- the data held in the register 31 at time t22 is at the L level, and the read data is also at the L level.
- the microcomputer 102 writes H-level data to the register 31 via the communication circuit 40, and the H-level data is held in the register 31.
- the relay drive circuit 13 is turned off. Therefore, the voltage of the terminal VB (first power supply voltage) gradually decreases due to the current consumption of the electronic control device 100. As the voltage of the terminal VB decreases, the internal voltage V2 cannot maintain the voltage required for the operation of the voltage detection circuit 30 and the data retention of the register 31.
- the register 31 stops operating, and the output of the register 31 is fixed (reset) to the L level.
- the output VBdet of the voltage detection circuit 30 changes to the L level, the register 31 is reset, and the register 31 is reset.
- the retained data may be changed to the L level.
- the microcomputer 102 After that, after switching the ignition switch 11 on again at time t26, the same operation as when the ignition switch 11 is turned on at time t21 is performed. At time t27, similarly to time t22, the microcomputer 102 reads L-level data from the register 31 via the communication circuit 40. Then, at time t28, the microcomputer 102 writes H-level data to the register 31 in the same manner as at time t23.
- FIG. 9 is a timing chart showing an example of the operation when the power relay 12 is fixed on in the electronic control device 100A.
- the on / off of the power relay 12 could be controlled from the initial time t20 to the time t23 as in FIG. 8, but the power relay 12 is turned on after the time t23 until the time t30.
- the description will be made on the assumption that the particles are stuck in a state. Since the operation from the initial time t20 to the time t23 is the same as the example shown in FIG. 8, the description thereof will be omitted.
- the power relay 12 is stuck in the on state.
- the power supply voltage VBAT continues to be supplied to the terminal VB of the electronic control device 100.
- the power supply voltage VBAT continues to be supplied to the first power supply circuit 21, but since the voltage is not applied via the terminal PSA by turning off the ignition switch 11, the first power supply circuit 21 has an internal voltage of V1. Stop the output. Therefore, the communication circuit 40 and the microcomputer 102 stop operating because the supply of the internal voltage V1 is stopped.
- the second power supply circuit 22 receives the supply of the power supply voltage VBAT via the fixed power supply relay 12 and continues to output the internal voltage V2, the voltage detection circuit 30 continues to operate and the output VBdet is H level. Remains. Therefore, the register 31 holds the H level data written from the microcomputer 102 at the time t23.
- the power supply voltage VBAT is applied to the first power supply circuit 21 via the terminal PSA, the first power supply circuit 21 outputs the internal voltage V1, and the communication circuit 40 and the communication circuit 40.
- the microcomputer 102 starts operation.
- the microcomputer 102 reads out the data held in the register 31 via the communication circuit 40.
- the microcomputer 102 since the register 31 holds the H level data, the microcomputer 102 reads the H level data. That is, by assuming the case where the power relay 12 is stuck in the ON state, H level data different from the L level data read at time t22 is read. In this way, as in the first embodiment, the microcomputer 102 reads the H level data from the register 31, so that the microcomputer 102 can detect that the power relay 12 is stuck in the ON state. Become.
- the microcomputer 102 writes H-level data to the register 31 in the same manner as at time t28.
- the second power supply circuit 22 is different from the first power supply circuit 21 in that the power supply voltage VBAT is supplied via the terminal BATT.
- the difference is whether to receive the power supply voltage VBAT from the terminal VB via the power supply relay 12 as in the first power supply circuit 21. That is, in other words, it was shown that even when the second power supply circuit 22 is supplied with power by the same route as the first power supply circuit 21, it is possible to detect the on-sticking of the power supply relay 12.
- the monitoring unit (second power supply system block 120) is based on the first power supply voltage (power supply voltage VBAT via the terminal VB). Operate.
- the monitoring unit operates at the first power supply voltage (power supply voltage VBAT) supplied from the battery (battery 10) via the power supply relay (power supply relay 12).
- the monitoring unit is affected by the on / off (sticking) of the power relay 12.
- the power supply is supplied. The sticking of the power relay can be detected based on the monitoring result of the first power supply voltage reflecting the presence or absence of the sticking of the relay.
- the voltage of the terminal VB is detected because the power relay 12 is detected to be on and stuck, and the ignition off period is short even though the power relay 12 is not actually stuck.
- An example of the configuration and operation of the electronic control device for preventing erroneous detection that the power relay 12 is stuck when the ignition switch 11 is turned on again before the voltage falls below the threshold voltage VBth will be described.
- FIG. 10 is a block diagram showing an example of the configuration of the electronic control device 100B according to the third embodiment.
- the difference between the electronic control device 100B according to the third embodiment and the electronic control device 100 according to the first embodiment will be described.
- the electronic control device 100B shown in FIG. 10 is for measuring the off time from the time when the ignition switch 11 is further switched from the on state to the off state in the second power supply system block 120B which is operated by supplying the internal voltage V2.
- a timer circuit 32 is provided. That is, the third embodiment is a configuration in which the timer circuit 32 is provided in the configuration of the first embodiment.
- the timer circuit 32 is connected to the communication circuit 40 and the wiring PSA, and measures the time in a state where the power supply voltage VBAT is not supplied to the wiring PSA.
- the microcomputer 102 can read the time information measured by the timer circuit 32 via the communication circuit 40 from the timer circuit 32.
- FIG. 11 is a block diagram showing an example of the configuration of the timer circuit 32.
- the timer circuit 32 compares the counter 321 that periodically increases and outputs the count value CNT by a clock signal (not specified), the count threshold value CNTth, and the count value CNT and the count threshold value CNTth. It is composed of a count comparison circuit 322.
- the count comparison circuit 322 outputs the count comparison result CNTd to the communication circuit 40 as binary information of H level or L level.
- the counter 321 fixes the count value CNT to zero when the potential of the PSA terminal is the power supply voltage VBAT, and periodically counts the count value by a clock signal (not shown) when the potential of the PSA terminal is the ground potential. Increase CNT.
- FIG. 12 is a block diagram showing an example of the configuration of the count comparison circuit 322 included in the timer circuit 32.
- the count comparison circuit 322 includes a comparator 322a that compares the count value CNT of the counter 321 with the count threshold CNTth and outputs the comparison result, and a register 322b that holds the comparison result output by the comparator 322a.
- the comparator 322a outputs H level data as the count comparison result CNTd when the count value CNT is larger than the count threshold CNTth, and outputs L level data as the count comparison result CNTd in other cases.
- the comparator 322a can be configured by a comparator.
- the microcomputer 102 can read the count comparison result CNTdet from the register 322b of the timer circuit 32 via the communication circuit 40, and can write a desired value to the count threshold value CNTth.
- the count threshold value CNTth is stored in a register or a memory included in the timer circuit 32.
- FIG. 13 is a timing chart showing an example of the operation when the power relay 12 is not fixed on in the electronic control device 100B.
- the power relay 12 can be normally controlled to the on or off state and the off period of the ignition switch 11 is sufficiently long. Specifically, consider a case where the ignition switch 11 is turned on again after the ignition switch 11 is turned off and the voltage of the terminal VB falls below the threshold voltage VBth.
- the state at the initial time t0 of FIG. 5 and the state at the initial time t40 of FIG. 13 are the same.
- the operations from the initial time t40 to the time t44 are basically the same.
- the count value CNT of the counter 321 is zero and the count comparison result CNTtet is the L level in the initial state at the initial time t20.
- the operation of the electronic control device 100B at this time is the same as the operation at time t1 described in the first embodiment (FIG. 5). That is, the power supply voltage VBAT is supplied to the terminal PSA via the ignition switch 11, and the relay drive circuit 13 turns on the power supply relay 12. When the power relay 12 is turned on, the power supply voltage VBAT is supplied to the terminal VB, and the first power supply circuit 21 outputs the internal voltage V1.
- the communication circuit 40 and the microcomputer 102 start operation by receiving the supply of the internal voltage V1.
- the power supply voltage VBAT is also supplied to the voltage detection circuit 30, and when the power supply voltage VBAT exceeds the threshold voltage VBth, the output VBdet changes from the L level to the H level.
- the register 31 changes from the reset state to the non-reset state when the output VBdet becomes H level.
- the microcomputer 102 reads out the data held in the register 31 via the communication circuit 40 and the count comparison result CNTt held in the register 322b of the timer circuit 32.
- the data held in the register 31 is set to the L level
- the count comparison result CNTdet is also set to the L level in the initial state. Therefore, regarding the data read by the microcomputer 102 at time t42, both the holding data in the register 31 and the count comparison result CNTdet are at the L level.
- the microcomputer 102 writes H-level data to the register 31 via the communication circuit 40, and the H-level data is held in the register 31.
- the relay drive circuit 13 is turned off. Therefore, the voltage of the terminal VB (first power supply voltage) gradually decreases due to the current consumption of the electronic control device 100B.
- the voltage drop rate of the terminal VB shown in FIG. 13 is slower than the voltage drop rate of the terminal VB shown in FIG.
- the timer circuit 32 (counter 321) starts measuring the off time of the ignition switch 11 and initializes the count comparison result CNTet to the L level.
- the initial state of the count comparison result CNTet is described as the L level, the value of the count comparison result CNTt does not change before and after the writing is performed at time t43.
- the microcomputer 102 reads out the data held in the register 31 via the communication circuit 40 and the count comparison result CNTdet output by the timer circuit 32.
- the difference between the time t42 and the time t48 is that the H level is read out to the microcomputer 102 as the data of the count comparison result CNTd when the count value CNT of the timer circuit 32 reaches the count threshold value CNTth at the time t46.
- the microcomputer 102 writes H-level data to the register 31 in the same manner as at time t43. From the above, in the timing chart of FIG. 13, since the read data of the register 31 after the ignition switch 11 is turned on again is the L level, it can be determined that the power relay 12 is normally turned off.
- FIG. 14 is a timing chart showing an example different from that of FIG. 13 in the operation when the power relay 12 is not fixed on in the electronic control device 100B.
- the power relay 12 can be normally controlled to the on or off state and the off period of the ignition switch 11 is short. Specifically, consider a case where the ignition switch 11 is turned on again after the ignition switch 11 is turned off and before the voltage of the terminal VB falls below the threshold voltage VBth. At this time, it is assumed that the count value CNT of the timer circuit 32 that counts the off period of the ignition switch 11 is before the count threshold value CNT th is reached. Since the operation from the initial time t40 to the time t44 in FIG. 14 is the same as the example shown in FIG. 13, the description thereof will be omitted.
- the microcomputer 102 reads out the data held in the register 31 via the communication circuit 40 and the count comparison result CNTdet output by the timer circuit 32. Then, at time t52, the microcomputer 102 writes H-level data to the register 31 in the same manner as at time t43.
- the difference between the time t51 and the time t48 in FIG. 13 is that the H level data was read from the register 31 even though the power relay 12 was not stuck on. That is, in the first embodiment, it is determined that the power relay 12 is in the on-fixed state when the data read from the register 31 is at the H level.
- the timing chart of FIG. 14 suggests that there is a possibility of erroneously diagnosing the on-sticking of the power relay 12 depending on the time from turning off the ignition switch 11 to turning it on again.
- the timer circuit 32 is arranged and the off period of the ignition switch 11 is measured before the voltage of the terminal VB falls below the threshold voltage VBth of the voltage detection circuit 30.
- the ignition switch 11 is turned on again, it is possible to prevent the power relay 12 from being erroneously diagnosed as being stuck on.
- the microcomputer 102 reads the L level in the count comparison result CNTet of the timer circuit 32, even if the microcomputer 102 reads the H level data from the register 31, it is ignored, and the power relay 12 is in the ON-fixed state. Judge that it is not.
- FIG. 15 is a timing chart showing an example of the operation when the power relay 12 is fixed on in the electronic control device 100B.
- the on / off of the power relay 12 could be controlled from the initial time t40 to the time t43 in the same manner as in FIG. 13, but the power relay 12 is turned on after the time t43 until the time t53.
- the description will be made on the assumption that the particles are stuck in a state. Since the operation from the initial time t40 to the time t43 is the same as the example shown in FIG. 13, the description thereof will be omitted.
- the power relay 12 When the ignition switch 11 is switched from on to off at time t53 after the power relay 12 is stuck in the on state between the time t43 and the time t53, the power relay 12 is stuck in the on state and is electronic.
- the operation of the control device 100B is the same as the operation at time t10 described in the first embodiment (FIG. 6).
- the difference between the operation at time t53 and the operation at time t10 shown in FIG. 6 in this embodiment is that the timer circuit 32 starts measuring the off time of the ignition switch 11 and initializes the count comparison result CNTet to the L level. Is.
- the initial state of the count comparison result CNTdet is described as the L level, so that the value of the count comparison result CNTdet does not change before and after the writing is performed at the time t43. ..
- the power supply voltage VBAT is applied to the first power supply circuit 21 via the terminal PSA. Then, the first power supply circuit 21 outputs the internal voltage V1, and the communication circuit 40 and the microcomputer 102 start operating.
- the microcomputer 102 reads out the data held in the register 31 via the communication circuit 40 and the count comparison result CNTdet output by the timer circuit 32.
- the holding data and the count comparison result CNTet of the register 31 are at the H level, and the microcomputer 102 reads the H level data as the holding data and the count comparison result CNTet of the register 31.
- the microcomputer 102 writes H-level data to the register 31 in the same manner as at time t43.
- FIG. 15 is different from FIG. 14 in that the count value CNT of the timer circuit 32 exceeds the count threshold value CNTth during the off period of the ignition switch 11, and the count comparison result CNTtet is at the H level.
- a desired value can be written from the microcomputer 102 via the communication circuit 40. Then, as shown in FIG. 13, after the voltage of the terminal VB after the ignition switch 11 is turned off falls below the threshold voltage VBth of the voltage detection circuit 30, the count output CNT of the timer circuit 32 is appropriate to exceed the count threshold CNTth. Set to. Thereby, this embodiment can be used as a means for preventing erroneous diagnosis of on-sticking of the power relay 12.
- the microcomputer 102 reads the holding data of the register 31 and the count comparison result CNTdet via the communication circuit 40 after the ignition switch 11 is turned on in a state where the count threshold value CNTth is appropriately set. It can be determined that the power supply relay 12 is stuck on only when all the read data are at the H level.
- the processor (processor 102a) further measures the time when the power supply (ignition switch 11) is off, which is a timer circuit (timer circuit). 32). Then, in the processor (processor 102a), the measurement time (count value CNT) of the timer circuit is such that the first power supply voltage (power supply voltage VBAT via the terminal VB) falls below the threshold voltage (VBth) after the power is turned off. When it is equal to or less than the threshold value (count threshold voltage CNTth) set based on the time required until, control is performed so as not to detect the sticking abnormality of the power supply relay (power supply relay 12).
- the threshold value is set based on the time required for the power-off time (measurement time) from the time when the power is turned off until the first power supply voltage falls below the threshold voltage.
- the power relay sticking abnormality is not detected.
- the sticking abnormality detection is not performed, so that the false detection of the sticking abnormality of the power relay can be prevented.
- the measurement time of the timer circuit is first after the power supply (ignition switch 11) is turned off.

- the timer count threshold CNTth
- the storage unit register 31
- the electronic control device having the above configuration, after confirming that the first power supply voltage has definitely dropped to the threshold voltage, the power supply relay sticking abnormality is detected based on the information read from the storage unit. , It is possible to prevent false detection of sticking abnormality of the power relay.
- FIG. 16 is a timing chart showing another example of operation when the power relay is fixed on in the electronic control device according to the modified example of the third embodiment.
- the operations from the initial time t40 to the time t43 and from the time t53 to the time t54 are the same as the examples shown in FIG. 13, and thus the description thereof will be omitted.
- the power supply voltage VBAT is applied to the first power supply circuit 21 via the terminal PSA. Then, the first power supply circuit 21 outputs the internal voltage V1, and the communication circuit 40 and the microcomputer 102 start operating.

Abstract
Description
リレー駆動回路13は、MOSFET(Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor)等のスイッチング素子131を用いて構成することができる。
