背景技术
冷热敷为舒缓人体各部位不适最常使用的治疗方法,例如人体之肩、颈、胸、背、腰、腹、腕、肘、膝、足等处都可以通过冷敷或热敷来减缓不适感,也是医疗过程当中相当常用到的治疗方式,不论是运动造成的肌肉伤害、跌打损伤、发炎消肿或活血化瘀等症状,透过冷敷或热敷都能达到舒缓不适的效果等。
传统冷热敷方式的媒介多采用毛巾或热水袋,一冷一热,使用时两者相互交替,使用并不便利;且由于冰毛巾及热水袋完全曝露于空气中,其媒介材质也并无特殊构造,因此导致传统冷热敷方式的储能时间短,缺乏效果持久度。目前市场上也销售有采用水凝胶类物质作为敷料装入外袋中形成的冷热敷产品,但是水凝胶类敷料在使用过程中敷料易流动,造成冷敷、热敷效果不好且敷料易堆积到底部,达不到均匀冷热敷的效果。

步骤二、向反应釜中先加入水和甘油,再加入丙烯酰胺、羟甲基丙烯酰胺和氯化钠,然后一起搅拌12-36小时得备用料;
步骤三、将步骤二得到的备用料灌装在一外袋内,用平整重物压在装有备用料的外袋上30~180分钟后外袋内形成弹性凝胶体;
步骤四、除去外袋将弹性凝胶体用一裹布包裹,将裹布沿弹性凝胶体形状包边,即得冷热敷产品。
进一步地,所述制备方法还包括:
步骤五、对步骤四得到的冷热敷产品进行质检,对检验合格的产品包装入库。
进一步地,所述外袋和裹布的形状均与冷热敷产品的外形尺寸相匹配。
进一步地,所述裹布为弹性布。
进一步地,所述弹性布为莱卡布。
进一步地,所述外袋是由两片PVC材料叠在一起热封而成。
进一步地,所述平整重物为铝板。
进一步地,步骤一中,各原料的重量百分比为:丙烯酰胺18%、羟甲基丙烯酰胺3.6%、甘油30%、氯化钠0.4%、水48%。
根据本申请实施例的第二方面,一种冷热敷产品,所述冷热敷产品采用权利要求上述的制备方法制备而成。
所述冷热敷产品为冷热敷护肘、冷热敷护肩、冷热敷眼罩或者冷热敷垫。
本申请实施例具有如下优点:
本申请实施例一种冷热敷产品的制备方法简单、原料廉价易得、无污染,易于推广;采用该制备方法制备的冷热敷产品具有优异的保热储冷性能,凉感佳,制备的敷料弹性凝胶体弹性好,不易变形,能使冷热敷产品一直维持原来的形状不干瘪。

实施例1
一种冷热敷产品的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、称取如下原料:丙烯酰胺90千克、羟甲基丙烯酰胺18千克、甘油150千克、氯化钠2千克、纯净水240千克;
步骤二、向反应釜中先加入纯净水和甘油,再加入丙烯酰胺、羟甲基丙烯酰胺和氯化钠,然后一起搅拌24小时得备用料;
步骤三、将步骤二得到的备用料灌装在一外袋内,用铝板压在装有备用料的外袋上120分钟后外袋内形成弹性凝胶体;
步骤四、除去外袋将弹性凝胶体用一裹布包裹,将裹布沿弹性凝胶体形状包边,即得冷热敷产品。
步骤五、对步骤四得到的冷热敷产品进行质检,对检验合格的产品包装入库。
所述外袋和裹布的形状均与冷热敷产品的外形尺寸相匹配,所述裹布为莱卡布,所述外袋是由两片PVC材料叠在一起用高频机热封而成。其中PVC材料、莱卡布裁剪成上250mm,下350mm,高260mm的梯形状;
所述冷热敷产品为冷热敷护肘或冷热敷护肩。
实施例2
一种冷热敷产品的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、称取如下原料:丙烯酰胺50克、羟甲基丙烯酰胺100克、甘油340克、氯化钠10克、纯净水500克;
步骤二、向反应釜中先加入纯净水和甘油,再加入丙烯酰胺、羟甲基丙烯酰胺和氯化钠,然后一起搅拌12小时得备用料;
步骤三、将步骤二得到的备用料灌装在一外袋内,用铝板压在装有备用料的外袋上30分钟后外袋内形成弹性凝胶体;
步骤四、除去外袋将弹性凝胶体用一裹布包裹,将裹布沿弹性凝胶体形状包边,即得冷热敷产品。
步骤五、对步骤四得到的冷热敷产品进行质检,对检验合格的产品包装入库。

步骤二、向反应釜中先加入纯净水和甘油,再加入丙烯酰胺、羟甲基丙烯酰胺和氯化钠,然后一起搅拌12小时得备用料;
步骤三、将步骤二得到的备用料灌装在一外袋内,用铝板压在装有备用料的外袋上60分钟后外袋内形成弹性凝胶体;
步骤四、除去外袋将弹性凝胶体用一裹布包裹,将裹布沿弹性凝胶体形状包边,即得冷热敷产品。
步骤五、对步骤四得到的冷热敷产品进行质检,对检验合格的产品包装入库。

步骤二、向反应釜中先加入纯净水和甘油,再加入丙烯酰胺、羟甲基丙烯酰胺和氯化钠,然后一起搅拌36小时得备用料;
步骤三、将步骤二得到的备用料灌装在一外袋内,用铝板压在装有备用料的外袋上90分钟后外袋内形成弹性凝胶体;
步骤四、除去外袋将弹性凝胶体用一裹布包裹,将裹布沿弹性凝胶体形状包边,即得冷热敷产品。
步骤五、对步骤四得到的冷热敷产品进行质检,对检验合格的产品包装入库。

实验例
1、实验方法:
取市面上采用水凝胶类物质作为敷料的冷热敷袋作为对比例,取实施例1制备的冷热敷产品作为测试例进行测试分析,将对比例样品和测试例样品分别放入-18度冰箱中冷冻8小时,取出,在环境温度20℃的条件下,将设置好的温度记录器分别固定在样品中间底部,测试样品表面温度随时间的变化情况,其温度变化曲线对比图如图1所示,曲线a显示的是对比例样品的温度变化曲线图,曲线b显示的是测试例样品的温度变化曲线图。
2、实验分析
由图1可以看出,对比例样品和测试例样品从冰箱中拿出来的时候样 品表面温度均为-6.5℃,随着时间的延长对比例样品的样品表面逐渐上升至20℃,而测试例样品表面的温度先在-6.5℃保持一段时间,再逐渐下降至-8℃,而后又在-8℃保持一段时间后,再逐渐上升至18.5℃。说明本申请测试例样品具有优异的保热储冷性能,再将本实施例样品进行20组循环的上述测试,本申请测试例样品仍然具有较高的弹性,并且不变形。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本申请作了详尽的描述,但在本申请基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本申请精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本申请要求保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冷热敷产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
    步骤一、按重量百分比称取如下原料:丙烯酰胺5%-25%、羟甲基丙烯酰胺1%-10%、甘油15-35%、氯化钠0.1-1%、水30-50%;
    步骤二、向反应釜中先加入水和甘油,再加入丙烯酰胺、羟甲基丙烯酰胺和氯化钠,然后一起搅拌12-36小时得备用料;
    步骤三、将步骤二得到的备用料灌装在一外袋内,用平整重物压在装有备用料的外袋上30~180分钟后外袋内形成弹性凝胶体;
    步骤四、除去外袋将弹性凝胶体用一裹布包裹,将裹布沿弹性凝胶体形状包边,即得冷热敷产品。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种冷热敷产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法还包括:
    步骤五、对步骤四得到的冷热敷产品进行质检,对检验合格的产品包装入库。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种冷热敷产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述外袋和裹布的形状均与冷热敷产品的外形尺寸相匹配。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种冷热敷产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述裹布为弹性布。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种冷热敷产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述弹性布为莱卡布。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的一种冷热敷产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述外袋是由两片PVC材料叠在一起热封而成。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种冷热敷产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述平整重物为铝板。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种冷热敷产品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤一中,各原料的重量百分比为:丙烯酰胺18%、羟甲基丙烯酰胺3.6%、 甘油30%、氯化钠0.4%、水48%。
  9. 一种冷热敷产品,其特征在于,所述冷热敷产品采用权利要求1-8任一项所述的制备方法制备而成。
  10. 如权利要求9所述一种冷热敷产品,其特征在于,所述冷热敷产品为冷热敷护肘、冷热敷护肩、冷热敷眼罩或者冷热敷垫。
