一种应用于地下综合管廊圆舱段线管制作的弧形弯管器,包括底座(1)、半圆弧工作面(2)、起点插管(3)、轴承(4)、手柄(5)、滑轮(6),半圆弧工作面以底座为直径固定在底座上,起点插管固定在半圆弧工作面一端头上,轴承固定在底座中心处,手柄一端与轴承相连,滑轮固定在手柄上,且滑轮底部到轴承距离等于半圆弧工作面的半径+线管直径。使用时线管处于滑轮和半圆弧工作面中间,通过滑轮在半圆弧工作面上滑动,制作出符合要求的弧形线管。利用该弧形弯管器,只需一人即可完成弧形线管的制作,有效提高了综合管廊圆舱段线管的施工质量与工作效率。

Description

一种应用于地下综合管廊圆舱段线管制作的弧形弯管器 技术领域
本发明属于市政工程领域,涉及一种应用于地下综合管廊圆舱段线管制作的弧形弯管器。
背景技术
为保证城市综合管廊附属工程中圆舱段线管与墙壁完好贴合,需要将一根直的线管制作成符合圆舱段弧度的线管,传统的制作方法,一般采用依据施工经验利用线管弯管器分多次进行弯曲,这种方法需要较大的外力,并且经常做出的线管弧度不好,需要反复调整,耗费大量时间精力,随着对工程品质需要的提高,如何制作出符合圆舱段规范要求的线管,目前仍无一种有效的方式。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术存在的问题,而提供一种应用于城市综合管廊工程中圆舱段线管制作的装置。本发明无需过多的投入,一个人利用弧形弯管器即可进行弯管,并且一次成型、简单方便,省时省工,还能很好的提高工程质量。
本发明的技术方案为:一种应用于地下综合管廊圆舱段线管制作的弧形弯管器,包括底座、半圆弧工作面、起点插管、轴承、手柄、滑轮,其特征在于:半圆弧工作面以底座为直径固定在底座上,起点插管固定在半圆弧工作面一端头上,轴承固定在底座中心处,手柄一端与轴承相连,滑轮固定在手柄上,且滑轮底部到轴承距离等于半圆弧工作面的半径+线管直径。
所述的半圆弧工作面是由二块扁钢沿边线垂直焊接而成,水平的扁钢平面用于放置线管,垂直的扁钢用于挡住线管,防止线管在滑轮作用时被挤掉。
所述的底座采用角钢制作而成。
所述的起点插管为一块角钢焊接在半圆弧工作面的两块扁钢上而成。
所述的滑轮通过U型扁钢固定在手柄上。
本发明还包括终点停止角钢,终点停止角钢焊接在半圆弧工作面上,防止滑轮滑过 整个线管时线管突然回弹造成人员受伤。
所述的半圆弧工作面通过若干支撑杆固定在底座上。
所述的底座底部焊接有支撑座。
本发明利用底座作为支撑,以底座作为圆弧直径来制作标准半圆弧,利用轴承作为圆心,以手柄长度为半径,手柄底部与轴承相连,上部与滑轮相连,将线管放置于半圆弧工作面和滑轮之间,推动手柄使滑轮在半圆弧工作面滑动将线管压制成所需的弧度。
本发明使用时,将直线管插入半圆弧工作面的底部起点插管中,将线管固定,然后从半圆弧工作面的底部推动手柄使滑轮沿着半圆弧工作面进行滑动,滑动的时候滑轮作用力于半圆弧工作面上的线管,当滑轮滑到终点停止角钢时或线管尽头前即可停止拿出线管,线管就制作成我们需要的弧度,从技术上有效的解决了人工弯曲无法准确把握弯曲弧度的问题,一次成型省时省力提高工程质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细的说明,本发明的各部件均为现有结构:
如图1所示,本发明包括底座1、半圆弧工作面2、起点插管3、轴承4、手柄5、滑轮6、终点停止角钢7,其特征在于:半圆弧工作面2以底座1为直径通过若干支撑杆8固定在底座1上,所述的底座1采用角钢制作而成;底座1底部焊接有三个支撑座9,起点插管3固定在半圆弧工作面2一端头上,所述的起点插管3为一块角钢焊接在半圆弧工作面的两块扁钢上而成;所述的半圆弧工作面2是由二块扁钢沿边线垂直焊接而成,水平的扁钢平面用于放置线管,垂直的扁钢用于挡住线管,防止线管在滑轮作用时被挤掉;轴承4固定在底座1中心处,手柄5一端与轴承4相连,滑轮6通过U型扁钢固定在手柄5上,且滑轮6底部到轴承4距离等于半圆弧工作面的半径+线管直径;终点停止角钢7焊接在半圆弧工作面2上,防止滑轮6滑过整个线管时线管突然回弹造成人员受伤。
将线管插入起点插管角钢3将线管固定,轴承4、手柄5、滑轮6三个相互连接部件 通过手柄在半圆弧工作面上滑动时,滑轮作用力于下面的线管让其变形,而U型扁钢与半圆弧工作面配合使用,罩在与半圆弧工作面垂直的扁钢上但不接触,起到控制滑轮左右活动范围、保证弯管质量的作用,当滑轮6滑到终点停止角钢7会停止住,不会因为滑轮6滑过整个相关线管时线管突然回弹造成人员受伤,由于制作弧度时考虑了线管的回弹系数,因而此时直接拿出的线管就是符合我们要求的,可以直接安装,此实用新型有效的解决了人工弯曲无法准确把握弯曲弧度的问题,一次成型、省时省力、还能保证安装质量。

  1. 一种应用于地下综合管廊圆舱段线管制作的弧形弯管器,包括底座、半圆弧工作面、起点插管、轴承、手柄、滑轮,其特征在于:半圆弧工作面以底座为直径固定在底座上,起点插管固定在半圆弧工作面一端头上,轴承固定在底座中心处,手柄一端与轴承相连,滑轮固定在手柄上,且滑轮底部到轴承距离等于半圆弧工作面的半径+线管直径。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的应用于地下综合管廊圆舱段线管制作的弧形弯管器,其特征在于:所述的半圆弧工作面是由二块扁钢沿边线垂直焊接而成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的应用于地下综合管廊圆舱段线管制作的弧形弯管器,其特征在于:所述的底座采用角钢制作而成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的应用于地下综合管廊圆舱段线管制作的弧形弯管器,其特征在于:所述的起点插管为一块角钢焊接在半圆弧工作面的两块扁钢上而成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的应用于地下综合管廊圆舱段线管制作的弧形弯管器,其特征在于:所述的滑轮通过U型扁钢固定在手柄上。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5之一所述的应用于地下综合管廊圆舱段线管制作的弧形弯管器,其特征在于:还包括终点停止角钢,终点停止角钢焊接在半圆弧工作面上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的应用于地下综合管廊圆舱段线管制作的弧形弯管器,其特征在于:所述的半圆弧工作面通过若干支撑杆固定在底座上。
