发明内容

2)后窗上壁上部设有若干定位柱,扣板一侧设有与定位柱卡合的定位槽,定位柱和定位槽不仅保证了PCI-e适配卡安装的准确性,同时限制了PCI-e适配卡在前后方向的移动,保证了PCI-e适配卡安装的稳定性。
3)隔槽下部一侧设有第一围板,第一围板两端与后窗连接,第一围板与后窗间形成插槽,I/O铁片下端设有插头,插头插接在插槽内部,插槽避免了PCI-e适配卡的晃动,进一步保证了PCI-e适配卡安装的稳定性。
4)水平部与扣板、后窗上壁均过盈配合,保证了固定钢片的夹持效果。
5)水平部上部一侧设有若干弹性凸包,弹性凸包向扣板一侧凸起,弹性凸包增强了水平部与扣板间的夹持力,保证了I/O铁片安装的稳定性。
6)夹持槽的上壁为弧形板状结构,且夹持槽的上壁中部向扣板一侧凸起,增强了水平部对扣板及后窗的夹持效果,同时,夹持槽的上壁前部翘起,便于扣板和后窗上壁快速准确地插接在水平部内部。
7)垂直部一端设有止挡臂,止挡臂一侧设有止挡柱,止挡柱固定地安装在后窗侧壁上,止挡柱避免了固定钢片过旋转。
8)垂直部一侧设有止挡片,止挡片通过铆钉铆合在垂直部上,止挡片前端伸出垂直部,止挡片后端与垂直部后部平齐,止挡片保证了固定钢片旋转的精确性,保证了PCI-e适配卡固定的效果;止挡片上下两侧设有卡钩,后窗侧壁上设有与卡钩配合的卡槽,水平部将扣板压紧后,卡钩插接在卡槽内部,避免了固定钢片转动;PCI-e适配卡拆卸时,用手将止挡片向中间掰动,使卡钩与卡槽分离,然后转动固定钢片,将PCI-e适配卡拆下。
9)卡钩截面为直角三角形,且卡钩的直角边靠近止挡片的前端,斜边减小了固定钢片旋转定位时后窗对卡钩的阻力,便于固定钢片的定位;直角边避免了固定钢片定位后卡钩与卡槽分离,保证了固定钢片定位的稳定性。
10)垂直部一侧一体成型有第二围板,止挡片安装于第二围板与垂直部间形成的空槽内部,第二围板限制了止挡片的活动范围,避免了PCI-e适配卡拆卸时用力过大造成止挡片变形。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1-9,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
一种免工具拆装的PCI-e模块,包括机箱1、后窗2、介面卡3、固定钢片4,所述机箱1底部设有PCI-e连接器(图中未示出),所述介面卡3下端通过金手指插接在PCI-e连接器上;所述介面卡3一侧设有I/O铁片31,所述I/O铁片31一侧设有连接板34,连接板34与介面卡3连接,所述介面卡3上部一侧设有扣板33;所述机箱1一端设有后窗2,所述后窗2上设有若干均匀布置的隔槽27,所述介面卡3安装在隔槽27一侧,介面卡3的扣板33搭接在后窗2的上部;所述后窗2一侧设有固定钢片4,所 述固定钢片4包括垂直部41和水平部42,所述水平部42上设有夹持槽49,所述垂直部41设置在水平部42的两端,垂直部41下端设有通孔43,铆钉21穿过通孔43将垂直部41铆合在后窗2侧壁上,固定钢片4旋转定位时,后窗2上壁及扣板33安装在夹持槽49内部;利用水平部42压制适配卡I/O铁片使其固定,避免了PCI-e适配卡振动,保证了PCI-e适配卡信号的稳定性,实现了PCI-e适配卡的免工具插拔,提高了PCI-e适配卡的拆装效率;PCI-e适配卡拆卸时,将固定钢片4绕铆钉21旋转,使固定钢片4与I/O铁片31的扣板33分离,将PCI-e适配卡的金手指从PCI-e连接器上拔下,完成PCI-e适配卡的拆卸。
在本实施例中,所述后窗2上壁上部设有若干定位柱23,所述扣板33一侧设有与定位柱23卡合的定位槽35,定位柱23和定位槽35不仅保证了PCI-e适配卡安装的准确性,同时限制了PCI-e适配卡在前后方向的移动,保证了PCI-e适配卡安装的稳定性。
在本实施例中,所述隔槽27下部一侧设有第一围板24,所述第一围板24两端与后窗2连接,第一围板24与后窗2间形成插槽25,所述I/O铁片31下端设有插头32,所述插头32插接在插槽25内部,插槽25避免了PCI-e适配卡的晃动,进一步保证了PCI-e适配卡安装的稳定性。
在本实施例中,所述水平部42与扣板33、后窗2上壁均过盈配合,保证了固定钢片4的夹持效果。
在本实施例中,所述水平部42上部一侧设有若干弹性凸包45,所述弹性凸包45向扣板33一侧凸起,弹性凸包45增强了水平部42与扣板33间的夹持力,保证了I/O铁片31安装的稳定性。
在本实施例中,所述夹持槽49的上壁为弧形板状结构,且夹持槽49的上壁中部向扣板33一侧凸起,增强了水平部42对扣板33及后窗2的夹持效果,同时,夹持槽49的上壁前部翘起,便于扣板33和后窗2上壁快速准确地插接在水平部42内部。
在本实施例中,所述垂直部41一端设有止挡臂44,所述止挡臂44一侧设有止挡柱22,所述止挡柱22固定地安装在后窗2侧壁上,止挡柱22避免了固定钢片4过旋转。
在本实施例中,所述垂直部41一侧设有止挡片47,所述止挡片47通过铆钉21铆合在垂直部41上,所述止挡片47前端伸出垂直部41,止挡片47后端与垂直部41后部平齐,止挡片47保证了固定钢片4旋转的精确性,保证了PCI-e适配卡固定的效果;所述止挡片47上下两侧设有卡钩48,所述后窗2侧壁上设有与卡钩48配合的卡槽26,水平部42将扣板33压紧后,卡钩48插接在卡槽26内部,避免了固定钢片4转动;PCI-e适配卡拆卸时,用手将止挡片47向中间掰动,使卡钩48与卡槽26分离,然后转动固定钢片4,将PCI-e适配卡拆下。
在本实施例中,所述卡钩48截面为直角三角形,且卡钩48的直角边靠近止挡片47的前端,斜边减小了固定钢片4旋转定位时后窗2对卡钩48的阻力,便于固定钢片4的定位;直角边避免了固定钢片4定位后卡钩48与卡槽26分离,保证了固定钢片4定位的稳定性。
在本实施例中,所述垂直部41一侧一体成型有第二围板46,所述止挡片47安装于第二围板46与垂直部41间形成的空槽内部,第二围板46限制了止挡片47的活动范围,避免了PCI-e适配卡拆卸时用力过大造成止挡片47变形。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种免工具拆装的PCI-e模块,包括机箱、后窗、介面卡、固定钢片,所述机箱底部设有PCI-e连接器,所述介面卡下端通过金手指插接在PCI-e连接器上;所述介面卡一侧设有I/O铁片,所述I/O铁片一侧设有连接板,连接板与介面卡连接,其特征在于,所述介面卡上部一侧设有扣板;所述机箱一端设有后窗,所述后窗上设有若干隔槽,所述介面卡安装在隔槽一侧,介面卡的扣板搭接在后窗的上部;所述后窗一侧设有固定钢片,所述固定钢片包括垂直部和水平部,所述水平部上设有夹持槽,所述垂直部设置在水平部的两端,垂直部下端设有通孔,铆钉穿过通孔将垂直部铆合在后窗侧壁上,固定钢片旋转定位时,后窗上壁及扣板安装在夹持槽内部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种免工具拆装的PCI-e模块,其特征在于,所述后窗上壁上部设有若干定位柱,所述扣板一侧设有与定位柱卡合的定位槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种免工具拆装的PCI-e模块,其特征在于,所述隔槽下部一侧设有第一围板,所述第一围板两端与后窗连接,第一围板与后窗间形成插槽,所述I/O铁片下端设有插头,所述插头插接在插槽内部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种免工具拆装的PCI-e模块,其特征在于,所述水平部与扣板、后窗上壁均过盈配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种免工具拆装的PCI-e模块,其特征在于,所述水平部上部一侧设有若干弹性凸包,所述弹性凸包向扣板一侧凸起。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种免工具拆装的PCI-e模块,其特征在于,所述夹持槽的上壁为弧形板状结构,且夹持槽的上壁中部向扣板一侧凸起。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种免工具拆装的PCI-e模块,其特征在于,所述垂直部一端设有止挡臂,所述止挡臂一侧设有止挡柱,所述止挡柱固定地安装在后窗侧壁上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种免工具拆装的PCI-e模块,其特征在于,所述垂直部一侧设有止挡片,所述止挡片通过铆钉铆合在垂直部上,所述 止挡片前端伸出垂直部,止挡片后端与垂直部后部平齐;所述止挡片上下两侧设有卡钩,所述后窗侧壁上设有与卡钩配合的卡槽,水平部将扣板压紧后,卡钩插接在卡槽内部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种免工具拆装的PCI-e模块,其特征在于,所述卡钩截面为直角三角形,且卡钩的直角边靠近止挡片的前端。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的一种免工具拆装的PCI-e模块,其特征在于,所述垂直部一侧一体成型有第二围板,所述止挡片安装于第二围板与垂直部间形成的空槽内部。
