优选地,所述全弯曲应变切口、半弯曲应变切口以及微弯曲应变切口由防撞保护层的顶端向下延伸,所述全弯曲应变切口的深度等于或小于对应位置处的手指防护层或手背防护层的厚度,所述半弯曲应变切口深度小于与之对应的全弯曲应变切口的深度且大于与之对应的微弯曲应变切口的深度。
优选地,在所述弯曲应变伸缩缝的外周设置有伸缩缝防裂开加强筋,所述伸缩缝防裂开加强筋凸出于防撞保护层的端面。
优选地,所述拇指防护层、通用手指防护层和手背防护层的外周以及所述全弯曲应变切口以及半弯曲应变切口的侧边为向所述底层倾斜的斜面;所述底层的外周与所述手指防护层以及手背防护层之间留有用于走线的走线轨道,优选地,所述底层为蜂窝状的网状结构。
本专利申请的有益效果是:
1)在本申请中,手套上设置有拇指防护层,拇指防护层覆盖于手套本体背面的大拇指部位并延伸至大拇指指掌关节的上方,能够保护指掌关节,从而实现了拇指的全覆盖保护;在拇指防护层的指掌关节处同时设置了弯曲应变切口结构,更好的适应了指掌关节弯曲时的曲面变化,运动灵活性好,在弯曲状态下也仍保持有良好的保护功能;在拇指防护层的第一指节上开设有一各向异性的弯曲应变伸缩缝,能够减轻拇指防护层变形时所受的束缚,增加舒适度,减少疲劳感。
2)在本申请中,手套的通用手指防护层的指尖部位设置有多条全弯曲应变切口以将指尖部分划分为朝向不同的多个分体块,能够将施加在手套上的作用力向各个方向分散,降低了对指尖表面的直接冲击,减少了伤害。
3)在本申请中,手套的手背防护层采用了多个竖形保护块和多个弯曲应变伸缩缝相间设置的结构来实现对手背的防护,保证握拳舒适的同时,满足了手背部分的撞击防护要求。
4)在本申请中,通过底层将手指防护层和手背防护层连成一个整体,满足了撞击防护受力强度的要求,也便于将防撞保护层固定在手套本体上,便于了生产加工。

如图1和图2所示,本申请公开了一种防撞击手套,该手套包括了手套本体以及设置在手套本体背面的防撞保护层。
其中,手套本体为常见的纱线手套,材质为耐切割包覆纱线,具体采用了超高分子量聚乙烯、玻璃纤维、尼龙一起包覆而成。在防撞击手套的手套本体的掌心面设置有一层胶料层,从而增大了与接触物之间的摩擦力,所述胶料层可以为丁腈、PU或者天然乳胶。在该手套本体的背面设置有防撞保护层,所述防撞保护层包括了手指防护层、手背防护层40以及设置在手指防护层和手背防护层40底端的底层50。
如图1和2所示,所述手指防护层包括了拇指防护层101和4个通用手指防护层102。如图3所示,所述拇指防护层101覆盖在手套本体背面的大拇指部位并延伸至大拇指指掌关节的上方,在一些实施例中,所述拇指防护层101延伸至超过指掌关节处20~25mm。当指掌关节弯曲时,拇指防护层101能够对凸出的指掌关节形成防护,避免遭受外力撞击,从而实现了对拇指的全覆盖保护。由于拇指保护面较长,在指掌关节的处设置有弯曲应变切口结构30从而使得指掌关节能够弯曲自如。所述弯曲应变切口结构30包括了两条横向设置的半弯曲应变切口302以及设置在两条半弯曲应变切口302之间的全弯曲应变切口301,从图4中的大拇指的中轴面的剖视图可见,所述全弯曲应变切口301由拇指防护层101的顶端向下延伸,且所述全弯曲应变切口301的深度与对应位置处的拇指防护层101的厚度相同,在其他一些实施例中,所述全弯曲应变切口301的深度可略小于对应位置处拇指防护层101的厚度。由图中可见,拇指防护层101上的所述半弯曲应变切口302的深度小于全弯曲应变切口301,并接近于对应位置处的拇指防护层101厚度的一半。通过在指掌关节处设置深浅交错的弯曲应变切口结构,能够更好的适应关节弯曲时的曲面变化,既保证了弯曲状态下的对手指的保护功能,又保证了手指运动的灵活性。
再参考图3,在所述拇指防护层101的第一指节上靠近第一指关节处开设有一“Y型”弯曲应变伸缩缝20,所述弯曲应变伸缩缝20为上宽下窄的V型结构,且所述弯曲应变伸缩缝20贯穿对应位置处的防撞保护层。“Y型”的弯曲应变伸缩缝20可以缓减在深度弯曲过程中因拇指防护层101较宽较厚引起的束缚,该“Y型”的弯曲应 变伸缩缝20可以提高拇指防护层101沿指节表面的变形能力,增加使用舒适度,减少疲劳感。在“Y型”弯曲应变伸缩缝20的外周设置有伸缩缝防裂开加强筋201,从而使得“Y型”弯曲应变伸缩缝20的结构更加牢固。为了进一步提高舒适度,在“Y型”的弯曲应变伸缩缝20的外围、沿着拇指防护层101的长度方向上以及指尖部位均设置有多道全弯曲应变切口301,并且在拇指的第一指关节处横向间隔设置有全弯曲应变切口301以及半弯曲应变切口302以适应第一指关节的弯转,并且拇指防护层101上的全弯曲应变切口301以及半弯曲应变切口302沿着中心轴线相互对称。
此外,对于在本实施例中,在所述拇指防护层101的第一指节上靠近第一指关节处开设的“Y型”弯曲应变伸缩缝20,在其它一些实施例中也可以是“X型”、“十字形”或“米字型或者其它的散射状的具有各向异性的弯曲应变伸缩缝20,其同样可以缓减在深度弯曲过程中因拇指防护层101较宽较厚引起的束缚,可以提高拇指防护层101沿指节表面的变形能力,增加使用舒适度,减少疲劳感。
在本实施例中,所述手指防护层包括有4个通用手指防护层102,每个通用手指防护层102覆盖于除拇指外的其他手指部位并与对应的手指形态相适应。如图5和图6所示,每个所述通用手指防护层102的指尖部位设置有多条全弯曲应变切口301以将指尖部分划分为朝向不同的多个分体块,使得在受到外部作用力时,其各向异性变形会使得受力分散从而降低对指尖表面的直接冲击,减少伤害。如图所示,在本实施例中,采用了两条折线形全弯曲应变切口301并结合设置在两者之间的竖直形的全弯曲应变切口301将指尖部位划分为三个分体块,每个分体块分别对应朝向一个方向,在指尖受到外力冲击时,所述三个分体块可以将受力分散到三个不同方向,避免了集中受力,减少了冲击。值得注意的是,指尖部位的全弯曲应变切口301不限于折线形以及直线形,还可以为弧形等其他一切适用线型。为了便于第一指关节以及第二指关节的弯曲,在每个所述通用手指防护层102的第一指关节处横向设置有两道全弯曲应变切口301,在第二指关节处设置有所述弯曲应变切口结构30,并且在由靠近第一指 关节处向手背延伸的方向上开设有长条状的全弯曲应变切口301,弯曲应变切口结构30可以参见上文中关于弯曲应变切口结构30的相关叙述,此处便不再详述。
继续参见图5和图6,在一些实施例中,通用手指防护层102的手指背上还开设有通用手指竖槽304,该通用手指竖槽304深度等于或小于对应位置处手指防护层的厚度,该手指竖槽304的设置,可以改善手指部位防撞击保护层的弯曲刚性,提供弯曲舒适性。
如图7和图8所示,设置在手背部分的手背防护层40包括相间设置的4个竖形保护块401和3条长条状的弯曲应变伸缩缝20,每个所述弯曲应变伸缩缝20分布于对应的相邻两指掌关节之间,每两个弯曲应变伸缩缝之间夹有一竖形保护块401,在所述弯曲应变伸缩缝20的四周设置有伸缩缝防裂开加强筋201,所述伸缩缝防裂开加强筋201凸出于防撞保护层的端面,从而使得弯曲应变伸缩缝20四周的结构更加牢固,在频繁伸缩过程中不易损坏。由上可见,通过4个竖形保护块401和3弯曲应变伸缩缝20将手背防护层40划分为7个分部,这种结构设计满足了握拳舒适度的同时,达到了手背部分的撞击防护要求。值得注意的是,手背防护层40上的所述竖形保护块401以及弯曲应变伸缩缝20的数量不限于此,可以根据手背实际需要防护的面积进行任意缩减。
进一步地,所述竖形保护块401为长条状结构,为了保证在手掌弯曲过程中手背的收缩,在该竖形保护块401上横向间隔开设有两条半弯曲应变切口302,在所述两条半弯曲应变切口302之间开设有全弯曲应变切口301,并且部分所述竖形保护块401的半弯曲应变切口302以及全弯曲应变切口301与相邻的弯曲应变伸缩缝20之间开设有微弯曲应变切口303,从而保证了舒适性,减轻了束缚。所述微弯曲应变切口303的深度小于手背防护层40上的半弯曲应变切口302的深度。由图中可见,所述手背防护层40上的所述全弯曲应变切口301、半弯曲应变切口302以及微弯曲应变切口303沿着手背防护层40宽度方向上的中心轴线对称。
从图1-6中可见,在本实施例中,底层50的外周与所述手指防护层以及手背防护层40之间留有用于走线的走线轨道501。在一些实施例中,底层50与防撞保护层为相同的材质制成并通过模具一体成型,具体材质可以为涵盖合成橡胶、PU、天然橡胶的PVC。并且采用缝制的方式可以将底层50以及防撞保护层固定在手套本体上。在其他一些实施例中,还可以通过热压的方式或者热压后再缝制的方式将底层50固定在手套本体上。
进一步地,所述拇指防护层101、通用手指防护层102和手背防护层40的外周以及所述全弯曲应变切口301以及半弯曲应变切口302的侧边为向所述底层50倾斜的斜面502,从而可以将所受的外部冲击力分散,具体的倾斜角度为小于90的锐角。另外,在一些实施例中,所述全弯曲应变切口301的宽度为1.5~3mm,所述半弯曲应变切口302的宽度为1-2mm,所述底层50的厚度为1~5mm,所述防撞保护层的厚度为3~12mm。
进一步地,如图9所示,在另一实施例中,本申请的防撞击手套的底层50呈蜂窝孔网状结构,由于蜂窝状结构,使得防撞击手套受到撞击压缩时,可以提供合理的压缩空间,帮助缓冲,更进一步提升了防撞击效果。
实验测试部分
通过对本申请的防撞击手套依据ANSI/ISEA 138进行防撞击测试,得到的实验数据具体如表1所示:

其中,本申请样品1为本申请上述实施例中防撞击手套的底层50呈蜂窝孔网状结构的其中一个实施例的测试样品,本申请样品2为本申请上述实施例中防撞击手套的底层50呈非蜂窝孔网状结构的其中一个实施例的测试样品。
从表1中可以看出,本申请样品1测试的结果中,手指部分的冲击平均值为3.45KN,最大值为3.88 KN,从手掌关节部分的冲击数据也可以看出,平均值为3.47 KN,最大值为3.55 KN,参照表2评定标准,判定为3级。而整体的手套抗撞击的评级也可以达到3级,防撞击性能最优,且由于其防撞保护层的底层50呈蜂窝孔网状结构,其防撞击效果超过了本申请样品2。
本申请样品2的测试结果中,手指部分的冲击平均值为5.78KN,最大值为6.09 KN,从手掌关节部分的冲击数据也可以看出,平均值为5.92 KN,最大值为6.04 KN,参照表2评定标准,判定为2级。而整体来说,整体的手套抗撞击的评级也可以达到2级,该实施例结构的手套防撞击性能优异。
而几个对比例中,不论是手指部分还是手背部分的抗冲击性均不好,如表1中所示对比例1的测试数据,手指部分的冲击力测试的平均值为9.30 KN,同样的手背部的平均值为10.33 KN,参照表2评级标准,评价为0级。所以对比例1的手套产品,其最终的评级结果为0级,其它对比例的防撞击效果也是不能和本申请样品比及。
综上所述,本案中的防撞击手套的背面设置有防撞保护层,能够缓减外部的冲击力,并且根据各手指的形态和活动规律设置了与对应手指相适配的手指防护层,既对手指进行了全方位保护又保证了手指的自由活动。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防撞击手套,包括手套本体以及设置在手套本体背面的防撞保护层,其特征在于,所述防撞保护层包括:
    手指防护层,其包括拇指防护层(101)和多个通用手指防护层(102);其中,
    所述拇指防护层(101)覆盖于手套本体背面的大拇指部位并延伸至大拇指指掌关节的上方,在所述拇指防护层的第一指节上靠近第一指关节处开设有一各向异性的弯曲应变伸缩缝(20),且在该拇指防护层(101)的指掌关节处设置有弯曲应变切口结构(30)以适应指掌关节弯曲;
    多个通用手指防护层(102),分别覆盖于除拇指外的其他手指部位并与对应的手指形态相适应,每个所述通用手指防护层(102)的指尖部位设置有多条全弯曲应变切口(301)以将指尖部分划分为朝向不同的多个分体块;
    手背防护层(40),其设置在所述手套本体背面的手背部分,所述手背防护层(40)包括相间设置的多个竖形保护块(401)和多个长条状的弯曲应变伸缩缝(20),每个所述弯曲应变伸缩缝(20)分布于对应的相邻两指掌关节之间;
    底层(50),其设置在所述手指防护层和手背防护层(40)的下方并固定在所述手套本体的背面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的手套,其特征在于,所述弯曲应变伸缩缝(20)为上宽下窄的V型结构,且所述弯曲应变伸缩缝贯穿对应位置处的所述防撞保护层。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的手套,其特征在于,所述弯曲应变切口结构(30)包括两条横向间隔设置的半弯曲应变切口(302)以及设置在所述两条半弯曲应变切口(302)之间的全弯曲应变切口(301)。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的手套,其特征在于,所述各向异性的弯曲应变伸缩缝(20)呈“Y型”、“X型”、“十字形”或“米字型”。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的手套,其特征在于,在所述通用手指防护层(102)的第一指关节处横向设置有两道全弯曲应变切口(301),在第二指关节处设置有所述弯曲应 变切口结构(30),并且由靠近第一指关节处向手背延伸的方向上开设有长条状的全弯曲应变切口(301)。
  6. 如权利要求1-3或5任一项所述的手套,其特征在于,所述竖形保护块(401)为长条状结构,且在该竖形保护块(401)上横向间隔开设有两条半弯曲应变切口(302),在所述两条半弯曲应变切口(302)之间开设有全弯曲应变切口(301)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的手套,其特征在于,所述竖形保护块(401)的半弯曲应变切口(302)以及全弯曲应变切口(301)与相邻的弯曲应变伸缩缝(20)之间选择性地开设有微弯曲应变切口(303)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的手套,其特征在于,所述全弯曲应变切口(301)、半弯曲应变切口(302)以及微弯曲应变切口(303)由防撞保护层的顶端向下延伸,所述全弯曲应变切口(301)的深度等于或小于对应位置处的手指防护层或手背防护层的厚度,所述半弯曲应变切口(302)深度小于与之对应的全弯曲应变切口(301)的深度并且大于与之对应的微弯曲应变切口(303)的深度。
  9. 如权利要求1-3或5任一项所述的手套,其特征在于,在所述弯曲应变伸缩缝(20)的外周设置有伸缩缝防裂开加强筋(201),所述伸缩缝防裂开加强筋(201)凸出于防撞保护层的端面。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的手套,其特征在于,所述拇指防护层(101)、通用手指防护层(102)和手背防护层(40)的外周以及所述全弯曲应变切口(301)以及半弯曲应变切口(302)的侧边为向所述底层(50)倾斜的斜面(502);所述底层(50)的外周与所述手指防护层以及手背防护层(40)之间留有用于走线的走线轨道(501),优选地,所述底层(50)为蜂窝状的网状结构。
