进一步,作为一种较佳的实施方式,本实施例中的磁性结构2通过注塑的方式与框型结构1一体式连接。优选的,将呈球型的磁铁3放入两半球型壳体5内,然后将两半球型壳体5焊接固定形成包裹部分4,最后再将带有磁体3的包裹部分4放入模具内注塑一体成型,从而得到本实施例中的新型磁力片。
实施例三
如图9至图11所示,示出了第三种较佳的新型磁力片,包括:框型结构1和磁性结构2,其中,框型结构1为一体式结构,框型结构1具有至少三个夹角部9,每一夹角部9内各设有一磁性结构2,每一磁性结构2均与框型结 构1通过注塑一体式连接。
进一步,作为一种较佳的实施方式,每一磁性结构2均包括:磁铁3,磁铁3呈球形结构。
进一步,作为一种较佳的实施方式,每一磁性结构2还均包括:包裹部分4,磁铁3转动地设置在包裹部分4的内部。本实施例中,框型结构1呈正方形的环状结构,在其它实施例中,框型结构1也可以呈长方形、三角形、菱形、平行四边形、多边形等其他平面形状。在拼接时,若干个框型结构1上磁性结构2之间通过磁力相互吸引,从而实现磁力片之间的拼接。其中,磁铁3可在包裹部分4内转动,能够防止若干框型结构1上的磁性结构2之间出现同性排斥的现象发生。本实施例中,夹角部9是指框型结构1中每相邻的两个框型结构侧边11相交的部分。
进一步,作为一种较佳的实施方式,框型结构1的轴向方向上的两侧壁上各开设有凹槽6。如图1所示方向为本实施例中框型结构1的正面结构,框型结构1的反面结构与其正面结构对称。其中,框型结构1的轴向方向上的两侧壁是指框型结构1的正面结构和框型结构1的反面结构,如图1所示,框型结构1正面的每个框型结构侧边11上各设有一凹槽6,框型结构1的正面上的四个凹槽6呈环状排列。通过设置凹槽6,可以节省材料,增强框型结构1的强度。
进一步,作为一种较佳的实施方式,框型结构1包覆于磁性结构2外。磁性结构2是完全设置在框型结构1的内部,这样设置使得结构整体具有美观,同时可以减少磁性结构2的磨损,同时避免长时间使用导致磁性结构2脱落的现象发生。在拼接时,框型结构1中的磁性结构2与其他的框型结构1中的磁性结构2通过磁力相互吸引,实现若干个框型结构1之间的拼接。
进一步,作为一种较佳的实施方式,每一包裹部分4均包括:两半球型壳体5,两半球型壳体5连接形成一空心的球形壳体,磁铁3转动地设置在球形壳体内。
进一步,作为一种较佳的实施方式,每一半球型壳体5均为塑料材质、不锈钢材质或其它材质。本实施例中,半球型壳体5优先采用不锈钢材质。
进一步,作为一种较佳的实施方式,每一包裹部分4中的两半球型壳体5之间通过焊接连接。
进一步,作为一种较佳的实施方式,本实施例中的磁性结构2通过注塑的方式与框型结构1一体式连接。优选的,将呈球型的磁铁3放入两半球型壳体5内,然后将两半球型壳体5焊接固定形成包裹部分4,最后再将带有磁体3的包裹部分4放入模具内注塑一体成型,从而得到本实施例中的新型磁力片。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种新型磁力片,其特征在于,包括框型结构和磁性结构,所述框型结构为一体式结构,所述框型结构具有至少三个夹角部,每一所述夹角部内各设有一所述磁性结构,每一所述磁性结构均与所述框型结构一体式连接;
    每一所述磁性结构均包括:
    磁铁,所述磁铁呈球形结构;
    包裹部分,所述磁铁转动地设置在所述包裹部分的内部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的新型磁力片,其特征在于,所述框型结构的轴向方向上的两侧壁上各开设有凹槽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的新型磁力片,其特征在于,每一所述夹角部上位于所述框型结构的轴向方向上的两侧壁上各具有一第一开口,所述包裹部分的两侧分别突出于所述第一开口。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的新型磁力片,其特征在于,每一所述夹角部上位于所述框型结构的径向方向上的一侧边上各具有一第二开口,其中,每一所述第二开口分别位于一所述夹角部的外缘,每一所述包裹部分分别突出于一所述第二开口。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的新型磁力片,其特征在于,所述框型结构包覆于所述磁性结构外。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的新型磁力片,其特征在于,每一所述包裹部分均包括:
    两半球型壳体,两所述半球型壳体连接形成一空心的球形壳体,所述磁铁转动地设置在所述球形壳体内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的新型磁力片,其特征在于,每一所述半球型壳体均为塑料材质或不锈钢材质。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的新型磁力片,其特征在于,每一所述包裹部分中 的两所述半球型壳体之间通过焊接连接。
