一种旋转式转换插头 技术领域
本实用新型涉及插座领域,具体是一种旋转式转换插头。
背景技术
插排即是带线多位插座,插排指的是带电源线和插头且可以移动的多位插座,可以连接一个以上的电源插头,既节省了空间又节省了线路,其中转换插座用途十分广泛,它是一种出国者常用到的一种插头与插座之间作为电源接通的转换器,目前最流行的是多功能插座,它是一种多插座多插头组合在一起或制成一体的插座,内部多种插头可适用于世界多个国家的插座。
但是传统转换插头仅将欧规、英规、美规结合在一起,因尺寸受限,产品厚度较厚,且内部的连接设计和安全保护设计存在缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种旋转式转换插头,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种旋转式转换插头,包括正对设置的上盖组件和下盖组件,所述下盖组件包括正对设置的第一下盖和第二下盖,上盖组件包括正对设置的第一上盖和第二上盖,第二下盖上设置有多标插孔,第一上盖和第二上盖之间设置有中板,所述第一上盖的外侧设置有英规插头组件和美规插头组件,所述第二上盖的外侧转动设置有欧规插头组件,第一上盖的内侧配合英规插头组件设置有英规弹片,第一上盖的内侧配合美规插头组件设置有美规弹片,第二 上盖的内侧配合欧规插头组件设置有欧规弹片,英规弹片和美规弹片均安装在中板上。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述上盖组件和下盖组件之间通过转轴组件连接。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述第一下盖的左端设置有PCB组件。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述英规插头组件和美规插头组件错位转动配合安装。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述第一上盖的一侧配合美规弹片和英规弹片设置有互锁开关,且互锁开关伸出第一上盖。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:通过集成多种标准的插头,使得装置能够实现多种标准下的连接供电,实现扩展供电的效果,通过互锁,即一次仅能使用一个插头,节省内部空间,且旋转过程中采用触点供电,在实现多标准连接的前提下,保持供电的稳定性,实用安全高效。

通过旋转英规插头组件13、美规插头组件14或者欧规插头组件6,使其进行对接通电,使得多标插孔进行供电,实现扩展供电的效果,同侧的英规插头组件13和美规插头组件14配合互锁开关10,实现互锁,即一次仅能使用一个插头,节省内部空间,当采用英规插头组件13或者美规插头组件14连接供电时,下盖组件不旋转,此时多标插孔在英规插头组件13 和美规插头组件14的相反面,当采用欧规插头组件6连接供电时,下盖组件旋转,此时多标插孔在欧规插头组件6的相反面,旋转过程中采用触点供电,在实现多标准连接的前提下,保持供电的稳定性,实用安全高效。
实施例二
在实施例一的基础上,通过互锁开关10进行英规插头组件13和美规插头组件14的互锁开关10,实现状态的切换,通过EU开关7,实现欧规插头组件6的开关。
