图4是本申请实施例提供的一种无线投屏装置的结构示意图。该无线投屏装置包括:列表建立模块410、目标投屏设备确定模块420、以及数据发送模块430。
列表建立模块410,设置为搜索投屏发送设备所在网络空间内的投屏接收设备并建立投屏接收设备列表;目标投屏设备确定模块420,设置为从所述投屏接收设备列表中按顺序选择一个投屏接收设备,并对选择的投屏接收设备进行投屏测试;所述投屏发送设备在确认对选择的投屏接收设备投屏测试失败的情况下,从所述投屏接收设备列表中按顺序选择下一个投屏接收设备,并对选择的投屏接收设备进行投屏测试,直至确认对选择的投屏接收设备投屏测试成,将投屏测试成功的投屏接收设备作为目标投屏接收设备;数据发送模块430,设置为向所述目标投屏接收设备发送投屏数据。
一实施例中,所述目标投屏设备确定模块420还设置为判断所述目标投屏接收设备是否为合法设备。
一实施例中,在通过所述目标投屏设备确定模块420判断所述目标投屏接收设备的标识在合法设备列表中的情况下,确认所述目标投屏接收设备为合法设备,并通过所述数据发送模块430向所述目标投屏接收设备发送投屏数据。
一实施例中,所述投屏接收设备通过定制化按键来实现投屏显示和控制交互。
本申请的另一个实施例,参见图5,一种无线投屏装置的结构示意图。
无线投屏装置包括网络连接模块510、请求接收模块520以及连接信息发送模块530。
所述网络连接模块510,设置为通过无线投屏技术与投屏接收设备建立设备间的无线投屏连接;所述请求接收模块520,设置为接收投屏接收设备发送的连接信息获取请求并传递至连接信息发送模块530,通过判断投屏数据的数据量大小来智能选择投屏接收设备和传输模块;所述连接信息发送模块530,设置为向接收投屏接收设备回传连接信息。
所述投屏接收设备包括处理器以及设置为存储控制程序的存储设备;所述处理器调用存储程序控制网络连接。
图6是本申请实施例提供的一种设备的结构示意图,如图6所示,该设备包括处理器61、存储器62以及通信装置63,处理器61的数量可以是一个或多个,图6中以一个处理器61为例;设备中的处理器61、存储器62以及通信装置63可以通过总线或其他方式连接,图6中以通过总线连接为例。该设备通过通信装置63与其他设备建立网络连接,发送和/或接受信息。
存储器62作为一种计算机可读存储介质,可设置为存储软件程序、计算机可执行程序以及模块,如上述任意实施例中的无线投屏装置对应的程序指令/模块。处理器61通过运行存储在存储器62中的软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行无线投屏装置的至少一种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述的无线投屏装置的操作。
存储器62可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据无线投屏装置的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器62可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实例中,存储器62可包括相对于处理器61远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至存款装置。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现本申请任意实施例提供的无线投屏方法。
上述实施例中,所包括的多个单元只是按照功能逻辑进行划分的,但并不局限于上述的划分,只要能够实现相应的功能即可;另外,多个功能单元的名称也只是为了便于相互区分,并不用于限制本申请的保护范围。
实现上述任意实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来控制相关的硬件来完成,相应的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种无线投屏方法,包括:
    投屏发送设备搜索所述投屏发送设备所在网络空间内的投屏接收设备并建立投屏接收设备列表;
    所述投屏发送设备从所述投屏接收设备列表中按顺序选择一个投屏接收设备,并对选择的所述投屏接收设备进行投屏测试;
    所述投屏发送设备在确认对选择的所述投屏接收设备投屏测试失败的情况下,从所述投屏接收设备列表中按顺序选择下一个投屏接收设备,并对选择的所述投屏接收设备进行投屏测试,直至确认对选择的所述投屏接收设备投屏测试成功,将投屏测试成功的投屏接收设备作为目标投屏接收设备;
    所述投屏发送设备向所述目标投屏接收设备发送投屏数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,在所述投屏发送设备搜索所述投屏发送设备所在网络空间内的投屏接收设备并建立投屏接收设备列表之前,还包括:
    所述投屏发送设备上电或者通过预设方式启动无线投屏,其中,所述预设方式包括按键或者语音命令。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述无线投屏发送设备向所述目标投屏接收设备发送投屏数据,包括:
    所述投屏发送设备判断投屏数据的数据量大小;
    所述投屏发送设备响应于所述数据量大于数据阈值的判断结果,通过无线保真WiFi模块向所述目标投屏接收设备发送所述投屏数据;
    所述投屏发送设备响应于所述数据量不大于所述数据阈值的判断结果,通过蓝牙模块向所述目标投屏接收设备发送所述投屏数据。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其中,所述搜索所述投屏发送设备所在网络空间内的投屏接收设备并建立投屏接收设备列表,包括:
    通过无线投屏技术,搜索所述投屏发送设备所在网络空间内的投屏接收设备并建立投屏接收设备列表;
    其中,所述无线投屏技术包括:Miracast、Airplay和数字生活网络联盟DLNA。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述投屏发送设备通过机械按键或触摸按键确认启动无线投屏;
    所述方法还包括:所述投屏发送设备通过所述机械按键或所述触摸按键确认切换到下一个投屏接收设备;所述投屏发送设备选择下一个投屏接收设备, 并对选择的所述投屏接收设备进行投屏测试;
    所述方法还包括:所述投屏发送设备通过所述机械按键或所述触摸按键确认投屏数据已经正确投屏到所述目标投屏接收设备上。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法,还包括:所述投屏发送设备通过语音命令确认切换到下一个投屏接收设备;所述投屏发送设备选择下一个投屏接收设备,并对选择的所述投屏接收设备进行投屏测试;
    所述投屏发送设备通过语音命令确认投屏数据已经正确投屏到所述目标投屏接收设备上。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述对选择的所述投屏接收设备进行投屏测试,包括:
    发送连接建立请求至选择的所述投屏接收设备,其中,所述连接建立请求包括选择的所述投屏发送设备的网络连接信息;
    在确认选择的所述投屏接收设备连接至与所述网络连接信息对应的网络的情况下,发送用于测试的测试图像至选择的所述投屏接收设备。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述确认对选择的所述投屏接收设备投屏测试成功,包括:在通过按键或者语音命令确认所述测试图像投屏到选择的所述投屏接收设备的情况下,确认对选择的所述投屏接收设备投屏测试成功。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述投屏数据包括视频数据或图像数据。
  10. 一种无线投屏装置,包括:
    列表建立模块,设置为搜索投屏发送设备所在网络空间内的投屏接收设备并建立投屏接收设备列表;
    目标投屏设备确定模块,设置为从所述投屏接收设备列表中按顺序选择一个投屏接收设备,并对选择的投屏接收设备进行投屏测试;所述投屏发送设备在确认对选择的投屏接收设备投屏测试失败的情况下,从所述投屏接收设备列表中按顺序选择下一个投屏接收设备,并对选择的投屏接收设备进行投屏测试,直至确认对选择的投屏接收设备投屏测试成,将投屏测试成功的投屏接收设备作为目标投屏接收设备;
    数据发送模块,设置为向所述目标投屏接收设备发送投屏数据。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述目标投屏设备确定模块还设置为判断所述目标投屏接收设备是否为合法设备。
  12. 一种设备,包括处理器、存储器以及通信装置,所述存储器存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-9任一项所述的无线投屏方法。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-9任一项所述的无线投屏方法。
