背景技术
一般自行车为了因应骑乘时的路面不同斜度以及速度需求,便会在炼条的前后两端设置齿盘,并利用变速器将炼条进行换齿的动作以进行变速,举例说明,当前齿盘具有3段变速功能,后齿盘具有6段变速功能,便可具有18种段位。然而,当欲使自行车的变速功能更多时,便需要将齿盘的段位增加,而使得齿盘的厚度变高,如此会导致骑乘时的不方便,且齿盘的段位过多容易导致变速器无法精准地变换到各个段位,存在亟待改善的缺点。
因此,有必要提供一种新颖且具有进步性的自行车变速装置,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种自行车变速装置,可使自行车大幅提高变速的段位,且不会使齿盘过厚而导致变速器无法顺利跳齿,因此于使用上更方便。
为达成上述目的,本发明提供一种自行车变速装置,其包括一壳体、一心轴、一组接件、一传动组件、一变速组件及一离合组件。该壳体供设于一自行车。该心轴沿一轴向枢设于该壳体,该心轴沿该轴向的两端分别供与自行车的一曲柄相组接。该组接件供与自行车的一齿盘相组接,该组接件另设有一相连动的一驱动齿轮。该传动组件枢设于该壳体并与该驱动齿轮相啮合。该变速组件包括可相对该壳体转动的一第一变速齿轮及一第二变速齿轮,该第一变速齿轮与该第二变速齿轮分别与该传动组件转动连接。该离合组件包括一离合件,该离合件与该心轴连动组接并可沿该轴向移动于一第一位置及一第二位置之间。其中,当该离合件位于该第一位置时,该离合件与该第一变速齿轮转动连接,该心轴即可带动该第一变速齿轮、该传动组件及该驱动齿轮转动;当该离合件位于该第二位置时,该离合件与该第二变速齿轮转动连接,该心轴即可带动该第二变速齿轮、该传动组件及该驱动齿轮转动。

    一组接件,供与自行车的一齿盘相组接,该组接件另设有一相连动的一驱动齿轮;
    一传动组件,枢设于该壳体并与该驱动齿轮相啮合;
    一变速组件,包括可相对该壳体转动的一第一变速齿轮及一第二变速齿轮,该第一变速齿轮与该第二变速齿轮分别与该传动组件转动连接;
    一离合组件,包括一离合件,该离合件与该心轴连动组接并可沿该轴向移动于一第一位置及一第二位置之间;

  3. 如权利要求1所述的自行车变速装置,其特征在于,该离合件沿该轴向的相对两侧分别设有一第一卡部,该第一变速齿轮及该第二变速齿轮朝向该离合件的一侧分别设有一与该第一卡部相卡抵的第二卡部。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的自行车变速装置,其特征在于,各该第一卡部与各该第二卡部其中一者为复数沿该轴向延伸的凸部,另一者为复数径向凹设的凹孔,该些凸部可选择性地插入该些凹孔,各该凹孔沿轴向设有一倾斜的导引面。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的自行车变速装置,其特征在于,该离合组件另包括一螺杆及一致动件,该螺杆沿该轴向枢设于该壳体,该致动件一端螺接于该螺杆,另一端卡抵于该离合件以带动该离合件沿该轴向移动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的自行车变速装置,其特征在于,该螺杆的一端套设有一卷片弹簧,该卷片弹簧的一端供连接一缆线,该卷片弹簧常态地将螺杆朝 一方向转动以使该致动件常态地将该离合件朝该第一位置的方向移动。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的自行车变速装置,其特征在于,该离合件径向设有二环凸缘,该致动件远离该螺杆的一端设有一C字型之套接件,该套接件套设于该离合件的外周壁并卡抵于该二环凸缘之间。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的自行车变速装置,其特征在于,该传动组件包括一传动轴、一第一传动齿轮及一第二传动齿轮,该传动轴枢设于该壳体,该第一传动齿轮及该第二传动齿轮不可相转动地套设于该传动轴,该第一传动齿轮与该第一变速齿轮相啮合,该第二传动齿轮与该第二变速齿轮相啮合。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的自行车变速装置,其特征在于,该传动组件另包括一第三传动齿轮,该第三传动齿轮不可相转动地套设于该传动轴并位于该壳体外,该组接件可转动地套设于该心轴并位于该壳体外,该第三传动齿轮与该驱动齿轮相啮合。
  10. 如权利要求1至9其中任一项所述的自行车变速装置,其特征在于,该组接件的外周壁设有一外螺纹部及一沿该轴向延伸的键槽,该键槽供设有键体,该齿盘供螺接于该外螺纹部且供卡抵于该键体。
