随着人民生活水平的日益提高,生活节奏加快,生活垃圾越来越多,目前的传统垃圾桶已经不能满足人们的需要,智能垃圾桶应运而生。智能垃圾桶是集机、光、电于一体的高科技新产品,当人的手或物体接近投料口时,垃圾桶盖会自动开启,待垃圾投入后桶盖又会自动关闭,使用者不需要接触垃圾桶,彻底的解决了传统垃圾桶对使用者存在的卫生感染的隐患。

本申请实施例提供了一种能够智能翻转的垃圾桶桶盖,包括:底盖,其安装在垃圾桶桶身上,底盖上开设有用于投入或取出垃圾的出入口;和顶盖,其可旋转地安装在底盖的顶部后端,以用于对出入口进行盖封或打开;
其中,顶盖和底盖间连接有至少一个连杆机构,以使得顶盖能够可旋转地安装在底盖的顶部。

下面结合附图对本申请做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
智能垃圾桶作为社会进步的产物,其具有使用方便、卫生环保等优点,已被广泛地应用在多种公共场合。现有技术中,通常采用电机驱动减速装置,并通过减速装置和固定在顶盖上的扇形齿啮合,以驱动顶盖翻转;上述连接结构不能较好地隐藏在垃圾桶中,导致垃圾桶需要较大的空间来容置该连接结构;且电 机需要克服顶盖自重并对其翻转驱动,所以要求电机具有较大的驱动扭矩。另外,现有的顶盖翻转连接结构在顶盖闭合时会产生较大的撞击音,用户使用体验较差。由此,如何设计一种占用空间小且节能静音的垃圾桶桶盖是我们需要解决的技术问题。
如图1至图9所示,本申请实施例提供了一种能够智能翻转的垃圾桶桶盖,包括:
底盖110,其安装在垃圾桶桶身上,底盖110上开设有用于投入或取出垃圾的出入口1100;和
顶盖112,其可旋转地安装在底盖110的顶部后端,以用于对出入口1100进行盖封或打开;
其中,顶盖112和底盖110间连接有至少一个连杆机构12,以使得顶盖112能够可旋转地安装在底盖110的顶部。
本申请实施例提供的能够智能翻转的垃圾桶桶盖,其中的驱动装置能够通过连杆结构将旋转力传递至顶盖上,简化了顶盖和底盖间的连接结构,并减少了连接结构所占用的空间;其中设置的扭簧能够在顶盖开启过程中辅助驱动装置翻转顶盖,降低了驱动装置的扭矩要求值,且扭簧能够在顶盖闭合过程中抵消部分由于顶盖自重而产生的旋转扭矩,防止顶盖过快地、用力过大地闭合在底盖上,以达到节能、静音的效果。
作为本申请一实施例,连杆机构12包括
电机壳罩120,其固定设置在底盖110的底部,电机壳罩120中固定有驱动装置1200;驱动装置1200可以为步进电机。

该能够智能翻转的垃圾桶桶盖的工作原理:
当人体靠近红外感应器111时,红外感应器111发出一接近信号到控制器,控制器指令驱动装置1200沿一旋向转动一设定角度,旋转力通过第一连杆121、第二连杆124以及第一折型连杆123传递到顶盖112上,使得顶盖112以第一轴杆1221为转轴翻转打开;此时扭簧125起到了辅助驱动装置1200翻转顶盖112的作用,即增加了驱动装置1200输出轴的扭矩,抵消了由于顶盖112自重而产生的部分旋转扭矩。
当人体远离红外感应器111时,红外感应器111发出一远离信号到控制器,控制器指令驱动装置1200沿另一旋向转动一设定角度,旋转力通过第一连杆121、第二连杆124以及第一折型连杆123传递到顶盖112上,使得顶盖112以第一轴杆1221为转轴翻转闭合;此时扭簧125产生有阻止驱动装置1200闭合顶盖112的旋转力,即能够抵消部分由于顶盖112自重而产生的旋转扭矩,防止顶盖112过快地、用力过大地闭合在底盖110上,以达到节能、静音的效果。
现有的智能垃圾桶的桶盖通常设置有底盖和顶盖,在某种设计形式下,使用者需要打开底盖才可以取出打包好的垃圾袋进行处理。在打开底盖的过程中,旋转盖装在底盖上的顶盖容易在重力和惯性的作用下,脱离开底盖而自行打开,降低了用户的使用体验。现有的垃圾桶桶盖上往往会加装一套电机结构来阻止顶盖在打开底盖时发生脱离底盖的翻转,但这种方式需要在垃圾桶上设计出一定的空间用来安装该电机结构;另外,电机结构需要额外的电能供给,且电机长时间堵转会影响电机寿命,无法持续进行堵转作业。由此,如何设计一种能够在打开底盖的过程中,使顶盖固定地盖装在底盖上的、占用空间小的、工作稳定且节能的垃圾桶桶盖,是我们需要解决的技术问题。
参照图10至图16,本申请实施例提供了一种具有连动翻转功能的垃圾桶桶盖,包括:
底盖211,其可旋转地安装在垃圾桶桶身的顶部后端,底盖211上开设有用于投入或取出垃圾的出入口210;
顶盖212,其通过至少一个翻转连接件22可旋转地安装在底盖211的顶部后端,以用于对出入口210进行盖封或打开;以及
翻转限位结构,其用于在打开底盖211的过程中限制翻转连接件22翻转,使得顶盖212压盖在底盖211上。
本申请实施例提供的具有连动翻转功能的垃圾桶桶盖,其中的翻转限位结构能够在底盖处于闭合状态时不对顶盖产生约束,并能够在打开底盖的过程中通过翻转限位结构使得顶盖固定地盖装在底盖上,且能够长时间地对顶盖进行堵转作业,具有占用空间小、工作稳定可靠、结构简单、生产成本低、节约电能等诸多优点。
作为本申请一实施例,翻转限位结构包括:
第一旋转座221,其固定设置在底盖211的底部,第一旋转座221的内形成有一容置腔2210;
滚珠223,其可滚动地设置在容置腔2210中;
其中,在开启底盖211的过程中,滚珠223能够在重力的作用下滚动到和翻转连接件22相接触的位置,以限制翻转连接件22翻转,使得顶盖212和底盖211的相对位置固定。
作为本申请一实施例,翻转连接件22包括第一折型连杆222,其由第一折臂2221和第二折臂2222两部分组成,第一折臂2221的端部通过第一轴杆2212铰接安装在第一旋转座221上,第二折臂2222的端部固定连接在顶盖212上;
其中,第一折型连杆222的底部成型有翻转限位块2223;当底盖211在开启过程中,滚珠223能够滚动触接在翻转限位块2223上,以使得第一折型连杆222和第一旋转座221的相对位置固定。
作为本申请一实施例,容置腔2210由低势腔2241和高势腔2242两部分组成,翻转限位块2223可旋转地设置在高势腔2242中;
容置腔2210的底部成型有桥接低势腔2241和高势腔2242的一过渡坡面2243。

当底盖211在垃圾桶桶身上处于闭合状态,即底盖211为水平状态时,滚珠223在重力作用下容装在低势腔2241中;此时,无论开启或是关闭顶盖212,翻转限位块2223均能够顺畅的转动在高势腔2242中。
当关闭顶盖212时,在翻转底盖211的过程中,滚珠223在重力作用下能够沿过渡坡面2243滚动到高势腔2242中;由于滚珠223抵接在翻转限位块2223上,此时翻转限位块2223无法在高势腔2242中旋 转,即实现了顶盖212能够和底盖211连动翻转,避免了出现由于底盖211开启角度过大,顶盖212在重力作用下脱离底盖211的现象。
在保留图10至图16的实施例的一部分技术方案的基础上,仅对其中的翻转连接件22和翻转限位结构进行替换。参照图17至图18,作为本申请一实施例,翻转限位结构包括重力摆杆227,其通过第二旋转轴2252铰接安装在底盖211的底部;
其中,重力摆杆227的一端部成型有顶接块2272,重力摆杆227的另一端部成型有摆重2271;重力摆杆227的重心偏向摆重2271设置;
当底盖211在开启过程中,重力摆杆227能够在重力作用下,通过将顶接块2272抵靠在翻转连接件22上,使得顶盖212固定盖装在底盖211上。
作为本申请一实施例,翻转连接件22包括转臂226,其一端部固定在顶盖12上,其另一端部通过第一旋转轴2251铰接安装在底盖211的底部;
转臂226上成型有限位板2261;
其中,顶接块2272能够在重力作用下抵靠在限位板2261上,以限制翻转连接件22翻转。
作为本申请一实施例,底盖211的底部固定设置有壳体225,第一旋转轴2251和第二旋转轴2252安装在壳体225中。
当底盖211在垃圾桶桶身上处于闭合状态,即底盖211为水平状态时,重力摆杆227在重力作用下脱离和限位板2261的触接;此时,无论开启或是关闭顶盖212,限位板2261均能够沿第一旋转轴2251顺畅地转动。
当关闭顶盖212时,在翻转底盖211的过程中,顶接块2272逐渐抵靠在限位板2261上,此时限位板2261无法沿第一旋转轴2251转动,即实现了顶盖212能够和底盖211连动翻转,避免了出现由于底盖211开启角度过大,顶盖212在重力作用下脱离底盖211的现象。
随着人民生活水平的日益提高,生活节奏加快,生活垃圾越来越多,目前的传统垃圾桶已经不能满足人们的需要,智能垃圾桶应运而生。智能垃圾桶是集机、光、电于一体的高科技新产品,当人的手或物体接近投料口时,垃圾桶盖会自动开启,待垃圾投入后桶盖又会自动关闭,使用者不需要接触垃圾桶,彻底的解决了传统垃圾桶对使用者存在的卫生感染的隐患,但是目前的智能垃圾桶使用的无断点垃圾袋封装在垃圾袋盒中,无法观察到垃圾袋剩余量的情况。因此,有必要研究一种适用于智能垃圾桶的垃圾袋。
如图21和图22所示,本申请实施例提供了一种适用于智能垃圾桶的垃圾袋,包括:顶部开口、底部封口的袋体710,所述袋体710上只形成有一个沿其长度方向分布的容置腔,所述袋体710的外袋壁上设置有用于提示所述袋体710即将用尽的标识720,所述标识720上还可设置有符号标记。使用时,所述垃圾袋与垃圾袋盒730相配合使用,如图23和图24所示,所述垃圾袋盒730为一环形框,所述垃圾袋盒730内部中空,所述垃圾袋盒730的盒壁上成型有一使得所述垃圾袋盒730的中空腔与外界连通的环形槽,所述袋体710的底部封口位于所述垃圾袋盒730的外侧,所述袋体710的其余部分折叠设置在所述垃圾袋盒730的中空腔内,当垃圾袋使用到设置有所述标识720的那一段时,这就表示,所述垃圾袋盒730内的垃圾袋即将用尽,提醒使用者及时更换上新的垃圾袋盒。
本申请实施例提供的适用于智能垃圾桶的垃圾袋,该垃圾袋为连续无断点式垃圾袋,其袋体上只形成 有一个沿其长度方向分布的容置腔,袋体外袋壁上的标识用于提示袋体即将用尽,能够便于使用者了解垃圾袋剩余量情况,以及时更换,具有结构简单、使用方便的优点。
作为一种可能实现的实施方式,如图21和图22所示,所述标识720以印刷的方式设置在所述袋体710上。
作为一种可能实现的实施方式,如图21和图22所示,所述袋体710上形成有一具有预设长度M的提示区域段,所述提示区域段上设置有所述标识720,所述提示区域段的一端部为所述袋体710的顶部开口端、另一端部位于所述顶部开口端与所述底部封口端之间,为了便于描述,将所述袋体710的顶部开口端称为末端,将所述袋体710的底部封口端称为起始端,本方案中,所述提示区域段的一端部即为所述袋体710的末端、另一端位于所述袋体710的末端与起始端之间。
作为一种可能实现的实施方式,如图21所示,当所述提示区域段内只设有一个所述标识720时,所述标识720位于所述提示区域段的中点处,且所述标识720与所述袋体710的顶部开口端之间的长度的取值范围为550mm~750mm。

其中,垃圾袋置入腔310中可升降地安装有隔板33,以用于对置入的垃圾袋底部进行支撑。
本申请实施例提供的容量可调的智能垃圾桶,其能够通过可升降设置的隔板对盛装垃圾的容积进行调 整,一方面,使用者能够在使用垃圾桶前得到一合适的垃圾容量,从而避免了垃圾袋的使用浪费,另一方面,在垃圾过满的情况下,隔板能够向下调整,以对垃圾袋封装起到辅助作用,使得垃圾袋能够得到较为严密的封装效果。另外,安装在通风腔中的风机能够自动地将垃圾袋吸附在隔板上,发挥了垃圾桶自动换袋的作用,且能够保证垃圾袋的底部完全地贴合在隔板上;本申请结构简单、实用性较高,便于推广使用在智能垃圾桶的技术领域。

如图31至图44所示,本申请实施例提供了一种根据垃圾量自动收口的智能垃圾桶,包括:

本申请实施例提供的根据垃圾量自动收口的智能垃圾桶,其能够在对垃圾袋袋体收口的过程中感应垃圾的顶部位置,并能够根据所感应的信息调整垃圾在桶身内的位置,以使得收口单元能够在合适的位置对垃圾袋袋体的袋口处进行封口和熔断。由于收卷单元能够配合可升降的隔板对垃圾袋袋体进行回卷作业,使得处于垃圾袋置入腔中的垃圾袋袋体始终为拉紧状态,方便了封装垃圾袋袋体的袋口处,且解决了由于垃圾袋袋体松弛而发生的封口处不美观、不牢固的问题。

在使用智能垃圾桶的过程中,三个收口杆为打开状态,垃圾从入口中被投入进填充在垃圾袋置入腔4100中的垃圾袋袋体451内。
1、当使用者需要将装有垃圾的垃圾袋袋体451打包时,三个收口杆首先同时运行一设定的距离,以用于将垃圾袋袋体451的袋口处进行初步地收拢处理;
如果垃圾袋中的垃圾顶部恰处于垃圾袋袋体451的袋口位置时,设置在收口单元底部的触碰开关47能够接触到垃圾袋袋体451中垃圾的顶部位置;此后,三个收口杆继续收拢,直至将垃圾袋袋体451的袋口处聚拢在一起,且第三收口带4253将垃圾袋袋体451的袋口处推送到发热丝模块49的侧部;发热丝模块49通过电能做功并将垃圾袋袋体451的袋口处进行封口和熔断。
2、在收口单元42进行初步地收拢处理后,如果垃圾袋中的垃圾较少,不足以使垃圾的顶部位置触碰到触碰开关47时,推拉驱动装置444首先作业,其朝向从动卷辊441推动主动卷辊442,以使得从动卷辊441和主动卷辊442将位于安装腔430中的垃圾袋袋体451进行夹定;后续,升降驱动装置463和收卷驱动装置445同时作业,升降驱动装置463连动隔板460向上对装有垃圾的垃圾袋袋体451的底部进行托举,收卷驱动装置445连动主动卷辊442将垃圾袋袋体451拉拽回安装腔430中,以使得位于垃圾袋置入腔4100中的垃圾袋袋体451始终为拉紧状态,此过程中,隔板460向上移动的距离和主动卷辊442回卷垃圾袋袋体451的长度一致;当垃圾袋袋体451中垃圾的顶部接触到触碰开关47时,升降驱动装置463和收卷驱动装置445同时停止作业,三个收口杆继续收拢,直至将垃圾袋袋体451的袋口处聚拢在一起,且第三收口带4253将垃圾袋袋体451的袋口处推送到发热丝模块49的侧部;发热丝模块49通过电能做功并将垃圾袋袋体451的袋口处进行封口和熔断。
3、如果在收口单元42进行初步收拢处理的过程中,垃圾的顶部位置已触碰到了触碰开关47,即说明垃圾袋袋体451中投入的垃圾量过大,难以通过收口单元42对其进行打包作业;在垃圾顶部触碰到了触碰开关47后,收口单元42停止作业且升降驱动装置463开始运行,隔板460在升降驱动装置463的作用 下向下移动一设定高度后,收口单元42继续进行初步地收拢处理,以此类推,直至使收口单元42能够完全地进行初步收拢处理;后续升降驱动装置463和收卷驱动装置445同时作业,以使装有垃圾的垃圾袋袋体451向上移动,当垃圾的顶部位置再次触碰到触碰开关47时,三个收口杆继续收拢,直至将垃圾袋袋体451的袋口处聚拢在一起,且第三收口带4253将垃圾袋袋体451的袋口处推送到发热丝模块49的侧部;发热丝模块49通过电能做功并将垃圾袋袋体451的袋口处进行封口和熔断。
在发热丝模块49处理好垃圾袋袋体451的袋口处后,三个收口杆恢复为打开状态;使用者打开底盖411将垃圾取出并盖合好底盖411后,升降驱动装置463连动隔板460运行到系统设定的深度,且风机48开始运行,将垃圾袋袋体451再次填充到垃圾袋置入腔4100中。
通过三种工作模式可知,收卷单元44仅在隔板460向上移动的情况下参与作业,在此情况下,当发热丝模块49对垃圾袋袋体451封口熔断后,推拉驱动装置444能够及时地将主动卷辊442拉离开从动卷辊441,避免在向下填充垃圾袋袋体451时产生阻力。

桶盖512,其通过翻转连接件可旋转地安装在桶身511的顶部后端,桶盖512上安装有垃圾袋盒513;以及
可升降式热封装置52,其设置在智能垃圾桶桶内,以用于在适当的位置对垃圾袋进行封口和熔断作业;
其中,可升降式热封装置52由升降单元53、收口单元54和发热丝模块547三部分组成。
本申请实施例提供的装备有可升降式热封装置的智能垃圾桶,其能够通过升降单元调整垃圾袋的收口位置和熔断位置,一方面避免了垃圾袋的使用浪费,另一方面解决了由于垃圾量过大难以对垃圾袋进行封口和熔断的问题。另外,本申请中的收口单元通过一个收口步进电机就可以对垃圾袋进行收口,其结构简单、运行稳定,不仅占用了较小的安装空间,还节省了生产成本,宜在智能垃圾桶领域推广使用。

当使用者需要对可升降式热封装置52的高度进行调整时,通过第二开关组件控制升降步进电机5340进行旋转驱动,当收口单元54移动到位置传感组件能够感应到垃圾的顶部位置时,通过第二开关组件指令升降步进电机5340停止运行,以锁定收口单元54的竖向位置;当需要对装满垃圾的垃圾袋进行处理时,第二开关组件控制收口步进电机540沿某一旋向连动第一丝杆旋转,以致使第一压杆542和第二压杆543有相对靠近的运动趋势,且致使第三压杆544接近第一丝杆移动,当第一压杆542、第二压杆543以及第三压杆544将垃圾袋完全收口后,发热丝模块547通过电能做功并将垃圾袋进行封口和熔断。最后,第二开关组件控制收口步进电机540沿另一旋向连动第一丝杆旋转,以致使第一压杆542和第二压杆543有相对远离的运动趋势,且致使第三压杆544远离第一丝杆移动,当第一压杆542、第二压杆543以及第三压杆544将完全开口后,第二开关组件控制收口步进电机540停止作业。
智能垃圾桶上均安装有垃圾袋盒,其能够不断地向垃圾桶桶身中填充垃圾袋。实际使用过程中,由于使用者的大意,经常会出现忘记在垃圾桶中放置垃圾袋盒的现象;现有技术中的智能垃圾桶在上述状况下,依然能够盛装垃圾,但这样会导致桶内的垃圾难以清理,乃至会对智能垃圾通造成损坏。由于智能垃圾桶在无垃圾袋盒的状况下,依然会正常工作,其中设置的用来对垃圾袋进行处理的多个机构和相关机构均会持续的做无用功,不仅浪费了电能,还减少了智能垃圾桶的使用寿命。
参照图52至图54,本申请实施例提供了一种能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶,包括桶身610、底盖611以及检测组件;
桶身610能够稳定地座置在地面上,桶身610中开设有垃圾袋置入腔6100;
底盖611可旋转地安装在桶身610的顶部后端,底盖611的顶部能够可拆卸地安装有装备有连续无断点垃圾袋的垃圾袋盒62;
检测组件固定在能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶中,以用于对垃圾袋盒2进行自动识别。
在垃圾桶中安装检测组件,可以能够自动识别垃圾袋盒通过检测组件实时地对垃圾袋盒进行识别,并能够通过灯光组件和蜂鸣器提示用户要及时地、正确地安装垃圾袋盒。
本申请实施例提供的能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶,其能够通过检测组件实时地对垃圾袋盒进行识别,并能够通过灯光组件和蜂鸣器提示用户要及时地、正确地安装垃圾袋盒。在使用本申请的过程中, 仅在安装有垃圾袋盒的情况下才能正常地启用对垃圾袋进行处理的多个机构和相关机构,不仅对智能垃圾桶本身进行了保护,还避免了电能浪费,具有实际的使用意义。
作为本申请一实施例,检测组件由电子标签622和阅读器两部分组成。
具体的,电子标签622固定在垃圾袋盒62上,阅读器固定安装在底盖611上;阅读器能够对电子标签622进行读取和解码,并对应地发出一用于表达有无垃圾袋盒62的电信号。
作为本申请一实施例,能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶上设置有用于对垃圾袋盒62的有无信息进行表达的灯光组件641。
作为本申请一实施例,能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶上设置有用于对垃圾袋盒62的有无信息进行表达的蜂鸣器642。
作为本申请一实施例,垃圾袋盒62包括下盒体620和可拆卸地安装在下盒体620上的上盒体621;下盒体620中成型有一用于置放连续无断点垃圾袋的置放腔6200。

作为本申请一实施例,一种能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶还包括第一控制系统,其能够接收并分析从阅读器中发出的电信号,且其能够根据电信号发出分别控制风机613、第二翻转电机、第一翻转电机、收口机构63、灯光组件641以及蜂鸣器642的作业指令。
当阅读器能读取到电子标签622的信息时,即第一控制系统分析出底盖611上安装有垃圾袋盒62时,其控制灯光组件641和蜂鸣器642不作业,且控制风机613、第二翻转电机、第一翻转电机以及收口机构63根据系统设定进行正常工作。
当阅读器读取不到电子标签622的信息时,即第一控制系统分析出底盖611上未安装有垃圾袋盒62时,第一控制系统控制灯光组件641闪光或控制蜂鸣器642鸣叫,以提示使用者要及时安装好垃圾袋盒62;且第一控制系统控制风机613、第二翻转电机、第一翻转电机以及收口机构63不作业,既避免了浪费电能,也防止由于使用者误操作而导致智能垃圾桶损坏。
在保留图52至图54的实施例的部分技术方案的基础上,对检测组件的结构和与其相关的结构进行了替换。参照图55,作为本申请一实施例,检测组件由磁铁623和霍尔传感器两部分组成。
作为本申请一实施例,磁铁623固定在垃圾袋盒62上,霍尔传感器固定安装在底盖611上;霍尔传感器能够在一定范围内对磁铁623产生感应,并对应地发出一用于表达有无垃圾袋盒62的电信号。
作为本申请一实施例,一种能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶还包括第二控制系统,其能够接收并分析从霍尔传感器中发出的电信号,且其能够根据电信号发出分别控制风机613、第二翻转电机、第一翻转电机、收口机构63、灯光组件641以及蜂鸣器642的作业指令。
当霍尔传感器能感应到磁铁623时,即第二控制系统分析出底盖611上安装有垃圾袋盒62时,其控制灯光组件641和蜂鸣器642不作业,且控制风机613、第二翻转电机、第一翻转电机以及收口机构3根据系统设定进行正常工作。
当霍尔传感器感应不到磁铁623时,即第二控制系统分析出底盖611上未安装有垃圾袋盒62时,第二控制系统控制灯光组件641闪光或控制蜂鸣器642鸣叫,以提示使用者要及时安装好垃圾袋盒62;且第二控制系统控制风机613、第二翻转电机、第一翻转电机以及收口机构63不作业,既避免了浪费电能,也防止由于使用者误操作而导致智能垃圾桶损坏。

  1. 一种能够智能翻转的垃圾桶桶盖,其中,包括:
    底盖(110),其安装在垃圾桶桶身上,所述底盖(110)上开设有用于投入或取出垃圾的出入口(1100);和
    顶盖(112),其可旋转地安装在所述底盖(110)的顶部后端,以用于对所述出入口(1100)进行盖封或打开;
    其中,所述顶盖(112)和所述底盖(110)间连接有至少一个连杆机构(12),以使得所述顶盖(112)能够可旋转地安装在所述底盖(110)的顶部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的能够智能翻转的垃圾桶桶盖,其中,所述连杆机构(12)包括
    驱动装置(1200),其固定设置在所述底盖(110)的底部;

    底盖(211),其可旋转地安装在垃圾桶桶身的顶部后端,所述底盖(211)上开设有用于投入或取出垃圾的出入口(210);
    顶盖(212),其通过至少一个翻转连接件(22)可旋转地安装在所述底盖(211)的顶部后端,以用于对所述出入口(210)进行盖封或打开;以及
    翻转限位结构,其用于在打开所述底盖(211)的过程中限制所述翻转连接件(22)翻转,使得所述顶盖(212)压盖在所述底盖(211)上。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的具有连动翻转功能的垃圾桶桶盖,其中,所述翻转限位结构包括
    第一旋转座(221),其固定设置在所述底盖(211)的底部,所述第一旋转座(221)的内形成有一容置腔(2210);
    滚珠(223),其可滚动地设置在所述容置腔(2210)中;
    其中,在开启所述底盖(211)的过程中,所述滚珠(223)能够在重力的作用下滚动到和所述翻转连接件(22)相接触的位置,以限制所述翻转连接件(22)翻转,使得所述顶盖(212)和所述底盖(211)的相对位置固定。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的具有连动翻转功能的垃圾桶桶盖,其中,所述翻转连接件(22)包括第一折型连杆(222),其由第一折臂(2221)和第二折臂(2222)两部分组成,所述第一折臂(2221)的端部通过第一轴杆(2212)铰接安装在所述第一旋转座(221)上,所述第二折臂(2222)的端部固定连接在所述顶盖(212)上;
    其中,所述第一折型连杆(222)的底部成型有翻转限位块(2223);当所述底盖(211)在开启过程中,所述滚珠(223)能够滚动触接在所述翻转限位块(2223)上,以使得所述第一折型连杆(222)和所述第一旋转座(221)的相对位置固定。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的具有连动翻转功能的垃圾桶桶盖,其中,所述容置腔(2210)由低势腔(2241)和高势腔(2242)两部分组成,所述翻转限位块(2223)可旋转地设置在所述高势腔(2242)中;

  45. 如权利要求41所述的根据垃圾量自动收口的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述隔板(460)通过升降单元(46)可升降地安装在所述垃圾袋置入腔(4100)中,所述升降单元(46)包括
    一升降驱动装置(463),其固定设置在所述隔板(460)的底部,所述升降驱动装置(463)上连接有第一输出轴和第二输出轴;
    两个第一升降齿轮(461),其可旋转地安装在所述隔板(460)的底部一侧;
    两个第二升降齿轮(462),其可旋转地安装在所述隔板(460)的底部另一侧;
    一第一从动锥齿轮(4641),其和两个所述第一升降齿轮(461)同步旋转设置;以及
    一第二从动锥齿轮(4642),其和两个所述第二升降齿轮(462)同步旋转设置;
    其中,所述第一输出轴上固定有能够和所述第一从动锥齿轮(4641)啮合传动的第一主动锥齿轮(4631);所述第二输出轴上固定有能够和所述第二从动锥齿轮(4642)啮合传动的第二主动锥齿轮(4632);
    所述升降单元(46)还包括竖向固定在所述垃圾袋置入腔(4100)中的四条齿条(4105);两个所述第一升降齿轮(461)和两个所述第二升降齿轮(462)能够对应地连接在四条所述齿条(4105)上,以用于连动所述隔板(460)升降作业。
  46. 如权利要求41所述的根据垃圾量自动收口的智能垃圾桶,其中,还包括有设置在所述底盖(411)底部的收口单元(42),其用于对装有垃圾的所述垃圾袋袋体(451)进行封口作业。
  47. 如权利要求46所述的根据垃圾量自动收口的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述收口单元(42)包括能够同步靠近或同步远离的、平行设置的第一收口杆(421)和第二收口杆(422),还包括第三收口杆(423);
    所述第三收口杆(423)和所述第一收口杆(421)、所述第二收口杆(422)均垂直设置,且三者能够在收口驱动装置的作用下,对所述垃圾袋袋体(451)的袋口处进行收拢作业。
  48. 如权利要求46所述的根据垃圾量自动收口的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述收口单元(42)还包括发热丝模块(49),其固定在所述底盖(411)底部,以用于对所述垃圾袋袋体(451)的袋口处进行熔断处理。
  49. 如权利要求46所述的根据垃圾量自动收口的智能垃圾桶,其中,还包括触碰开关(47),其设置在所述收口单元(42)的底部,以用于感应容装在所述垃圾袋袋体(451)中垃圾的顶部位置。
  50. 如权利要求41所述的根据垃圾量自动收口的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述桶身(410)中成型有和所述垃圾袋置入腔(4100)连通设置的通风腔(4101);
    所述通风腔(4101)中安装有用于将所述垃圾袋袋体(451)吸入所述垃圾袋置入腔(4100)中的风机(48)。
  51. 一种装备有可升降式热封装置的智能垃圾桶,其中,包括:
    桶身(511),其能够稳定地座置在地面上,所述桶身(511)中开设有垃圾袋置入腔;
    桶盖(512),其通过翻转连接件可旋转地安装在所述桶身(511)的顶部后端,所述桶盖(512)上安装有垃圾袋盒(513);以及
    可升降式热封装置(52),其设置在智能垃圾桶桶内,以用于在适当的位置对垃圾袋进行封口和熔断作业;
    其中,所述可升降式热封装置(52)由升降单元(53)、收口单元(54)和发热丝模块(547)三部分组成。
  52. 如权利要求51所述的装备有可升降式热封装置的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述收口单元(54)包括
    升降支撑架(531),其顶部两侧均成型有第一板(5311),其底部两侧均成型有第二板(5312);和
    收口组件,其安装在所述升降支撑架(531)上,以用于对垃圾袋进行封口作业。
  53. 如权利要求52所述的装备有可升降式热封装置的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述收口组件包括
    收口步进电机(540),其固定在一所述第一板(5311)的底部,所述收口步进电机(540)的输出轴端固定有主动轮;
    第一丝杆,其可旋转地安装在两个所述第二板(5312)间,所述第一丝杆上成型有螺纹旋向相反的第一旋向部(5411)和第二旋向部(5412),所述第一丝杆的一端部固定有从动轮;
    第一压杆(542),其和所述第一丝杆垂直设置,且其一端部螺接安装在所述第二旋向部(5412)上;
    第二压杆(543),其和所述第一压杆(542)平行设置,且其一端部螺接安装在所述第一旋向部(5411)上;以及
    第三压杆(544),其和所述第一丝杆平行设置;
    其中,所述第三压杆(544)和所述第二压杆(543)间连接有第一连接杆(545),所述第一连接杆(545)的一端部铰接在所述第三压杆(544)的一侧部,所述第一连接杆(545)的另一端部铰接在所述第二压杆(543)的另一端部;所述第三压杆(544)和所述第一压杆(542)间连接有第二连接杆(546),所述第二连接杆(546)的一端部铰接在所述第三压杆(544)的另一侧部,所述第二连接杆(546)的另一端部铰接在所述第一压杆(542)的另一端部;所述主动轮和所述从动轮间通过传输带(5400)进行动力传送。
  54. 如权利要求53所述的装备有可升降式热封装置的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述第一压杆(542)的一端部成型有螺接在所述第二旋向部(5412)上的第一移块(5421),所述第一移块(5421)上开设有第一导向孔;
    所述第二压杆(543)的一端部成型有螺接在所述第一旋向部(5411)上的第二移块(5431),所述第 二移块(5431)上开设有第二导向孔;
    两个所述第二板(5312)间固定安装有第一光杆(533),所述第一导向孔和所述第二导向孔插装在所述第一光杆(533)上。
  55. 如权利要求53所述的装备有可升降式热封装置的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述发热丝模块(547)固定安装在所述第三压杆(544)朝向所述第一丝杆的端面上。
  56. 如权利要求53所述的装备有可升降式热封装置的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述第一压杆(542)上开设有供所述第一连接杆(545)、所述第二连接杆(546)以及所述第三压杆(544)移动穿行的第一条形通孔;
    所述第二压杆(543)上开设有供所述第一连接杆(545)、所述第二连接杆(546)以及所述第三压杆(544)移动穿行的第二条形通孔。
  57. 如权利要求52所述的装备有可升降式热封装置的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述升降单元(53)为升降缸(532),所述升降缸(532)的伸缩轴固定连接在所述升降支撑架(531)上。
  58. 如权利要求57所述的装备有可升降式热封装置的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述桶盖(512)的底部设置有底板(5120),所述升降缸(532)固定座装在所述底板(5120)的底部。
  59. 如权利要求57所述的装备有可升降式热封装置的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述桶身(511)内设置有侧板(5111),所述升降缸(532)固定座装在所述侧板(5111)上。
  60. 如权利要求52所述的装备有可升降式热封装置的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述升降单元(53)包括
    升降步进电机(5340),其固定在所述桶身(511)的内部空间中,以用于驱动所述升降支撑架(531)竖直升降,所述升降步进电机(5340)的输出轴端连接有第二丝杆(534);和
    第二光杆(535),其固定在所述桶身(511)的内部空间中,以用于导向所述升降支撑架(531)竖直升降;
    其中,所述升降支撑架(531)的一端部开设有螺纹孔,所述第二丝杆(534)螺接安装在所述螺纹孔中;所述升降支撑架(531)的另一端部开设有第三导向孔,所述第二光杆(535)插装在所述第三导向孔中。
  61. 一种能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶,其中,包括:
    桶身(610),其能够稳定地座置在地面上,所述桶身(610)中开设有垃圾袋置入腔(6100);
    底盖(611),其可旋转地安装在所述桶身(610)的顶部后端,所述底盖(611)的顶部能够可拆卸地安装有垃圾袋盒(62);以及
    检测组件,其固定在所述能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶中,以用于对垃圾袋盒(62)进行自动识别。
  62. 如权利要求61所述的能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述检测组件由电子标签(622)和阅读器两部分组成。
  63. 如权利要求62所述的能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述电子标签(622)固定在所述垃圾袋盒(62)上,所述阅读器固定安装在所述底盖(611)上;所述阅读器能够对所述电子标签(622)进行读取和解码,并对应地发出一用于表达有无所述垃圾袋盒(62)的电信号。
  64. 如权利要求61所述的能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述检测组件由磁铁(623)和 霍尔传感器两部分组成。
  65. 如权利要求64所述的能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述磁铁(623)固定在所述垃圾袋盒(62)上,所述霍尔传感器固定安装在所述底盖(611)上;所述霍尔传感器能够在一定范围内对所述磁铁(623)产生感应,并对应地发出一用于表达有无所述垃圾袋盒(62)的电信号。
  66. 如权利要求61所述的能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶上设置有用于对所述垃圾袋盒(62)的有无信息进行表达的灯光组件(641)。
  67. 如权利要求61所述的能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶上设置有用于对所述垃圾袋盒(62)的有无信息进行表达的蜂鸣器(642)。
  68. 如权利要求61所述的能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述垃圾袋盒(62)包括下盒体(620)和可拆卸地安装在所述下盒体(620)上的上盒体(621);所述下盒体(620)中成型有一用于置放连续无断点垃圾袋的置放腔(6200)。
  69. 如权利要求61所述的能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述底盖(611)上开设有用于投入垃圾的端口,所述底盖(611)顶部后端可旋转地安装有一用于对所述端口进行盖封的顶盖(612);
    所述底盖(611)的顶部固定有第二翻转电机,所述顶盖(612)固定连接在所述第二翻转电机的输出轴上。
  70. 如权利要求61所述的能够自动识别垃圾袋盒的智能垃圾桶,其中,所述桶身(610)的顶部固定有第一翻转电机,所述底盖(611)固定连接在所述第一翻转电机的输出轴上。
