杀菌器 本申请要求于 2013 年 4 月 3 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201320166696.6、 名称为 "杀菌器"的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容 通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及一种杀菌器, 尤其涉及一种卡持牢固、 具有干燥与除臭功 能的杀菌器。
背景技术
鞋子在使用的过程中, 由于脚会产生一定的温度与湿度, 此时鞋内的 环境非常容易滋生细菌, 从而会产生异味, 甚至导致足疾。 为了减少鞋内 的细菌滋生, 鞋内干燥杀菌器的应用越来越普遍。
现有杀菌器中通过上下壳体中相对应的卡持架对应配合而卡持杀菌组 件,上下卡持架装配后形成一装配孔,通过所述装配孔卡持所述杀菌组件。 但是由于上下卡持架分别设置在上下壳体中, 在上下壳体装配过程中, 有 可能因为上下卡持架的不对位, 使得卡持所述杀菌组件不牢固, 影响杀菌 器的使用。 发明内容
鉴于以上所述, 本发明有必要提供一种卡持更牢固的杀菌器。
一种杀菌器, 包括杀菌装置、 电源装置及连接件, 连接件设置于所述 杀菌装置与电源装置之间, 所述电源装置包括保护壳套与容置在保护壳套 内的电路模组, 所述杀菌装置包括壳体与杀菌组件, 所述杀菌组件设置于 所述壳体内, 所述壳体上形成有若干空隙, 所述壳体内设有卡持架, 所述 卡持架上沿轴线开设有通孔,所述卡持架通过所述通孔卡持所述杀菌组件。
进一步地, 所述卡持架内还设有一塑料套, 所述塑料套与所述卡持架 套设配合而将所述杀菌组件卡持。
进一步地, 所述卡持架内周缘还开设有两定位槽, 所述定位槽与所述 通孑 L连通。
进一步地, 所述塑料套外周缘设有定位键, 所述定位键与所述定位槽 配合, 使所述塑料套与所述卡持架固定配合。
进一步地, 所述定位键的一侧延伸形成一弹性扣, 所述定位键套设在 所述定位槽内, 所述弹性扣位于定位槽一端并与所述卡持架的一端壁相 4氏 持。
进一步地, 所述塑料套的圓周上设有一贯穿的开口。

进一步地, 所述保护壳套包括顶盖、 按钮以及指示灯面板, 顶盖上开 设有装配孔安装所述按钮以及指示灯面板,所述指示灯面板上设有透光部。
相较于现有技术, 本发明所述杀菌器通过在壳体内凸设一沿轴线开设 有第二通孔的卡持架, 牢固卡持所述杀菌组件, 而不需通过上下卡持架配 合卡持, 本发明所述杀菌器卡持更牢固, 实用性强。

请参阅图 1 , 本发明实施例所示的杀菌器 100, 包括杀菌装置 10、 电 源装置 20以及连接件 30。 所述杀菌装置 10通过连接件 30与电源装置 20 相连接,用于对待消毒物体进行杀菌以及干燥。所述电源装置 20为杀菌装 置 10供电。
所述杀菌装置 10包括杀菌组件 11 以及壳体 12。 所述杀菌组件 11包 括灯管 111与灯座 112。 所述灯管 111可发出杀菌射线和 /或功能气体, 杀 菌射线可杀菌, 功能气体具有某种有益功能。 如灯管 111发出紫外线和 /或 臭氧, 具有杀菌和除臭的功能。 所述灯管 111可拆卸的安装在灯座 112上, 如通过卡接或者螺接等方式连接,方便使用者对损坏的灯管 111进行更换。 所述灯管 111可以选用热阴极紫外线灯管,具有发热和发射紫外线的功能, 同时还可产生少量的臭氧。 所述灯管 111有 30%的电能是转换为热能的, 该热能可以驱除湿气作用, 从而达到干燥的效果。 所以灯管 111在杀菌的 同时可对待杀菌物件烘干和除臭。 所述灯座 112可通过电线连接所述电源 装置 20, 从而对所述杀菌组件 11供电。
请结合参阅图 2, 所述壳体 12包括上壳体 121以及与上壳体 121配合 的下壳体 122。 所述上壳体 121呈镂空的半橢球型, 可对应鞋面的形状。 所述上壳体 121 包括第一容置端 123与第一连接端 124。 所述第一容置端 123间隔地开设有若干第一空隙 1231 ,该第一空隙 1231贯通所述第一容置 端 123的内外表面。 上壳体 121远离所述第一连接端 124的一端底部设有 第一凸块 1211 , 该第一凸块 1211用以配合所述下壳体 122。 所述第一连接 端 124与所述连接件 30相接。 所述第一连接端 124靠近所述连接件 30一 端的内表面上凸设有第一卡接柱 1241。 所述第一卡接柱 1241用于将上壳 体 121与下壳体 122 固定连接。 所述第一连接端 124靠近所述连接件 30 的一端还形成有两个第一缺口 1243。 所述上壳体 121的底部内周缘还开设 有一安装槽 1244, 所述安装槽 1244与下壳体 122周缘相配合连接。
请结合参阅图 3, 所述下壳体 122大致呈平板结构, 可对应鞋底的形 状。 下壳体 122包括第二容置端 125与第二连接端 126。 所述第二容置端 125与第二连接端 126分别与上壳体 121的第一容置端 123与第一连接端 124的位置对应。所述第二容置端 125上间隔地开设有若干第二空隙 1251 , 该第二空隙 1251贯通所述下壳体 122的上下表面。 所述第二容置端 125 上相对所述上壳体 122上的第一凸块 1211处设有第一"" ^块 1252, 所述第 一"" 夬 1252与所述第一凸块 1211相配合, 卡接所述上壳体 121及所述下 壳体 122, 使上壳体 121与下壳体 122之间连接更加牢固。
所述第二连接端 126从靠近所述连接件 30的一端上表面依次凸设有第 一套接柱 131、第二卡接柱 132以及卡持架 133。所述第一套接柱 131为轴 线与所述下壳体 122平面相平行的阶梯状中空圓柱台,所述第一套接柱 131 上沿轴线方向开设有第一套接孔 1311 , 所述连接件 30通过所述第一套接 孔 1311与所述杀菌装置 10连接。 所述第一套接孔 1311可设有螺纹, 与所 述连接件 30相配合连接。所述第一套接柱 131包括柱体 1312及端柱 1313。 所述端柱 1313设于所述第二连接端 126靠近所述连接件 30的端部, 且所 述端柱 1313的外径大于所述柱体 1312的外径。所述端柱 1313与所述上壳 体 121靠近所述连接件 30的端部相配合闭合所述上壳体 121及所述下壳体 122。 所述柱体 1312 与所述上壳体 121 相连接的一端凸设有第一套配块 1314。 所述第一套配块 1314上还开设有第一固定孔 1315, 所述第一固定 孔 1315贯穿所述第一套配块 1314及所述柱体 1312的一侧与所述第一套接 孔 1311相连通。 所述第一固定孔 1315用于将所述壳体 12与所述连接件 30相固定连接, 所述第一固定孔 1315上可设有螺纹。
所述第二卡接柱 132与上壳体 121的第一"" ^接柱 1241相对应配合。所 述第二卡接柱 132的数量与所述第一"" ^接柱 1241的数量相一致,本实施例 中, 所述第二卡接柱 132设有两块。 所述两第二卡接柱 132分别邻近所述 柱体 1312相对所述端柱 1313的一端两侧壁。 所述第二连接端 126的末端 还形成有与所述第一缺口 1243对应的第一挡板 1265 , 所述第一挡板 1265 的一端与所述端柱 1313的周缘相接。
所述卡持架 133上沿轴线方向开设有第二通孔 1331及两定位槽 1332。 所述第二通孔 1331的轴向方向平行于所述下壳体 122平面,所述第二通孔 1331设于所述卡持架 133的中心。 所述两定位槽 1332分别设于所述卡持 架 133临近所述下壳体 122的两边角的内周缘上,所述定位槽 1332与所述 第二通孔 1331相连通。
所述卡持架 133内还设有一塑料套 134, 所述卡持架 133与所述塑料 套 134套设配合, 可用于卡持杀菌组件 11。 所述塑料套 134为塑料制件, 所述塑料套 134沿轴线方向开设有第三通孔 1341 , 所述第三通孔 1341上 还可设有螺纹,方便将所述杀菌组件 11的灯座 112与所述塑料套 134螺旋 固定。可以理解,本发明所述塑料套 134内的第三通孔 1341上还可设有可 与所述灯座 112固定连接的其他固定键, 如卡接槽等。 所述塑料套 134外 周缘上还设有与所述定位槽 1332相对应配合的定位键 1342及延伸于所述 定位键 1342一侧的弹性扣 1344,所述定位键 1342套设在所述定位槽 1332 内, 所述弹性扣 1344位于所述定位槽 1332的一端并与所述卡持架 133的 一端壁相 4氏持。 通过所述定位键 1342 及所述弹性扣 1344 与所述定位槽 1332的配合扣接, 使所述塑料套 134与所述卡持架 133固定连接, 防止所 述塑料套 134相对所述卡持架 133旋转。 所述塑料套 134的圓周上设有一 贯穿的开口 1343 , 使得所述塑料套 134具有一定的缩张余量, 能适应外径 大小有一定偏差的灯座 112, 增强与杀菌组件 11及卡持架 133的匹配度。
将上壳体 121、 下壳体 122以及所述杀菌组件 11安装时, 所述第一容 置端 123与第二容置端 125围成一空腔(未标示)。杀菌组件 11的灯座 112 通过所述塑料套 134与所述卡持架 133配合卡持, 所述灯管 111伸入至所 述空腔内,且灯管 111发出的光线与气体可从第一空隙 1231、第二空隙 1251 散出。 第一"" 妻柱 1241与第二卡接柱 132相对应配合, 所述端柱 1313与 所述上壳体 121靠近所述连接件 30的端部形成闭合, 所述第一缺口 1243 与所述第一挡板 1265配合形成一闭合面, 所述上壳体 121底部的安装槽 1244与所述下壳体 122周缘相配合形成闭合, 如此, 所述上壳体 121与所 述下壳体 122配合安装完成, 所述壳体 12—端具有第一套接孔 1311 , 所 述第一套接孔 1311连接连接件 30, 且可供电线穿过。 与所述第一套接孔 1311相连通的第一固定孔 1315 内可设有螺纹, 可设置一螺釘(图未示) 穿过所述第一固定孔 1315, 与连接件 30相连接固定, 防止所述连接件 30 相对所述壳体 12运动。 其中, 所述第一"" ^接柱 1241与第二卡接柱 132可 为凸起的空心圓柱。 其中一"" N妻柱可放置螺釘、 铆釘, 以与另一^" 妻柱固 接。所述第一凸块 1211与所述第一"" ^块 1252配合卡接,使所述上壳体 121 与所述下壳体 122连接更牢固。
所述电源装置 20包括电路模组 21与保护壳套 22。 所述电路模组 21 设置于所述保护壳套 22内。 该电源装置 20体积较小, 便于握持与携带。 所述电路模组 21包括电池 211、 电池盖 212、 插座 213以及电路板 214。 所述电池 211可为所述电路板 214供电。所述电池 211为可充电的锂电池、 镍氢电池或镍镉电池中的一种。 当在户外使用所述杀菌器 100, 无外接电 源为所述杀菌器 100充电时, 所述电池 211可为电路板 214供电, 使所述 杀菌器 100能正常使用, 进行杀菌工作。
请结合参阅图 4, 所述电池盖 212上设有第一容置腔 2121、 第二容置 腔 2122、第三卡接柱 2123以及定位孔 2124。所述容置空腔 2121可容置所 述电池 211 ,所述容置空腔 2121与所述保护壳套 22配合固定所述电池 211 , 防止所述电池 211相对所述保护壳套 22移动,影响所述杀菌器 100的使用。 所述第二容置腔 2122设于所述第一容置腔 2121的一侧, 用于与所述保护 壳套 22相配合连接。 所述第三卡接柱 2123用于将所述电池盖 212与所述 保护壳套 22固定连接。 所述第三卡接柱 2123凸设于所述电池盖 212临近 所述电路板 214的一侧。 所述定位孔 2124与所述保护壳套 22相配合, 用 于定位所述电池盖 212在所述保护壳套 22内的位置。 所述定位孔 2124开 设于所述电池盖 212上相对所述第三卡接柱 2123的一侧。
所述插座 213可为通用的圓形插座或者 USB插座。该插座 213设置在 所述电池 211的一侧, 且与所述电池 211以及所述电路板 214电性连接。 外界电源可通过连接至插座 213为电池 211以及电路板 214供电。
所述电路板 214上设有红外感应保护单元 2141、 指示灯 2142以及按 钮柱 2143。 所述按钮柱 2143与所述红外感应保护单元 2141 以及指示灯 2142电性连接。 所述红外感应保护单元 2141能够保护人体, 安全的使用 所述杀菌器 100。 当所述杀菌器 100在工作时, 当有人体接近时, 该红外 感应保护单元 2141可立即自动断开电路,使得杀菌器 100停止工作,可有 效的防止人体直接受到紫外线的照射, 达到安全保护人体的作用; 当人体 离开时, 杀菌器 100又可以重新工作。
所述指示灯 2142可为发光二极管, 所述指示灯 2142可以发出不同颜 色的光用以显示杀菌器的不同状态。 本实施例中, 设有两个所述指示灯 2142, 当所述按钮柱 2143被按下时, 两指示灯 2142绿光闪烁, 提醒使用 者数秒后杀菌灯 100即可启动, 给使用者一些反应时间, 以免被紫外线照 射到;当两指示灯 2142发红光时说明正在进行杀菌的工作;待完成杀菌后, 两指示灯 2142均熄灭或发出绿光; 而当所述电路板 214处于断开状态时, 两指示灯 2142均熄灭。 所以通过观察指示灯 2142的显示状态即可知道该 杀菌器 100的工作状态。 避免使用肉眼直接观察杀菌器 100的灯管是否在 工作, 而被杀菌射线灼伤。 使所述杀菌器 100能够安全方便地使用。 所述 按钮柱 2143与所述保护壳套 22配合安装,所述按钮柱 2143可相对所述电 路板 214伸缩运动,可通过按压按钮柱 2143的方式控制电路板 214的通断 状态。
此外, 所述电路板 214还可设有时间控制器(图未示), 时间控制器可 用以设定杀菌组件 11的工作时间, 如设定杀菌组件 11工作预定时间后可 自动断电, 使得所述杀菌器 100自动停止工作。
请结合参阅图 5 , 所述保护壳套 22包括顶盖 221、底盖 222、按钮 223 以及指示灯面板 224。 所述按钮 223以及所述指示灯面板 224均设于所述 顶盖 221上。 所述顶盖 221呈半橢球形结构。 所述顶盖 221上开设有第一 装配孔 2211、 第二装配孔 2212以及插孔 2213。 所述第一装配孔 2211、 第 二装配孔 2212分别对应安装指示灯面板 224以及按钮 223。 所述指示灯面 板 224可固定容置于所述第一装配孔 2211内。所述按钮 223可在所述第二 装配孔 2212 内上下移动。 所述第一装配孔 2211 与所述第二装配孔 2212 之间通过一横梁(图未标)相连接。所述插孔 2213设置于顶盖 221的一端, 且贯穿所述顶盖 221 的内外表面, 所述插孔 2213开设于与所述插座 213 对应的位置, 外界的电源可通过插孔 2213连接至插座 213 , 给电池 211以 及电路板 214供电。
所述顶盖 221的内表面凸设有若干凸起 2214、 第二套接柱 2215 以及 挡块 2216。 所述凸起 2214—部分与所述底盖 222配合, 将底盖 222与所 述顶盖 221固定连接, 另一部分凸起 2214与所述第三卡接柱 2123配合连 接,使得所述电路模组 21固定于所述保护壳套 22内。所述第二套接柱 2215 设于所述顶盖 221相对所述连接件 30的一端, 所述第二套接柱 2215用于 配合所述底盖 222。 所述第二套接柱 2215 沿轴线方向开设有第二套接孔 2217,所述连接件 30通过所述第二套接孔 2217与所述电源装置 20相连接。 所述第二套接柱 2215包括第二柱体 2218及第二端柱 2219。 所述第二端柱 2219设于所述顶盖 221靠近所述连接件 30的端部, 且所述第二端柱 2219 的外径大于所述第二柱体 2218的外径。所述第二端柱 2219与所述底盖 222 靠近所述连接件 30的端部相配合闭合所述顶盖 221及所述底盖 222。 所述 第二柱体 2218与所述底盖 222相连接的一端凸设有第二套配块 225。 所述 第二套配块 225上还开设有第二固定孔 2251 , 所述第二固定孔 2251贯穿 所述第二套配块 225及所述第二柱体 2218的一侧与所述第二套接孔 2217 相连通。 所述第二固定孔 2251 用于将所述保护壳套 22与所述连接件 30 相固定连接, 所述第二固定孔 2251上可设有螺纹。
所述挡块 2216用于配合卡持所述插座 213 ,使得所述插座 213相对所 述保护壳套 22固定。 所述挡块 2216呈 "U" 字形, 且所述 "U" 字形的开 口朝向所述底盖 222。 所述顶盖 221靠近所述连接件 30的一端还形成有两 第二缺口 226。 所述底盖 222设置有固接件 2221、 定位柱 2222、 凹槽 2223以及第二 卡块 2224。 所述固接件 2221 , 用以与顶盖 221的部分凸起 2214对应配合 固接。所述定位柱 2222用以与所述电池盖 212上的定位孔 2124套设配合, 用于定位所述电池盖在所述底盖 222上的位置并固定。所述凹槽 2223与所 述电池盖 212上的第一容置腔 2121相配合容置并保护所述电池 211。 所述 第二卡块 2224伸入所述电池盖 212上的第二容置腔 2122内, 且与所述第 二容置腔 2122的周缘配合卡接, 以固定连接所述电池盖 212与所述底盖 222。所述底盖 222相对应所述第二缺口 226的位置处还设有两对应的第二 挡板 2225 , 所述第二缺口 226及所述第二挡板 2225与所述第二端柱 2219 配合闭合所述顶盖 221及所述底盖 222。
请结合参阅图 6, 所述按钮 223用于按压所述电路板 214上的按钮柱 2143 , 以控制电路板 214的通断状态。 所述按钮 223与所述按钮柱 2143 相对应设置。 所述指示灯面板 224结合按钮 223可仿面型设计, 且指示灯 面板 224上设置有透光部, 所述透光部可为开设在指示面板 224上的透光 孔 2241 , 以供电路板 214上指示灯 2142光线透出。 该透光孔 2241数量可 为一个或者多个。 本发明较佳实施例中, 所述指示灯面板 224上形成有两 个透光孔 2241 ,且该两个透光孔 2241形成一对眼睛的形状。所述按钮 223 装配在第二装配孔 2212内, 所述指示灯面板 224装配在第一装配孔 2211 后, 指示灯面板 224与按钮 223之间的缝隙可仿微笑的嘴, 使整个面形呈 笑脸形状。 如此, 该指示灯面板 224结合按钮 223可整体呈外星人面型, 以增加趣味性, 吸引消费者眼球。 所述按钮 223及所述指示灯面板 224周 缘还可设有第三卡块 2242 ,所述第三卡块 2242分别与所述第一装配孔 2211 及第二装配孔 2212的周缘卡接。
此外, 所述透光孔 2241可以是透明部, 如可透光面。 指示灯面板 224 与该透明部一体设计。 若透明部的数量为两个, 在电路板 214上的指示灯 2142亮时, 所述指示灯面板 224上的透明部显示呈一对眼睛的形状。
所述底盖 222与顶盖 221配合后, 内部形成空腔(图未示)。 所述电路 模组 21 容置于所述空腔内。 所述保护壳套 22通过其一端的第二套接孔 2217与所述连接件 30相连接, 且所述第二套接孔 2217还可供电线穿过。 与所述第二套接孔 2217相连通的第二固定孔 2251内设有螺纹, 可设置一 螺釘(图未示) 穿过所述第二固定孔 2251 , 与连接件 30相连接固定, 进 一步牢固所述保护壳套 22与所述连接件 30之间的连接, 防止所述连接件 30相对所述保护壳套 22运动。
所述连接件 30的内部中空, 可供电导线从该连接件 30内部穿过, 方 便使杀菌组件 11与电路模组 21之间电连接。 所述连接件 30包括连接部 31及形成在连接部 31两端的固定部 32。该连接部 31为中空的可活动软管, 如可弯曲、 对折、 伸缩、 旋转以及定位等能力, 使得杀菌器 100适用于不 同尺寸的鞋子, 实用性强。 所述连接部 31可为金属软管。 所述固定部 32 相对所述连接部 31的端部外周缘设有螺纹形成螺纹端 321 , 方便与所述第 一套接孔 1311及第二套接孔 2217螺纹连接。 所述连接件 30与所述壳体 12相连接时, 所述螺纹端 321与所述第一套接孔 1311螺纹连接, 一螺釘 穿过所述第一固定孔 1315 ,—端伸入所述螺纹端 321上的任意两螺紋之间, 如此, 可防止所述连接件 30相对所述壳体 12运动。
此外, 可将两个杀菌器 100组装成一个整体, 便于两个杀菌器 100包 装和携带, 或者使得外观多样性。 为了便于两个杀菌器 100包装和携带, 可在下壳体 122和 /或底盖 222下表面设置卡扣件。 请参阅图 7, 所述下壳 体 122下表面形成有若干扣合件 1421 , 扣合件 1421包括卡柱或卡孔。 如 此, 其中一下壳体 122和 /或底盖 222下表面设有卡孔或卡柱, 则另一下壳 体 122和 /或另一底盖 222的下表面对应设置卡柱或卡孔。如此可将两个杀 菌器 100卡合在一起, 使用完后可方便收起来, 也便于携带和包装。 且下 壳体 122的下表面对应的开设卡柱或卡孔可以让下壳体 122与鞋底之间留 有缝隙, 更易让鞋底的湿气排放出去。 易于想到的, 两个杀菌器 100的连 接不局限于卡合, 还可通过粘接、 磁铁吸附等方式。
杀菌器 100可置入鞋内对鞋内进行杀菌。 使用时, 若电池 211具有电 量供电, 则可以直接进行杀菌, 无需通过其他通电装置来给杀菌器提供电 量。 若该电池 211电量较少不足以供电时, 可利用其他通电装置通过插孔 2213与插座 213相连, 对所述杀菌器 100供电, 此时按压按钮 223 , 通过 按钮柱 2143 , 使电路板 214启动, 所述杀菌组件 11开始工作, 同时对电 池 211进行充电。 杀菌器 100放置在鞋内通电后, 杀菌组件 11可发出紫外 线, 紫外线具有较强的杀菌作用, 可以有效的将鞋内的细菌杀灭。 该杀菌 组件 11同时还散发一定热量,该热量可降低鞋内的湿度,达到干燥的效果, 并且该热量在一定程度上抑制细菌的繁殖与生长。
综上,本发明杀菌器 100通过在壳体 12内凸设一沿轴线开设有第二通 孔的卡持架 133 , 牢固卡持所述杀菌组件 11 , 而不需通过上下卡持架配合 卡持, 本发明所述杀菌器卡持更牢固, 实用性强。 并且, 所述卡持架 133 内设置具有开口的塑料套 134,使得所述塑料套 134具有一定的缩张余量, 能适应外径大小有一定偏差的灯座 112, 增强与杀菌组件 11及卡持架 133 的匹配度。且所述塑料套 134外周缘还设有定位键 1342及延伸于所述定位 键 1342一侧的弹性扣 1344, 所述卡持架 133内周缘开设有定位槽 1332, 所述定位键 1342套设在所述定位槽 1332内,所述弹性扣 1344位于所述定 位槽 1332的一端且与所述卡持架 133的一端壁相抵持,使所述塑料套 134 与所述卡持架 133固定连接, 防止所述塑料套 134相对所述卡持架 133旋 转。 套接柱中心开设有套接孔, 与连接件 30相连通, 套接柱径向还开设有 固定孔, 所述固定孔与所述套接孔相连通, 可用一螺釘穿过所述固定孔, 伸入连接件 30的螺纹端 321上任意两螺紋之间, 用于锁止所述连接件 30。 壳体 12及保护壳套 22上设有多对卡块、 凸块、 凸起、 连接柱, 使得连接 更牢固。 电源装置 20和杀菌装置 10之间用连接件 30连接, 该连接件 30 可为金属软管, 可伸缩、 弯曲、 打折、 旋转或定位, 所以适用于不同大小 的鞋子, 实用性强。 所述杀菌器 100上设有红外感应保护单元 2141 , 当人 靠近它时, 它会自动停止工作, 防止小孩子或其它人靠近受到紫外线照射, 安全保护。 电路板 214还可设置有时间控制器, 每次使用时当灯累计工作 时达到设定值时, 杀菌器 100就会自动停止工作, 方便实用。 杀菌装置 10 和 /或电源装置 20的外壳设置有方便扣合和拆卸的扣合部, 或在底部贴有 磁铁, 或两种方式的结合, 如杀菌装置设置扣合部, 电源装置设置磁铁等, 可方便用完后收纳,也方便携带。杀菌器 100可装电池 211或不装电池 211 , 有电池的也可以充电和接市电, 装电池可方便商旅使用。 电池外设有电池 盖 212, 对电池有固定保护的作用。 以上所述, 仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非对本发明作任何形式 上的限制, 虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上, 然而并非用以限定本发 明, 任何熟悉本专业的技术人员, 在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内, 当可 利用上述揭示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例, 但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容, 依据本发明的技术实质, 在本发明的 精神和原则之内, 对以上实施例所作的任何简单的修改、 等同替换与改进 等, 均仍属于本发明技术方案的保护范围之内。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种杀菌器, 包括杀菌装置、 电源装置及连接件, 连接件设置于所 述杀菌装置与电源装置之间, 所述电源装置包括保护壳套与容置在保护壳 套内的电路模组, 所述杀菌装置包括壳体与杀菌组件, 所述杀菌组件设置 于所述壳体内, 所述壳体上形成有若干空隙, 其特征在于: 所述壳体内设 有卡持架, 所述卡持架上沿轴线开设有通孔, 所述卡持架通过所述通孔卡 持所述杀菌组件。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的杀菌器, 其特征在于, 所述卡持架内还设有 一塑料套, 所述塑料套与所述卡持架套设配合而将所述杀菌组件卡持。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的杀菌器, 其特征在于, 所述卡持架内周缘还 开设有两定位槽, 所述定位槽与所述通孔连通。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的杀菌器, 其特征在于, 所述塑料套外周缘设 有定位键, 所述定位键与所述定位槽配合, 使所述塑料套与所述卡持架固 定配合。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的杀菌器, 其特征在于, 所述定位键的一侧延 伸形成一弹性扣, 所述定位键套设在所述定位槽内, 所述弹性扣位于定位 槽一端并与所述卡持架的一端壁相 4氏持。
6、 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的杀菌器, 其特征在于, 所述塑料套 的圓周上设有一贯穿的开口。
7、 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的杀菌器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体以 及所述保护壳套各自独立地与所述连接件相连接的一端均设有套接柱, 每 一套接柱中心开设有一套接孔, 所述连接件两端通过所述套接孔分别与所 述壳体及所述保护壳套连接。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的杀菌器, 其特征在于, 所述连接件两端部外 周缘均设有螺纹形成两螺纹端, 两套接孔上开设有螺纹, 所述螺纹端与所 述套接孔之间螺纹连接。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的杀菌器, 其特征在于, 所述套接柱径向开设 有与所述套接孔相连通的一固定孔, 一螺釘穿过所述固定孔, 伸入所述连 接件的螺纹端上的任意两螺紋之间, 用于锁止所述连接件。
10、 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的杀菌器, 其特征在于, 所述保护壳 套包括顶盖、 按钮以及指示灯面板, 顶盖上开设有装配孔安装所述按钮以 及指示灯面板, 所述指示灯面板上设有透光部。
