隐藏式体重测量仪 技术领域

目前,人们在测量体重时,通常是使用专门的电子体重秤或机械体重秤测量待测量对象的体重。例如申请号为201620835584.9的中国专利公开了一种新型体重秤,包括:测量踏板及体重测量线路,测量踏板的一面为承载测量面,其中,测量踏板的另一面开设体重测量线路放置凹槽,底部盖板与凹槽的形状及槽体深度相应,将体重测量线路扣合固定于凹槽内部,扣合后与测量踏板的底部平齐。
这种体重秤的测量踏板设置显示屏用于显示称重结果,这就会出现显示屏部件的外观与测量踏板表现不同,从而在结构上体现出一种仪器的视觉效果,出现产品外观与放置的环境不搭的情况,还具有改进的空间。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种隐藏式体重测量 仪,具有易于环境搭配的优点。

采用上述技术方案,在称重平台底侧开设容置腔,用于容纳电子部件,并且在容置腔的内壁设置盲孔,显示装置设置在盲孔内,透过盲孔向称重平台的顶侧显示称重结果,从而将其他例如显示装置等部件隐藏在称重平台内,并且在显示装置不显示时,产品整体呈现为一个平台,易于搭配环境。在称重时,通过称重传感器获取称重重量,之后处理器模块计算沉重结果,并由驱动电路驱动显示装置显示,使用方便。

在电器盒11的底部固定有电路板13,电路板13设置用于显示称重结果的显示装置4,本实施例中,显示装置4采用为向盲孔3内延伸的发光LED,发光LED发出的光亮通过盲孔3及及盲孔3底部的透光薄膜后向外散发。本实施例中,盲孔3围成若干日字型显示图案,光线分别透过不同的盲孔3,从而构成不同的显示数字。
参照图3及图4,称重平台1的底侧还设置用于输出与承重大小相对应测量信号的称重传感器5,本实施例中,称重传感器5采用四角传感器,数量为4,分别设置于称重平台1的边角,加大传感器检测的力臂,增强检测精度。
另外,为了进一步提升检测精度,称重传感器5电性连接有用于给称重传感器5提供稳定电压的稳压电路8,本实施例中,稳压电路8包括两部分,一部分为7533芯片,另一部分为XC6204芯片。
称重传感器5电性连接处理器模块6,处理器模块6基于测量信号计算称重结果,本实施例中,处理器模块6包括CSU18M芯片。CSU18M芯片还支持对体脂、心率等的数据分析,功能拓展丰富。
此外,处理器模块6电性连接驱动显示装置4显示预设时长称重结果的驱动电路7,本实施例中,驱动电路7采用为tm1629a芯片。驱动电路7驱动显示装置4显示的时长为预设时长。
参照图4,盲孔3的内壁设置荧光块9,具体为通过针脚安装,在荧光块9外围套设光致变色罩91,说明书附图4为方便示意荧光块9结构,将光致变色罩91剖开示意,而实际的结构为光致变色罩91将荧光块9与光亮完全遮盖。光致变色罩91采用为席夫碱类或占吨类化合物,其在受到显示装置4标准时长的光照后变为透明。其中标准时长小于预设时长,即能够保证光致 变色罩91变为透明,给荧光块9以足够光照时间。
另外,盲孔3的内壁涂覆反光涂层,用于提高光的利用率,增强显示亮度,本实施例中反光涂层采用为反光漆。
本实施例的工作原理:
将显示装置4隐藏在称重平台1内,并且在显示装置4未进行显示时,称重平台1呈一个整体,不会突兀的表现为一个体重秤,易于搭配环境,具有隐层的效果。
在进行测量时,称重传感器5获取四个边角受到的重力大小,之后传送至处理器模块6,处理器模块6通过预置的算法对重力大小进行分析,综合计算处当前所受到的重力大小,并且将称重结果发送至驱动电路7,驱动电路7将称重结果转化为显示信息,经由显示装置4进行显示,发光LED点亮后透过盲孔3的透光内壁,向称重平台1的顶侧发出,进而被人体观察得到。
而在显示装置4显示达标准时长时,光致变色罩91变为透明,光线照射至荧光块9,荧光块9开始吸收光能,而在显示装置4的显示时长达到预设时长时,显示装置4停止光照,而此时荧光块9开始发光,继续保持一段时间的显示效果,更为节能。
