背景技术
日常生活中,自动扶梯已成为现代城市公共场所常见的工具。自动扶梯上的扶手带也是大家乘坐扶梯的安全依靠,很多安全事故的发生与乘客没握扶手带有关,因此安全乘梯必须手握扶手带,保证乘客安全。而目前自动扶梯和自动人行道扶手带的橡胶材质极具吸附性,易附生病菌。另外人们手上带有的致病菌会通过扶手带进行交叉感染,这可能是现代都市公共卫生的潜在威胁。
目前对于扶手带的清洁有两种,其一是人工进行清洁,采用抹布擦洗,或者人工喷洒消毒剂,这样既麻烦且消毒效果也不明显;其二是在扶手带出口的下方安装消毒器进行清洁,但现有的消毒器结构复杂,体积较大,在安装后容易影响电梯的正常运行,有一定的危险。

本实用新型的目的是在于提供一种安全性能高,体积小不会影响电梯正常运行的扶手式电梯消毒器。

进一步的,所述消毒装置包括常开开关、电路板、灯板和电源,所述常开开关和电路板分别设置在凹槽内,所述灯板设置在卡槽内,所述电源设置在电池仓内,所述灯板与电路板电性连接,所述电路板通过常开开关与电源电性连接,所述常开开关通过开关过孔与开关柱触接。

如图1至图5所示,一种扶手式电梯消毒器,包括安装板1、壳体2 和消毒装置3,所述安装板1上设有开关柱4,所述壳体2包括外壳21、内壳22和外壳后盖23,所述外壳21设有容纳槽5和卡槽6,所述内壳22盖合于容纳槽5,所述外壳后盖23盖合于卡槽6,所述内壳22与容纳槽5盖合的一侧设有凹槽7,另一侧设有电池仓8和若干磁性件9,所述内壳22还设有开关过孔10,并与凹槽7贯通,所述消毒装置3分别设于外壳21和内壳22中,所述壳体2通过磁性件9与安装板1连接,所述消毒装置3通过开关过孔10与开关柱4触接。本实用新型扶手式电梯消毒器结构简单,体积小,将消毒装置3分别设置在外壳21和内壳22中,并将内壳22与外壳21的容纳槽5进行盖合连接,同时将外壳后盖23与外壳21的卡槽6进行盖合连接,从而使消毒装置3和壳体2形成一个整体,减小其体积,由于体积小,在安装到扶手式电梯时,丝毫不会影响电梯的正常运行,安装时将安装板1贴合或螺丝固定在扶手式电梯底座扶手带出口的下方,通过磁性件9可将壳体2和壳体2内的消毒装置3吸附到安装板1上,通过磁性件9的吸附可在更换、维修拆卸时方便,还可通过螺丝、铆钉可拆卸的连接件进行安装,安装的同时通过安装板1上的开关柱4与消毒装置3触接,使消毒装置3在安装后一直处于常开状态,使消毒装置3对扶手带进行消毒工作,在进行拆卸时,将壳体2和消毒装置3直接取下,使消毒装置3与开关柱4分离,使消毒装置3关闭,从而可以避免消毒器对人体造成伤害,以此提高安全性能。
如图4所示,所述消毒装置3包括常开开关31、电路板32、灯板33 和电源34,所述常开开关31和电路板32分别设置在凹槽7内,所述灯板33设置在卡槽6内,所述电源34设置在电池仓8内,所述灯板33与电路板32电性连接,所述电路板32通过常开开关31与电源34电性连接,所述常开开关31通过开关过孔10与开关柱4触接。通过电源34与电路板32之间的电性连接,电路板32与灯板33之间的电性连接,使电路板32和灯板33进行工作,还可在电路板32上设置若干其它电子元器件,可实现其它计时、遥控等功能,而常开开关31可对电源34进行供、断电,当安装板1上的开关柱4与常开开关31触接时,电源34进行供电,消毒装置3处于工作状态,当开关柱4与常开开关31分离时,电源34断电,消毒装置3处于停止状态,在对消毒器进行拆卸时,可避免消毒器对人体造成伤害,以此提高安全性能。
如图1或图2所示,所述灯板33上设有若干UV-C LED灯331。通过UV-C LED灯331发出的短波长紫外线,能迅速的杀灭各类细菌、真菌,而又因UV-C LED灯331的穿透能力较弱,无法穿透大部分的透明玻璃及塑料,因此对电梯上的人体不会造成伤害,可提高安全性能。
如图1或图2所示,所述电路板32上设有指示灯321、显示屏322和蓝牙模块323,所述外壳21上还分别设有与指示灯321、显示屏322和蓝牙模块323配合的指示灯孔211,显示屏孔212和蓝牙窗口213。指示灯321的亮起和熄灭可对电源34的电量和UV-C LED灯331的工作状态进行监控,而显示屏322可用于显示工作间隔倒计时长,蓝牙模块323可用于 接收遥控信号,而蓝牙模块323和蓝牙窗口213可根据实际所需进行取消。
