技术领域
本公开涉及牙刷结构技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种刷头及其制造方法及牙刷。
背景技术
现有的刷头大多将刷毛热熔固定于刷头片上,刷头片再与刷柄配合连接固定,刷头片与刷柄连接处有明显间隙,该间隙易残留污渍,难以清洗,并且,刷毛虽热熔于刷头片上,但长期使用下,刷毛存在从固定片上松脱的可能,从而导致刷毛清洁效果降低,甚至出现掉毛的情况。
有鉴于此,研发设计出一种能够解决上述至少一个技术问题的刷头及其制造方法显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本公开的目的包括,例如,提供一种刷头,其具有不易残留污渍,便于清理,且刷毛较稳固的特点。
本公开的另一目的包括,提供一种牙刷,其刷头具有不易残留污渍,便于清理,且刷毛较稳固的特点。
本公开的另一目的还包括,提供一种刷头制造方法,其所制的刷头具有不易残留污渍,便于清理,且刷毛较稳固的特点。
本公开的实施例是这样实现的:
第一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种刷头,包括刷柄和刷毛;刷柄设有相背的刷洗面和固定面,固定面上开设有多个贯穿刷洗面和固定面的连接通孔;刷毛穿设于连接通孔内,且凸出于固定面的部分为刷毛熔接部,刷毛熔接部与固定面共同熔融连接,且形成覆盖于固定面的熔融连接片。
可选的,每个连接通孔内穿设有刷毛。
可选的,固定面上还凸设有熔接凸起,熔接凸起沿固定面的边缘延伸,并呈环状;熔接凸起、刷毛熔接部及固定面共同熔融连接,以共同形成熔融连接片。
可选的,固定面上还凸设有多个加固凸起,加固凸起与刷毛熔接部共同熔融连接,以共同形成熔融连接片。
可选的,多个连接通孔均位于熔接凸起围成的区域内。
可选的,任意相邻的两个连接通孔之间共同的侧壁为分隔体,分隔体上设置有加固凸起。
可选的,任意相邻两个连接通孔之间共同的侧壁为分隔体,分隔体包括相连的第一分隔体和第二分隔体,且第一分隔体的厚度大于第二分隔体的厚度;多个加固凸起均分布于第一分隔体上。
可选的,连接通孔的横截面形状为非圆形,其中,横截面是指垂直于连接通孔的轴线的平面。

第二方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种刷头制造方法,包括的刷头,刷头制造方法包括:
穿设刷毛于连接通孔内,且部分凸出于固定面;
熔融连接固定面及刷毛熔接部,并形成覆盖于固定面的熔融连接片。
可选的,熔融连接固定面、刷毛熔接部以及设于固定面上且呈环状的熔接凸起,并共同形成覆盖于固定面的熔融连接片。
可选的,方法还包括:
在固定面上注塑,以形成覆盖于熔融连接片的加固件。
第三方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种牙刷,包括的刷头。刷头包括刷柄和刷毛;刷柄设有相背的刷洗面和固定面,固定面上开设有多个贯穿刷洗面和固定面的连接通孔;刷毛穿设于连接通孔内,且凸出于固定面的部分为刷毛熔接部,刷毛熔接部与固定面共同熔融连接,且形成覆盖于固定面的熔融连接片。
可选的,牙刷还包括刷杆,刷头连接于刷杆。
可选的,牙刷还包括驱动件,驱动件与刷杆连接,配置成驱动刷头运动。
相比现有技术,本公开实施例的有益效果包括,例如:
刷柄上设有相背的刷洗面和固定面。并且,在刷柄上还开设有多个贯穿刷洗面和固定面的连接通孔,或者说,连接通孔由固定面延伸至刷洗面。而刷毛穿设于连接通孔内,且凸出于固定面的部分为刷毛熔接部,在固定连接刷毛和刷柄时,通过刷毛熔接部与固定面共同熔融连接,以在固定面形成覆盖于固定面的熔融连接片,也就是说,刷毛熔接部和固定面熔接为一体,且熔接的部分还形成一个覆盖于固定面上的熔融连接片,而固定面也一并熔融连接,即熔融连接片与固定面熔接成一体。这样一来,通过熔接形成完全覆盖于固定面的熔融连接片,使得刷毛和固定面的连接处无任何间隙,进而降低残留污渍的几率,更易清理,此外,成片的熔融连接使得刷毛的多根毛体的部分与刷柄熔融为一体,多根独立的毛体与刷柄形成一个整体结构,使得刷毛与刷柄的连接更加稳固,刷头不易出现掉毛的情况。

下面结合附图,对本公开的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
请参阅图1,图1为本公开提供的刷头10应用于牙刷100的结构示意图。
本公开提供一种刷头10,该刷头10具有不易残留污渍,便于清理,且刷毛15较稳固的特点。该刷头10能够应用于牙刷100及清洁刷等,当然,该刷 头10也能够独立使用。
其中,以刷头10应用于牙刷100为例进行说明,该牙刷100包括刷头10,以提高牙刷100的整洁度,当然,该牙刷100还可包括刷杆20,刷头10连接于刷杆20,刷杆20配置成供使用者拿持,便于使用牙刷100。
此外,牙刷100还可包括驱动件30,该驱动件30可安装于刷杆20,且能够带动刷头10运动,例如,该驱动件30为电机,其可带动刷头10转动或振动,当然,该驱动件30也可为超声波换能器,其设置于刷杆20或刷头10内,以增强清洁效果。
由于牙刷100采用了本公开提供的刷头10,所以该牙刷100也具有不易残留污渍,便于清理,且刷毛15较稳固的特点。
以下将具体介绍本公开提供的刷头10的结构组成、工作原理及有益效果。
请参阅图2、图3及图4,图2为本公开提供的刷头10的部分结构爆炸示意图。图3为本公开提供的刷头10的部分结构的另一爆炸示意图。图4为本公开提供的刷头10的部分结构熔融连接后的结构示意图。
该刷头10包括刷柄12和刷毛15,刷毛15与刷柄12熔融连接,以避免刷毛15与刷柄12有较多的间隙,进而降低残留污渍的几率,更易清理,此外还使得刷毛15更加稳固,不易出现掉毛的情况。
请结合图1和图3,其中,刷柄12上设有相背的刷洗面121和固定面122,或者说,刷洗面121和固定面122分别位于刷柄12相对的两侧。并且,在刷柄12上开设有多个同时贯穿刷洗面121和固定面122的连接通孔123,或者说,连接通孔123由固定面122延伸至刷洗面121。
可选的,刷毛15穿设于连接通孔123内。可选的,每个连接通孔123内 穿设有一个刷毛15,刷毛15的部分沿远离刷洗面121的方向凸出于固定面,且刷毛15凸出于固定面122的部分为刷毛熔接部151,在固定连接刷毛15和刷柄12时,通过刷毛熔接部151与固定面122共同熔融连接,以在固定面122上形成覆盖于固定面122的熔融连接片152,也就是说,刷毛熔接部151和固定面122熔接为一体,且熔接的部分还形成一个覆盖于固定面122上的熔融连接片152。
这样一来,通过熔接形成完全覆盖于固定面122的熔融连接片152,使得刷毛15和固定面122的连接处无任何间隙,进而降低刷头10残留污渍的几率,更易清理。此外,成片的熔融连接方式使得刷毛15的多根毛体的部分与刷柄12熔融为一体,多根独立的毛体与刷柄12形成一个整体结构,使得刷毛15与刷柄12的连接更加稳固,刷头10不易出现掉毛的情况。
需要说明的是,刷柄12和刷毛15采用的熔融连接的方式可以为热熔连接、超声波熔接或者高周波熔接等。此外,现有的刷头片与刷柄12采用活动连接的方式,其可靠性低,易产生噪音,震动效果差,不适应电动牙刷100地使用,且刷头片与刷柄12之间易进水,难以清洁。并且,现有的刷头片与刷柄12的连接方式,刷头片与刷柄12的连接位置位于刷头片的边缘,占用了刷头片配置成安装刷毛15的位置的面积,其使得刷头片配置成安装刷毛15的面积减小。而本公开中采用位于刷洗面121背面的固定面122与刷毛15熔融连接的方式,其不占用刷洗面121与刷毛15的连接面积,本公开的刷头10可以具有较多的刷毛15,提高用户的使用体验。
请参阅图3,可选的,连接通孔123的横截面形状为非圆形,其中,连接通孔123的横截面是指垂直于连接通孔123的轴线的平面。对应的,刷毛15的横截面外轮廓形状与连接通孔123的横截面形状匹配,当刷毛15穿设在对应的连接通孔123内后,刷毛15不会绕连接通孔123的轴线相对于连接通孔123转动,刷毛15的位置更加稳固,便于熔接固定。可选的,连接通孔123 的横截面形状包括椭圆形、腰形或者多边形中的至少一种,显然,连接通孔123的横截面形状按需选择,在此不进行一一列举。此外,多个连接通孔123的横截面形状可以设置为不同。
请参阅图2和图3,在固定面122上沿远离刷洗面121的方向还可凸设熔接凸起124,该熔接凸起124沿固定面122的边缘延伸,也即熔接凸起124沿固定面122的环向延伸,熔接凸起124呈环状,也就是说,熔接凸起124环设于固定面122上。多个连接通孔123均位于熔接凸起124所围成的区域内,也即,多个刷毛15穿设在对应的连接通孔123内后,多个刷毛15伸出固定面122的部分均位于熔接凸起124围成的区域内。
并且,在刷柄12和刷毛15熔接时,熔接凸起124、刷毛熔接部151及固定面122共同熔融连接,以共同形成熔融连接片152。
这样一来,使得熔融连接片152的边缘与熔接凸起124的内壁熔合为一体,进而使得熔融连接片152的边缘更加牢固,能够适应电动牙刷100的振动,不易在使用中产生间隙。换句话说,在形成熔融连接片152时,刷毛15、熔接凸起124和固定面122的交接位置处可能会形成熔接痕,通过将熔接凸起124围绕熔融连接片152设置且将二者熔接为一体,熔接凸起124能够覆盖熔融连接片15的边缘,从而消除熔融连接片15的熔接痕,以使得熔融连接片15的边缘更加牢固。
需要说明的是,在本公开中,熔接凸起124为连续环设于固定面122的凸起。可选的,熔接凸起124也可为多个沿固定面122的边缘的延伸方向设置的凸起,相邻的凸起之间具有间隙。刷柄12和刷毛15熔接固定时,刷毛熔接部151、固定面122以及多个凸起共同熔接为一体。
请参阅图5,图5为图3中V处的局部放大结构示意图。
在固定面122上沿远离刷洗面121的方向还可凸设有多个加固凸起125,多个加固凸起125与刷毛熔接部151共同熔融连接,以共同形成熔融连接片152,加固凸起125配置成共同参与熔融连接,增加熔融连接片152的厚度,进一步提高熔融连接片152的牢固程度。
可选的,任意相邻两个连接通孔123之间共同的侧壁为分隔体,分隔体包括相连的第一分隔体1221和第二分隔体1222,可选的,第一分隔体1221和第二分隔体1222的厚度不同,本公开中,第一分隔体1221的厚度大于第二分隔体1222的厚度,其中,厚度是指位于同一分隔体上的两个连接通孔123各自的壁面之间的距离。
可选的,多个加固凸起125均分布设置于第一分隔体1221上,也就是说,刷毛15插接在对应的连接通孔123后,刷毛15的刷毛熔接部151凸出于第一分隔体1221,相邻刷毛熔接部151之间的间隙为第一分隔体1221或者第二分隔体1222的厚度,对于较厚的第一分隔体1221所对应的刷毛15之间的间隙,通过对应设置加固凸起125以增加上述间隙位置的熔融量,以提高熔融连接片152的牢固性。而在较薄的第二分隔体1222上未设置加固凸起125,一则是因为在第一侧壁1221设置加固凸起125足以满足熔融连接片152连接的牢固性,二则是可以降低刷头10的成本。
需要说明的是,在本公开中,刷柄12为PP材质,刷毛15为尼龙材质,并且,第一分隔体1221的厚度设计范围为0.80mm至0.96mm。可选的,本公开中,第一分隔体1221的数量为多个,多个第一分隔体1221的厚度值包括0.86mm,0.9mm,0.87mm,及0.83mm。可选的,第二分隔体1222的厚度设计范围为0.41mm至0.53mm,可选的,在本公开中,第二分隔体1222的厚度为0.47mm。可选的,加固凸起125为圆柱体,该圆柱体的设计尺寸为:直径范围为0.54mm至0.66mm,高度范围为0.54mm至0.66mm。可选的,在本公开中,该圆柱的高度为0.60mm,且直径为0.60mm。可选的,刷毛熔接部151与加固 凸起125等高,以使得在刷毛熔接部151、加固凸起125及固定面122共同熔接形成的熔融连接片152上各个位置厚度值的误差小于0.05mm,从而提高熔融连接片152的平整度。
可选的,多个加固凸起125也可分布于任意相邻的两个连接通孔123之间共同的侧壁上,换句话说,在第一分隔体1221和第二分隔体1222上均布设有至少一个加固凸起123,进一步加强熔融连接片152的牢固程度。
可选的,第一分隔体1221和第二分隔体1222上均设置有多个加固凸起125,第一分隔体1221和第二分隔体1222均呈长条形,位于第一分隔体1221上的多个加固凸起125沿第一分隔体1221的延伸方向间隔排布,位于第二分隔体1222上的多个加固凸起125沿第二分隔体1222的延伸方向间隔排布。
请继续参阅图3和图4,刷头10还可包括加固件17,加固件17与刷柄12连接。可选的,加固件17注塑连接于熔融连接片152,并覆盖熔融连接片152,在熔融连接片152上注塑加固件17进一步加固熔融连接片152,既提高了刷毛15连接的可靠性,又未留有间隙,从而可以防止水等污渍进入刷头10内部,避免了藏污纳垢,也降低了噪音,震动效果有明显的改善。
可以理解的是,加固件17可以为硬胶或软胶材料,如PP材料或硅胶材料。
可选的,在刷柄12上还开可设有加固凹槽127,加固凹槽127沿固定面122的周向延伸,加固凹槽127围绕熔接凸起124呈环形结构。加固件17覆盖加固凹槽127,换言之,加固件17同时与熔融连接片152和刷柄20注塑连接,加固件17具有与加固凹槽127匹配的环形凸部,使得加固件17与加固凹槽127卡接配合,进一步提高加固件17与刷柄12连接的稳固性。
此外,在熔接凸起124、刷毛熔接部151和加固凸起125共同熔接形成熔融连接片152时,还会形成位于熔接凸起124所围成的区域内的熔接凹槽126, 加固件17还覆盖于熔接凹槽126上,进一步地提高加固件17与刷柄12连接的稳固性。其中,熔融连接片152远离固定面122的一侧即为熔接凹槽126的槽底壁,固定面122与熔接凸起124共同熔融形成熔接凹槽126的槽侧壁。
需要说明的是,在本公开中,熔接凸起124高于加固凸起125,且熔接凸起124的顶部距离固定面122的距离的设计范围为0.67mm至0.73mm,可选的,在本公开中,熔接凸起124的顶部距离固定面122的距离为0.7mm。
本公开公开提供的刷头10的工作原理是:
刷柄12上设有相背的刷洗面121和固定面122,或者说,刷洗面121和固定面122分别位于刷柄12相对的两侧。并且,在刷柄12上开设有多个同时贯穿刷洗面121和固定面122的连接通孔123,或者说,连接通孔123由固定面122延伸至刷洗面121。刷毛15穿设于连接通孔123内,刷毛15的部分沿远离刷洗面121的方向凸出于固定面,且刷毛15凸出于固定面122的部分为刷毛熔接部151,在固定连接刷毛15和刷柄12时,通过刷毛熔接部151与固定面122共同熔融连接,以在固定面122上形成覆盖于固定面122的熔融连接片152,也就是说,刷毛熔接部151和固定面122熔接为一体,且熔接的部分还形成一个覆盖于固定面122上的熔融连接片152。通过熔接形成完全覆盖于固定面122的熔融连接片152,使得刷毛15和固定面122的连接处无任何间隙,进而降低残留污渍的几率,更易清理,此外,成片的熔融连接方式使得刷毛15的多根毛体的部分与刷柄12熔融为一体,多根独立的毛体与刷柄12形成一个整体结构,使得刷毛15与刷柄12的连接更加稳固,刷头10不易出现掉毛的情况。
并且,通过设置注塑连接于熔融连接片152上,并覆盖熔融连接片152的加固件17,进一步加固熔融连接片152,既提高了刷毛15连接的可靠性,又能使得熔融连接片152被加固件17完全包裹,加固件17和熔融连接片152 之间未留有间隙,进一步防止水等污渍进入刷头10内部,避免了藏污纳垢,也降低了噪音,且震动效果有明显的改善。
综上所述:
本公开提供一种刷头10,其具有不易残留污渍,便于清理,且刷毛15较稳固的特点。

该刷头制造方法包括:
步骤S101:穿设刷毛15于连接通孔123内,且刷毛15的部分凸出于固定面122,以于固定面122上形成刷毛熔接部151。
步骤S102:熔融连接固定面122及刷毛熔接部151,并形成覆盖于固定面122的熔融连接片152。以使熔融连接片152与固定面122熔接成一体,使得刷毛15和固定面122的连接处无间隙,进而降低残留污渍的几率,更易清理,此外,成片的熔融连接使得刷毛15相互独立的多根毛体与刷柄12熔接为一体,刷毛15与刷柄12连接更加稳固,刷头10不易出现掉毛的情况。
需要说明的是,形成覆盖于固定面122的熔融连接片152的步骤也可为:熔融连接固定面122、熔接凸起124及刷毛熔接部151,并共同形成覆盖于固定面122的熔融连接片152。增加熔融连接熔接凸起124,使得熔融连接片152的边缘更加牢固,能够适应电动牙刷100的振动,不易在使用中产生间隙。
可选的,在步骤S101之后,该刷头制造方法还可包括:
步骤S103:在固定面122上注塑,以形成覆盖于熔融连接片152的加固件17。进一步加固熔融连接片152。
本公开提供的刷头制造方法的工作原理是:
通过熔接固定面122及凸出于固定面122的刷毛熔接部151,以形成覆盖于固定面122的熔融连接片152。以使熔融连接片152与固定面122熔接成一体,使得刷毛15和固定面122的连接处无间隙,进而降低残留污渍的几率,更易清理,此外,成片的熔融连接使得刷毛15的多根独立的毛体熔接为一体且均与刷柄12连接,刷毛15和刷柄12的连接更加稳固,刷头10不易出现掉毛的情况。
综上所述:
本公开提供一种刷头制造方法,其所制成的刷头10具有不易残留污渍,便于清理,且刷毛15较稳固的特点。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种刷头,其特征在于,包括刷柄和刷毛;
    所述刷柄设有相背的刷洗面和固定面,所述固定面上开设有多个贯穿所述刷洗面和固定面的连接通孔;
    所述刷毛穿设于所述连接通孔内,且凸出于所述固定面的部分为刷毛熔接部,所述刷毛熔接部与所述固定面共同熔融连接,且形成覆盖于所述固定面的熔融连接片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的刷头,其特征在于,每个所述连接通孔内穿设有所述刷毛。
  3. 根据权利要求1或者2所述的刷头,其特征在于,所述固定面上还凸设有熔接凸起,所述熔接凸起沿所述固定面的边缘延伸,并呈环状;
    所述熔接凸起、所述刷毛熔接部及所述固定面共同熔融连接,以共同形成所述熔融连接片。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的刷头,其特征在于,多个所述连接通孔均位于所述熔接凸起围成的区域内。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的刷头,其特征在于,所述固定面上凸设有多个加固凸起,所述加固凸起与所述刷毛熔接部共同熔融连接,以共同形成所述熔融连接片。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的刷头,其特征在于,任意相邻的两个所述连接通孔之间共同的侧壁为分隔体,所述分隔体上设置有所述加固凸起。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的刷头,其特征在于,任意相邻两个所述连接通孔之间共同的侧壁为分隔体,所述分隔体包括相连的第一分隔体和第二分隔体,且所述第一分隔体的厚度大于所述第二分隔体的厚度;
    多个所述加固凸起均分布于所述第一分隔体上。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的刷头,其特征在于,所述连接通孔的横截面形状为非圆形,其中,所述横截面是指垂直于所述连接通孔的轴线的平面。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的刷头,其特征在于,多个所述连接通孔的横截面形状包括椭圆形、腰形或者多边形中的至少一种。
  10. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的刷头,其特征在于,多个所述连接通孔的横截面形状设置为不同。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任意一项所述的刷头,其特征在于,所述刷头还包括加固件,所述加固件注塑连接于所述熔融连接片,并覆盖所述熔融连接片。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的刷头,其特征在于,所述刷柄上开设有加固凹槽,所述加固凹槽环设于所述固定面,且所述加固件覆盖于所述加固凹槽。
  13. 根据权利要求3所述的刷头,其特征在于,所述刷头还包括加固件,所述加固件注塑连接于所述熔融连接片上,并覆盖所述熔融连接片;
    所述刷毛熔接部、所述固定面及所述熔接凸起共同熔融连接后形成熔接凹槽,所述熔融连接片远离所述固定面的一侧形成所述熔接凹槽的槽底壁,所述固定面与所述熔接凸起共同熔融形成所述熔接凹槽的槽侧壁,所述加固件覆盖于所述熔接凹槽。
  14. 一种刷头制造方法,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-13中任意一项所述的刷头,所述刷头制造方法包括:
    穿设所述刷毛于所述连接通孔内,且部分凸出于所述固定面;
    熔融连接所述固定面及刷毛熔接部,并形成覆盖于所述固定面的熔融连接片。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的刷头制造方法,其特征在于,熔融连接所述固定面、所述刷毛熔接部以及设于所述固定面上且呈环状的熔接凸起,并共同形成覆盖于所述固定面的所述熔融连接片。
  16. 根据权利要求14或者15所述的刷头制造方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述固定面上注塑,以形成覆盖于所述熔融连接片的加固件。
  17. 一种牙刷,其特征在于,所述牙刷包括:
    权利要求1-13中任一项所述的刷头。
  18. 根据权利要求7所述的牙刷,其特征在于,所述牙刷还包括刷杆,所述刷头与所述刷杆连接。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的牙刷,其特征在于,所述牙刷还包括驱动件,所述驱动件与所述刷杆连接,配置成驱动所述刷头运动。
