背景技术
线路板使电路迷你化、直观化,对于固定电路的批量生产和优化用电器布局起重要作用,线路板,又称印刷线路板,是重要的电子部件,是电子元器件的支撑体,是电子元器件电气连接的载体,而传统的线路板,大多无防潮功能,当其在较为潮湿的环境下使用时,极易在线路板表面凝结小水珠,造成电子元件损坏,潮气也极易渗透至线路板内部对其内部造成损坏,为此,我们提出了一种具有防潮结构的线路板,用于解决上述问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在传统的线路板,大多无防潮功能,当其在较为潮湿的环境下使用时,极易在线路板表面凝结小水珠,造成电子元件损坏,潮气也极易渗透至线路板内部对其内部造成损坏的缺点,而提出的一种具有防潮结构的线路板。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种具有防潮结构的线路板,包括L型固定框,所述L型固定框内侧固设有线路板,所述线路板一侧固定设有上隔水防潮层,所述上隔水防潮层远离所述线路板的一侧固定设有防凝露层,所述线路板远离所述上隔水防潮层的一侧固定设有防火阻燃层,所述防火阻燃 层远离所述线路板的一侧固定设有上绝缘层,所述上绝缘层远离所述防火阻燃层一侧固定设有电暖发热片,所述电暖发热片远离所述上绝缘层的一侧固定设有下绝缘层,所述下绝缘层远离所述电暖发热片的一侧固定设有下隔水防潮层,所述下隔水防潮层远离所述下绝缘层的一侧固定设有防霉层,所述L型固定框一侧固定设有压紧框,所述压紧框一侧与所述防凝露层一侧固定连接。
优选的,所述压紧框一侧固定设有A三角密封条,所述A三角密封条一侧与所述防凝露层一侧固定连接。
优选的,所述L型固定框一侧固定设有B三角密封条,所述B三角密封条一侧与所述防霉层一侧固定连接。
优选的,所述L型固定框一侧与所述压紧框一侧之间固定设有防潮密封圈。
优选的,所述压紧框一侧设有若干螺钉孔,所述L型固定框一侧在所述螺钉孔的位置均设有螺纹槽,所述螺钉孔内均设有六角槽螺钉,所述六角槽螺钉一侧均穿过所述螺钉孔并延伸至所述螺纹槽内侧。
优选的,所述L型固定框相远离的两侧均固定设有L型安装板。
本实用新型提出的一种具有防潮结构的线路板,有益效果在于:通过设置上隔水防潮层、下隔水防潮层,使其双面均具有隔水防潮功能,可保护其内部结构不被潮气侵蚀,提高其使用寿命,通过设置防凝露层,使其具有防止水气凝结成小水珠功能,通过设置电暖发热片,使其具有加热功能,可对外表上的潮气进行驱散,对小水珠进行蒸发,进一步提高其防潮性能,通过设置防火阻燃层、上绝缘层、下绝缘层, 使其具有较高的安全性能,即使在电暖发热片发生故障后也不会对线路板产生影响,通过设置防霉层,使其背面具有防霉功能,通过设置A三角密封条、B三角密封条、防潮密封圈,使其具有较强的密封性能,可有效防止潮气、湿气进入其内部对其损坏,具有较强的防潮功能,适合推广。

下隔水防潮层9远离下绝缘层8的一侧固定设有防霉层10,使其背面具有防霉功能,L型固定框1一侧固定设有压紧框11,压紧框11一侧设有若干螺钉孔,L型固定框1一侧在螺钉孔的位置均设有螺纹槽15,螺钉孔内均设有六角槽螺钉16,六角槽螺钉16一侧均穿过螺钉孔并延伸至螺纹槽15内侧,压紧框11一侧与防凝露层4一侧固定连接,压紧框11一侧固定设有A三角密封条12,A三角密封条12一侧与防凝露层4一侧固定连接,L型固定框1一侧固定设有B三角密封条13,B三角密封条13一侧与防霉层10一侧固定连接,使其具有较强的密封性能,可有效防止潮气、湿气进入其内部对其损坏,L型固定框1一侧与压紧框11一侧之间固定设有防潮密封圈14,L型固定框1相远离的两侧均固定设有L型安装板17,使其便于安装固定。
