Description

一种电动床微风设备 技术领域
本发明涉及电动床领域,尤其涉及一种电动床微风设备。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人民对日常生活质量需求的提高,家庭对电动床的使用比例逐年增加。电动床是一种可电动控制床板头部或脚部高度,并自由调节床板弯曲程度的床架。为了让床垫更加贴合床板,往往使用乳胶床垫或记忆棉床垫。乳胶床垫和记忆棉床垫具有很好的保暖性,因此透气性比弹簧床垫差很多,一旦环境温度升高,睡感会差。接触床垫面的皮肤由于闷热不透气,往往会出汗。目前市场上具有微风系统的电动床,但是电动床控制系统和微风控制系统是两套独立的系统。两套系统具有独立的供电系统和遥控系统。导致系统成本增加,一定程度上阻碍了该系统的大量推广。两个遥控器,用户操作也很繁琐。
为了降低成本,提高用户使用的便捷性,亟需开发一套成本低、用户操作方便的电动床微风设备。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是统一集成了电动床设备与微风设备,通过统一的遥控器操控。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种电动床微风设备,包括遥控器、第一单片机、第二单片机、电动床电机和风扇;
所述遥控器与所述第一单片机无线连接;所述第一单片机与所述电动床电机电连接;所述第二单片机与所述第一单片机电连接,所述第二单片机与所述风扇电连接。
进一步地,还包括:计时器,所述计时器与所述第二单片机和所述风扇电连接。
进一步地,还包括:同步接口,所述同步接口与所述第一单片机电连 接。
进一步地,所述风扇为至少两个。
进一步地,所述遥控器为多个。
本发明的技术效果在于融合了电动床控制系统与微风系统的供电与遥控器,降低了成本并提高了用户使用电动床时的便捷性。

具体实施方式
以下参考说明书附图介绍本发明的多个优选实施例,使其技术内容更加清楚和便于理解。本发明可以通过许多不同形式的实施例来得以体现,本发明的保护范围并非仅限于文中提到的实施例。
在附图中,结构相同的部件以相同数字标号表示,各处结构或功能相似的组件以相似数字标号表示。附图所示的每一组件的尺寸和厚度是任意示出的,本发明并没有限定每个组件的尺寸和厚度。为了使图示更清晰,附图中有些地方适当夸大了部件的厚度。
图1示出了电动床的结构,包括床板1、框架2、滑动组件3、第一连杆机构4和电动床电机300;其中床板1包括:第一床板11、第二床板12、第三床板13、第四床板14和第五床板15,第一床板11、第二床板12、第三床板13和第四床板14依序于交界处相互枢轴连接,且水平排列于框架2的顶部,第五床板15依序设于所述框架顶部;第一床板11通过第一 连杆机构4与框架2翻转连接,电动床电机300可推动第一床板11相对于第二床板12和框架2翻转,第二床板12通过滑动组件3可相对于框架2水平滑动,第二床板12随第一床板11翻转运动水平滑动,并带动所述第三床板13和所述第四床板14水平移动。
当电动床电机300驱动第一床板11相对于第二床板12和框架2向上翻转时,第一床板11与框架2之间的夹角随之变大,使用者的姿势会由平躺逐步变为半躺或坐起状态,同时在第一连杆机构4的限制下,随着第一床板11向上翻转的角度增大,第一床板11与第五床板15的水平距离也随之增大,第一床板11逐渐向电动床的一端靠拢,第一床板11、第二床板12、第三床板13和第四床板14依序于交界处相互枢轴连接,在滑动组件3的配合下,第一床板11拉动第二床板12平移并远离逐渐第五床板15,第二床板12拉动第三床板13和第四床板14朝第一床板11的方向平移并逐渐远离第五床板15。如果使用者靠在第一床板11上看电视,通过第一床板11的翻转和水平移动,可以保持尽可能的远离电视。通过一个驱动组件5,电动床就实现了床板的翻转变形,并带动多块床板朝第一床板11的方向水平移动,调整人体的位置和高低,实现了电动床的升降功能,同时还节约了成本、减少电动床的体积和重量,方便运输。
图2示出了本发明所述的电动床微风集成控制设备的结构示意图,其包括第一单片机100、第二单片机200、电动床电机300和风扇400,此外还包括遥控器,用于向第一单片机100发出第一指令或第二指令。第一单片机100与电动床电机300电连接,第一单片机100响应第一指令并发出第一控制信号给电动床电机300,在第一控制信号对电机的作用下,电机带动电动床并改变电动床的姿态,进而改变用户的卧姿,起到改善睡眠的效果。第一单片机100优选的使用型号为STM32F030。
第二单片机200分别与第一单片机100和风扇400电连接,第一单片机100响应第二指令后,发出第二控制信号给第二单片机200,切换风扇400的运行速度。第二单片机200优选的实用型号为STM8S003。
进一步地,第二单片机200还包括计时器,计时器与第二单片机200和风扇400电连接,计时器收到第三指令后开启,经过预先设定的时间后 切换风扇400的风速。计时器可以在经过多个时间段后自动切换风扇400的风速。优选地,计时器在10小时后自动关闭风扇400。这是由于人在入睡后,心脏搏动变的舒缓,代谢减慢,体温下降。为了让用户不在睡眠后着凉。所以引入了计时器。例如,计时器在低档风速下收到第三指令时,风扇400以30%额定转速工作5小时,然后关闭;在中档风速下收到第三指令时,风扇400以40%额定转速工作5小时,然后转为30%额定转速工作5小时,最后关闭;在高档风速下收到第三指令时,风扇400以50%额定转速工作5小时,然后转为40%额定转速工作5小时,最后关闭。
进一步地,第一单片机100还包括电连接的同步接口,将两个电动床微风设备通过同步线500连接。同步线500通过电阻网络接入连接两个微风设备的第一单片机100的通信总线,对两个微风设备进行同步控制,进而同步控制两张单人床。同步线500连接后,第一单片机100和第二单片机200进入串口半双工单线收发模式,以串联方式联接。无论使用哪个设备的遥控器发出第一指令、第二指令、或是第三指令,两个微风设备均会同步响应,作出相同动作。
进一步地,风扇400为至少两个,第二指令包括至少两个下级指令并与每个风扇400一一对应。这是为了解决用户为多人时,每人均可匹配一个风扇400,并且分别操控其风速。以双人床为例,风扇400则分别被设置在电动床的左侧与右侧,也可根据需要设置在电动床的头尾以及任意需要设置的位置。通过多个下级指令,可以分别控制多个风扇400的风速。而在单用户的情况下,风扇400也可为多个,以适应人体不同部位对风速的要求。控制风扇400的第二指令由遥控器发出,同时下级指令也可集成在一个遥控器上,控制简便。
进一步地,遥控器可为多个。在多用户的情况下,可每个用户对应一个遥控器,分别对风扇400进行控制。

  1. 一种电动床微风设备,其特征在于,包括遥控器、第一单片机、第二单片机、电动床电机和风扇;
    所述遥控器与所述第一单片机无线连接;所述第一单片机与所述电动床电机电连接;所述第二单片机与所述第一单片机电连接,所述第二单片机与所述风扇电连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电动床微风设备,其特征在于,还包括:计时器,所述计时器与所述第二单片机和所述风扇电连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电动床微风设备,其特征在于,还包括:同步接口,所述同步接口与所述第一单片机电连接。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的电动床微风设备,其特征在于,所述风扇为至少两个。
  5. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的电动床微风设备,其特征在于,所述遥控器为多个。
