- 一种应用于地下综合管廊圆舱段线管制作的弧形弯管器,包括底座、半圆弧工作面、起点插管、轴承、手柄、滑轮,其特征在于:半圆弧工作面以底座为直径固定在底座上,起点插管固定在半圆弧工作面一端头上,轴承固定在底座中心处,手柄一端与轴承相连,滑轮固定在手柄上,且滑轮底部到轴承距离等于半圆弧工作面的半径+线管直径。
- 根据权利要求1所述的应用于地下综合管廊圆舱段线管制作的弧形弯管器,其特征在于:所述的半圆弧工作面是由二块扁钢沿边线垂直焊接而成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的应用于地下综合管廊圆舱段线管制作的弧形弯管器,其特征在于:所述的底座采用角钢制作而成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的应用于地下综合管廊圆舱段线管制作的弧形弯管器,其特征在于:所述的起点插管为一块角钢焊接在半圆弧工作面的两块扁钢上而成。

- 根据权利要求1-5之一所述的应用于地下综合管廊圆舱段线管制作的弧形弯管器,其特征在于:还包括终点停止角钢,终点停止角钢焊接在半圆弧工作面上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的应用于地下综合管廊圆舱段线管制作的弧形弯管器,其特征在于:所述的半圆弧工作面通过若干支撑杆固定在底座上。
