Abstract

The invention relates to an independent harness-like strap accessory that is fastened or attached to a case or item of luggage of any type or size, or to any load having a similar structure and range of measurements, in order to convert same into a backpack and thus enable it to be carried on the back and shoulders.

DESCRIPTION

TITLE AND TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention refers to an independent strap accessory for converting any type of suitcase or similar load into a backpack. A strap accessory that adjusts and adapts to be attached to any type of suitcase / luggage or similar load, with the main purpose of allowing the user to carry it / or as a backpack on their back and shoulders.

BACKGROUND AND PROBLEMS TO SOLVE

At present, when embarking on a trip in which more than one city is going to be visited, many travelers ask themselves the question of carrying a backpack or suitcase.

There are backpacks that allow large loads, such as patents N ° US5292043A, N ° US4479595A or N ° FR2575049A1, which are often widely used in this type of trip.

Although the backpack may be more practical to carry on this type of trip, it faces a series of advantages that the suitcase offers us: Greater space; greater neatness of clothing conservation; easier to remove garments quickly and without mess; and increased security.

In addition to all the aforementioned benefits that the suitcase provides when traveling, since the wheels were placed on them, everything has been easier for travelers.

Currently there are patents for a wide variety of suitcases of different sizes, materials and formats, with built-in wheels, ideal for many types of areas and terrain, such as patent No. US 3,653,474 which was the first to present this quality that then it evolved over time. However, in all these cases, the wheels do not pull properly on terrain that is not almost perfectly smooth or flat such as cobblestones, stones, grass, sand, gravel, stairs, among many others, making it difficult to carry due to the weight, and putting at risk the correct preservation of the wheels of the suitcase or luggage.

At the same time, today we find a great variety of backpacks with wheels already incorporated, of the type of the previously mentioned suitcases, and suitcases with wheels with incorporated straps of the type of backpacks, which can even be hidden or stored. Some examples would be those of patents US 6,279,706 or US 6,530,507. However, in all these cases mentioned, the handles are already incorporated into the models, so users are limited to purchasing and using these luggage as a whole.

On the other hand, we can also find a connector form with a shoulder harness like that of patent No. WO 02/30234. However, in this case the same happens as in those mentioned above, the gripping system is not independent, but is joined by stitching at its ends to the luggage, so the harness can only be used with that luggage exclusively.

Other antecedents to be cited are those of patents N ° KR20040080988 and N ° WO 2019/116372 that are fastened by means of a device / harness with a backrest that is anchored to a luggage support, but once again as in In the above cases, the system is not independent and can only be used with that luggage and / or cargo exclusively.

Finally, there are currently independent belt and belt systems or accessories for loading and transferring different materials. Some examples are those of patent N ° AR 051268 that refers to a strap system specially designed for the transfer of a CPU, or that of patent N ° GB 2186186 that refers to a garment holding accessory in the form of a roll or the of patent No. CN 204218196 but in none of these cases does it correspond to or are adapted to the transfer of suitcases and / or luggage.

This model, on the other hand, is a different and unique accessory, totally independent from luggage, and that allows, through its system of straps, to adapt and adjust it to attach it to any type, size and model of suitcase. In this way, users will be able to purchase only the accessory and place it for use in their preferred wheeled luggage, whatever the type, model or size of the same. This way they will be able to have all the benefits of a backpack in their current luggage, being able to decide when it is no longer convenient to roll the suitcase on the floor and easily carry it on their back and shoulders, to facilitate its transfer and protect its integrity.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The aim pursued by the invention is to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks, giving you the possibility of converting your current or preferred suitcase or luggage into a backpack quickly and simply. So you do not have to choose between backpack or suitcase to travel, having the benefits of the backpack in your current or preferred suitcase or luggage, to choose the way of use and avoid areas or terrain that are not suitable for the wheels of the known more traditional luggage mentioned above, facilitating its transfer and preserving the integrity of it.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

In order to make the object of the model more intelligible, it has been illustrated with 7 figures.

Figure 1 represents a front view of the model. We can see the backrest (1) on the side that rests against the back of the suitcase. We see the central strap (2) cross vertically. From its base we see the vertical lower strap (3) come out and in its upper part we find the vertical upper strap (4). At the top we can see the carrying handle (12) and the envelope / pocket (13) where the cover (14) is kept.

REINVINDICATIONS

Having described and specified the nature, manner of use and scope of the invention, it is declared to claim as exclusive right and property:

1) Accessory of independent harness-type straps that can be attached or attached to a suitcase or luggage of any type or size, or any load of similar structure and range of measurements, to convert it / or into a backpack and thus be able to carry it / or on the back and shoulders.

2) An accessory according to claim 1, characterized by having a backrest that rests against the back of the suitcase / luggage or cargo, whose measurements can range between 30/50 cm wide by 40/60 cm high, made of cordura, Kevlar and / or any derivative of polyamide or other resistant, light and comfortable material or fiber that works correctly for said use.

3) A backrest according to claim 2, characterized by having a central strap vertically crossed, from its base the vertical lower strap comes out and from its upper part the vertical upper strap comes out, whose measurements can range between 5/20 cm wide by 40 / 100 cm long, made of cordura, kevlar and / or any derivative of polyamide or other resistant material or fiber for such use.

4) The lower and upper vertical belts, according to claim 3, characterized by having a sailboat section between 10/60 cm long and between 2/20 cm wide, in one of the parts is the male sailboat and in the other the female sailboat for its correct grip and subjection. Additionally, they have plastic or metal buckles / clasps, to generate the grip and final adjustment of the vertical central strap already described in claim 3 and present claim 4. The purpose of said strap is the main attachment of the accessory to the load.

5) A backrest according to claim 2, characterized by having two straps crossed horizontally, an upper one in the upper part and a lower one in the lower part made of cordura, kevlar and / or any derivative of polyamide, leather or other resistant material or fiber for such use. 6) The upper and lower horizontal straps, according to claim 5, are characterized by each having plastic or metal buckles / snaps at their ends, to generate the grip and final adjustment of the horizontal straps. The main objective of said belts already described in claim 5 and present claim 6, is the stabilization of the load.

7) A backrest according to claim 2, characterized by having in its upper part the straps with which the suitcase or load is hung with the accessory from the user's shoulders, they can be made of cordura, Kevlar and / or any derivative of the polyamide with foam rubber filling or any type of flexible pad or other resistant and comfortable material or fiber for such use. The measurements of the straps range between 4/12 cm wide and 50/80 cm long.

8) The suspenders according to claim 7, characterized by having 2 straps. The first at the chest and the second at the waist. An important part of the weight of the load will be reloaded on the latter, thus releasing the weight of the shoulders considerably. The measurements of these straps can range from 5/15 cm wide by 20/80 cm long, made of cordura, kevlar, leather and / or any derivative of polyamide or other resistant material or fiber for such use.

9) The straps according to claim 8, are characterized by having plastic or metal buckles / clasps at their ends with which they finish holding the user.

10) The straps according to claim 7, characterized by having on the right strap a plastic or metal hook type carabiner or similar, to hang other elements.

11) A backrest according to claim 2, characterized by having an elastic net envelope / pocket in the sector of its base where the straps and straps are kept to be able to roll the suitcase with the accessory in place, preventing them from dragging on the floor.

12) A backrest according to claim 2, characterized by having in its upper part a carrying handle, made of cordura, kevlar, leather and / or any derivative of polyamide or other resistant material or fiber for such use.

13) A backrest according to claim 2, characterized by having in its upper part an envelope / pocket intended to place a cover, made of any elasticized and expandable fabric to store the accessory when it is not used or wrap the suitcase or luggage when it is found placed.
