Abstract

Dispositif d'agitation multifonctionnel et son procédé de fonctionnement. Ledit dispositif comprend une source d'alimentation, un ensemble d'entraînement et un ensemble cylindre à matériaux. La source d'alimentation est reliée à l'ensemble d'entraînement. L'ensemble cylindre à matériaux comprend un instrument d'agitation (50) et un corps de cylindre à matériaux (10). L'instrument d'agitation (50) est relié à l'ensemble d'entraînement par l'intermédiaire d'une structure amovible. Une extrémité supérieure du corps du cylindre à matériaux (10) est reliée à l'ensemble d'entraînement. Une chambre à matériaux à l'intérieur de laquelle sont placés des matériaux est présente dans le corps du cylindre à matériaux (10). Lorsque différentes fonctions d'agitation doivent être mises en œuvre, différents instruments d'agitation (50) et le corps du cylindre à matériaux (10) sont sélectionnés, l'ensemble d'entraînement fait tourner les instruments d'agitation (50), de telle sorte que le corps du cylindre à matériaux (10) et les instruments d'agitation (50) se déplacent les uns par rapport aux autres, et les instruments d'agitation (50) sont reliés à l'ensemble d'entraînement à l'aide de la structure amovible, de telle sorte que divers instruments d'agitation correspondants (50) peuvent être assemblés et désassemblés librement, ce qui permet la mise en œuvre de différentes fonctions pendant la transformation des aliments.
