Description

Absorbent article
The present invention relates to an absorbent article that is locked to a worn article.
Patent Document 1 discloses an absorbent article that is used by being locked to underwear as a worn article. The liquid-impermeable clothing side sheet (back sheet) of the absorbent article of Patent Document 1 has a plurality of mechanical fastening elements (hook portions). By catching the mechanical fastening element on the worn article, the absorbent article is kept locked to the worn article.
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2012-183379
When the absorbent article is worn, various forces are applied to the absorbent article due to the movement of the legs and the like. In a configuration in which a separate mechanical fastening element and a back sheet are integrated, the rigidity of the connecting portion between the mechanical fastening element and the back sheet tends to be low. That is, a portion having low rigidity is locally formed in the entire back surface member including the mechanical fastening element and the back surface sheet. Therefore, when various forces are applied to the absorbent article, the portion having low rigidity may be locally broken and the locked state to the worn article may not be maintained.
Therefore, an absorbent article that suppresses breakage of the hook portion that is locked to the worn article and easily maintains the locked state with respect to the worn article is provided.
The absorbent article according to one embodiment includes a liquid-impermeable back sheet that comes into contact with the worn article in the front-rear direction and the width direction, an absorption core arranged on the skin surface side of the back sheet, and the absorption core. Also includes a surface sheet arranged on the skin surface side. The back surface sheet has a base portion extending in a plane direction including the front-rear direction and the width direction, and a hook portion protruding from the base portion toward the non-skin surface side and engaging with the worn article. The hook portion is the same member as the base portion and is formed continuously with the base portion.

(1) Outline of Embodiment At least the following matters will be clarified by the description of this specification and the accompanying drawings.
According to this aspect, the absorbent article can be locked to the worn article via the hook portion protruding toward the non-skin surface side of the base portion. When the absorbent article is worn, various forces are applied to the absorbent article due to the movement of the legs and the like. At this time, since the hook portion is the same member as the base portion and the hook portion is formed continuously with the base portion, it is difficult to form a locally low rigidity portion such as a connecting portion between the hook portion and the base portion. .. Therefore, when various forces are applied to the absorbent article, the force is applied to the entire back surface sheet, and the local breakage of the hook portion can be suppressed. By suppressing the breakage of the hook portion, it becomes easy to maintain the locked state with respect to the worn article.
According to a preferred embodiment, a plurality of the hook portions are arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction and the width direction. The heights of the plurality of hook portions are constant. In a configuration having hook portions having different heights, the force applied to the hook portion varies due to the difference in height, a force is locally applied to a part of the hook portion, and the part of the hook portion breaks. There is a risk of However, according to this aspect, since the heights of the plurality of hook portions are constant, the variation in force due to the difference in height is suppressed, and the force is applied to the entire back surface sheet to locally break the hook portions. Can be suppressed.
According to a preferred embodiment, the double absorbent articles are individually wrapped in a wrapping sheet in a folded state folded around a plurality of folds. In the folded state, at least a part of the back surface sheet is covered with the packaging sheet, and the hook portion is engaged with the packaging sheet. According to this aspect, the packaging sheet can cover the hook portion before use and protect the hook portion. It is possible to suppress a problem that the hook portion is unintentionally locked to the surface sheet or the like before the use of the absorbent article.
According to a preferred embodiment, the back surface sheet is covered with the packaging sheet over the entire surface in the unfolded state in which the plurality of folds are not folded as base points. According to this aspect, the packaging sheet can cover the entire hook portion before use and can protect the hook portion. It is possible to suppress a problem that the hook portion is unintentionally locked to the surface sheet or the like before the use of the absorbent article.
According to a preferred embodiment, the back surface sheet has an uncovered area that is not covered by the packaging sheet in an unfolded state that is not folded from the plurality of folds. In the folded state, the hook portion of the uncovered region is engaged with the surface sheet. According to this aspect, in the folded state, the hook portion of the uncovered region can be covered with the front surface sheet, and the hook portion other than the uncoated region can be covered with the back surface sheet. It is possible to suppress a problem that the hook portion is unintentionally locked to the surface sheet or the like before the use of the absorbent article.
According to a preferred embodiment, the hook portion is arranged over the entire surface of the core arrangement region overlapping the absorption core in the thickness direction. According to this aspect, the absorbent article can be locked to the worn article via the hook portion over the entire surface of the core arrangement area. The entire area where the absorption core that absorbs the body fluid is arranged is less likely to float from the worn article, and it is possible to suppress problems such as the body fluid unintentionally adhering to the body or the body fluid leaking.
According to a preferred embodiment, the flap portion is arranged outside the core arrangement region in the width direction and bulges outward in the width direction. The hook portion is arranged on the flap portion. The flap portion has no absorption core and is less rigid than the core placement area, and may be worn when worn. However, according to this aspect, since the hook portion is arranged on the flap portion, the flap portion can also be locked to the worn article via the hook portion, and the flap portion can be prevented from twisting when worn.
According to a preferred embodiment, the hook portion may be arranged over the entire surface of the back surface sheet. According to this aspect, since the back surface sheet is arranged on the entire surface of the absorbent article and the hook portion is arranged over the entire surface of the back surface sheet, the entire surface of the absorbent article is engaged with the worn article via the hook portion. I can stop it.
According to a preferred embodiment, the thickness of the base portion may be thicker than the height of the hook portion. Since the thickness of the base portion is thicker than that of the hook portion, the ratio of contributing to the rigidity of the back surface sheet tends to be higher in the base portion than in the hook portion. The base portion extends in the plane direction over the entire back surface sheet. On the other hand, the hook portions are arranged at intervals in the plane direction, and the back surface sheet has a difference in rigidity depending on the presence or absence of the hook portion. However, since the ratio of contributing to the rigidity of the back surface sheet is higher in the base portion than in the hook portion, the difference in rigidity depending on the presence or absence of the hook portion is less likely to contribute to the rigidity of the entire back surface sheet, and the variation in the rigidity of the back surface sheet can be suppressed. .. Therefore, by suppressing the variation in the rigidity of the back surface sheet, it is possible to suppress the local breakage of the hook portion, and it becomes easy to maintain the locked state with respect to the worn article.

The width direction W is a direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction L. The thickness direction T is a direction extending to the skin surface side T1 and the non-skin surface side T2. Here, the "skin surface side" corresponds to the side facing the wearer's skin during use. The "non-skin side" corresponds to the side that is turned away from the wearer's skin during use.
The absorbent article 1 has an inseam area S2, an anterior side area S1 and a posterior side area S3. The inseam area S2 is an area arranged so as to face the wearer's excretory opening, for example, the vaginal opening. When the absorbent article 1 is attached to the worn article, the inseam area S2 is an area that is arranged in the inseam of the worn article and is arranged between both legs of the wearer. The front side region S1 is located on the front side of the inseam region S2. The front edge of the front region S1 defines the front edge of the absorbent article 1. The posterior region S3 is located posterior to the inseam region S2. The trailing edge of the posterior region S3 defines the trailing edge of the absorbent article 1.
A wing portion 25 may be provided in the inseam area S2. The wing portion 25 extends outward in the width direction W from the absorption core 30 and is folded to the non-skin surface side T2 of the worn article during use. The wing portion 25 may have a front surface sheet 10 and a back surface sheet 20. The front end edge of the wing portion 25 is defined by the base of the wing portion 25, and corresponds to the portion located on the front side of the two portions recessed inward in the width direction W. The front end edge of the wing portion 25 may define the boundary between the inseam area S2 and the front side area S1. The trailing edge of the wing portion 25 is defined by the base of the wing portion 25, and corresponds to the portion located on the rear side of the two portions recessed inward in the width direction W. The trailing edge of the wing portion 25 may define the boundary between the inseam region S2 and the posterior region S3. Further, in the case of the absorbent article having no wing portion 25, at the position where the length of the absorbent article 1 in the front-rear direction L is the longest, each of the regions obtained by dividing the absorbent article 1 into three equal parts in the front-rear direction L , Front side area S1, inseam area S2 and rear side area S3 may be configured.

In the present specification, the term "along the anteroposterior direction L" means a direction having an angle of less than 45 ° with respect to the anteroposterior direction L, and the term "along the width direction W" is used. It means a direction having an angle of less than 45 ° with respect to the width direction W.
The absorbent article 1 has at least a front surface sheet 10, an absorption core 30, and a back surface sheet 20. The surface sheet 10 is a sheet facing the wearer's skin. The surface sheet 10 is arranged toward the wearer's skin during use. The surface sheet 10 may be made of a non-woven fabric or a woven fabric having fibers. The surface sheet 10 may be composed of a liquid permeable sheet. The surface sheet 10 may be composed of one sheet, or may be composed of a center sheet that covers the center of the absorption core 30 in the width direction W and a side sheet that overlaps the outer portion of the center sheet. The absorption core 30 extends along the anteroposterior direction L of the absorbent article 1. The absorption core 30 has an absorbent material capable of absorbing moisture. Absorbent materials can be exemplified by pulp and highly absorbent polymer (SAP). The absorption core 30 may be covered with a core wrap made of tissue or the like. The absorption core 30 may be arranged at least in the inseam area S2 and the rear side area S3, and may be arranged in the front side area S1, the inseam area S2, and the rear side area S3. The back sheet 20 is directed to the side opposite to the wearer's skin during use and comes into contact with the worn article. The back surface sheet 20 is a liquid-impermeable sheet and is a member located on the most non-skin surface side of the absorbent article. The front surface sheet 10 and the back surface sheet 20 are arranged on the entire plane surface of the absorbent article 1. The back sheet 20 will be described in detail later.
The absorbent article 1 may be individually wrapped by the packaging sheet 40 before use. More specifically, the packaging sheet 40 causes the packaging sheet 40 and the absorbent article 1 to be folded together in a state where the absorbent article 1 is placed on the packaging sheet 40 (the state shown in FIGS. 1 and 2). The absorbent article 1 may be included. The packaging sheet may be made of known materials such as films, non-woven fabrics, woven fabrics and the like. FIG. 5 shows an absorbent article 1 in a folded state, which is folded from a plurality of folds as a base point. 5 (a) is a plan view of the folded state, and FIG. 5 (b) is a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC shown in FIG. 5 (a). The packaging sheet 40 may cover the non-skin surface side T2 of the back sheet 20 in the unfolded state and the folded state. The plurality of folds may be folds for folding the absorbent article 1 so that the skin surface side T1 faces each other, and may be along the front-rear direction L or along the width direction W. The absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment is folded with the first fold FW1 and the second fold FW2 along the width direction W as base points. The first fold FW1 is provided on the rear side of the second fold FW2.
Next, the back sheet 20 will be described in detail. As shown in FIG. 4, the back surface sheet 20 has a base portion 21 extending in the plane direction including the front-rear direction L and the width direction W, and a hook portion protruding from the base portion 21 to the non-skin surface side T2 and locking to the worn article. 22 and. The hook portion 22 is made of the same material and the same member as the base portion 21, and is formed continuously with the base portion 21. The base portion 21 is a layer having a predetermined thickness, and the thickness may be constant. The base portion 21 covers the non-skin surface side T2 of the absorption core 30 or the non-skin surface side T2 of the core wrap. The hook portion 22 may have a shaft portion 221 extending from the base portion 21 in the thickness direction T, and an umbrella portion 222 extending in the plane direction from the shaft portion 221. The umbrella portion 222 extends in the plane direction with respect to the shaft portion 221 and is configured to be hooked on the worn article or the surface sheet 10. The total thickness of the back sheet 20 may be 30 μm to 100 μm, and the height of the hook portion 22 may be 10 μm to 30 μm.
According to such a configuration, the absorbent article 1 can be locked to the worn article via the hook portion 22 protruding from the non-skin surface side T2 of the base portion 21. When the absorbent article 1 is worn, various forces are applied to the absorbent article 1 due to the movement of the legs and the like. At this time, since the hook portion 22 is the same member as the base portion 21 and the hook portion 22 is formed continuously with the base portion 21, the local rigidity of the connecting portion between the hook portion 22 and the base portion 21 and the like is locally rigid. It is difficult to make a low part. Therefore, when various forces are applied to the absorbent article 1, the force is applied to the entire back surface sheet 20 to suppress the local breakage of the hook portion 22. By suppressing the breakage of the hook portion 22, it becomes easy to maintain the locked state with respect to the worn article. Further, when the absorbent article 1 is used and then discarded, it is common to roll the absorbent article 1 so that the skin surface side T1 to which the excrement is attached is on the inside. When the absorbent article 1 is rolled with the skin surface side T1 inside, the front surface sheet 10 is arranged so as to cover the non-skin surface side T2 of the back surface sheet 20. Since the back surface sheet 20 has a hook portion 22 projecting to the non-skin surface side T2, the hook portion 22 can be locked to the front surface sheet 10 and the absorbent article 1 can be maintained in a rolled state. The absorbent article 1 can be kept rolled at the time of disposal, and the absorbent article 1 can be disposed of cleanly by the hook portion 22. The absorbent article 1 needs to remain locked to the worn article during use and to be detached from the worn article after use. Therefore, it is preferable that the hook portion 22 has both an engaging strength for continuing to be locked to the worn article and a peeling strength for easily peeling.
A plurality of hook portions 22 are arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction L, and a plurality of hook portions 22 are arranged at intervals in the width direction W. The heights H22 of the plurality of hook portions 22 may be constant. Here, the constant height H22 of the hook portion 22 is a concept including those within ± 15 μm with respect to the height of an arbitrary hook portion. That is, when the heights of the plurality of hook portions 22 are slightly different, if the difference between the height of the highest hook portion 22 and the height of the lowest hook portion 22 is 30 μm, the plurality of hook portions 22 Is constant. Further, the height H22 of the hook portion 22 is the height with respect to the base portion 21 as shown in FIG. In a configuration having hook portions 22 having different heights, the force applied to the hook portion 22 varies depending on the height difference, and a force is locally applied to a part of the hook portions 22, and the part of the hooks is hooked. The portion 22 may break. However, since the heights of the plurality of hook portions 22 are constant, it is possible to suppress the variation in force due to the difference in height, and to receive the force in the entire back surface sheet 20 to suppress the local breakage of the hook portions 22. ..
The hook portion 22 may be arranged over the entire surface of the core arrangement region R30 that overlaps the absorption core 30 in the thickness direction T. The core arrangement region R30 is an region in which the absorption core 30 is arranged in a plan view shown in FIG. 1 and the like, and is a region shaded in FIG. The base portion 21 is provided on the entire surface of the back surface sheet 20, and the hook portions 22 are arranged at intervals. Therefore, the configuration in which the hook portion 22 is arranged over the entire core arrangement region R30 is not limited to the configuration in which the hook portion 22 is arranged so as to fill the entire surface of the core arrangement region R30, and is not limited to the configuration in which the hook portion 22 is arranged so as to fill the entire surface of the core arrangement region R30. As described above, the hook portion 22 is arranged over the entire core arrangement area R30 at regular intervals. According to such a configuration, the absorbent article 1 can be locked to the worn article via the hook portion 22 over the entire surface of the core arrangement region R30. The entire region (core arrangement region) R30 in which the absorption core 30 that absorbs the body fluid is arranged is less likely to be lifted from the worn article, and the trouble that the body fluid unintentionally adheres to the body or the body fluid leaks can be suppressed.
The hook portion 22 may be arranged on the flap portion. The flap portion is a portion that is arranged outside the core arrangement region R30 in the width direction W and bulges outside in the width direction W. The wing portion 25 of the present embodiment constitutes a flap portion. The flap portion may include a hip flap portion that bulges outward in the width direction in the rear side region S3. The flap portion has no absorption core 30 and is less rigid than the core arrangement region R30, and may be worn when worn. However, since the hook portion 22 is arranged on the flap portion, the flap portion can also be locked to the worn article via the hook portion, and the flap portion can be prevented from twisting when worn.
The hook portion 22 may be arranged over the entire surface of the back sheet 20. Here, the configuration in which the hook portion 22 is arranged over the entire surface of the back surface sheet 20 is not limited to the configuration in which the hook portion 22 is arranged so as to fill the entire surface of the back surface sheet 20, as in the present embodiment. The hook portion 22 is arranged over the entire back surface sheet 20 at regular intervals. According to such a configuration, since the back surface sheet 20 is arranged on the entire surface of the absorbent article 1 and the hook portion 22 is arranged over the entire surface of the back surface sheet 20, the absorbent article 22 is interposed through the hook portion 22. The entire surface of 1 can be locked to the worn article.
The thickness T21 of the base portion 21 may be thicker than the height H22 of the hook portion 22. Since the thickness T21 of the base portion 21 is thicker than that of the hook portion 22, the ratio of contributing to the rigidity of the back surface sheet 20 tends to be higher in the base portion 21 than in the hook portion 22. The base portion 21 extends in the plane direction over the entire back surface sheet 20. On the other hand, the hook portions 22 are arranged at intervals in the plane direction. Therefore, the back surface sheet 20 has a difference in rigidity depending on the presence or absence of the hook portion 22. However, since the ratio of contributing to the rigidity of the back surface sheet 20 is higher in the base portion 21 than in the hook portion 22, it becomes difficult for the difference in rigidity depending on the presence or absence of the hook portion 22 to contribute to the rigidity of the back surface sheet 20 as a whole. It is possible to suppress the variation in rigidity. Therefore, by suppressing the variation in the rigidity of the back surface sheet 20, it is possible to suppress the local breakage of the hook portion 22, and it becomes easy to maintain the locked state with respect to the worn article.
At least a part of the back sheet 20 may be covered with the packaging sheet 40 in the folded state shown in FIG. The hook portion 22 may engage with the packaging sheet 40. The wrapping sheet 40 can cover the hook portion 22 before use and protect the hook portion 22. It is possible to suppress a problem that the hook portion 22 is unintentionally locked to the surface sheet 10 or the like before the use of the absorbent article 1. Further, as compared with the conventional configuration in which the absorbent article 1 is locked to the worn article by the adhesive, the adhesive and the release sheet for protecting the adhesive are not required, and the number of parts can be reduced.
In the unfolded state, the back sheet 20 may have an uncovered region NR that is not covered by the packaging sheet 40 in the unfolded state. The uncovered region NR is a part of the back surface sheet 20 and is not covered by the packaging sheet 40 in the unfolded state shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, the uncovered region NR is shaded. In the unfolded state, a part of the back sheet 20 is covered with the packaging sheet 40, and the other part of the back sheet 20 (non-covered region NR) is not covered with the back sheet 20. The unfolded state is a state in which the absorbent article 1 is not folded from the fold as a base point, and in the form having a plurality of folds, it is a state in which none of the folds is folded as the base point. As shown in FIG. 5B, in the folded state, the hook portion 22 of the uncovered region NR may be arranged to face the surface sheet 10 and may engage with the surface sheet 10. In the folded state, the hook portion 22 of the uncovered region NR can be covered with the front surface sheet 10, and the hook portion 22 other than the uncovered region NR can be covered with the back surface sheet 20. It is possible to suppress a problem that the hook portion 22 is unintentionally locked to the sheet or the like before the absorbent article 1 is used. Further, in the present embodiment, the folded state is maintained by the sealing tape 45 that stops the end portion of the packaging sheet 40 in the folded state. However, by engaging the hook portion 22 of the back surface sheet 20 with the front surface sheet 10 in the folded state, it is possible to maintain the folded state without using the sealing tape 45 for joining the packaging sheets 40 to each other.
Further, in the modified example, the back surface sheet 20 may be covered with the packaging sheet 40 over the entire surface in the unfolded state. Since the entire back surface sheet 20 is covered with the packaging sheet 40, the entire hook portion 22 before use can be covered by the packaging sheet 40, and the hook portion 22 can be protected. It is possible to suppress a problem that the hook portion 22 is unintentionally locked to the surface sheet 10 or the like before the use of the absorbent article 1.
