本实用新型涉及胶带及包装行业,特别是涉及一种可降解无塑化胶带。
背景技术
塑料制品的使用方便了人类生活,但由于塑料制品可降解性差,导致对环境产生了较大的污染,随着环保意识的逐渐加强,人们对塑料制品使用欲望逐渐降低。各大公司为顺应环保要求,开始采用易降解的纸胶带来替换传统的塑胶带进行包裹,但纸胶带本身耐用性差,极易被撕断,导致实用性差。为解决此问题,现有的主流纸胶带在纸层中加入塑料纤维作为加强筋,以提高纸胶带的耐用性,但此种胶带仍会带来降解性差的问题,且塑料纤维对纸胶带的耐用性提升有限,无法完全解决纸胶带耐用性差的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种可降解无塑化胶带,以至少解决现有技术中纸胶带耐用性差,易撕裂的问题。
本实用新型提供了一种可降解无塑化胶带,.包括纸带层、加强层、第一黏胶层,所述加强层固定在纸带层与第一黏胶层之间,所述加强层为由可降解纤维线编织的网状结构。
进一步地,所述胶带还包括第二黏胶层,所述加强层通过第二黏胶层粘接在纸带层上。
进一步地,所述第一黏胶层选自棉纸胶或无基材胶中的一种,所述第二黏胶层选自棉纸胶或无基材胶中的一种。
更进一步地,所述可降解纤维线为棉线。
进一步地,所述加强层包括第一加强条、第二加强条,所述第一加强条、第二加强条分别位于纸带层沿着其长度方向的相对两侧。
更进一步地,所述加强层还包括中央加强条,所述中央加强条位于第一加强条、第二加强条之间。
进一步地,所述纸带层为硅油牛皮纸层。
本实用新型还提供一种上述可降解无塑化胶带的制备工艺,步骤如下:
步骤1:将第一黏胶层与加强层的一侧粘合固定;
步骤2:加强层的另一侧与纸带层粘合固定。
本实用新型还提供另一种上述可降解无塑化胶带的制备工艺,步骤如下:
步骤1:将第一黏胶层与加强层的一侧粘合固定;
步骤2:将纸带层一侧与第二黏胶层粘合;
步骤3:将加强层的另一侧与第二黏胶层粘合固定,完成胶带的制备。
本实用新型相对于现有技术,采用由可降解纤维线编织的加强层,在不影响胶带降解性能的同时,提高胶带本身的耐用性、耐撕拉性等物理性能,确保胶带在包裹运输过程中的密封性。

本实用新型提供了一种可降解无塑化胶带,如图1所示,包括纸带层1、加强层2、第一黏胶层3,所述加强层2固定在纸带层1与第一黏胶层3之间,所述加强层2为由可降解纤维线编织的网状结构(棉布)。所述纸带层1为单侧具有硅油层11的牛皮纸。
可选的,所述胶带还包括第二黏胶层4,所述加强层2通过第二黏胶层4粘接在纸带层1上。
可选的,所述第一黏胶层选自棉纸胶或无基材胶中的一种,所述第二黏胶层选自棉纸胶或无基材胶中的一种。
特别的,所述可降解纤维线为棉线或再回收棉线。
本实用新型实施例可降解无塑化胶带的制备工艺如下:
步骤1:如图6所示,将具离型层6的第一黏胶层3与加强层2的一侧粘合固定;
步骤2:如图5所示,将纸带层1一侧与具离型层5的第二黏胶层4粘合;
步骤3:去除离型层5,使第二黏胶层4的一侧将加强层2的另一侧与第二黏胶层4粘合固定,除去具离型层6,使第一黏胶层3的一侧裸露,收卷,使纸带层1的硅油层11在卷的外侧,完成胶带的制备过程。
其中,如图2所示,本实用新型实施例1中加强层2为棉布,且加强层2与纸带层1的尺寸相近。
可选的,如图3所示,本实用新型实施例2所述加强层2包括第一加强条21、第二加强条22,所述第一加强条21、第二加强条22分别位于纸带层1沿着其长度方向的相对两侧。
其中,如图3所示,第一加强条21、第二加强条22位于纸带层1同一面的两侧,形成两条平行的加强结构。第一黏胶层、第二黏胶层均为无基材胶
特别的,如图4所示,本实用新型实施例3所述加强层2还包括中央加强条23,所述中央加强条23位于第一加强条21、第二加强条22之间。
其中,如图4所示,中央加强条23位于第一加强条21、第二加强条22之间,形成三条平行的加强结构。
本实用新型实施例1-3采用由可降解纤维线编织的加强层,在不影响胶带降解性能的同时,提高胶带本身的耐用性、耐撕拉性等物理性能,经实际的包裹试验测试,确定实施例1-3的胶带结构均具有良好的耐用性、耐撕拉性,可以满足包裹的运输要求。本实用新型实施例2、3与实施例1相比,减少加强层的面积,降低生产成本的同时仍能满足胶带的耐用性需求。此外,本实用新型实施例1-3中的棉纤维可采用回收的棉纤维结构,进一步降低生产成本,提高本实用新型实施例胶带的实用性。

  1. 一种可降解无塑化胶带,其特征在于,所述胶带包括纸带层、加强层、第一黏胶层,所述加强层固定在纸带层与第一黏胶层之间,所述加强层为由可降解纤维线编织的网状结构;所述胶带还包括第二黏胶层,所述加强层通过第二黏胶层粘接在纸带层上;
    所述加强层包括第一加强条、第二加强条,所述第一加强条、第二加强条分别位于纸带层沿着其长度方向的相对两侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可降解无塑化胶带,其特征在于,所述第一黏胶层选自棉纸胶或无基材胶中的一种,所述第二黏胶层选自棉纸胶或无基材胶中的一种。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可降解无塑化胶带,其特征在于,所述可降解纤维线为棉线。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可降解无塑化胶带,其特征在于,所述加强层还包括中央加强条,所述中央加强条位于第一加强条、第二加强条之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可降解无塑化胶带,其特征在于,所述纸带层为水性离型剂的牛皮纸层。
