Description

一种抽屉导轨 技术领域
本发明涉及抽屉滑轨结构的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种抽屉导轨。
背景技术
通常的抽屉导轨分上、中、下三节,上轨与中轨、中轨与下轨之间都有滚柱或者滚珠,滚柱和滚珠由保持架约束,由于抽屉移动时导轨之间是滚动摩擦,所以比较省力。在三节导轨的使用中,人们发现由于零件的精度以及装配手段存在差异,造成轨与轨之间的滚动摩擦力不均匀,滑轨之间开合的顺序不确定,致使抽屉左右两侧的拖动阻力不一致,影响手感,这点是需要改进的。
而在CN103027502B中具体公开了一种抽屉滑轨的平衡稳定机构,其通过使用双联动齿轮组令中滑轨与动滑轨实现了同步滑动,但是其技术方案和传统导轨的同步机构一样,均是在保持架上设置有与同步元件相协同配合的齿条,这样的方式这必须将保持架和齿条作为一体设置在中滑轨与动滑轨之间的间隙位置、或者中滑轨与定滑轨之间的间隙位置,从而导致装配难度高以及对于保持架的结构要求苛刻,使得造价成本高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种易于装配、性能可靠的抽屉导轨。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的方案为一种抽屉导轨,包括相互滑动连接的定滑轨、中滑轨及动滑轨,所述定滑轨与中滑轨之间设有第一保持架,中滑轨与动滑轨之间设有第二保持架,还包括同步元件、第一同步滑条以及第二同步滑条,所述第一同步滑条和第二同步滑条分别独立固定设于动滑轨和定滑轨上,所述同步元件转动设置于中滑轨上,且所述同步元件均与第一同步滑条和第二同步滑条协同配合。
进一步,所述同步元件转动设于中滑轨的外侧壁底端,其中,所述第一同步滑条与第二同步滑条的齿形面呈水平相对布置,并且所述同步元件左右两侧的分别与第一同步滑条的齿形面和第二同步滑条的齿形面相啮合协同配合。
进一步,所述同步元件为齿轮,所述第一同步滑条以及第二同步滑条均为与同步元件相啮合协同的齿条。
进一步,所述同步元件通过预设有的竖轴转动连接在中滑轨的外侧壁底端。
进一步,所述中滑轨的外侧壁底端开有用于容纳同步元件的容纳槽,所述同步元件 左右两侧的齿部分别穿出容纳槽的两侧臂分别与第一同步滑条的齿形面和第二同步滑条的齿形面相啮合协同配合。
进一步,所述第二同步滑条固定设于定滑轨的第二外侧壁上,所述第二同步滑条的齿形面水平朝外且沿抽拉方向延伸布置。
进一步,所述第一同步滑条固定设于动滑轨的第一外侧壁上,所述第一同步滑条的吃幸免水平槽内且沿抽拉方向延伸布置。
进一步,所述第一同步滑条外露固定于动滑轨的第一外侧壁底端。
本发明的有益效果为:在动滑轨滑动的过程中,利用第一保持架和第二保持架作为定滑轨、中滑轨及动滑轨之间的滑动支撑,以及通过上同步滑条、同步元件和下同步滑条三者之间的协同配合,有效地保证定滑轨、中滑轨及动滑轨在抽拉过程中的同步性及稳定性。具有结构简单合理、性能可靠、抽拉过程顺畅平稳等特点。

在本实施例中,还包括同步元件8、第一同步滑条6以及第二同步滑条7,其中,同步元件8为齿轮,所述第一同步滑条6以及第二同步滑条7均为与同步元件8相啮合协同的齿条。第一同步滑条6和第二同步滑条7分别独立固定设于动滑轨3和定滑轨1上,即,本实施例的第二同步滑条7固定设于定滑轨1的第二外侧壁11上,并且第二同步滑条7的齿形面水平朝外且沿抽拉方向延伸布置,本实施例的第二同步滑条7可通过扣接、焊接、螺丝等固定方式以固定设于定滑轨1的第二外侧壁11上,上述的连接方式对于本领域技术人员而言属常规技术手段,无需付出创造性劳动,由此本申请不限于采用了何种具体的固定方式。本实施的第一同步滑条6可固定设于动滑轨3的第一外侧壁31上,具体地,本实施例的第一同步滑条6固定设于动滑轨3的第一外侧壁31上,第一同步滑条6的齿形面水平朝内且沿抽拉方向延伸布置,同样地,本实施例的第一同步滑条6可通过扣接、焊接、螺丝等固定方式以固定设于动滑轨3的第一外侧壁31底端,上述的连接方式对于本领域技术人员而言属常规技术手段,无需付出创造性劳动,由此本申请不限于采用了何种具体的固定方式。
由此可见,第一同步滑条6与第二同步滑条7的齿形面呈水平相对布置。其次,本实施例的第一同步滑条6完全外露设置在动滑轨3的第一外侧壁31底端,而第二同步滑条7部分外露设置在定滑轨1的第二外侧壁11。
在本实施例中,同步元件8通过预设有的竖轴转动连接在中滑轨2的外侧壁底端,并且在中滑轨2的外侧壁底端开有用于朝上延伸且容纳同步元件8的容纳槽,从而令同步元件8呈水平放置在容纳槽中以及通过竖轴穿设过同步元件8中部穿孔后连接至容纳槽的顶面上,进而实现了同步元件8转动设置于中滑轨2上。另外,同步元件8左右两侧的齿部分别穿出容纳槽的两侧臂分别与第一同步滑条6的齿形面和第二同步滑条7的齿形面相啮合协同配合。
由此,定滑轨1用于固定在家具柜体上,动滑轨3用于固定在抽屉上;通过抽拉抽屉以同步带动动滑轨3进行滑动,利用第一保持架4和第二保持架5作为定滑轨1、中滑轨2及动滑轨3之间的滑动支撑,因此,在动滑轨3滑动的过程中,通过上同步滑条、同步元件8和下同步滑条三者之间的协同配合,有效地保证定滑轨1、中滑轨2及动滑轨3在抽拉过程中的同步性及稳定性。
