该房间客人消费时，将解锁装置的解锁片插入锁定装置的解锁片插孔中，解锁金属片会下压锁定装置的内部的移动锁定块，锁定装置的旋盖打开，商品可从锁定装置中取出，在将解锁装置的解锁片插入锁定装置的解锁片插孔中时，解锁装置中的rfid扫读模块就会扫描到锁定装置的rfid标签，并将标签信息通过网络上传至中心服务器。
进一步的，所述将锁定装置装在酒店商品上锁住具体步骤为，
将锁定装置扣在酒水的瓶盖处，并锁住；
和/或将锁定装置扣在听装饮料的顶部，并锁住；
和/或将零食装入塑料袋内，将塑料袋用拉环封住后，用锁定装置将拉环处锁住。
对本发明的进一步说明，rfid电子标签技术已经广泛应用在需要身份识别的物联网系统中，本发明使用rfid电子标签识别消费商品的种类和价格。每个商品锁定装置上安装有rfid电子标签，在库房中，酒店库房管理人员将酒水、听装饮料和零食锁住，并通过所描商品锁定装置的rfid电子标签，将锁定装置和商品关联。在客房内，客人消费商品时，使用解锁装置(如手持机)将锁定装置解锁，在解锁的同时解锁装置扫描锁定装置的rfid标签，并将标签信息上传服务器，服务器就会根据之前标签关联的商品信息得知当前消费的商品。本发明的解锁装置解锁锁定装置采用纯机械的方式解锁。另外，有一种与本发明相似的实现方案是不采用解锁设备，将通信模块和解锁装置集成在锁定装置上，使用手机app扫码，即可解锁商品锁定装置。相较于手机app扫码的方式，会受到网络通信的局限，有时会出现解锁失灵 的状况，采用纯机械的方式解锁更加可靠，方便。另一方面，对于将通信模块和解锁装置集成在锁定装置上的形式，每个锁定装置都有通信模块，成本太高。本发明将通信功能集中到单一的解锁装置中，大大降低了成本。
本发明的有益效果：其采用纯机械方式对酒店商品进行锁定及解锁，更加可靠，方便，有效对酒店商品进行管控。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例1
一方面，本发明所提供的技术方案是酒店商品监控管理装置，其包括解锁装置及锁定装置，所述解锁装置包括解锁片25；所述锁定装置包括上盖1、解锁片插块2、移动锁定块3、弹簧4、固定锁定块5、转轴6、下盖7及旋盖8；所述下盖7一侧通过转轴6与旋盖8一侧转动连接，下盖7另一侧安装移动锁定块3，移动锁定块3底部与下盖7之间设置弹簧4，旋盖8另一侧安装固定锁定块5，所述移动锁定块3与固定锁定块5相配合，上盖1固定于下盖7上部，上盖1与下盖7之间设置解锁片插块2，上盖1的一侧开设解锁片插孔9。
进一步的，所述移动锁定块3包括设置在上盖1与下盖7之间的移动块本体10，移动块 本体10上部设置凸部11，移动块本体10下部设置锁舌部12，锁舌部12嵌入下盖7内部开设的下盖置入槽13中，锁舌部12靠近旋盖8一侧的锁块伸出置入槽侧壁，锁舌部底部通过弹簧4与下盖7连接。
进一步的，所述解锁片插块2为空心壳体，空心壳体的上部和下部均开设通孔，所述凸部11伸入下部的通孔。
进一步的，所述凸部11为直角三角形或直角梯形。
进一步的，所述固定锁定块5包括固定块本体，固定块本体嵌入旋盖内部开设的旋盖置入槽14中，固定块本体靠近下盖一侧的锁块伸出旋盖置入槽14侧壁，锁舌部12的锁块与固定块本体的锁块相配合。
进一步的，所述上盖1包括上顶壁15、侧壁16及两个U型壁17，所述上顶壁15下部垂直连接侧壁16，侧壁16底部对称安装U型壁17，两个U型壁17之间形成一半的锁定槽18。
进一步的，所述旋盖8包括旋盖侧壁20及旋盖U型壁21，旋盖侧壁20底部对称连接旋盖U型壁21，两个旋盖U型壁21之间形成另一半的锁定槽18，旋盖侧壁20上与锁定槽18对应位置设置插入口22。
进一步的，所述解锁装置包括外壳28和底座29，外壳28在底座29上部，外壳28内含有电路主板30，rfid模块31，滑动开关32，reset按键33，电源适配器插孔34；其中电路主板包含STM32F107处理器，wifi模块，以太网模块，看门狗和蜂鸣器；所述锁定装置内部包含rfid标签26。
另一方面，本发明公开一种酒店商品监控管理方法，其具体步骤为：将解锁装置安装至每个客房内，用手持机连入解锁装置的自建wifi网络，并将客房的wifi信息，中心服务器的ip地址和所关联的当前房间配置到解锁装置内；手持机可选用外购件，需要支持NFC扫描功能，例如攀凌CARIBE PL50L，PL55L等。
将锁定装置装在酒店商品上，锁住；
手持机扫描锁定装置上的rfid标签，并关联商品，然后将关联信息上传至中心服务器；
将安装有锁定装置的商品运送至客房，拨动解锁装置的滑动开关，使解锁片处于收回状态，然后用解锁装置的rfid模块扫读锁定装置上的rfid标签，这个步骤完成后，该商品就与该房间关联；
拨动解锁装置的滑动开关，使解锁片处于露出状态；
该房间客人消费时，将解锁装置的解锁片插入锁定装置的解锁片插孔中，解锁金属片会 下压锁定装置的内部的移动锁定块，锁定装置的旋盖打开，商品可从锁定装置中取出，在将解锁装置的解锁片插入锁定装置的解锁片插孔中时，解锁装置中的rfid扫读模块就会扫描到锁定装置的rfid标签，并将标签信息通过网络上传至中心服务器。
进一步的，所述将锁定装置装在酒店商品上锁住具体步骤为，
将锁定装置扣在酒水的瓶盖处，并锁住；
和/或将锁定装置扣在听装饮料的顶部，并锁住；
和/或将零食装入塑料袋内，将塑料袋用拉环封住后，用锁定装置将拉环处锁住。
实施例2
一方面，本发明所提供的技术方案是酒店商品监控管理装置，其包括解锁装置及锁定装置，所述解锁装置包括解锁片25；所述锁定装置包括上盖1、解锁片插块2、移动锁定块3、弹簧4、固定锁定块5、转轴6、下盖7及旋盖8；所述下盖7一侧通过转轴6与旋盖8一侧转动连接，下盖7另一侧安装移动锁定块3，移动锁定块3底部与下盖7之间设置弹簧4，旋盖8另一侧安装固定锁定块5，所述移动锁定块3与固定锁定块5相配合，上盖1固定于下盖7上部，上盖1与下盖7之间设置解锁片插块2，上盖1的一侧开设解锁片插孔9。
进一步的，所述移动锁定块3包括设置在上盖1与下盖7之间的移动块本体10，移动块本体10上部设置凸部11，移动块本体10下部设置锁舌部12，锁舌部12嵌入下盖7内部开设的下盖置入槽13中，锁舌部12靠近旋盖8一侧的锁块伸出置入槽侧壁，锁舌部底部通过弹簧4与下盖7连接。
进一步的，所述解锁片插块2为空心壳体，空心壳体的上部和下部均开设通孔，所述凸部11伸入下部的通孔。
进一步的，所述凸部11为直角三角形或直角梯形。
进一步的，所述固定锁定块5包括固定块本体，固定块本体嵌入旋盖内部开设的旋盖置入槽14中，固定块本体靠近下盖一侧的锁块伸出旋盖置入槽14侧壁，锁舌部12的锁块与固定块本体的锁块相配合。
进一步的，所述下盖7包括上顶壁15、侧壁16及锁止沿23，上顶壁15下部连接侧壁16，侧壁16底部连接半环状的锁止沿23。
进一步的，所述旋盖8包括旋盖侧壁20及半环状的旋盖锁止沿24，旋盖侧壁底部连接旋盖锁止沿。
进一步的，所述解锁装置包括外壳28和底座29，外壳28在底座29上部，外壳28内含 有电路主板30，rfid模块31，滑动开关32，reset按键33，电源适配器插孔34；其中电路主板包含STM32F107处理器，wifi模块，以太网模块，看门狗和蜂鸣器；所述锁定装置内部包含rfid标签26。
另一方面，本发明公开一种酒店商品监控管理方法，其具体步骤为：
步骤1：酒店系统维护人员将解锁装置安装至每个客房内。安装过程如下：
a.系统上电后，长按住reset按键，直到解锁装置蜂鸣器“滴滴滴”连响三声。
b.用手持机连入解锁装置的自建wifi网络，并将客房的wifi信息，中心服务器的ip地址和所关联的当前房间配置到解锁装置内。如果解锁装置通过以太网网线接入酒店网络，则无需上传客房的wifi信息。
c.重启解锁装置。
步骤2：酒店仓库管理人员将酒水锁定装置在酒水的瓶盖处，并锁住；将听装饮料装入听装锁定装置内，并锁住；将零食装入特制的塑料袋内，将塑料袋封住后，用零食锁定装置将拉环处锁住。
步骤3：酒店仓库管理人员用手持机所描锁定装置上的rfid标签，并关联商品，然后将关联信息上传至中心服务器。
步骤4：酒店客房服务人员将安装有锁定装置的商品运送至客房，拨动解锁装置的滑动开关，使解锁金属片处于收回状态，然后用解锁装置的rfid模块扫读锁定装置上的rfid标签，这个步骤完成后，该商品就与该房间关联。最后，拨动解锁装置的滑动开关，是解锁金属片处于露出状态。
步骤5：该房间客人消费时，将解锁装置的解锁金属片插入锁定装置的孔洞中，解锁金属片会下压锁定装置内部的锁定部件，锁定装置可开合的外壳就会弹开，客人就可以将商品从锁定装置中取出。在将解锁装置的解锁金属片插入锁定装置的孔洞中时，解锁装置中的rfid扫读模块就会扫描到锁定装置的rfid标签，并将标签信息通过网络上传至中心服务器。
以上所述，仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已，并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制，本领域技术人员利用上述揭示的技术内容做出些许简单修改、等同变化或修饰，均落在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 酒店商品监控管理装置，其特征在于：包括解锁装置及锁定装置，所述解锁装置包括解锁片；所述锁定装置包括上盖、解锁片插块、移动锁定块、弹簧、固定锁定块、转轴、下盖及旋盖；所述下盖一侧通过转轴与旋盖一侧转动连接，下盖另一侧安装移动锁定块，移动锁定块底部与下盖之间设置弹簧，旋盖另一侧安装固定锁定块，所述移动锁定块与固定锁定块相配合，上盖固定于下盖上部，上盖与下盖之间设置解锁片插块，上盖的一侧开设解锁片插孔，所述下盖及旋盖内侧设置锁定槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述酒店商品监控管理装置，其特征在于：所述移动锁定块包括设置在上盖与下盖之间的移动块本体，移动块本体上部设置凸部，移动块本体下部设置锁舌部，锁舌部嵌入下盖内部开设的下盖置入槽中，锁舌部靠近旋盖一侧的锁块伸出置入槽侧壁，锁舌部底部通过弹簧与下盖连接，所述解锁片插块为空心壳体，空心壳体的上部和下部均开设通孔，所述凸部伸入下部的通孔，所述凸部为直角三角形或直角梯形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述酒店商品监控管理装置，其特征在于：所述固定锁定块包括固定块本体，固定块本体嵌入旋盖内部开设的旋盖置入槽中，固定块本体靠近下盖一侧的锁块伸出旋盖置入槽侧壁，锁舌部的锁块与固定块本体的锁块相配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述酒店商品监控管理装置，其特征在于：所述下盖包括上顶壁、侧壁及两个U型壁，所述上顶壁下部垂直连接侧壁，侧壁底部对称安装U型壁，两个U型壁之间形成一半的锁定槽；所述旋盖包括旋盖侧壁及旋盖U型壁，旋盖侧壁底部对称连接旋盖U型壁，两个旋盖U型壁之间形成另一半的锁定槽，旋盖侧壁上与锁定槽对应位置设置插入口。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述酒店商品监控管理装置，其特征在于：所述下盖包括上顶壁、侧壁及锁止沿，上顶壁下部连接侧壁，侧壁底部连接半环状的锁止沿；所述旋盖包括旋盖侧壁及半环状的旋盖锁止沿，旋盖侧壁底部连接旋盖锁止沿。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述酒店商品监控管理装置，其特征在于：所述解锁装置包括外壳和底座，外壳扣在底座上部，外壳内含有电路主板，rfid模块，滑动开关，reset按键，电源适配器插孔；其中电路主板包含STM32F107处理器，wifi模块，以太网模块，看门狗定时器和蜂鸣器；所述锁定装置内部包含rfid标签。
  7. 酒店商品监控管理方法，其特征在于：
    将解锁装置安装至每个客房内，连入解锁装置的自建wifi网络，并将客房的wifi信息，中心服务器的ip地址和所关联的当前房间配置到解锁装置内；
    将锁定装置装在酒店商品上，锁住；
    扫描锁定装置上的rfid标签，并关联商品，然后将关联信息上传至中心服务器；
    将安装有锁定装置的商品运送至客房，使解锁片处于收回状态，然后用解锁装置的rfid模块扫读锁定装置上的rfid标签，这个步骤完成后，该商品就与该房间关联；
    拨动解锁装置的滑动开关，使解锁片处于露出状态；
    该房间客人消费时，将解锁装置的解锁片插入锁定装置的解锁片插孔中，解锁金属片会下压锁定装置的内部的移动锁定块，锁定装置的旋盖打开，商品可从锁定装置中取出，在将解锁装置的解锁片插入锁定装置的解锁片插孔中时，解锁装置中的rfid扫读模块就会扫描到锁定装置的rfid标签，并将标签信息通过网络上传至中心服务器。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的酒店商品监控管理方法，其特征在于：所述将锁定装置装在酒店商品上锁住具体步骤为，
    将锁定装置扣在酒水的瓶盖处，并锁住；
    和/或将锁定装置扣在听装饮料的顶部，并锁住；
    和/或将零食装入塑料袋内，将塑料袋用封口结构封住后，用锁定装置将封口结构处锁住。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的酒店商品监控管理方法，其特征在于：所述封口结构为拉环。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的酒店商品监控管理方法，其特征在于：所述连入解锁装置的自建wifi网络及扫描锁定装置上的rfid标签由手持机完成。
