技术领域
本公开涉及通信领域,具体涉及一种辅助智能设备进行网络通信的方法及装置。
背景技术
智能化餐厅与传统餐厅相比,可以大大减少人员成本,对餐品处理更高效、可控,还可进行量化管理。智能化餐厅可以使用如申请号为201810758159.8的专利文件所公开的炒菜勺自动化控制机械臂,可以驱动炒菜勺全方位模拟人工手臂,运动灵活、精准,不仅可以控制炒菜勺翻菜,还可以驱动炒菜勺取油、取作料等。或者,如茶饮行业可以利用机械臂制作奶茶等饮品。
但这种机械臂等智能设备大多都没有上网能力,其通用协议仅只能支持tcp协议,无法直接访问网络,不具备网络通信能力。若直接为智能设备增加网络通信模块,由于智能设备的设备厂商互联网开发经验能力不足,造成落地方案较困难,导致目前暂时无法为智能设备添加通信模块。因智能设备无法直接与网络通信,在将智能设备应用于智能化餐厅时,还需要辅助智能设备进行网络通信,以实现智能设备可以接收智能化餐厅的订单,进行对应的餐品制作等自动化处理,提高智能化餐厅的处理效率。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本公开以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的辅助智能设备进行网络通信的方法及装置。

位于同一局域网内的辅助终端和智能设备间还需建立tcp连接,具体地,由辅助终端通过网关设备可以向至少一个智能设备发送tcp服务开启指令,接收到tcp服务开启指令的至少一个智能设备通过网关设备向辅助终端发送连接建立请求,辅助终端响应该连接建立请求,从而建立至少一个智能设备与辅助终端的tcp连接,方便智能设备与辅助终端间的tcp指令通信。进一步地,辅助终端通过网关设备可以定向地向各智能设备发送tcp服务开启指令,如根据各智能设备的IP地址,定向对IP地址发送tcp服务开启指令,与IP地址对应的智能设备建立tcp连接。在建立tcp连接后,辅助终端可以存储各个建立tcp连接的智能设备的对象,方便后续向智能设备发送tcp指令。
步骤S102,由辅助终端接收服务器发送的包含餐品制作信息的网络制作请求,将网络制作请求转化为至少一个智能设备适用的tcp制作指令,发送给对应的智能设备,以供对应的智能设备根据tcp制作指令完成相应的操作。
辅助终端可以接收服务器发送的网络制作请求,对网络制作请求进行解析转化,得到其所包含的餐品制作信息。如奶茶制作信息、XX菜制作信息等。网络制作请求所包含的餐品制作信息可以直接设置为tcp制作指令格式,方便辅助终端将网络制作请求解析后直接得到tcp制作指令,也可以为其他格式,如文字信息格式等,由辅助终端根据tcp制作指令转化规则对餐品制作信息进 行转化,得到对应的tcp制作指令。辅助终端将tcp制作指令发送给对应的智能设备,智能设备根据tcp制作指令完成相应的操作。
进一步地,不同智能设备可制作的餐品不同,在辅助终端向智能设备发送tcp制作指令时,还需要根据网络制作请求确定用于响应网络制作请求的至少一个目标智能设备。在确定目标智能设备时,可以根据解析的网络制作请求所包含的如智能设备类型、智能设备IP地址、指定的智能设备对象等确定目标智能设备。辅助终端在与智能设备建立tcp连接后,存储了智能设备的对象,方便根据如智能设备类型、智能设备IP地址、指定的智能设备对象等信息从存储的智能设备的对象中确定目标智能设备。在确定目标智能设备后,辅助终端将网络制作请求转化为目标智能设备适用的tcp制作指令,发送给目标智能设备,由目标智能设备根据tcp制作指令完成相应的操作。
根据本公开提供的辅助智能设备进行网络通信的方法,其中,至少一个智能设备通过有线连接方式与网关设备连接,使网关设备、辅助终端以及至少一个智能设备在同一局域网内,通过网关设备建立至少一个智能设备与辅助终端的tcp连接;由辅助终端接收服务器发送的包含餐品制作信息的网络制作请求,将网络制作请求转化为至少一个智能设备适用的tcp制作指令,发送给对应的智能设备,以供对应的智能设备根据tcp制作指令完成相应的操作。利用辅助终端与智能设备建立tcp连接,方便与智能设备进行tcp通信,辅助终端可以接收并中转服务器发送的网络制作请求,辅助智能设备响应服务器发送的网络制作请求,实现智能设备与网络通信的功能。
图2示出了根据本公开另一个实施例的辅助智能设备进行网络通信的方法的流程图。如图2所示,辅助智能设备进行网络通信的方法具体包括如下步骤:
步骤S201,通过网关设备建立至少一个智能设备与辅助终端的tcp连接。
辅助终端与网关设备可以通过有线连接方式或无线连接方式连通,智能设备通过有线方式与网关设备连通(若智能设备无法直接与网关设备连通,可通过转接头等方式有线连接网关设备),通过与网关设备连通,使智能设备与辅助设备处于同一局域网中。
通过网关设备,辅助终端与智能设备建立tcp连接,方便后续与智能设备 间进行tcp指令的传输。
步骤S202,由辅助终端接收至少一个智能设备返回的状态信息,并将状态信息上传服务器。
智能设备与辅助终端进行tcp连接后,智能设备可以向辅助终端发送其状态信息。状态信息包括如智能设备当前为空闲状态、餐品制作中状态、故障状态等各种状态信息。辅助终端在接收到智能设备传输的状态信息后,可以通过无线或有线网络将状态信息上传给服务器,方便服务器掌握智能设备的当前状态信息。智能设备发送状态信息的时机可根据实施情况设置。
步骤S203,辅助终端接收服务器根据至少一个智能设备的状态信息判断出至少一个目标智能设备为空闲状态之后而发送的网络制作请求。
服务器接收到智能设备的状态信息后,根据智能设备的状态信息进行判断,当智能设备为空闲状态时,即智能设备可以进行餐品制作,服务器向辅助终端发送网络制作请求。若服务器判断智能设备不是空闲状态,如智能设备当前为餐品制作中状态,则可以将网络制作请求先放置与云端预先建立的制作序列表中,当判断智能设备为空闲状态时,再从制作序列表中获取到网络制作请求发送给辅助终端,保障后续智能设备在接收到tcp制作指令时可以正常进行餐品制作,避免智能设备因多个tcp制作指令造成制作混乱等问题。
步骤S204,辅助终端将网络制作请求转化为至少一个智能设备适用的tcp制作指令,发送给对应的智能设备,以供对应的智能设备根据tcp制作指令完成相应的操作。
辅助终端接收到网络制作请求后,将其转化为智能设备适用的tcp制作指令。辅助终端通过建立的tcp连接,发送给智能设备tcp制作指令。智能设备接收到tcp制作指令后,根据tcp制作指令进行相应的操作。
进一步地,在实施时,步骤S202-S204根据实施情况循环执行,实现智能设备进行多次网络通信,响应服务器网络制作请求进行自动餐品制作,减少人工操作成本等。
根据本公开提供的辅助智能设备进行网络通信的方法,网关设备、辅助终端以及至少一个智能设备在同一局域网内,通过网关设备建立至少一个智 能设备与辅助终端的tcp连接。利用辅助终端可以中转接收到的服务器发送的网络制作请求,同时,辅助终端还可以将智能设备发送的状态信息上传给服务器,实现智能设备与服务器的网络通信。本公开基于辅助终端实现智能设备智能化通信,提高智能设备处理效率。
图3示出了根据本公开一个实施例的辅助智能设备进行网络通信的装置的功能框图。如图3所示,辅助智能设备进行网络通信的装置包括如下模块:
连接模块310适于:通过网关设备建立至少一个智能设备与辅助终端的tcp连接。
请求发送模块320适于:由辅助终端接收服务器发送的包含餐品制作信息的网络制作请求,将网络制作请求转化为至少一个智能设备适用的tcp制作指令,发送给对应的智能设备,以供对应的智能设备根据tcp制作指令完成相应的操作。
可选地,连接模块310进一步适于:辅助终端通过网关设备定向向至少一个智能设备发送tcp服务开启指令;接收到tcp服务开启指令的至少一个智能设备通过网关设备向辅助终端发送连接建立请求,辅助终端响应连接建立请求,建立至少一个智能设备与辅助终端的tcp连接。
可选地,请求发送模块320进一步适于:由辅助终端接收服务器发送的网络制作请求,并确定用于响应网络制作请求的至少一个目标智能设备;将网络制作请求转化为至少一个目标智能设备适用的tcp制作指令,发送给至少一个目标智能设备,以供至少一个目标智能设备根据tcp制作指令完成相应的操作。
可选地,装置还包括:状态上传模块330。
状态上传模块330适于:由辅助终端接收至少一个智能设备返回的状态信息,并将状态信息上传服务器。
可选地,请求发送模块320进一步适于:辅助终端接收服务器根据至少一个智能设备的状态信息判断出至少一个目标智能设备为空闲状态之后而发送的网络制作请求。
以上各模块的描述参照方法实施例中对应的描述,在此不再赘述。
本公开还提供了一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,该非易失性计算机可读存储介质存储有至少一可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令可执行上述任意方法实施例中的辅助智能设备进行网络通信的方法。
图4示出了根据本公开一个实施例的一种电子设备的结构示意图,本公开具体实施例并不对电子设备的具体实现做限定。
如图4所示,该电子设备可以包括:处理器(processor)402、通信接口(Communications Interface)404、存储器(memory)406、以及通信总线408。
其中:
处理器402、通信接口404、以及存储器406通过通信总线408完成相互间的通信。
通信接口404,用于与其它设备比如客户端或其它服务器等的网元通信。
处理器402,用于执行程序410,具体可以执行上述辅助智能设备进行网络通信的方法实施例中的相关步骤。
具体地,程序410可以包括程序代码,该程序代码包括计算机操作指令。
处理器402可能是中央处理器CPU,或者是特定集成电路ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit),或者是被配置成实施本公开实施例的一个或多个集成电路。电子设备包括的一个或多个处理器,可以是同一类型的处理器,如一个或多个CPU;也可以是不同类型的处理器,如一个或多个CPU以及一个或多个ASIC。
存储器406,用于存放程序410。存储器406可能包含高速RAM存储器,也可能还包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。
程序410具体可以用于使得处理器402执行上述任意方法实施例中的辅助智能设备进行网络通信的方法。程序410中各步骤的具体实现可以参见上述辅助智能设备进行网络通信的实施例中的相应步骤和单元中对应的描述,在此不赘述。所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的设备和模块的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程描述,在此不再赘述。
在此提供的算法和显示不与任何特定计算机、虚拟系统或者其它设备固有相关。各种通用系统也可以与基于在此的示教一起使用。根据上面的描述,构造这类系统所要求的结构是显而易见的。此外,本公开也不针对任何特定编程语言。应当明白,可以利用各种编程语言实现在此描述的本公开的内容,并且上面对特定语言所做的描述是为了披露本公开的最佳实施方式。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种辅助智能设备进行网络通信的方法,至少一个智能设备通过有线连接方式与网关设备连接,使网关设备、辅助终端以及至少一个智能设备在同一局域网内,所述方法包括:
    通过网关设备建立所述至少一个智能设备与所述辅助终端的tcp连接;
    由所述辅助终端接收服务器发送的包含餐品制作信息的网络制作请求,将所述网络制作请求转化为至少一个智能设备适用的tcp制作指令,发送给对应的智能设备,以供对应的智能设备根据所述tcp制作指令完成相应的操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述通过网关设备建立所述至少一个智能设备与所述辅助终端的tcp连接进一步包括:
    所述辅助终端通过网关设备定向向所述至少一个智能设备发送tcp服务开启指令;
    接收到所述tcp服务开启指令的至少一个智能设备通过网关设备向所述辅助终端发送连接建立请求,辅助终端响应所述连接建立请求,建立所述至少一个智能设备与所述辅助终端的tcp连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述由所述辅助终端接收服务器发送的包含餐品制作信息的网络制作请求,将所述网络制作请求转化为至少一个智能设备适用的tcp制作指令,发送给对应的智能设备,以供对应的智能设备根据所述tcp制作指令完成相应的操作进一步包括:
    由所述辅助终端接收服务器发送的网络制作请求,并确定用于响应所述网络制作请求的至少一个目标智能设备;
    将所述网络制作请求转化为所述至少一个目标智能设备适用的tcp制作指令,发送给所述至少一个目标智能设备,以供所述至少一个目标智能设备根据所述tcp制作指令完成相应的操作。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    由所述辅助终端接收所述至少一个智能设备返回的状态信息,并将所述状态信息上传服务器。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述由所述辅助终端接收服务器发送的包含餐品制作信息的网络制作请求进一步包括:
    所述辅助终端接收服务器根据所述至少一个智能设备的状态信息判断出所述至少一个目标智能设备为空闲状态之后而发送的网络制作请求。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述辅助终端包括商家管理设备终端和/或后厨管理设备终端。
  7. 一种辅助智能设备进行网络通信的装置,其中,至少一个智能设备通过有线连接方式与网关设备连接,使网关设备、辅助终端以及至少一个智能设备在同一局域网内,所述装置包括:
    连接模块,适于通过网关设备建立所述至少一个智能设备与所述辅助终端的tcp连接;
    请求发送模块,适于由所述辅助终端接收服务器发送的包含餐品制作信息的网络制作请求,将所述网络制作请求转化为至少一个智能设备适用的tcp制作指令,发送给对应的智能设备,以供对应的智能设备根据所述tcp制作指令完成相应的操作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述连接模块进一步适于:
    所述辅助终端通过网关设备定向向所述至少一个智能设备发送tcp服务开启指令;
    接收到所述tcp服务开启指令的至少一个智能设备通过网关设备向所述辅助终端发送连接建立请求,辅助终端响应所述连接建立请求,建立所述至少一个智能设备与所述辅助终端的tcp连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述请求发送模块进一步适于:
    由所述辅助终端接收服务器发送的网络制作请求,并确定用于响应所述网络制作请求的至少一个目标智能设备;
    将所述网络制作请求转化为所述至少一个目标智能设备适用的tcp制作指令,发送给所述至少一个目标智能设备,以供所述至少一个目标智能设备根据所述tcp制作指令完成相应的操作。
  10. 根据权利要求7-9中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    状态上传模块,适于由所述辅助终端接收所述至少一个智能设备返回的状态信息,并将所述状态信息上传服务器。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述请求发送模块进一步适于:
    所述辅助终端接收服务器根据所述至少一个智能设备的状态信息判断出所述至少一个目标智能设备为空闲状态之后而发送的网络制作请求。
  12. 根据权利要求7-11中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述辅助终端包括商家管理设备终端和/或后厨管理设备终端。
  13. 一种电子设备,包括:处理器、存储器、通信接口和通信总线,所述处理器、所述存储器和所述通信接口通过所述通信总线完成相互间的通信;
    所述存储器用于存放至少一可执行指令,所述可执行指令使所述处理器执行如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的辅助智能设备进行网络通信的方法对应的操作。
  14. 一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,所述非易失性计算机可读存储介质中存储有至少一可执行指令,所述可执行指令使处理器执行如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的辅助智能设备进行网络通信的方法对应的操作。
  15. 一种计算机程序产品,其中,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非易失性计算机存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被处理器执行时,使所述处理器执行如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的智辅助智能设备进行网络通信的方法对应的操作。
