4.第一轴套从壳体正面伸入让位槽内,第二轴套从壳体背面伸入让位槽内,笔芯头端穿过容置腔和第一轴套、第二轴套后伸出壳体,使得第一轴套、第二轴套和壳体之间具有对齐的部分,可进一步减小该折叠笔的厚度。
5.第一旋转件、第二旋转件同时展开时该折叠笔的横截面可达到最大,接近四边形的形状,进一步增加手写时的手感。
6.连接杆活动装接在容置腔尾端以能带动笔芯沿容置腔前后移动,以能调节笔芯伸出容置腔的长度,或者能将笔芯头端收回至容置腔内,达到自动笔的效果,但其结构较自动笔的结构较为简单;或者与普通的带有笔帽的笔相比,可节省笔帽结构。
7.凸块位于容置腔尾端外侧,使用者可通过该凸块对连接杆进行调节,调节更加方便。
8.触屏套套接在凸块外,触屏套可与触屏电子产品进行配合使用,增加该折叠笔的使用频率及使用场合。该产品实现了触屏笔和传统手写笔两个功能合二为一,且方便携带和使用。
9.保护套套置在安装槽内,该保护套既能对壳体、两个旋转件起保护作用,又能增加手写时的舒适度。

具体实施方式
请查阅图1至图6,折叠笔的一较佳实施例,所述的折叠笔,它包括壳体100、笔芯200、第一旋转件300、第二旋转件400和软质的保护套600。
壳体100设有用于容置笔芯200的容置腔110,该容置腔110沿壳体100长度方向延伸,且头尾贯穿壳体100。
本实施例中,所述壳体100设有至少一个贯穿壳体100正背面并与容置腔110相接通的让位槽120。本实施例中,该壳体100设有两个让位槽120,且分别靠近壳体100的头端和尾端,两个让位槽120将容置腔110分隔成三段。
本实施例中,所述壳体100包括相卡接配合的第一壳体130和第二壳体140,所述容置腔110开设在两个壳体130、140之间,也即,容置腔110一分为二,其中一半腔体开设在第一壳体130,另一半腔体开设在第二壳体140;第一旋转件300位于收折位置时其外表面与第一壳体130顶面相对齐,第二旋转件400位于收折位置时其外表面与第二壳体140底面相对齐。(为方便表述将第一壳体130的外表面表述为顶面亦为壳体的正面,第二壳体的外表面表述为底面亦为壳体的背面)
本实施例中,如图3所示,第一壳体130内表面设有一排间隔布 置的第一卡扣131和一排间隔布置的第一卡槽132,第一卡扣131与第一卡槽132分别位于容置腔110的左右两侧;第二壳体140内表面设有一排间隔布置的第二卡扣141和一排间隔布置的第二卡槽,第二卡扣141与第二卡槽(图中未示出)分别位于容置腔110的左右两侧,第一卡扣131与第二卡槽相卡接配合,第一卡槽132与第二卡扣141相卡接配合,以使第一壳体130与第二壳体140保持固定连接。第一壳体130与第二壳体140之间的连接结构也可采用打胶粘接的方式,或者螺钉锁接的方式进行固定,不以此为限,其中,采用卡接配合的方式装配更加方便,拆卸也更方便。
本实施例中,如图3所示,进一步:第一壳体130头端开有让位槽121、尾端开有让位槽122,且让位槽121、122的开口处位于其内侧面137;第二壳体140头端开有让位槽123、尾端开有让位槽124,且让位槽123、124开口处位于其内侧面143;两头端让位槽121、123上下联通、开口处相背,两尾端让位槽122、124上下联通、开口处相背,形成两组贯穿壳体100正背面让位槽120。
如图3所示,第一壳体130头端设有圆台部133,笔芯200头端穿过该圆台部133后顶抵在圆台部133内侧,以对笔芯200进行轴向限位,防止笔芯200从容置腔110头端脱出。保护套600套接在折叠笔的手握部。
所述第一旋转件300可绕笔芯200转动且在展开位置和收折位置之间转动,其位于收折位置时其外表面与壳体100正面相对齐以形成正面广告区(图中未示出)。所述第二旋转件400可绕笔芯200转动且 在展开位置和收折位置之间转动,其位于收折位置时其外表面与壳体100背面相对齐以形成背面广告区1;第一旋转件300和或第二旋转件400位于展开位置时横截面增大,以增加手写舒适度。如图6所示,第一旋转件300和第二旋转件400均位于展开位置时,保护套600所界定的折叠笔横截面近似于方形。
本实施例中,所述第一旋转件300与第二旋转件400的转动方向相同。本实施例中,第一旋转件300与第二旋转件400数量均为一个。根据需要,第一旋转件300与第二旋转件400也可以设为两个或两个以上,不以此为限。
本实施例中,所述第一旋转件300包括长条形的第一旋转本体320,第一旋转本体320的内侧面水平延伸有第一轴套310;第二旋转件400包括长条形的第二旋转本体420,第二旋转本体420内侧面水平延伸有第二轴套410;同组第一轴套310和第二轴套410相邻布置在同一组让位槽120内;所述第一轴套310从第一壳体130的内侧面137伸入让位槽120内(亦即壳体100正面),第二轴套410从第二壳体140的内侧面143伸入让位槽120内(亦即壳体100背面);第一轴套310和第二轴套410均套置在笔芯200外,且第一轴套310和第二轴套410与容置腔110同轴。笔芯200头端穿过容置腔110和第一轴套310、第二轴套410后伸出壳体100。
本实施例中,当第一旋转件300位于收折状态时,第一旋转本体320外表面与第一壳体130顶面相对齐以形成正面广告区;当第二旋转件400位于收折状态时,第二旋转本体420外表面与第二壳体140底 面相对齐以形成备面广告区。进一步,第一旋转本体320内表面、第二旋转本体420的内表面均具有相互扣合的卡接面,及承接面。第二旋转本体420的内表面抵靠第一壳体130的承接面138,并由卡接结构139卡接;第一旋转本体320的内表面抵靠第二壳体140的承接面,并卡接(图中未示出)。
本实施例中,当第一旋转件300旋转至展开位置时,第一旋转本体320位于第一壳体130顶面的上方;当第二旋转件400位于展开位置时,第二旋转本体420位于第二壳体140底面的下方。最好,第一旋转件处于展开位置时,第一旋转本体320与第一壳体130顶面呈90度夹角;第二旋转件处于展开位置时,第二旋转本体420与第二壳体140底面呈90度夹角,也即,如图6所示,为该折叠笔的展开状态。第一旋转件处于展开位置时,第一旋转本体300与壳体100正面之间的夹角可以为0-180度的任意角度,不以此为限;第二旋转件处于展开位置时,第二旋转本体300与壳体100背面之间的夹角可以为0-180度的任意角度,不以此为限。
本实施例中,如图3所示,所述第一轴套310个数设有四个且两两相对布置,第二轴套410个数设有两个且分别位于其中两个第一轴套310之间,相邻的一个第二轴套410和两个第一轴套310形成一个轴套组,所述让位槽120个数设有两组,每一轴套组对应一组让位槽120。或者,第一轴套310和第二轴套410的个数设计为相同,一组让位槽120内同时容置第一轴套310和第二轴套410;或者,让位槽120的个数为第一轴套310个数和第二轴套410的个数之和并一一对应。
且,如图1、2所示,为折叠笔的收折状态,也即,第一旋转件和第二旋转件均处于收折位置时,第一轴套310上表面与第二轴套410上表面均与壳体100正面相齐平,第一轴套310下表面和第二轴套410下表面与壳体100背面相齐平。
本实施例中,该折叠笔还包括连接杆500,连接杆500一端与笔芯200末端相连接,连接杆500活动装接在容置腔110尾端以能带动笔芯200沿容置腔110前后移动。如图2所示,连接杆500一端设有插入部510,该插入部510插入笔芯200末端并与笔芯200末端相紧配合。为了使插入部510与笔芯末端配合更加紧密,可在插入部外周设置增加摩擦力的螺纹部。该连接杆500外周设有外螺纹,所述容置腔110末端设有内螺纹,通过内外螺纹的螺接配合以使连接杆500能沿着容置腔110移动,进而带动笔芯200沿着容置腔110移动。且,连接杆500还设有限位块520,该限位块520抵靠在笔芯200末端部。
本实施例中,连接杆500另一端设有凸块530,凸块530位于容置腔110尾端外侧。
本实施例中,该折叠笔还包括触屏套540,该触屏套540套接在凸块530外。可与触屏电子产品进行配合使用,增加该折叠笔的使用频率及使用场合。
本实施例中,所述折叠笔外周手握部设有环形的安装槽610,该保护套600套置在安装槽610内。该保护套600套置在安装槽610后,保护套600表面与壳体100、第一旋转件和第二旋转件的表面齐平;由于保护套600为软性材质,具有一定弹性,当第一旋转件和第二旋转 件转动至展开位置时可将保护套600撑开。如图5所示,保护套600更加靠近壳体100的头端,在书写时能接触到人手的虎口位置,增加手写的舒适度。
该折叠笔的装配过程如下:
先将连接杆500的插入部510插入笔芯200末端,且触屏套540套接在凸块530外;接着,再将两个轴套组进行对接配合,如将头端的一个第二轴套410置于头端的两个第一轴套310之间,尾端的一个第二轴套410置于尾端的两个第一轴套310之间,此时第一旋转本体320与第二旋转本体420左右间隔布置;接着,将笔芯200头端依次穿过两个轴套组;再将笔芯200头端穿过第一壳体130的圆台部133,且第二旋转本体400靠置在第一壳体130下方,第一旋转本体300位于第一壳体130的侧边;然后,将第二壳体140盖置在第一壳体130,并通过第一卡扣131与第二卡槽的卡接配合、第二卡扣141与第一卡槽132的卡接配合将第一壳体130与第二壳体140装配在一起,成收折状态;最后,再将保护套600套置在安装槽610,便完成了该折叠笔的安装。整个安装过程简单、方便。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本折叠笔设置有第一旋转件和第二旋转件,当第一旋转件处于收折位置时外表面与壳体正面相对齐以形成正面广告区,当第二旋转件位于 收折位置时其外表面与壳体背面相对齐以形成背面广告区,正面广告区和背面广告区均可印制二维码、图案、文字等广告信息;而需要进行握笔写字时,只需将第一旋转件和第二旋转件的其中一个或同时转动以使其处于展开位置,此时,该折叠笔的横截面增大,极大增加手写舒适度。本发明适用范围广,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (12)

  1. 折叠笔,其特征在于:它包括:
    壳体,其设有用于容置笔芯的容置腔;
    至少一第一旋转件,其可绕笔芯转动,且具有可展开位置和收折位置,其位于收折位置时其外表面与壳体正面相对齐以形成正面广告区;
    至少一第二旋转件,其可绕笔芯转动,且具有可展开位置和收折位置,其位于收折位置时其外表面与壳体背面相对齐以形成背面广告区;
    第一旋转件或和第二旋转件位于展开位置时该折叠笔的横截面增大,以增加手写舒适度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠笔,其特征在于:还包括一软质的保护套,套接在折叠笔的手握部;所述第一旋转件和第二旋转件均位于展开位置时,该保护套界定的折叠笔横截面近似于方形。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的折叠笔,其特征在于:所述第一旋转件与第二旋转件的转动方向相同。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠笔,其特征在于:所述第一旋转件包括长条形的第一旋转本体,第一旋转本体设有至少一第一轴套;第二旋转件包括长条形的第二旋转本体,第二旋转本体设有至少一第二轴套,第一轴套和第二轴套均套置在笔芯外,且第一轴套和第二轴套与容置腔同轴。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的折叠笔,其特征在于:所述第一轴套和 第二轴套相邻布置,所述壳体设有至少一个贯穿壳体正背并与容置腔相接通的让位槽,所述第一轴套从壳体正面伸入让位槽内,第二轴套从壳体背面伸入让位槽内,笔芯头端穿过容置腔和第一轴套、第二轴套后伸出壳体。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠笔,其特征在于:所述第一轴套个数设有四个且两两相对布置,第二轴套个数设有两个且分别位于其中两个第一轴套之间,相邻的一个第二轴套和两个第二轴套形成一个轴套组,所述让位槽个数设有两个,每一轴套组对应一个让位槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1或6所述的折叠笔,其特征在于:所述壳体包括相卡接配合的第一壳体和第二壳体,所述容置腔开设在两个壳体之间,第一旋转件位于收折位置时其外表面与第一壳体顶面相对齐,第二旋转件位于收折位置时其外表面与第二壳体底面相对齐。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠笔,其特征在于:该折叠笔还包括连接杆,连接杆一端与笔芯末端相连接,连接杆活动装接在容置腔尾端以能带动笔芯沿容置腔前后移动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠笔,其特征在于:连接杆另一端设有凸块,凸块位于容置腔尾端外侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的折叠笔,其特征在于:该折叠笔还包括触屏套,该触屏套套接在凸块外。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的折叠笔,其特征在于:所述第一旋转本体的内侧面水平延伸有四个第一轴套;所述第二旋转本体内侧面水平延伸有两个第二轴套;
    所述第一壳体头端开有让位槽、尾端开有让位槽,且让位槽的开口处位于其内侧面;第二壳体头端开有让位槽、尾端开有让位槽,且让位槽开口处位于其内侧面;两头端让位槽上下联通、开口处相背,两尾端让位槽上下联通、开口处相背,形成两组贯穿壳体正背面让位槽;
    所述第一轴套从第一壳体的内侧面伸入让位槽内,所述第二轴套从第二壳体的内侧面伸入让位槽内;同组第一轴套和第二轴套相邻布置在同一组让位槽内;
    收折位置:所述第一旋转件外表面与第一壳体顶面相对齐,其内表面抵靠第二壳体内表面的承接面,扣合;所述第二旋转件外表面与第二壳体底面相对齐,其内表面抵靠第一壳体内表面的承接面。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠笔,其特征在于:所述第一旋转件旋转至展开位置时,第一旋转本体位于第一壳体顶面的上方;当第二旋转件位于展开位置时,第二旋转本体位于第二壳体底面的下方。
