발명에 따른 정신건강 평가지수 중 인지능력 평가를 위한 질문의 일실시예이고, 도 5는 본 발명에 따른 정신건강 평가지수 중 우울증의 정도의 평가를 위한 질문의 일실시예이다. 상기 도 3의 행복지수 평가를 위한 질문은 상기 1차 질문의 일부 또는 전부가 될 수 있으며, 도 4 및 도 5의 인지능력 평가를 위한 질문 및 우울증의 정도의 평가를 위한 질문은 2차질문의 일부 또는 전부가 될 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 정신건강 평가방법의 일실시예를 설명하는 순서도이다. 본 발명에 따른 정신건강 평가방법은 소정의 피평가자단말로부터 접속받는 단계(도면에 미도시), 상기 피평가자단말에 피평가자의 개인성격 또는 생활습관, 사회관계 중 어느 하나 이상을 파악하기 위한 1차질문을 선정하여 제공하고 답변을 수신하는 단계(S01), 상기 피평가자단말로부터 상기 1차질문에 대한 답변에 대한 평가결과인 1차평가결과를 생성시키는 단계(S02), 상기 1차평가결과의 결과가 미리 정하여진 점수 이하인 경우에는 인지능력 또는 우울증의 정도를 평가할 수 있는 2차질문을 선정(S03)하여 상기 피평가자단말에 제공하고 답변을 수신하는 단계(S04),
상기 피평가자단말로부터 상기 2차질문에 대한 답변을 제공받아 이에 대한 평가결과인 2차평가결과를 생성시키는 단계(SS05)를 포함한다.
여기서 본 발명에 따른 정신건강 평가방법은 상기 1차평가결과 또는 2차평가결과를 참조하여 미리 정하여진 기준에 따라 상기 피평가자에 대한 처방메시지를 생성시켜 제공하는 단계(S06)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
그리고 본 발명에 따른 정신건강 평가방법은 컴퓨터로 실행시킬 수 있는 컴퓨터 프로그램으로 제작되는 것이 가능함은 물론이다.
이상과 같이 본 발명은 비록 한정된 실시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 본 발명은 상기의 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다 할 것이다.
그러므로 본 발명의 범위는 설명된 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 아니 되며, 후술하는 청구범위뿐만 아니라 이 청구범위와 균등한 것들에 의해 정해져야 한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 인터넷을 포함하는 통신망을 통하여 피평가자단말로부터 접속을 받아 소정의 데이터를 송신 또는 수신하는 송수신부;
    상기 송수신부를 통하여 상기 피평가자단말에 피평가자의 개인성격 또는 생활습관, 사회관계 중 어느 하나 이상을 파악하기 위한 1차질문을 선정하여 제공하는 1차질문 선정 및 제공부;
    상기 피평가자단말로부터 상기 1차질문에 대한 답변을 상기 송수신부를 통하여 제공받아 이에 대한 평가결과인 1차평가결과를 생성시키는 1차평가결과생성부;
    상기 1차평가결과의 결과가 미리 정하여진 점수 이하인 경우에는 인지능력 또는 우울증의 정도를 평가할 수 있는 2차질문을 선정하여 상기 피평가자단말에 제공하는 2차질문선정 및 제공부 및
    상기 피평가자단말로부터 상기 2차질문에 대한 답변을 상기 송수신부를 통하여 제공받아 이에 대한 평가결과인 2차평가결과를 생성시키는 2차평가결과생성부를 포함하는 정신건강 평가 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 1차평가결과생성부는 상기 1차평가결과를 빅데이터DB에 저장하고,
    상기 2차평가결과생성부는 상기 2차평가결과를 빅데이터DB에 저장하여 보관하는 정신건강 평가 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 1차질문의 내용은 도3에 개시되어 있는 내용인 정신건강 평가 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 2차질문의 내용은 도4 또는 도5에 개시되어 있는 내용인 정신건강 평가 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 1차평가결과 또는 2차평가결과를 참조하여 미리 정하여진 기준에 따라 상기 피평가자에 대한 처방메시지를 생성시켜 제공하는 처방 메시지생성 및 제공부를 더 포함하는 정신건강 평가시스템.
  6. 송수신부를 통하여 소정의 피평가자단말로부터 접속받는 단계;
    1차질문 선정 및 제공부를 통하여 상기 피평가자단말에 피평가자의 개인성격 또는 생활습관, 사회관계 중 어느 하나 이상을 파악하기 위한 1차질문을 선정하여 제공하는 단계;
    1차평가결과생성부를 통하여 상기 피평가자단말로부터 상기 1차질문에 대한 답변에 대한 평가결과인 1차평가결과를 생성시키는 단계;
    2차질문선정 및 제공부를 통하여 상기 1차평가결과의 결과가 미리 정하여진 점수 이하인 경우에는 인지능력 또는 우울증의 정도를 평가할 수 있는 2차질문을 선정하여 상기 피평가자단말에 제공하는 단계;
    2차평가결과생성부를 통하여 상기 피평가자단말로부터 상기 2차질문에 대한 답변을 제공받아 이에 대한 평가결과인 2차평가결과를 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는 정신건강 평가 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    처방 메시지생성 및 제공부를 통하여 상기 1차평가결과 또는 2차평가결과를 참조하여 미리 정하여진 기준에 따라 상기 피평가자에 대한 처방메시지를 생성시켜 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 정신건강 평가 방법.
