优选的,所述管状基础条横截面呈等腰梯形结构,所述轴向通道为棱形结构,棱形的对角线与等腰梯形的对称轴同线,当轴向通道受挤压时,轴向通道的两个上侧面与两个下侧面对应贴合。棱形位于轴向通道上部的两边形成两个上侧面,棱形位于轴向通道下部的两边形成两个下侧面,当轴向通道受挤压时,轴向通道 内的两个上侧面由内凹V型结构变成了向下外凸的V型齿状结构,而两个下侧面受到上壁的撑开形成与V型齿状结构相对的V型卡位槽,从而相互卡位固定。
优选的,所述管状基础条两端打结成骨状。由于宠物对于骨状食品更具有兴趣,因此打结成骨状,有利于提高宠物的食欲。
优选的,所述管状基础条的上端面设有第一折线槽,所述第一折线槽沿管状基础条轴向延伸。从而便于用户对轴向通道的挤压折叠,此外第一折线槽使得管状基础条受挤压之后,其上端面呈现出狭窄的内凹槽,便于宠物牙齿的插入,宠物的牙齿在插入嚼咬的过程中,管状基础条的上端面对牙齿起到良好的清洁作用。
优选的,所述管状基础条的两侧面均设有第二折线槽,所述第二折线槽沿管状基础条轴向延伸,便于产品的折叠。
优选的,所述轴向通道内设有片状滋味条,当轴向通道受挤压时,片状滋味条固定贴合于轴向通道的上壁与下壁之间。由于轴向通道的上壁向下凸起与下壁相互卡位贴合,此时位于上壁与下壁之间的片状滋味条不但收到上壁与下壁的相对静摩擦力,而且由于上壁与下壁并不是平直结构,因此使得片状滋味条产生一定的折角,从而提高了产品稳定性,进一步防止片状滋味条脱离轴向通道。
优选的,所述管状基础条按照重量份数比配,包括如下原料:3000-5000份的玉米淀粉、500-1500份鸡肉浆、1000-2000份米粉、500-1000份大豆分离蛋白、400-800份昆虫蛋白、300-600份山梨糖醇、10-20份山钾、100-150份色素、甘油1000-1500份和1000-1500份水。
优选的,所述的昆虫蛋白为黄粉虫昆虫蛋白,黄粉虫昆虫蛋白由黄粉虫制得。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.由于轴向通道横截面为多边形结构,在软化的状态时,挤压轴向通道,轴向通道的上壁下压,上壁相对的内折角,此时向下凸起形成齿状结构,相互靠近的上壁与下壁此时呈现类似于齿轮啮合的状态,上壁与下壁之间相互啮合固定,在硬化之后产品成型,其结构趋于稳定,即使在成型后轴向通道继续受到向下的压力或相对的剪切力也可以防止上壁与下壁的相对滑动。
2.即使管状基础条由于受力或温度变化而发生一定量的弹性形变,由于上壁与下壁之间会存在一定量狭小间隙,也能够满足形变的要求,从而进一步提高了产品的稳定性。
3.在挤压轴向通道时,管状基础条的上端面两侧此时向内翻转,上端面的中间自然形成向下的凹陷,因此成形之后的管状基础条上表面凹凸不平而并不是光滑的平面结构,宠物可以直接将牙齿插入凹陷内,避免咀嚼时发生滑动。管状基础条的上端面两侧的部分又对宠物的牙齿形成夹合作用,提高了产品的适口性,从而便于宠物牙齿的清洁。
4.管状基础条的上部此时均向下凹陷,管状基础条在受到宠物嚼咬之后的断裂口向下,而且管状基础条的厚度要大于一般的片条材,因此可以有效避免片条状对宠物口腔的划伤现象。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例1:一种宠物咀嚼用品,包括管状基础条1,所述管状基础条1两端打结成骨状。由于宠物对于骨状食品更具有兴趣,因此打结成骨状,有利于提高宠物的食欲。所述管状基础条1横截面呈等腰梯形结构,所述轴向通道2为棱形结构,棱形的对角线与等腰梯形的对称轴同线,当轴向通道2受挤压时,轴向通道2的两个上侧面3与两个下侧面4对应贴合。棱形位于轴向通道2上部的两边形成两个上侧面3,棱形位于轴向通道2下部的两边形成两个下侧面4,当轴向通道2受挤压时,轴向通道2内的两个上侧面3由内凹V型结构变成了向下外凸的V型齿状结构,而两个下侧面4受到上壁的撑开形成与V型齿状结构相对的V型卡位槽,从而相互卡位固定。所述管状基础条1的上端面设有第一折线槽5,所述第一折线槽5沿管状基础条1轴向延伸。从而便于用户对轴向通道2的挤压 折叠,此外第一折线槽5使得管状基础条1受挤压之后,其上端面呈现出狭窄的内凹槽,便于宠物牙齿的插入,宠物的牙齿在插入嚼咬的过程中,管状基础条1的上端面对牙齿起到良好的清洁作用。所述管状基础条1的两侧面均设有第二折线槽6,所述第二折线槽6沿管状基础条1轴向延伸。本产品的第一折线槽5与第二折线槽6为弧形内凹结构。
所述管状基础条1按照重量份数比配,包括如下原料:3000份的玉米淀粉、500份鸡肉浆、1000份米粉、500份大豆分离蛋白、400份昆虫蛋白、300份山梨糖醇、10份山钾、100份果绿液、甘油1000份和1000份水。所述的昆虫蛋白为黄粉虫昆虫蛋白,黄粉虫昆虫蛋白由黄粉虫制得。
本发明采用昆虫蛋白,尤其是黄粉虫为主要原料,黄粉虫干品含脂肪30%,含蛋白质高达50%以上,此外还含有磷、钾、铁、钠、铝等常量元素和多种微量元素,有很高的的应用价值;黄粉虫不仅蛋白质含量丰富,所含氨基酸的种类齐全,组成合理;黄粉虫其独特的多种营养有易于消化和吸收;所制的宠物蛋白粉为可提高肌体免疫力,抗疲劳,降低血脂,抗癌,促进新陈代谢等功效,增强了宠物的免疫力。
实施例2:一种宠物咀嚼用品,包括管状基础条1,所述管状基础条1两端打结成骨状。由于宠物对于骨状食品更具有兴趣,因此打结成骨状,有利于提高宠物的食欲。所述管状基础条1横截面呈等腰梯形结构,所述轴向通道2为棱形结构,棱形的对角线与等腰梯形的对称轴同线,当轴向通道2受挤压时,轴向通道2的两个上侧面3与两个下侧面4对应贴合。棱形位于轴向通道2上部的两边形成两个上侧面3,棱形位于轴向通道2下部的两边形成两个下侧面4,当轴向通道2受挤压时,轴向通道2内的两个上侧面3由内凹V型结构变成了向下外凸的V型齿状结构,而两个下侧面4受到上壁的撑开形成与V型齿状结构相对的V型卡位槽,从而相互卡位固定。
片状滋味条7水平放置在轴向通道2内,片状滋味条7的两侧分别棱形的两个边角。当轴向通道2受挤压时,片状滋味条7固定贴合于轴向通道2的上壁与下壁之间。由于轴向通道2的上壁向下凸起与下壁相互卡位贴合,此时位于上壁与下壁之间的片状滋味条7不但收到上壁与下壁的相对静摩擦力,而且由于上壁与下壁并不是平直结构,因此使得片状滋味条7产生一定的折角,从而提高了产 品稳定性,进一步防止片状滋味条7脱离轴向通道2。
所述管状基础条1按照重量份数比配,包括如下原料:4000份的玉米淀粉、1000份鸡肉桨、1500份米粉、800份大豆分离蛋白、500份山梨糖醇、15份山钾、100份白色素和50份的诱惑红液、甘油1500份、1500份水。本产品中的色素与水的份数比例为1:100,白色素除外。所述的昆虫蛋白为黄粉虫昆虫蛋白,黄粉虫昆虫蛋白由黄粉虫制得。而片状滋味条7的材料采用肉类材质制成,从而提高宠物的食欲。
实施例3:一种宠物咀嚼用品,包括管状基础条1,所述轴向通道2的横截面为倒置的等腰三角形结构,当轴向通道2挤压时,等腰三角形的底边沿中心点向外凸起形成V型凸起部,所述V型凸起部与等腰三角形具有的顶角构成卡位贴合。等腰三角形的底边延伸形成上侧面3,等腰三角形的两腰延伸形成对应的两个下侧面4。
当轴向通道2挤压时,等腰三角形的上侧面3沿中心线向下凸起形成V型凸起部,此时V型凸起部不断向下移动靠近并贴合等腰三角形的顶角;而等腰三角形的顶角区域由于V型凸起部的下移受到向外的撑开作用力,从而向外撑开,最终形成类似于齿轮啮合的卡位贴合状态。
实施例4:所述管状基础条1内部设有横截面为正六边形的轴向通道2。轴向通道2的上侧面3与下侧面4平分正六边形,当轴向通道2挤压时,正六边形上壁中的两个内凹角均变成了向外凸起的齿状结构,从而使得上壁与下壁形成最终形成类似于齿轮啮合的卡位贴合状态。所述管状基础条1的两侧面均设有第二折线槽6,所述第二折线槽6沿管状基础条1轴向延伸,便于产品的折叠。
为了防止宠物咀嚼时发生滑动,管状基础的外表面可以设计防滑纹路。本文所述的上壁由多个上侧面3组成,而下壁由多个下侧面4组成。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为了说明本发明所作的举例,而并非对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其他不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷例。而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种宠物咀嚼用品,其特征在于:包括管状基础条(1),所述管状基础条(1)内部设有横截面为多边形的轴向通道(2),当轴向通道(2)受挤压时,轴向通道(2)的上壁向下凸起与下壁对应卡位贴合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种宠物咀嚼用品,其特征在于:所述轴向通道(2)的横截面为倒置的等腰三角形结构,当轴向通道(2)挤压时,等腰三角形的底边沿中心点向外凸起形成V型凸起部,所述V型凸起部与等腰三角形具有的顶角构成卡位贴合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种宠物咀嚼用品,其特征在于:所述管状基础条(1)内部设有横截面为等边多边形的轴向通道(2),所述等边多边形具有的等边为偶数。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种宠物咀嚼用品,其特征在于:所述管状基础条(1)横截面呈等腰梯形结构,所述轴向通道(2)为棱形结构,棱形的对角线与等腰梯形的对称轴同线,当轴向通道(2)受挤压时,轴向通道(2)的两个上侧面(3)与两个下侧面(4)对应贴合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种宠物咀嚼用品,其特征在于:所述管状基础条(1)两端打结成骨状。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种宠物咀嚼用品,其特征在于:所述管状基础条(1)的上端面设有第一折线槽(5),所述第一折线槽(5)沿管状基础条(1)轴向延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种宠物咀嚼用品,其特征在于:所述管状基础条(1)的两侧面均设有第二折线槽(6),所述第二折线槽(6)沿管状基础条(1)轴向延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种宠物咀嚼用品,其特征在于:所述轴向通道(2)内设有片状滋味条(7),当轴向通道(2)受挤压时,片状滋味条(7)固定贴合于轴向通道(2)的上壁与下壁之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种宠物咀嚼用品,其特征在于:所述管状基础条(1)按照重量份数比配,包括如下原料:3000-5000份的玉米淀粉、500-1500份鸡肉浆、1000-2000份米粉、500-1000份大豆分离蛋白、400-800份昆虫蛋白、 300-600份山梨糖醇、10-20份山钾、100-150份色素、甘油1000-1500份和1000-1500份水。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种宠物咀嚼用品,其特征在于:所述的昆虫蛋白为黄粉虫昆虫蛋白,黄粉虫昆虫蛋白由黄粉虫制得。
