Abstract
Ce modèle d'utilité concerne des dispositifs pour l'activation de processus de traitement de matériaux et de milieux en écoulement dans une couche tourbillonnante de particules ferromagnétiques que l'on utilise dans la production énergétique, l'extraction de gaz et de pétrole, l'industrie chimique, la métallurgie, l'agriculture et l'urbanisme, la protection écologique de l'environnement et dans d'autres branches de l'industrie, et que l'on peut également utiliser pour le traitement de divers milieux liquides et, notamment, la purification d'effluents industriels et domestiques. Ce réacteur physique-chimique (RPC) à couche tourbillonnante comprend un inducteur (1) de champ électromagnétique rotatif dans la cavité annulaire duquel se trouve une chambre de réaction tubulaire avec un corps de travail discret consistant en des particules ferromagnétiques (5) contenues entre des grilles d'extrémité, et se présentant sous forme d'une cartouche amovible (3) faite d'un matériau non magnétique. Selon ce modèle d'utilité, la cartouche est disposée dans la cavité de l'inducteur avec un espace d'air. Ce modèle d'utilité permet d'augmenter la durée de vie et la fiabilité de fonctionnement du RPC, et de réduire les coûts d'exploitation.
