一种踝关节固定器 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗技术领域,尤其涉及一种踝关节固定器。
背景技术
篮球、足球、羽毛球、排球等一些常见的运动都有可能造成踝关节的损害,很多人在踝关节受伤之后不做相应的保护措施和治疗,会带来很大的后续伤害,可能会带来踝关节韧带撕裂,甚至关节囊撕裂等问题,所以,踝关节的保护非常重要。目前市面上的踝关节固定支具一般不具备调节踝关节高度的功能,患者躺在床上时无法将脚部垫高,舒适性差,不利于踝关节康复,而且踝关节固定支具容易向两侧偏移,不利于踝关节矫正,患者下床移动时往往单脚跳移动方式,比较费力和危险。
发明内容
本发明要解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种踝关节固定器,能够调节踝关节高度,而且可以辅助患者进行移动。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:一种踝关节固定器,包括固定壳体和固定壳体上的魔术贴固定带,所述固定壳体鞋底的伸缩气缸,伸缩气缸包括矩形缸筒、活塞、活塞板和端盖,所述矩形缸筒左侧壁固定连接固定壳体,矩形缸筒下端为开口并设有端盖,矩形缸筒内设有可以上下移动的活塞板,活塞板上端固定有活塞,活塞与矩形缸筒内孔配合密封滑动连接,所述活塞板的长度小于矩形缸筒长度,活塞板下端穿出端盖上的通口,所述矩形缸筒顶部设有接气头,接气头连接气管,气管连接气泵球,气泵球与气管之间设有阀门,所述活塞板下端固定有轴筒,轴筒内设有轮轴,轮轴与轴筒内孔配合转动连接,所述轮轴两端设有可折叠轮子,可折叠轮子包括圆形的轮板,轮板右侧周边固定连接有筒形的轮面,所述轮板右侧壁上设有两个安装板,两个安装板与轮轴侧部进行转动连接,所述轮轴的端面中心设有盲孔,盲孔内设有可伸缩的销钉,所述轮板中心设有销孔,销孔与销钉配合连接,所述销钉内端与盲孔之间设有弹簧,销钉外端设有球头,所述轮面侧壁上设有折叠后容纳轮轴的凹口。
为了进一步完善,所述轮轴的长度大于轴筒长度与轮板直径之和。

进一步完善,所述固定壳体的腿部均布有若干个十字形透气孔,方便腿部透气。
进一步完善,所述固定壳体鞋部两侧各设有三个圆形透气孔。方便脚部透气。
本发明有益的效果是:1、本发明通过按压气泵球向矩形缸筒内充气,在气压作用下活塞板下移,将固定壳体顶高,实现了患者躺在床上时可以将脚部垫高的目的,提高了舒适性和疗效;2、所述活塞板下端固定有轴筒,轴筒内设有轮轴,轮轴与轴筒内孔配合转动连接,轮轴两端设有可折叠轮子,可折叠轮子在床上时折叠收起,可以作为支撑底座,使踝关节固定器不容易向两侧偏移,有利于踝关节矫正,下床移动的可以将可折叠轮子打开,一只脚滑行,另一只脚推动,方便省力的进行移动,比单脚跳移动更加安全。

工作原理:使用时,通过按压气泵球9向矩形缸筒3内充气,在气压作用下活塞板5下移,将固定壳体1顶高,实现了患者躺在床上时可以将脚部垫高的目的,提高了舒适性和疗效,通过阀门10可以放掉矩形缸筒3内的气体,使固定壳体1高度下降;所述活塞板5下端固定有轴筒11,轴筒11内设有轮轴12,轮轴12与轴筒11内孔配合转动连接,所述轮轴12两端设有可折叠轮子,下床移动的可以将可折叠轮子展开,即将轮板13转动90度,使销钉19连接轮板13中心的销孔20,然后一只脚滑行,另一只脚推动,方便省力的进行移动,比单脚跳移动更加安全;在床上时,按下销钉19将可折叠轮子收起,轮轴12收纳进凹口23,此时可折叠轮子可以作为支撑底座,使踝关节固定器不容易向两侧偏移,有利于踝关节矫正。
