本发明的实施方式
为了使本方案所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本方案进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本方案,并不用于限定本方案。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者间接在该另一个元件上。当一个元件被称为是“连接于”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或间接连接至该另一个元件上。

请一并参阅图1-图3,对本方案提供的降噪耳机进行说明。所述降噪耳机,包括外壳1、与外壳1相连且与外壳1围合形成前腔3的前盖2、安装于前盖2的喇叭4,以及与前盖2相连且位于前腔3内的后盖5;后盖5罩设于喇叭4的外部;前盖2上开设有与前腔3相通的泄气孔21。
本方案提供的降噪耳机,与现有技术相比,前盖2与外壳1围合形成前腔3,在前盖2上开设有与前腔3相通的泄气孔21,因此泄气孔21将前腔3与外部相连通,使得前腔3内的气体可通过泄气孔21向外排出,使得前腔3的气体能够及时向外泄出,进而保持耳机使用时前腔3的气压与外界一致,保证了降噪的效果。
后盖5位于前腔3内部,且后盖5罩设于喇叭4的外部,因此后盖5将喇叭4与前腔3隔离,前腔3内部气流不会影响到喇叭4的工作,保证了耳机的出声效果。同时,当降噪耳机的尺寸改变时,由于后盖5罩设于喇叭4的外部,因此后盖5及喇叭4的位置及尺寸可保持不变,对于后盖5、喇叭4及前盖2的配合,其组成一固定的且独立的声学组件,可以不随着耳机的尺寸改变而改变,因此对于耳机尺寸改变后,无需进一步对喇叭4进行降噪设置,可以沿用之前的降噪参数,实现了后盖5、喇叭4及前盖2配合后降噪参数的通用性。
进一步地,请参阅图3-图4,作为本方案提供的降噪耳机的另一种具体实施方式,还包括与前盖2相连的固定件6,以及安装于固定件6的耳罩7;固定件6上设有适配于泄气孔21的卡接件61,卡接件61于泄气孔21内与前盖2卡接;卡接件61上开设有泄气缺口611,泄气缺口611与前腔3相通,泄气缺口611与前腔3的外部相通。固定件6上的卡接件61通过该泄气孔21与前盖2卡接配合,进而实现固定件6安装于前盖2上,同时在卡接件61上设置有泄气缺口611,泄气缺口611同时与前腔3及前腔3的外部相通,因此泄气缺口611将前腔3与外部相连通,使得前腔3内的气体可通过泄气缺口611向外排出,因此卡接件61实现卡接配合的同时还将前腔3与外部相通,使得前腔3的气体能够及时向外泄出,进而保持耳机使用时前腔3的气压与外界一致,保证了降噪的效果。
由于卡接件61实现卡接配合的同时还将前腔3与外部相通,因此无需在前盖2上设置额外的卡接位置,简化了耳机的结构。且卡接件61阻挡了泄气孔21的位置,避免了泄气孔21的直接外露,避免灰尘及异物的进入。泄气缺口611同时与前腔3及前腔3的外部相通的原理为,由于固定件6与前盖2之间没有密封件,因此卡接件61上的泄气缺口611伸出卡接通孔即可实现与前腔3的外部相通。
进一步地,请参阅图3-图4,作为本方案提供的降噪耳机的另一种具体实施方式,卡接件61包括相对且间隔设置的两个卡接立板612,两个卡接立板612之间的间隙形成泄气缺口611;且由于卡接立板612之间具有间隙,因此卡接件61插入泄气孔21时可发生形变进而与前盖2稳固的卡接配合。至少一个卡接立板612的端部具有卡接凸起6121,卡接凸起6121位于卡接立板612远离固定件6的本体的一端;泄气孔21的内壁开设有适配于卡接凸起6121的卡接槽211。也即卡接件61的卡接立板612插入泄气孔21后,卡接立板612上的卡接凸起6121嵌入卡接槽211内,避免卡接件61的卡接立板612与前盖2脱离,进一步实现卡接的稳固性。
进一步地,请参阅图3-图4,作为本方案提供的降噪耳机的另一种具体实施方式,固定件6上开设有泄气槽62,泄气缺口611与泄气槽62相通;由于泄气槽6242具有一定的长度,且泄气缺口611411与泄气槽6242相通,因此泄气缺口611411与前腔33的外部相通的位置显著变大(还可避免前盖22与固定件64在某个位置接触过于紧密而导致泄气缺口611411向前腔33外部泄气的速度较慢),保证泄气缺口611411向外泄气的快速性。泄气槽62为圆环槽,卡接件61的数量为多个,多个卡接件61均位于泄气槽62上,相邻卡接件61之间具有间隙。多个卡接件6141均位于泄气槽6242上,泄气槽6242为圆环槽,因此保证前盖22的多个位置的卡接件6141上的泄气缺口611411均可向外泄气,也即前腔33可通过多个位置向外泄气,进一步保证泄气的及时性及快速性。
进一步地,请参阅图5-图7,作为本方案提供的降噪耳机的另一种具体实施方式,还包括头套本体8,以及滑动安装于头套本体8的拉伸臂9;外壳1与拉伸臂9相连;头套本体8上设有刻度板81;拉伸臂9与头套本体8之间设有限位弹性件91,限位弹性件91用于限制拉伸臂9相对头套本体8滑动。头套本体8及拉伸臂9用于套设在使用者的头部上,使用者第一次使用时将耳机头套挂在头部后拉动拉伸臂9相对头套本体8滑动进而调节到合适的佩戴长度,此时可摘下头套本体8观察刻度板81上的刻度值,该刻度值为合适刻度值,下一次使用降噪耳机时,在未戴在头部之前先拉动拉伸臂9相对头套本体8滑动使得刻度板81上的刻度值到达上述合适刻度值,再将头套本体8套在使用者的头部;进而避免了每次佩戴到头部之后才能将头套本体8及拉伸臂9之间的长度调节到合适的长度。而佩戴到头部之后再调节头套本体8及拉伸臂9之间的长度容易将使用者的头发卡住,使用时的体验较差。
进一步地,请参阅图5-图7,作为本方案提供的降噪耳机的另一种具体实施方式,头套本体8上具有滑动导板82,拉伸臂9包括套设于滑动导板82的外部且与滑动导板82滑动连接的滑动架92;滑动架92具有滑动腔921,滑动导板82位于滑动腔921内。也即拉伸臂9通过自身的滑动架92与头套本体8上的滑动导板82滑动连接,进而实现滑动安装于头套本体8上,滑动架92套设于滑动导板82的外部,保证了拉伸臂9整体滑动时的稳定性。
进一步地,请参阅图6,作为本方案提供的降噪耳机的另一种具体实施方式,限位弹性件91为固定安装于滑动导板82上的不锈钢弯折件911;滑动腔921的内壁开设有多个定位槽922,多个定位槽922沿滑动架92的长度方向依次设置;不锈钢弯折件911上具有适配于定位槽922的定位凸起9111。当拉伸臂9滑动至不同的位置时,不锈钢弯折件911上的定位凸起9111插入对应的定位槽922内,进而实现对拉伸臂9位置的固定。
进一步地,请参阅图6-图7,作为本方案提供的降噪耳机的另一种具体实施方式,滑动导板82上开设有固定孔821;不锈钢弯折件911上具有与固定孔821的内壁相抵接的抵接部9112,以及压持于刻度板81与滑动导板82之间的压紧部9113;抵接部9112与压紧部9113分别位于定位凸起9111的相对的两侧。也即不锈钢弯折件911通过其一端的抵接部9112抵接于固定孔821的内壁上,另一端被压紧在刻度板81与滑动导板82之间,进而实现不锈钢弯折件911的固定安装。
进一步地,请参阅图6-图7,作为本方案提供的降噪耳机的另一种具体实施方式,拉伸臂9还包括与滑动架92转动连接的旋转支架93、设于旋转支架93与滑动架92之间的隔离片94,以及设于旋转支架93与滑动架92之间的转动轴95;外壳1与旋转支架93相连,旋转支架93通过转动轴95与滑动架92转动连接;隔离片94的一侧与滑动架92接触设置,隔离片94的另一侧与旋转支架93接触设置。转动旋转支架93时,由于旋转支架93与滑动架92之间设置有隔离片94,且隔离片94的相对的两侧分别与旋转支架93及滑动架92接触设置,因此旋转支架93相对滑动架92转动时,旋转支架93与滑动架92之间不会发生接触,也即旋转支架93与滑动架92之间不会相互摩擦,进而避免了摩擦起粉或者相互磨花的情况发生,使得耳机头套不易于损坏,进而延长了耳机的使用寿命。可以理解的是,由于耳机头套主要为塑胶材质,因此隔离片94可选择不易于与塑胶材质相互摩擦的材质,或者表面光滑的部件,以进一步降低旋转支架93与滑动架92在使用时摩擦损耗的速度。隔离片94为陶瓷片、硅胶片或玻璃片。陶瓷片、硅胶片或玻璃片其自身具有较好的耐磨性能,且不易于将塑胶材质的旋转支架93与滑动架92磨花,延长了耳机的使用寿命。
进一步地,请参阅图6-图7,作为本方案提供的降噪耳机的另一种具体实施方式,旋转支架93内设有转动安装组件96,转动轴95的一端与转动安装组件96转动连接,转动轴95的另一端与头套主体相连。转动轴95的一端与滑动架92相连,转动轴95的另一端通过转动安装组件96与旋转支架93转动连接,需要使得旋转支架93相对滑动架92转动时,只需对旋转支架93施加架转动力即可实现旋转支架93相对滑动架92转动。
进一步地,请参阅图6-图7,作为本方案提供的降噪耳机的另一种具体实施方式,旋转支架93包括第一支架931及与第一支架931相连的第二支架932,第一支架931与第二支架932围合形成安装腔934;转动安装组件96包括位于安装腔934内的转动安装板961,旋转支架93上开设有第一让位孔933,转动安装板961上开设有第二让位孔9611,转动轴95贯穿第一让位孔933并贯穿第二让位孔9611;转动轴95上设有限位凸起951,限位凸起951位于转动安装板961远离头套主体的一侧。转动轴95通过第一让位孔933伸入安装腔934内,并贯穿第二让位孔9611到达转动安装板961远离头套主体的一侧,转动轴95上的限位凸起951可避免转动轴95相对转动安装板961沿转动轴95的轴线方向运动,避免转动轴95脱离转动安装板961并脱离旋转支架93,保证转动轴95转动安转于旋转支架93上的稳定性。
进一步地,请参阅图7,作为本方案提供的降噪耳机的另一种具体实施方式,转动安装板961上开设有适配于限位凸起951且与第二让位孔9611相通的让位缺口9612;转动安装组件96还包括位于转动安装板961远离头套主体的一侧弧形垫片962,弧形垫片962与第二支架932相连,弧形垫片962上设有圆弧槽9621,转动轴95位于圆弧槽9621内,弧形垫片962的两端用于抵挡限位凸起951以限制转动轴95的转动角度。让位缺口9612用于限位凸起951的通过,使得拉伸臂9在装配时,转动轴95能顺利贯穿第二让位孔9611,转动轴95贯穿第二让位孔9611后,将转动轴95转动一定角度使得限位凸起951远离让位缺口9612,然后安装弧形垫片962以限制转动轴95的转动角度,有效避免限位凸起951转动至让位缺口9612与转动安装板961脱离,提升转动轴95安装的稳定性。
进一步地,请参阅图7,作为本方案提供的降噪耳机的另一种具体实施方式,弧形垫片962上设有插设于让位缺口9612内的封闭凸起9622;弧形垫片962上开设有连接通孔9623,第二支架932上设有螺纹柱9321,弧形垫片962与第二支架932之间设有连接螺钉,连接螺钉贯穿连接通孔9623并与螺纹柱9321螺纹连接。弧形垫片962上设有插设于让位缺口9612内的封闭凸起9622,避免转动轴95受力过大时,转动轴95带动限位凸起951转动的角度过大(例如转动轴95变形或者弧形垫片962变形)至让位缺口9612而脱离转动安装板961,提升转动轴95安装的稳定性。
可以理解的是,另一种具体实施方式中的方案可为在其他实施例的基础上进一步改进的可实现的实施方案。

Claims (13)

  1. 降噪耳机,其特征在于,包括外壳、与所述外壳相连且与所述外壳围合形成前腔的前盖、安装于所述前盖的喇叭,以及与所述前盖相连且位于所述前腔内的后盖;所述后盖罩设于所述喇叭的外部;所述前盖上开设有与所述前腔相通的泄气孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的降噪耳机,其特征在于,还包括与所述前盖相连的固定件,以及安装于所述固定件的耳罩;所述固定件上设有适配于所述泄气孔的卡接件,所述卡接件于所述泄气孔内与所述前盖卡接;所述卡接件上开设有泄气缺口,所述泄气缺口与所述前腔相通,所述泄气缺口与所述前腔的外部相通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的降噪耳机,其特征在于,所述卡接件包括相对且间隔设置的两个卡接立板,两个所述卡接立板之间的间隙形成所述泄气缺口;至少一个所述卡接立板的端部具有卡接凸起,所述卡接凸起位于所述卡接立板远离所述固定件的本体的一端;所述泄气孔的内壁开设有适配于所述卡接凸起的卡接槽。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的降噪耳机,其特征在于,所述固定件上开设有泄气槽,所述泄气缺口与所述泄气槽相通;所述泄气槽为圆环槽,所述卡接件的数量为多个,多个所述卡接件均位于所述泄气槽上,相邻所述卡接件之间具有间隙。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的降噪耳机,其特征在于,还包括头套本体,以及滑动安装于所述头套本体的拉伸臂;所述外壳与所述拉伸臂相连;所述头套本体上设有刻度板;所述拉伸臂与所述头套本体之间设有限位弹性件,所述限位弹性件用于限制所述拉伸臂相对所述头套本体滑动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的降噪耳机,其特征在于,所述头套本体上具有滑动导板,所述拉伸臂包括套设于所述滑动导板的外部且与所述滑动导板滑动连接的滑动架;所述滑动架具有滑动腔,所述滑动导板位于所述滑动腔内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的降噪耳机,其特征在于,所述限位弹性件为固定安装于所述滑动导板上的不锈钢弯折件;所述滑动腔的内壁开设有多个定位槽,多个所述定位槽沿所述滑动架的长度方向依次设置;所述不锈钢弯折件上具有适配于所述定位槽的定位凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的降噪耳机,其特征在于,所述滑动导板上开设有固定孔;所述不锈钢弯折件上具有与所述固定孔的内壁相抵接的抵接部,以及压持于所述刻度板与所述滑动导板之间的压紧部;所述抵接部与所述压紧部分别位于所述定位凸起的相对的两侧。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的降噪耳机,其特征在于,所述拉伸臂还包括与所述滑动架转动连接的旋转支架、设于所述旋转支架与所述滑动架之间的隔离片,以及设于所述旋转支架与所述滑动架之间的转动轴;所述外壳与所述旋转支架相连,所述旋转支架通过所述转动轴与所述滑动架转动连接;所述隔离片的一侧与所述滑动架接触设置,所述隔离片的另一侧与所述旋转支架接触设置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的降噪耳机,其特征在于,所述旋转支架内设有转动安装组件,所述转动轴的一端与所述转动安装组件转动连接,所述转动轴的另一端与所述头套主体相连。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的降噪耳机,其特征在于,所述旋转支架包括第一支架及与所述第一支架相连的第二支架,所述第一支架与所述第二支架围合形成安装腔;所述转动安装组件包括位于所述安装腔内的转动安装板,所述旋转支架上开设有第一让位孔,所述转动安装板上开设有第二让位孔,所述转动轴贯穿所述第一让位孔并贯穿所述第二让位孔;所述转动轴上设有限位凸起,所述限位凸起位于所述转动安装板远离所述头套主体的一侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的降噪耳机,其特征在于,所述转动安装板上开设有适配于所述限位凸起且与所述第二让位孔相通的让位缺口;所述转动安装组件还包括位于所述转动安装板远离所述头套主体的一侧弧形垫片,所述弧形垫片与所述第二支架相连,所述弧形垫片上设有圆弧槽,所述转动轴位于所述圆弧槽内,所述弧形垫片的两端用于抵挡所述限位凸起以限制所述转动轴的转动角度。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的降噪耳机,其特征在于,所述弧形垫片上设有插设于所述让位缺口内的封闭凸起;所述弧形垫片上开设有连接通孔,所述第二支架上设有螺纹柱,所述弧形垫片与所述第二支架之间设有连接螺钉,所述连接螺钉贯穿所述连接通孔并与所述螺纹柱螺纹连接。
