Abstract

El presente modelo de utilidad se refiere a un actuador colgador con gancho halador y más específicamente a un actuador colgador con gancho halador para el sector tecnológico de aerosoles que son utilizados específicamente para esparcir líquidos en forma pulverizada por la válvula que se une al actuador el cual es presionado para permitir el paso del líquido por la válvula impulsado por el gas propelente hacia el exterior del envase, como siliconas, limpiadores, pinturas, insecticidas, espumas, desodorantes, lacas, betunes líquidos, ambientadores y otros. Dicho modelo de utilidad está conformado por dos elementos: una pieza en forma de pinza colgadora que se coloca en el tanque del baño, o en una puntilla, tornillo, cajón o repisa dicha pieza tiene una abrazadera en forma de tenaza que rodea y ensambla el aerosol por el cuello, y la segunda pieza conformada por el gancho actuador que se ensambla a la primera pieza por su eje y se inserta en la válvula del aerosol. Esta mencionada pieza se hala hacia abajo por el gancho actuador desde su espátula permitiendo la salida del líquido al aperturar la válvula del aerosol y ser impulsado por el gas propelente de este.

Description

ADAPTADOR ACTUADOR PARA AEROSOLES
Descripción
El problema técnico que resuelve nuestro diseño es el de poder colgar cualquier aerosol y poder ser actuado u oprimido por halado difiriendo de la técnica anterior porque los sistemas actuadores actuales funcionan por actuación u oprimido por la parte superior o por la parte lateral hacia una superficie o hacia el centro como tipo bocina eléctrico o manualmente. Mientras nuestro diseño al permitir ser colgado y halado da una nueva manera de utilidad por su forma de sujeción y actuación.
El presente modelo de utilidad, Actuador colgador con gancho halador para aerosoles, está elaborado en plástico o cualquier otro material, dicho modelo está conformado por dos piezas que se unen o ensamblan para reemplazar los actuadores originales del aerosol, para así permitirle a este objeto colgarlo o colocarlo y darle la estabilidad en el sitio escogido para su uso. También en caso de querer cargarlo o llevarlo en la pretina del pantalón o la correa. Una pieza en forma de pinza colgadora, que es la que se sujeta al borde del tanque del sanitario, en los bolsillos de las puertas de los carros o en una repisa y también se puede colocar en el cinturón en caso de llevarla a algún vento o espectáculo, ya que puede contener aromatizante o espumas de colores, esta pinza colgadora presenta en la parte superior un fragmento en forma de tenaza que ciñe o abraza el cuello del tarro del líquido o espuma, así mismo conlleva al inicio de la tenaza un pequeño eje en donde se ensambla o une la segunda pieza en forma de gancho actuador; este gancho actuador muestra en primer término una boquilla que se inserta en el tubo de la válvula propia del aerosol y luego se extiende en ángulo recto como una espátula para ser operada manualmente hacia abajo y permitir así la expansión de los líquidos.
Este diseño se une o ensambla por el pin que está en la parte superior de la pinza formando un dispensador con la posibilidad de colgarlo por la parte interior de la pinza quedando sujeto para permitir que cuando halemos el gancho por la parte inferior en la espátula, oprima desde la boquilla el tubo de la válvula que está dentro del envase del aerosol aperturando esta y permitiendo la presión del líquido por el efecto del gas propulsor contenido en este, el cual impulsa el líquido obligándolo a salir del recipiente y esparciéndose para su uso ejemplo; aromatizar pintar o limpiar.
Este modelo tiene la capacidad de ser colgado sin la necesidad de ser pegado con cinta, simplemente ser sujetado por la pinza en el sitio deseando por ejemplo en la ducha para dispensar crema de afeitar, jabón de baño, también se puede usar cuando vamos a pintar al poderlo colocar en la pretina del pantalón y tener mayor comodidad y seguridad para su uso.
El modelo consta de 2 piezas que se unen para formar el dispositivo colgador halador para aerosoles, donde vemos la pieza uno un sistema que contiene una pinza que se puede sujetar por su parte interior a una repisa, lamina, tabla, cajón u otras de estas, se desprende por su parte frontal un soporte donde encontramos un pin que permite el ensamble con la 2 pieza de este dispositivo, también encontramos en este pin una cabeza más ancha que el del cuerpo de este, que no deja que la pieza 2 se suelte. También vemos que esta pieza tiene en su soporte una tenaza que permite la sujeción del envase a este.
En la pieza numero 2 encontramos un sistema donde comienza por su parte superior con un orificio que une con la pieza 1 en el pin ensamblador, también encontramos en su parte superior hacia el centro la boquilla la cual ensambla con la lata del aerosol en la parte de abajo y con el tubo de la válvula que sobresale del aerosol con la parte alta de la boquilla por la parte inferior, por donde sale el líquido cuando esta pieza es halada. Si continuamos encontramos la parte superior plana que continua sobre el envase hasta sobresalir de este, para formar un ángulo y desprenderse hasta la parte baja un cuerpo el cual funciona como gancho halador, de donde en la parte final se desprende una paleta o espátula hacia la parte exterior, el cual funciona como elemento de sujeción haladora con nuestra mano. ANTECEDENTES:
Actualmente todos los aerosoles funcionan con el mismo sistema de válvula que al ser oprimido o actuado permite la apertura de la válvula permitiendo el paso del líquido pulverizado. La diferencia la encontramos en los diferentes tipos de actuadores que se utilizan para aperturar las válvulas donde encontramos los siguientes: actuadores estándar los que comúnmente están en los aerosoles y los oprimimos por la parte superior sujetándolos con la mano como lo vemos por ejemplo en las espumas de afeitar y pinturas. Segundo actuadores automáticos los que son aperturados electrónicamente por un sistema temporizado o por sensor como lo vemos en los aerosoles ambientadores de la marca air wick freshmatic. También podemos ver otros con sistemas de pistola que los tomamos con la mano y los oprimimos en forma de gatillo usados actualmente para pinturas.
El modelo de utilidad aquí propuesto y revindicado se refiere a la posibilidad de cambiar el actuador original por un actuador con gancho, para poder colocar el aerosol colgado en diferentes sitios que lo necesitemos o lo queramos tener como: en el tanque del sanitario para un ambientador, o desodorizador o en una puntilla o tornillo en la pared, en una repisa, en la ducha con espuma de afeitar, etc. Y solo basta accionar o halar la espátula por la parte inferior de dicho gancho para obtener la salida del producto. Además la pinza colgadora permite insertarla en la correa del pantalón para llevar el aerosol en caso de festivales o fiestas donde se esparcen espumas de colores, también para los árbitros de fútbol para cargar el aerosol que se utiliza en los partidos. Otro uso es colgarlo en el bolsillo de la puerta de los carros para uso como ambientadores. DIBUJOS:

La figura No. 1 , corresponde a la vista en perspectiva del Actuador colgador con gancho halador para aerosoles, en el cual apreciamos la forma de la pinza colgadora (11) que se pone al borde del tanque del sanitario o para colgar de una repisa o poner en la correa del pantalón, según el caso, esta pieza presenta en sus extremos una abrazadera en forma de tenaza (10) que rodea o ciñe el cuello del aerosol , además muestra un pequeño eje (9) donde se acopla el gancho actuador(8) que se coloca sobre la boquilla del aerosol, en la parte inferior del referido gancho actuador vemos la espátula (7) que presionamos manualmente para permitir la salida del líquido por la boquilla (6).
La figura No. 2, corresponde a la vista posterior del Actuador colgador con gancho halador para aerosoles s, en la cual tenemos la pinza colgadora (11) y la espátula (7) que halamos para sacar o expandir el líquido.
La figura No. 3, corresponde a la vista superior del Actuador colgador con gancho halador para aerosoles, aquí tenemos la pinza colgadora (11) en cuyos extremos presenta la tenaza (10) que ciñe el cuello del aerosol y unida a la mencionada pinza colgadora del gancho actuador (8) que se acopla o une por medio del pequeño eje (9), este gancho actuador en el centro conlleva la boquilla (6) y la parte inferior la espátula (7).

Reivindicaciones
Actuador colgador con gancho halador para aerosoles, caracterizado por comprender 2 piezas: la primera pieza está conformada una pinza colgadora (11) que permite sujetar por su parte interior el dispositivo para ser colgado, la cual incluye una pieza en forma de tenaza (10), la cual tiene en su parte trasera un eje (9), de ensamble con la segunda pieza del gancho actuador (8), la cual comprende una espátula de halado (7). Dicha segunda pieza comprende en su parte superior una boquilla (6), que se ensambla con el aerosol por su parte inferior hacia la válvula y al recipiente.
