Abstract

The set of square plate which was locked by lock uses principle of inserting into groove of latch that has protecting edge of lock of material plate (2) into the groove (4) place on shoulder (5) of material plate (1) the surface of material (1) attach with edge (8) of material plate (2) as per figure 2 and material plate (1) material plate (2) will be locked tightly as T-shaped square position by lock plate (3) for some (5). From the principle, the set of square plate which was locked by lock is able to apply and expand to be structure of box with the same principle.

SET OF RIGHT-ANGLE PLATE LOCKED BY LOCK
Technical Field
Engineering related to the set of right-angle plate locked bylock.
Background of related art or sciences
The work structure consists of plywood, plastic plate or MDF plate. Assembling by using screws and nails or using complexity and complicated process. It took long time to prepare surface, boring, eroding and using glue to attach each work together. This process has impact on cost of producing as it needs to use efficient machine and takes long time to produce; moreover, it requires manpower who has high skill and high cost to form pattern of work and assemble.
Generally, the structure of assembling right angle plate uses gripping by locks. This was developed from assembling structure of wooden toys with2 square wood. The first square wood is groove and the second square woodhas valve and it was bored. Then take the second square wood to insert in groove of the first square wood. Insert scone-shaped wedge into the hole and fix the right-angle square to be tight; however, using scone-shaped wedge willloosen and slip out easily. Therefore, it needs to find way to create more efficient locks that will be tight and not slip out.
Characters and purpose of invention
This invention aims to create process of assembling new box structure which is easy to form the pattern, take less time to produce and use light material but stronger and easy for taking the structure off.
The invention of structure of assembling right angle plates by using locks to lock consists of 3 mains items which are formed as per invention in order to assemble as structure of T square. The main items are material plate (1) with grooves (4) and material plate (2) with wedge (6) to insert into wooden plate with grooves then use lock plate (2) to insert into grooves to lock structure. The grooves are tapered hole and push them tightly. This principle is able to apply to assembling products for kids such as durable goods and toys.
The differences between structure of assembling right angle square that uses sconeshaped wedge and using lock plate to lock position is locking by scone-shaped wedge which inserting it into hole with scone-shaped taper which is loosen and this causes wooden wedge to be loosen and will slip out. On the other hand, structure of assembling square wood by using lock plate to lock is flat material and hashigh friction on the surface and tapered hole will help to increase friction; the more you push, the tighter it will be and will not slip out when you move it like using scone-shaped wedge.
