发明内容
本申请提供了一种切换运营商网络的方法及电子设备,使得电子设备当存储有两个或两个以上的profile时,可以当断开网络后恢复网络连接时,能够自动切换已激活的profile,接入到相应的运营商网络,从而有助于提高用户体验。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供的一种切换运营商网络的方法,应用于电子设备,该电子设备中存储有第一profile和第二profile,第一profile为当前已激活的profile,其中,电子设备根据第一profile,接入第一运营商网络。若检测到第一操作,其中,第一操作用于断开网络连接;则电子设备响应于第一操作,断开与第一运营商网络的连接。并在断开与第一运营商网络的连接之后,检测到第二操作,第二操作用于恢复网络连接。电子设备响应于第二操作,根据第一profile和第二profile进行搜网,得到与第一profile对应的搜网结果、以及与第二profile对应的搜网结果;然后,根据与所述第一profile对应的搜网结果、和第二profile对应的搜网结果,激活所述第二profile。最后,根据所述第二profile接入第 二运营商网络。从而实现运营商网络的切换。
本申请实施例中,由于电子设备能够在网络断开后,检测到恢复网络连接的操作时,能够对至少两个profile进行搜网。然后,根据搜网结果判定需要激活的profile,从而有助于使得电子设备接入的运营商网络能够满足用户的需求。而且,无需用户手动操作激活相应的profile,从而有助于提高用户体验。
在一种可能的设计中,电子设备向第一运营商网络发送开通呼叫转移业务的请求,该开通呼叫转移业务的请求用于将第一电话号码的来电转移到第二电话号码上,第一电话号码为第一profile中包括的电话号码,第二电话号码为第二profile中包括的电话号码。然后,电子设备接收到开通呼叫转移业务的第一响应,则向用户提示将第一电话号码的来电转移到第二电话号码上;第一响应用于指示呼叫转移业务开通成功,且第一响应是针对开通呼叫转移业务的请求返回的。
通过上述方案,电子设备能够向第一运营商网络发送开通呼叫转移业务的请求,使得第一电话号码的来电转移到第二电话号码上,从而使得电子设备在接入第二运营商网络后,能够避免漏接第一电话号码上的来电。
在一种可能的设计中,电子设备向第一运营商网络发送停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务计费的请求;并在接收到停止对所述第一profile对应的套餐业务计费的第二响应后,向用户提示第一运营商网络停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务计费;
其中,第二响应用于指示停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务计费失败,且第二响应是针对停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务计费的请求返回的。
通过上述技术方案,电子设备能够向第一运营商网络发送停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务计费的请求,使得电子设备能够在使用第二运营商网络提供的服务期间,停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务的计费,从而有助于降低用户的花费。而且,电子设备还在第一运营商网络还可以在停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务计费后,还向用户提示停止对应第一profile对应的套餐业务计费,有助于提高用户了解当前套餐业务的花费情况。
在一种可能的设计中,电子设备当与第二profile对应的套餐业务的有效期大于或等于第一时长时,向第一运营商网络发送停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务计费的请求。由于第二profile对应的有效期较短时,电子设备可能又激活第一profile,而上述方案中第二profile对应的有效期较长时,才向第一运营商网络发送停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务计费的请求,有助于进一步达到为用户节省花费的目的。
在一种可能的设计中,电子设备向用户提示与第二profile对应的套餐业务。从而有助于用户了解电子设备接入第二运营商网络后订购的套餐业务情况。
在一种可能的设计中,电子设备去激活第一profile。
在一种可能的设计中,根据第一profile和第二profile,基于电子设备的射频能力,进行搜网,得到与第一profile对应的搜网结果、以及与第二profile对应的搜网结果。有助于提高得到搜网结果的可靠性。
在一种可能的设计中,电子设备响应于第二操作,获取第一地理位置;第一地理位置用于指示用户当前所在的地理位置;并判断第一地理位置与第二地理位置之间的距离是否大于或等于第一阈值;第二地理位置是电子设备响应于第一操作,断开与第一运营商网络的连接之前获取的;当第一地理位置与第二地理位置之间的距离大于或等于第一阈值时,电子设备根据第一profile和第二profile进行搜网,得到与第一profile对应的搜网结果、 以及与第二profile对应的搜网结果。由于当第一地理位置与第二地理位置之间的距离大于或等于第一阈值时,触发电子设备根据第一profile和第二profile进行搜网,将激活的profile切换为第二profile,从而有助于使得电子设备在的第一地理位置接入的运营商网络能够满足用户的需求。
在一种可能的设计中,电子设备当第一地理位置与第二地理位置之间的距离小于第一阈值、且大于或等于第二阈值时,根据第一profile进行搜网,获取第一公共陆地移动网络PLMN;其中,第一阈值大于第二阈值;电子设备进一步判断第一PLMN与第二PLMN是否相同,第二PLMN是电子设备接入第一运营商网络时的PLMN;当第一PLMN与第二PLMN不同时,根据第一profile和第二profile进行搜网,得到与第一profile对应的搜网结果、以及与第二profile对应的搜网结果。由于当第一地理位置与第二地理位置之间的距离在第一阈值和第二阈值之间时,电子设备能够当第一PLMN和第二PLMN不同时,触发根据第一profile和第二profile进行搜网,将激活的profile切换为第二profile,从而有助于使得电子设备在第一地理位置接入的运营商网络能够满足用户的需求。
在一种可能的设计中,电子设备响应于第二操作,根据第一profile进行搜网,获取第一PLMN;并判断第一PLMN与第二PLMN是否相同;第二PLMN是电子设备接入第一运营商网络时的PLMN;当第一PLMN与第二PLMN不同时,电子设备根据第一profile和第二profile进行搜网,得到与第一profile对应的搜网结果、以及与第二profile对应的搜网结果。由于电子设备能够当第一PLMN和第二PLMN不同时,触发根据第一profile和第二profile进行搜网,将激活的profile切换为第二profile,从而有助于使得电子设备在接入的运营商网络能够满足用户的需求。
在一种可能的设计中,电子设备根据与第一profile对应的搜网结果、第二profile对应的搜网结果、与第一profile对应的套餐业务信息、和与第二profile对应的套餐业务信息,激活第二profile;和/或,
电子设备根据与第一profile对应的搜网结果、第二profile对应的搜网结果、和预先配置的网络黑名单,激活第二profile。
由于上述方案中,电子设备在确定激活第二profile,除了参考搜网结果以外,还可以参考套餐业务信息、和/或网络黑名单,从而有助于提高激活的第二profile进一步满足用户的需求。
在一中可能的设计中,第一操作为开启飞行模式的操作,第二操作为关闭飞行模式的操作;或者,第一操作为关机操作,第二操作为开机操作。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供的一种切换运营商网络的方法,应用于电子设备,该电子设备中存储有第一profile、和第二profile,第一profile为当前已激活的profile,其中,电子设备根据第一profile,接入第一运营商网络;检测到第一操作,第一操作用于断开网络连接;电子设备响应于第一操作,断开与第一运营商网络的连接;在断开与第一运营商网络的连接后,电子设备检测到第二操作,第二操作用于恢复网络连接;响应于第二操作,获取第一地理位置;第一地理位置用于指示用户当前所在的地理位置;当第一地理位置与第二地理位置之间的距离大于或等于第一阈值时,电子设备激活第二profile,根据第二profile接入第二运营商网络,第二地理位置是电子设备响应于第一操作,断开与第一运营商网络的连接之前获取的。
本申请实施例中,由于电子设备能够在网络断开后,检测到恢复网络连接的操作时, 能够在第一地理位置与第二地理位置之间的距离大于或等于第一阈值时,激活第二profile,从而有助于使得电子设备在第一地理位置接入的运营商网络能够满足用户的需求。而且,无需用户手动操作激活相应的profile,从而有助于提高用户体验。
在一种可能的设计中,电子设备中还存储有第三profile;当第一地理位置与第二地理位置之间的距离大于或等于第一阈值时,电子设备根据第二profile和第三profile进行搜网,得到与第二profile对应的搜网结果、和与第三profile对应的搜网结果;并根据与第二profile对应的搜网结果、和与第三profile对应的搜网结果,确定激活第二profile和第三profile中的第二profile;然后,激活第二profile。从而有助于进一步提高激活的profile满足用户的需求。
第三方面,本申请实施例提供的一种电子设备,包括处理器、和存储器;其中处理器与存储器耦合;其中,存储器用于存储程序指令;处理器用于读取存储器中存储的程序指令,以实现本申请实施例上述各方面及其任一可能的设计的方法。

应理解,本申请实施例中的profile指的是用于接入运营商网络的配置文件。示例的,profile中可以包括ICCID、IMSI、KI、鉴权算法、网络配置的相关参数、PIN、PUK、电话号码等。对于支持eSIM技术的电子设备来说,可以存储一个或多个profile。其中,电子设备中已存储的profile可以是运营商或第三方(例如卡商)在用户订购或开通套餐业务后下发给电子设备的。例如,用户订购中国联通的腾讯大王卡套餐业务后,中国联通或第三方向电子设备下发用于接入中国联通的网络的profile。再例如,用户订购英国运营商EE的5G套餐业务后,英国运营商EE或者第三方向电子设备下发用于接入英国运营商EE的网络的profile。需要说明的是,本申请实施例中用户可以根据自身的需要订购或开通一个或多个运营商的套餐业务。
对于经常出国旅游或出差的用户来说,电子设备上通常会存储两个或两个以上profile。例如,用户订购居住地所在国家的运营商的套餐业务,以及订购出差或旅游地所在国家的运营商的套餐业务,使得用户在居住地所在国家时,电子设备可以接入居住地所在国家的运营商网络为用户提供服务;在到达出差或旅游地所在国家时,电子设备可以接入出差或旅游地所在国家的运营商网络为用户提供服务。从而有助于避免用户到达出差或旅游地所在的国家时无法接入网络影响用户通信等,还有助于节省用户资费。
然而,由于电子设备是基于已存储的profile中已激活的profile接入运营商网络,为用户提供上网、语音通信等服务的,而目前在未有人为操作改变激活的profile的情况下,电子设备中已激活的profile不会发生变化。因此如果用户从居住地所在国家到达出差或旅游地所在国家时,需要手动对电子设备操作,激活相应的profile,从而才能够接入到相应的运营商网络,在电子设备上实现运营商网络的切换。示例的,用户可以通过对用于管理eSIM的界面进行操作激活profile。
例如,电子设备上存储有profile1、profile2和profile3时,用于管理eSIM的界面可以如图1中的界面C所示。界面C上包括eSIM1选项、eSIM2选项和eSIM3选项。其中eSIM1选项用于指示profile1,eSIM2选项用于指示profile2,eSIM3选项用于指示profile3。比如, eSIM1选项所指示的profile1为当前已激活的profile,如果用户想要激活profile2,则用户需要点击eSIM2选项,电子设备响应于用户点击eSIM2选项,在显示屏上显示与eSIM2相关的界面。与eSIM2相关的界面可以如图1中的界面D所示。用户可以通过将用于控制激活profile的虚拟按钮置为ON,使得电子设备响应于上述操作,激活profile2。进一步的,电子设备在仅支持接入一个运营商网络的情况下,可以在激活profile2时,自动停止激活profile1。或者,用户可以先对eSIM1选项进行操作,停止激活profile1或者去激活profile1,然后再激活profile2。电子设备支持接入两个或两个以上的运营商网络的情况下,电子设备可以同时激活profile1和profile2。电子设备在激活profile2后,可以根据profile2接入到相应的运营商网络,为用户提供服务。
其中,用户可以通过点击图1中界面A中的设置图标,使得电子设备显示系统设置界面。例如,系统设置界面可以如图1中界面B所示,用户可以通过点击eSIM管理选项,使得电子设备显示用于管理eSIM的界面C。或者,用户可以通过语音指令或快捷手势操作等,使得电子设备显示用于管理eSIM的界面,以使得用户可以根据自身的需求激活或停止激活相应的profile。
因此,现有的通过手动激活profile,实现切换运营商网络的方式,较为繁琐,用户体验较差。特别是在电子设备上存储有多个profile的情况下,还需要用户判断激活哪个profile更为合适。并且用户结合自身经验或知识等判断激活的profile,不一定是对用户来说最为合适的profile。有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供了一种切换运营商网络的方法,使得电子设备可以在开机或者关闭飞行模式后,能够基于已存储的两个或两个以上的profile进行搜网,然后根据搜网结果自动选择一个profile,并激活该profile,从而使得电子设备能够自动实现运营商网络的切换,有助于提高用户体验。
以下介绍电子设备、和用于使用这样的电子设备的实施例。本申请实施例的电子设备可以为平板电脑、手机、车载设备、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)/虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)设备、笔记本电脑、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、上网本、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、可穿戴设备、车载终端、智能家居设备等。此外,本申请实施例的电子设备还可以是动物追踪定位装置等。
示例的,图2示出了本申请实施例的一种电子设备的硬件结构示意图。如图2所示,电子设备包括处理器210、内部存储器221、外部存储器接口222、摄像头230、显示屏240、传感器模块250、音频模块260、扬声器261、受话器262、麦克风263、耳机接口264、eSIM模块1271、通用串行总线(universal serial bus,USB)接口272、充电管理模块280、电源管理模块281、电池282、移动通信模块291和无线通信模块292。此外,在另一些实施例中,电子设备还可以包括马达、指示器、按键等。
应理解,图2所示的硬件结构仅是一个示例。本申请实施例的电子设备可以具有比图中所示电子设备更多的或者更少的部件,可以组合两个或更多的部件,或者可以具有不同的部件配置。图中所示出的各种部件可以在包括一个或多个信号处理和/或专用集成电路在内的硬件、软件、或硬件和软件的组合中实现。
其中,处理器210可以包括一个或多个处理单元。例如,处理器210可以包括应用处理器(application processor,AP)、调制解调器、图形处理器(graphics processing unit,GPU)、图像信号处理器(image signal processor,ISP)、视频编解码器、数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP)、基带处理器、和/或神经网络处理器(neural-network processing unit,NPU) 等。在具体实现时,不同的处理单元可以是独立的器件,也可以集成在一个或多个器件中。
在一些实施例中,处理器210中还可以设置缓存器,用于存储程序和/或数据。需要说明的是,本申请实施例中的程序又可以称之为程序指令、计算机程序、代码指令等,对此不作限定。示例的,处理器210中的缓存器可以为高速缓冲存储器。该缓存器可以用于保存处理器210刚用过的、生成的、或循环使用的程序和/或数据。如果处理器210需要使用该程序和/或数据,可从该缓存器中直接调用。有助于减少处理器210获取程序或数据的时间,从而提高系统的效率。
内部存储器221可以用于存储程序和/或数据。在一些实施例中,内部存储器221包括存储程序区和存储数据区。其中,存储程序区可以用于存储操作系统(如Android、IOS等操作系统)、至少一个功能所需的程序(比如网络切换功能、通信功能)等。存储数据区可以用于存储电子设备使用过程中所创建、获取和/或预先设置的数据(比如profile、网络信号强度、网络制式、网络标识黑名单)等。示例的,处理器210可以通过调用内部存储器221中存储的程序和/或数据,使得电子设备执行相应的方法,从而实现一种或多种功能。例如,处理器210调用内部存储器中的某些程序和/或数据,使得电子设备执行本申请实施例中所提供的切换运营商网络的方法,从而实现自动切换运营商网络的功能,无需用户手动参与,有助于提高用户体验。其中,内部存储器221可以采用高速随机存取存储器、和/或非易失性存储器等。例如,非易失性存储器可以包括一个或多个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、和/或通用闪存存储器(universal flash storage,UFS)等中的至少一个。
外部存储器接口222可以用于连接外部存储卡(例如,Micro SD卡),实现扩展电子设备的存储能力。外部存储卡通过外部存储器接口222与处理器210通信,实现数据存储功能。例如,电子设备可以通过外部存储器接口222将图像、音乐、视频、文档等内容保存在外部存储卡中。
摄像头230可以用于捕获动、静态图像等。通常情况下,摄像头230包括镜头和图像传感器。其中,物体通过镜头生成的光学图像投射到图像传感器上,然后转换为电信号,在进行后续处理。示例的,图像传感器可以是电荷耦合器件(charge coupled device,CCD)或互补金属氧化物半导体(complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor,CMOS)光电晶体管。图像传感器把光信号转换成电信号,之后将电信号传递给ISP转换成数字图像信号。需要说明的是,本申请实施例中,电子设备可以包括一个或多个摄像头230,对此不作限定。示例的,电子设备包括5个摄像头230,例如,3个后置摄像头和2个前置摄像头。又示例的,电子设备包括3个摄像头230,例如2个后置摄像头和1个前置摄像头。
显示屏240可以包括显示面板。用户可以根据自身的需要,使得显示屏240上显示不同的用户界面,从而满足用户的需求。具体的,显示面板可以采用液晶显示屏(liquid crystal display,LCD)、有机发光二极管(organic light-emitting diode,OLED)、有源矩阵有机发光二极体或主动矩阵有机发光二极体(active-matrix organic light emitting diode,AMOLED)、柔性发光二极管(flex light-emitting diode,FLED)、Miniled、MicroLed、Micro-oLed、量子点发光二极管(quantum dot light emitting diodes,QLED)等。示例的,电子设备可以通过GPU、显示屏240、应用处理器等实现显示功能。需要说明的是,本申请实施例中,电子设备可以包括一个或多个显示屏240,对此不作限定。
传感器模块250可以包括一个或多个传感器。例如,触摸传感器250A、压力传感器250B等。在另一些实施例中,传感器模块250还可以包括陀螺仪、加速度传感器、指纹传 感器、环境光传感器、距离传感器、接近光传感器、骨传导传感器、温度传感器、定位传感器(如全球定位系统(global positioning system,GPS)传感器)等中的一个或多个,对此不作限定。
触摸传感器250A也可称为“触控面板”。触摸传感器250A可以设置于显示屏240。当触摸传感器250A设置于显示屏240时,由触摸传感器250A与显示屏240组成触摸屏,也可以称为“触控屏”。触摸传感器250A用于检测作用于其上或附近的触摸操作。触摸传感器250A可以将检测到的触摸操作传递给应用处理器,以确定触摸事件类型。电子设备可以通过显示屏240提供与触摸操作相关的视觉输出等。例如,电子设备可以响应于触摸器250A检测到作用于其上或附近的触摸操作,进行界面切换,并在显示屏240上显示切换后的用户界面。在另一些实施例中,触摸传感器250A也可以设置于电子设备的表面,与显示屏240所处的位置不同。
压力传感器250B用于感受压力信号,可以将压力信号转换成电信号。示例的,压力传感器250B可以设置于显示屏240。其中,作用于相同触摸位置,但不同触摸操作强度的触摸操作,可以对应不同的操作指令。
电子设备可以通过音频模块260、扬声器261、受话器262、麦克风263、耳机接口264以及应用处理器等实现音频功能。例如,音频播放功能、录音功能、语音唤醒功能等。
音频模块260可以用于对音频数据进行数模转换、和/或模数转换,还可以用于对音频数据进行编码和/或解码。示例的,音频模块260可以设置于处理器210中,或将音频模块260的部分功能模块设置于处理器210中。
扬声器261,也称“喇叭”,用于将音频数据转换为声音,并播放声音。例如,电子设备可以通过扬声器261收听音乐、接听免提电话、或者发出语音提示等。
受话器262,也称“听筒”,用于将音频数据转换成声音,并播放声音。例如,当电子设备接听电话时,可以通过将受话器262靠近人耳进行接听。
麦克风263,也称“话筒”、“传声器”,用于采集声音(例如周围环境声音,包括人发出的声音、设备发出的声音等),并将声音转换为音频电数据。当拨打电话或发送语音时,用户可以通过人嘴靠近麦克风263发出声音,麦克风263采集用户发出的声音。需要说明的是,电子设备可以设置至少一个麦克风263。例如,电子设备中设置两个麦克风263,除了采集声音,还可以实现降噪功能。又示例如,电子设备中还可以设置三个、四个或更多个麦克风263,从而可以在实现声音采集、降噪的基础上,还可以实现声音来源的识别、或定向录音功能等。
耳机接口264用于连接有线耳机。耳机接口264可以是USB接口270,也可以是3.5mm的开放移动电子设备平台(open mobile terminal platform,OMTP)标准接口、美国蜂窝电信工业协会(cellular telecommunications industry association of the USA,CTIA)标准接口等。
eSIM模块271嵌在电子设备中,不能和电子设备分离。具体的,电子设备通过eSIM模块271接入到运营商网络,从而实现通话、数据通信以及上网等功能。示例的,eSIM模块271可以支持全球移动通信协会(global system for mobile communications associations,GSMA)远程SIM配置(remote SIM provisioning,RSP)通信协议,支持profile的下载、安装、激活、去激活或删除等,从而使得电子设备通过激活不同的profile,实现不同运营商网络的灵活切换。例如,eSIM模块271可以根据用户需求,获取多个profile。这多个profile可以包括用于接入同一运营商网络的profile,也可以包括用于接入不同运营商网络 的profile,对此不作限定。在一些实施例中,eSIM模块271还可以包括缓存器。其中,eSIM模块271可以将从运营商或第三方获取的profile存储到该缓存器中,或者,将从运营商或第三方获取的profile存储到内部存储器221中等。示例的,电子设备中存储有profile1和profile2,其中,profile1是电子设备通过eSIM模块271从第一运营商网络获取的,profile2是电子设备通过eSIM模块271从第二运营商网络获取的。例如,第一运营商网络为中国联通的网络,第二运营商网络为中国移动的网络。在profile1被激活,而profile2未激活的情况下,则电子设备基于profile1接入中国联通的网络。
在另一些实施例中,eSIM模块271最多可以存储N个profile。N个profile中不同的profile可以用于接入相同的运营商网络,或者不同的profile也可以用于接入不同的运营商网络,对此不作限定。例如N的取值可以为大于或等于2的正整数,例如2、3或5等,N的取值可以是根据实际情况预先设置在电子设备中的。
USB接口272是符合USB标准规范的接口,具体可以是Mini USB接口、Micro USB接口、USB Type C接口等。USB接口272可以用于连接充电器为电子设备充电,也可以用于电子设备与外围设备之间传输数据。也可以用于连接耳机,通过耳机播放声音。示例的,USB接口272除了可以为耳机接口264以外,还可以用于连接其他电子设备,例如AR设备、计算机等。
充电管理模块280用于从充电器接收充电输入。其中,充电器可以是无线充电器,也可以是有线充电器。在一些有线充电的实施例中,充电管理模块280可以通过USB接口270接收有线充电器的充电输入。在一些无线充电的实施例中,充电管理模块280可以通过电子设备的无线充电线圈接收无线充电输入。充电管理模块280为电池282充电的同时,还可以通过电源管理模块281为电子设备供电。
电源管理模块281用于连接电池282、充电管理模块280与处理器210。电源管理模块281接收电池282和/或充电管理模块280的输入,为处理器210、内部存储器221、摄像头230、显示屏240等供电。电源管理模块281还可以用于监测电池容量、电池循环次数、电池健康状态(漏电、阻抗)等参数。在其他一些实施例中,电源管理模块281也可以设置于处理器210中。在另一些实施例中,电源管理模块281和充电管理模块280也可以设置于同一个器件中。
移动通信模块291可以提供应用在电子设备上的包括2G/3G/4G/5G等无线通信的解决方案。移动通信模块291可以包括滤波器、开关、功率放大器、低噪声放大器(low noise amplifier,LNA)等。
无线通信模块292可以提供应用在电子设备上的包括无线局域网(wireless local area networks,WLAN)(如无线保真(wireless fidelity,Wi-Fi)网络)、蓝牙(Bluetooth,BT)、全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS)、调频(frequency modulation,FM)、近距离无线通信技术(near field communication,NFC)、红外技术(infrared,IR)等无线通信的解决方案。无线通信模块292可以是集成至少一个通信处理模块的一个或多个器件。
在一些实施例中,电子设备的天线1和移动通信模块291耦合,天线2和无线通信模块292耦合,使得电子设备可以与其他设备通信。具体的,移动通信模块291可以通过天线1与其它设备通信,无线通信模块293可以通过天线2与其它设备通信。
示例的,如图3所示,为本申请实施例的一种电子设备的软件架构示意图,具体包括 决策模块301和搜网模块303。在另一些实施例中,电子设备还包括位置检测模块302、网络黑名单模块304、订阅模块305和通知模块306中的一个或多个。
需要说明的是,图3中所示的决策模块301、位置检测模块302、搜网模块303、网络黑名单管理模块304、订阅模块305、通知模块306可以集成在图2所示的处理器210中的一个或多个处理单元中。例如,决策模块301、位置检测模块302、搜网模块303、网络黑名单管理模块304、订阅模块305和通知模块306中的部分或全部可以集成在应用处理器、专用处理器等一个或多个处理器中。示例的,本申请实施例中的专用处理器可以为DSP、专用集成电路(application specific integrated circuit,ASIC)芯片等。在另一些实施例中,决策模块301、位置检测模块302、搜网模块303、网络黑名单管理模块304、订阅模块305、通知模块306也可以分别集成在不同的模块上,或者,部分集成在同一模块上等,对此不作限定。例如,网络黑名单管理模块304集成在图2所示的eSIM模块271上,决策模块301、位置检测模块302、搜网模块303、订阅模块305和通知模块306集成在图2所示的处理器210上。再例如,位置检测模块302集成在图2所示的定位传感器(例如GPS传感器)上,搜网模块303和通知模块306集成在图2所示的移动通信模块291上,而网络黑名单管理模块304集成在图2所示的eSIM模块271上,决策模块301、订阅模块305和通知模块306集成在图2所示的处理器210上。
应理解,图2所示的软件结构仅是一个示例。本申请实施例的电子设备可以具有比图中所示电子设备更多的或者更少的模块,可以组合两个或更多的模块等。图中所示出的各个模块可以在包括一个或多个信号处理和/或专用集成电路在内的硬件、软件、或硬件和软件的组合中实现。
其中,决策模块301用于在检测到第一触发事件(例如开机、或者关闭飞行模式、或者断网)时,触发搜网模块303基于已存储的至少两个profile进行搜网,得到与至少两个profile分别对应的搜网结果,然后搜网模块303将得到的与至少两个profile分别对应的搜网结果返回给决策模块301。再由决策模块301根据至少两个搜网结果,从至少两个profile中选择一个profile(为便于介绍,以下以决策模块301选择的profile为第一profile为例,第一profile用于接入第一运营商网络),并将该第一profile通知给eSIM271模块。eSIM模块271在当前已激活的profile(为便于介绍,以下以电子设备已存储的profile中当前已激活的profile为第二profile为例,第二profile用于接入第二运营商网络)不是第一profile时,去激活或停止激活第二profile,以及自动激活第一profile,然后向决策模块301发送profile激活通知,发起基于第一profile接入第一运营商网络的流程。
其中,搜网模块303可以从eSIM模块271获取至少两个profile,也可以是决策模块301发送给搜网模块303的。例如,决策模块301在检测到第一触发事件时,可以向搜网模块303发送至少两个profile,或者向搜网模块303发送用于指示至少两个profile的信息(例如至少两个profile索引)。搜网模块303可以根据用于指示至少两个profile的信息,从eSIM模块271获取至少两个profile。
需要说明的是,搜网模块303可以基于已存储的所有profile进行搜网,也可以基于已存储的所有profile中部分profile进行搜网,具体基于已存储的profile中哪些profile进行搜网,可以与预设具体策略相关。示例的,搜网模块303基于已存储的所有profile中用于接入用户所在地理位置所归属的国家的运营商网络的profile进行搜网。例如,电子设备中已存储有profile1、profile2和profile3。其中profile1用于接入中国运营商的网络,profile2 和profile3用于接入英国运营商的网络。当用户所在的地理位置所归属的国家为英国时,搜网模块303基于profile2和profile3进行搜网。示例的,电子设备基于哪些profile进行搜网可以是由决策模块301确定,也可以是由搜网模块303确定的。
在另一些实施例中,决策模块301在检测到第一触发事件时,可以先触发搜网模块303基于第二profile进行搜网,并判断本次搜网得到的PLMN与上一次搜网得到的PLMN是否相同。如果不同,则向决策模块301发送搜网通知。决策模块301接收到搜网通知后,再触发搜网模块303基于已存储的至少两个profile进行搜网。或者,在又一些实施例中,决策模块301检测到第一触发事件时,可以先向位置检测模块302发送位置检测通知。位置检测模块302在接收到位置检测通知后,获取用户当前所在的地理位置,并判断获取的用户当前所在的地理位置与上一次获取的用户的地理位置之间的距离是否超过第一阈值。如果超过第一阈值,则向决策模块301发送搜网通知。决策模块301在接收到搜网通知后,再触发搜网模块303基于已存储的至少两个profile进行搜网。进一步的,在另一些实施例中,如果获取的用户当前所在的地理位置与上一次获取的用户的地理位置之间的距离未超过第一阈值,但超过第二阈值,则触发搜网模块303基于已激活的profile进行搜网,搜网模块303基于第二profile进行搜网,并判断本次搜网得到的PLMN与上一次基于该第二profile搜网得到的PLMN是否相同。如果不同,则触发位置检测模块302向决策模块301发送搜网通知。需要说明的是,第一阈值和第二阈值可以是预先配置好的,其中第一阈值大于第二阈值,例如第一阈值为300千米,第二阈值可以为150千米。
在又一些实施例中,决策模块301用于在检测到第一触发事件时、或者接收到位置检测模块302、或搜网模块303发送的搜网通知时,触发订阅模块305获取与至少两个profile分别对应的运营商的套餐业务信息。订阅模块305获取到与至少两个profile分别对应的套餐业务信息发送给决策模块301。决策模块301可以基于与至少两个profile分别对应的套餐业务信息、和/或与至少两个profile分别对应的搜网结果,从至少两个profile中选择一个profile。
在另一些实施例中,决策模块301还用于在检测到第一触发事件时、或者接收到位置检测模块302、或搜网模块303发送的搜网通知时,从网络黑名单管理模块304获取网络黑名单。决策模块301在从至少两个profile中选择第一profile时,还参考网络黑名单,以避免接入网络黑名单中的网络。
此外,eSIM模块271在第二profile与第一profile不同时,向决策模块301发送运营商网络切换通知,决策模块301在接收到运营商网络切换通知后,向第二运营商网络发送开通呼叫转移业务的请求、和/或停止对第二profile对应的套餐业务计费的请求。决策模块301在通过订阅模块305接收到开通呼叫转移业务的响应、和/或停止对第二profile对应的套餐业务计费的响应后,触发eSIM模块271激活第一profile,以及去激活第二profile。eSIM模块271向决策模块301发送已激活第一profile的通知,由决策模块301基于第一profile发起接入第一运营商网络的流程。
进一步的,决策模块301在通过订阅模块305接收到开通呼叫转移业务的响应、和/或停止对第二profile对应的套餐业务计费的响应后,还触发通知模块306通知运营商停止对第二profile对应的套餐业务进行计费、和/或将第二profile包括的电话号码的来电转移到第一profile包括的电话号码上。
在另一些实施例中,决策模块301基于第一profile接入第一运营商网络后,触发订阅 模块305获取第一profile对应的套餐业务信息,并接收到订阅模块305发送的第一profile对应的套餐业务信息后,触发通知模块306向用户通知第一profile对应的套餐业务信息。以便于用户了解当前接入的运营商网络的套餐服务情况。
以下实施例均可以在具有上述硬件结构和/或软件结构的电子设备中实现。
下面以电子设备已存储的profile为至少两个profile,第一profile为已存储的profile中当前已激活的profile为例,对本申请实施例的切换运营商网络的方法进行介绍。
示例的,以开启和关闭飞行模式的场景为例,如图4所示,为本申请实施例的一种切换运营商网络的方法的流程示意图,具体包括以下步骤。
401、电子设备根据第一profile,接入第一运营商网络。
在一些实施例中,电子设备在接入第一运营商网络后,可以向用户提示已接入第一运营商网络。示例的,电子设备可以通过向用户提示第一运营商的标识,来提示用户已接入第一运营商网络。以第一运营商的标识为中国移动为例。电子设备在接入第一运营商网络后,可以通过在显示屏上向用户显示中国移动的标识,向用户提示已接入中国移动的网络。例如,电子设备在如图5中A所示的用户界面的状态栏中显示中国移动的标识。
402、电子设备检测到开启飞行模式的操作。
示例的,开启飞行模式的操作可以为用户对用于控制开启或关闭飞行模式的虚拟按键的操作。其中,用于控制开启或关闭飞行模式的虚拟按键可以位于系统设置界面上,也可位于上拉界面、或下拉界面上等。比如,系统设置界面可以是电子设备响应于点击设置图标的操作显示的。比如,上拉界面可以是电子设备响应于用户在显示屏上向上滑动的操作显示的。比如,下拉界面可以是电子设备响应于用户在显示屏上向下滑动的操作显示的。
例如,电子设备在显示屏上显示如图5中A所示用户界面,检测到用户在显示屏上向下滑动的操作,响应于用户向下滑动的操作,在显示屏上显示控制界面,其中控制界面上包括用于控制开启或关闭飞行模式的虚拟按键。示例的,控制界面可以如图5中B所示的用户界面。
又示例的,开启飞行模式的操作还可以为快捷手势操作,例如三指上滑等,或者语音指令等操作。
403、电子设备响应于开启飞行模式的操作,断开与第一运营商网络的连接。
在另一些实施例中,电子设备响应于开启飞行模式的操作,还可以向用户提示开启飞行模式。示例的,电子设备还可以通过在用户界面上将第一运营商的标识替换为飞行模式的标识,向用户提示已开启飞行模式。例如,电子设备响应于点击用于控制开启或关闭飞行模式的虚拟按键的操作,在用户界面的状态栏中显示飞行模式的标识,不再显示第一运营商的标识,以提示用户已开启飞行模式,已断开与第一运营商的网络连接。
404、电子设备检测到关闭飞行模式的操作。
示例的,电子设备在开启飞行模式后,关闭飞行模式的操作可以为对用于控制开启或关闭飞行模式的虚拟按键的操作,或者快捷手势操作,或者语音指令等。
405、电子设备响应于关闭飞行模式的操作,根据已存储的profile中的至少两个profile进行搜网,得到与至少两个profile分别对应的搜网结果。
在一些实施例中,电子设备响应于关闭飞行模式的操作,还向用户提示正在搜网中。示例的,电子设备响应于用户点击用于控制开启或关闭飞行模式的虚拟按键的操作,在显示屏上显示提示信息。其中提示信息用于提示电子设备正在搜网,例如,提示信息可以为 搜网中。例如,如图5中的C所示,电子设备在状态栏中将飞行模式的标识替换为“正在搜网”,以提示用户电子设备已关闭飞行模式,正在搜网。
例如,电子设备已存储的至少两个profile包括profile1和profile2。在这种情况下,profile1和profile2中的一个profile为第一profile。电子设备响应于关闭飞行模式的操作,根据profile1和profile2进行搜网,得到与profile1对应的搜网结果、以及与profile2对应的搜网结果。再例如,电子设备已存储的至少两个profile包括profile1、profile2和profile3。在这种情况下,profile1、profile2和profile3中的一个profile为电子设备中已存储的profile中的第一profile。电子设备响应于关闭飞行模式的操作,可以根据profile1、profile2和profile3进行搜网,也可以根据profile1和profile2进行搜网,又可以根据profile2和profile3进行搜网,还可以根据profile1和profile3进行搜网。在这种情况下,电子设备根据profile1、profile2和profile3中哪些profile进行搜网,与预设具体策略有关,可以参见上述对图3中软件架构中关于预设具体策略的相关介绍,在此不再赘述。
示例的,电子设备可以结合自身的设备硬件能力(例如射频能力、调制解调能力等),根据已存储的profile中的至少两个profile进行搜网,得到与至少两个profile分别对应的搜网结果。从而有助于提高搜网效率。
以电子设备根据profile1进行搜网为例。其中,profile1可以为电子设备中已存储的profile中的第一profile,也可以为其它profile,对此不作限定。例如,电子设备的射频能力不支持的网络制式为5G,支持的网络制式包括2G、3G和4G,则电子设备根据profile1进行搜网时,可以从网络制式为2G、3G和4G的网络中进行搜网,不会考虑网络制式为5G的网络。再例如,电子设备在根据profile1进行搜网时,既搜索到3G网络又搜索到4G网络,如果电子设备的调制解调能力3G优于4G,则在3G网络的网络信号强度稍弱于4G网络的网络信号强度的情况下,电子设备可以将搜索到的3G网络的相关信息,作为与profile1对应的搜网结果。但是,在4G网络的网络信号强度与3G网络的网络信号强度之差超过某一阈值时,即4G网络的网络信号强度超过3G网络的网络信号强度很多时,电子设备还是将搜索到的4G网络的相关信息,作为与profileA对应的搜网结果。
其中,搜网结果可以包括网络标识、网络制式、网络信号强度、和用于指示是否漫游的信息等中的一个或多个。示例的,网络标识可以为运营商的PLMN、或者自定义的标识等。网络制式可以包括2G、3G、4G、5G以及更高的网络制式(如6G)等。网络信号强度可以包括接收信号码功率(receive signal channel power,RSCP)、和/或接收信号强度指示(received signal strength indication,RSSI)等相关参数。示例的,本申请实施例中可以通过1比特或多比特的信息指示是否漫游,例如,通过比特值1指示漫游,比特值0指示不漫游。
此外,在一些实施例中,电子设备针对某一profile未搜索到任何网络时,与该profile对应的搜网结果为空。
以电子设备中已存储的N个profile进行搜网为例,N为大于或等于2的正整数,与上述N个profile分别对应的搜网结果可以如表1所示。

以图3所示电子设备为例,决策模块301响应于关闭飞行模式的操作,触发搜网模块303结合设备硬件能力,根据已存储的profile中的至少两个profile进行搜网,得到与至少两个profile分别对应的搜网结果。
在一些实施例中,电子设备还可以结合网络黑名单,根据已存储的profile中的至少两个profile进行搜网。其中,网络黑名单中可以包括一个或多个网络标识。从而有助于电子设备在搜网时避开网络黑名单中的网络。示例的,网络黑名单可以是预先配置的。例如,在电子设备出厂之前预先配置的。再例如,不同的地理位置对应的不同的网络黑名单。电子设备可以响应于关闭飞行模式的操作,根据用户当前所在的地理位置从服务器或者其它设备获取与该地理位置对应的网络黑名单。从而有助于提高搜网的可靠性,以及配置网络黑名单的灵活性。示例的,用户当前所在的地理位置可以是电子设备根据GPS传感器获取的信息得到的,也可以是基于位置服务(location based service,LBS)确定的,本申请实施例对获取地理位置信息的方式不作限定。
进一步的,在一些实施例中,电子设备响应于关闭飞行模式的操作,获取用户当前所在的地理位置(以下将该地理位置称之为地理位置1),并判断地理位置1与地理位置2之间的距离是否超过第一阈值。其中,地理位置2可以是电子设备响应于用户开启飞行模式的操作获取的,或者,该地理位置2是在获取地理位置1之前最近一次获取的地理位置。需要说明的是,获取地理位置1之前最近一次获取的地理位置可以称之为上一次获取的地理位置,而电子设备获取地理位置1之前最近一次获取的地理位置可以是在响应于用户开启飞行模式的操作时获取的,也可以是响应于其它触发事件获取的,对此不作限定。若地理位置1与地理位置2之间的距离超过第一阈值,电子设备再根据已存储的profile中至少两个profile进行搜网。示例的,地理位置1与地理位置2之间的距离未超过第一阈值,电子设备可以根据第一profile进行搜网,接入到第一运营商网络。又示例的,地理位置1与地理位置2之间的距离未超过第一阈值,但超过第二阈值时,根据第一profile进行搜网得到运营商的PLMN(以下以该运营商的PLMN为PLMN1为例)。电子设备判断PLMN1与PLMN2是否相同,其中,PLMN2可以是电子设备在开启飞行模式之前接入的第一运营商网络的运营商的PLMN,或者,PLMN2还可以是电子设备获取PLMN1之前最近一次获取的PLMN,其中获取PLMN1之前最近一次获取的PLMN也可以称之为上一次获取的PLMN。需要说明的是,获取PLMN1之前最近一次获取的PLMN可以是电子设备响应于用户开启飞行模式之前获取的,也可以是响应于其它触发事件获取的,对此不作限定。若PLMN1与PLMN2不同,则电子设备再根据已存储的profile中至少两个profile进行搜网。若PLMN1与PLMN2相同,则电子设备可以根据第一profile进行搜网,接入第一运营商网络。从而有助于减少电子设备搜网的次数,降低电子设备的功耗。
在另一些实施例,电子设备响应于关闭飞行模式的操作,还可以先根据第一profile进行搜网得到运营商的PLMNA,并判断PLMNA与PLMNB是否相同。PLMNB可以参见上述 示例中的PLMN2的相关介绍。如果PLMNA与PLMNB相同,则电子设备可以根据第一profile接入运营商网络。如果PLMNA与PLMNB不同,则电子设备执行步骤405。
示例的,电子设备进行搜网所基于的已存储的profile中的至少两个profile可以为已存储的profile中的部分或全部。
406、电子设备根据与至少两个profile分别对应的搜网结果,从至少两个profile中选择第二profile。
示例的,电子设备可以从至少两个profile中选择搜网结果满足预设条件的一个profile作为第二profile。例如,搜网结果包括网络标识、网络信号强度、网络制式和用于指示是否漫游的指示信息,电子设备可以从至少两个profile中选择指示处于非漫游状态、且网络信号强度大于预设阈值的一个profile作为第二profile。其中,预设阈值可以根据实际需要进行设置。以表1中profile索引为1、2、3、4和5的profile所对应的搜网结果为例,profile索引为1、2、3、4和5的profile的搜网结果中满足用于指示未漫游、且网络信号强度大于预设阈值(例如-50dbm)的profile为profile索引为2的profile,则profile索引为2的profile为电子设备从上述5个profile中选择的profile。
又示例的,电子设备还可以分别根据至少两个profile中每个profile对应的搜网结果,基于预设算法,对基于该profile搜索到的运营商网络进行打分,该分值用于综合评价基于该profile搜索到的运营商网络。电子设备根据至少两个profile分别对应的分值,从至少两个profile选择一个profile作为第二profile。例如,电子设备可以选择至少两个profile分别对应分值中的最大值所对应的profile作为第二profile。预设算法可以根据实际情况设定。例如,搜网结果包括的参数为网络标识、网络信号强度、用于指示是否漫游的信息、以及网络制式。其中,不同的参数可以对应不同的权重。具体的权重可以根据实际情况进行相应的设置。例如,不同的参数所占的权重可以如表2所示。

再示例的,电子设备还可以结合设备硬件能力(例如射频能力、调制解调能力等),根据与至少两个profile分别对应的搜网结果,从至少两个profile选择一个profile作为profile2。例如,与至少两个profile分别对应的搜网结果为如表1中的profile索引为6和N的profile对应的搜网结果,在电子设备的调制解调能力4G优于5G情况下,虽然网络制式为4G的网络信号强度略弱于网络制式为5G的网络信号强度,但是电子设备选择profile索引为N的profile作为第二profile。
再示例的,电子设备还可以结合与至少两个profile对应的套餐业务信息,再根据至少两个profile分别对应的搜网结果,从至少两个profile中选择一个profile作为第二profile。不但有助于使得基于选择的profile接入的运营商网络能够满足用户上网、语音通信等的需求,还能够在一定程度上节省资费。
其中,套餐业务信息包括漫游场景的套餐信息和非漫游场景的套餐信息。例如,套餐业务信息可以包括非漫游场景下的数据流量信息、语音时长和短信条数等,以及漫游场景 下的数据流量信息、语音时长和短信条数等。其中套餐业务信息还可以包括该套餐业务的资费信息。例如,套餐业务的资费信息包括非漫游场景下的套餐资费信息和漫游场景下的套餐资费信息。其中,套餐业务信息可以是电子设备在订购或开通套餐业务时由运营商或第三方发送给电子设备,也可以是电子设备在响应于关闭飞行模式的操作后,基于profile从自身已存储的套餐业务信息中获取的、或者基于profile从运营商或第三方获取的。本申请实施例对基于profile获取套餐业务信息的方式不作限定。
示例的,电子设备在结合套餐业务信息从至少两个profile中选择一个profile作为第二profile时,可以参见图6所示的选择profile的方法的流程示意图,具体包括以下步骤。
601、电子设备判断与至少两个profile分别对应的搜网结果中是否包括有效的搜网结果,若是则执行步骤602,否则本流程结束。其中,搜网结果不为空时,该搜网结果为有效的搜网结果。例如,电子设备基于profile1搜网时,未搜索到任何网络,则profile1对应的搜网结果为空,该profile1对应的搜网结果为无效的搜网结果。再例如,电子设备基于profile2搜网时,搜索到运营商的网络,则profile2对应的搜网结果不为空,搜网结果可以包括网络标识、网络信号强度、网络制式等信息,因此profile2对应的搜网结果为有效的搜网结果。
602、电子设备获取与至少两个profile分别对应的套餐业务信息。其中,获取套餐业务信息的方式可以参见上述相关介绍,在此不再赘述。
603、电子设备根据与至少两个profile对应的搜网结果,确定至少两个profile中处于漫游状态的profile和处于非漫游状态的profile。

例如,至少两个profile为表1中profile索引为1、2、5和6的profile,其中profile索引为1的profile对应的套餐业务信息用于指示月租为39元的套餐业务,具体包括非漫游场景下的5G(兆)流量、300条短信、120分钟语音,漫游场景下按实际使用情况单独计费;profile索引为2的profile对应的套餐业务信息用于指示月租为59元的套餐业务,具体包括非漫游场景下的10G流量、300条短信、180分钟语音;profile索引为5的profile对应的套餐业务信息用于指示月租为29元的套餐业务,具体包括非漫游场景下的3G流量、100条短信、60分钟语音,漫游场景下按实际使用情况单独计费;profile索引为6的profile对应的套餐业务信息用于指示月租为98元的套餐业务,具体包括非漫游场景下的20G流量、50条短信、100分钟语音。从表1中可以看出,profile索引为1和5的profile对应指示有漫游的信息,为有漫游的profile,因此电子设备根据profile索引为1和5对应的套餐业务信息中在漫游场景下的资费,确定与profile索引为1和5的profile分别对应的优选套餐业务,而profile索引为2和6的profile对应指示无漫游的信息,电子设备根据profile索引为2和6对应的套餐业务信息中在非漫游场景下的资费,确定与profile索引为2和6的profile分别对应的优选套餐业务。电子设备根据上述确定的优选套餐业务,可以从profile索引为1、2、5和6中选择一个profile,具体选择哪 个profile与具体实现策略相关,例如用户需要较多的语音时长时,如果profile2对应的优选套餐业务的资费更便宜,电子设备可以选择profile索引为2的profile;再例如,用户需要较多的流量时,电子设备可以选择profile索引为6的profile等。
此外,在另一些实施例中,电子设备可以基于与至少两个profile分别对应的搜网结果、以及套餐业务信息,对基于该profile搜索到的运营商网络进行打分,该分值用于综合评价基于该profile搜索到的运营商网络。电子设备根据至少两个profile分别对应的分值,从至少两个profile选择一个profile作为第二profile。例如,电子设备可以选择至少两个profile分别对应分值中的最大值所对应的profile作为第二profile。预设算法可以根据实际情况设定。示例的,可以针对搜网结果和套餐业务信息中不同的参数设置不同的权重。具体的权重可以根据实际情况进行相应的设置。例如,不同的参数所占的权重可以如表3所示。

上述仅为电子设备从至少两个profile中选择一个profile的示例性说明,本申请实施例还可以通过其它方式从至少两个profile中选择一个profile。例如,电子设备在从至少两个profile中选择profile时可以只考虑套餐业务信息,在这种情况下,示例的,电子设备响应于关闭飞行模式的操作,可以根据与至少两个profile对应的套餐业务信息,从至少两个profile中选择一个profile作为第二profile。然后电子设备根据第二profile进行搜网。
407、电子设备在第二profile与第一profile不同时,激活第二profile,根据第二profile接入第二运营商网络。在一些实施例中,电子设备仅支持接入一个运营商网络的情况下,还可以去激活第一profile。
示例的,电子设备在接入第二运营商网络后,还可以向用户提示接入第二运营商网络。例如,电子设备可以通过在状态栏中显示第二运营商的标识,来提示用户接入第二运营商网络。以第二运营商的标识为EE为例,电子设备在接入运营商EE的网络后,可以将状态栏中的“正在搜网中”替换为EE,例如如图5中的D所示的用户界面。
需要说明的是,第二运营商网络可以与第一运营商网络不同,也可以相同。
本申请实施例中,由于电子设备能够自动选择profile,与现有技术相比,用户可以无需手动操作,电子设备就能够根据实际情况进行profile的切换,从而接入到相应的运营上网络,满足用户的需求,提高了用户体验。
此外,本申请实施例还可以应用于开关机的场景中。在开关机的场景中,可以将步骤402~步骤405可以替换为以下步骤:
402′、电子设备检测到关机操作。示例的,关机操作可以为按压电源键(或者开机键)的操作,也可以为快捷手势操作,还可以为语音指令等。
403′、电子设备响应于关机操作,关机,并断开与第一运营商网络的连接。
404′、电子设备检测到开机操作。示例的,开机操作可以为按压电源键的操作等。

在一些实施例中,电子设备当自动切换网络功能已开启时,电子设备检测到关闭飞行模式的操作或者开机操作等,发起基于已存储的profile中至少两个profile进行搜网的流程。从而有助于提高用户与设备之间交互。示例的,电子设备当自动切换网络功能关闭时,电子设备检测到关闭飞行模式的操作,可以根据上次激活的第一profile进行搜网,具体可参见现有技术的相关实现方式,在此不再赘述。示例的,用户可以通过对用于控制开启或关闭自动切换网络功能的虚拟按键的操作,实现开启或关闭自动切换网络功能。又示例的,用户还可以通过其它方式开启或关闭自动切换网络功能,例如快捷手势操作、语音指令等。例如,用于控制开启或关闭自动切换网络功能的虚拟按键可以位于图7所示的用户界面上,也可以位于系统设置界面上等,对此不作限定。
进一步的,在一些实施例中,电子设备在第一profile和第二profile不同时,还可以向用户提示与第二profile对应的套餐业务。以便于用户在接入第二运营商网络后了解使用的套餐业务。示例的,电子设备可以以短信息的形式提示给用户,其中该短信息中包括用于指示与第二profile对应的套餐业务的信息。该短信息可以是运营商或第三方在电子设备接入第二运营商网络后发送给电子设备的。例如,第二profile对应的套餐业务为中国联通的腾讯大王卡套餐,电子设备可以通过图8A所示的用户界面,向用户提示与第二profile对应的套餐业务。又示例的,电子设备还可以以在显示屏上显示提示框的形式,向用户提示与第二profile对应的套餐业务。例如,第二profile对应的套餐业务为中国联通的腾讯大王卡套餐,电子设备可以通过在显示屏上显示图8B所示的提示框A,向用户提示第二profile对应的套餐业务。在一些实施例中,电子设备通过短消息或提示框向用户提示与第二profile对应的套餐业务时,还可以播放响铃或震动以提示用户。
此外,电子设备还可以通过其它方式提示用户,例如语音。电子设备在接入到第二运营商网络后,接收到第二运营商网络的呼叫请求,响应于用户接听该呼叫请求的操作,向用户播报接入第二运营商网络后用户所使用的套餐业务。
需要说明的是,电子设备在第一profile和第二profile不同时,可以主动向第二运营商网络获取与profile对应的套餐业务,也可以是第二运营商网络在电子设备接入成功后,主动下发给电子设备的,对此不作限定。
进一步的,电子设备在第一profile与第二profile不同时,还向第一运营商网络发送停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务收费的请求。从而有助于节省用户资费。第一运营商网络接收到电子设备发送的停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务的请求后,停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务计费,并向电子设备返回停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务收费的响应。电子设备接收到停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务收费的响应后,向用户提示第一profile对应的套餐业务已停止收费。其中,向用户提示停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务收费的方式,可以参见上述向用户提示与第二profile对应的套餐业务的方式。
在一些实际场景中,例如用户出差或旅游时间较短,如7天、10天等,则开通第二profile对应的套餐业务的有效期较短,在这种情况下,电子设备可以不向第一运营商发送停止对 第一profile对应的套餐业务收费的请求信息。示例的,电子设备在第一profile与第二profile不同时,判断与第二profile对应的套餐业务的有效期是否超过预设期限,当与第二profile对应的套餐业务的有效期超过预设期限时,向第一运营商网络发送停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务收费的请求。当与第二profile对应的套餐业务的有效期未超过预设期限时,不向第一运营商网络发送停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务收费的请求。预设期限可以根据实际情况进行设置,例如在中国,通常是按月付费的,因此预设期限可以设置为1个月。
示例的,本申请实施例中,停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务收费,可以理解为第一运营商不再对用户收取第一profile对应的套餐业务的费用,即第一运营商变更第一profile对应的套餐业务的状态为停用。进一步的,第一运营商还可以将第一profile对应的套餐业务变更为停机保号业务。
在另一些实施例中,电子设备在第一profile与第二profile不同时,还向第一运营商网络发送开通呼叫转移业务的请求。该呼叫转移业务请求用于将电话号码A上的来电转移到电话号码B上,其中电话号码A为第一profile包括的电话号码,电话号码B为第二profile包括的电话号码。第一运营商网络接收到电子设备发送的开通呼叫转移业务的请求后,开通呼叫转移业务,将电话号码A上的来电转移到电话号码B上,然后向电子设备发送开通呼叫转移业务的响应。其中,该开通呼叫转移业务的响应用于指示呼叫转移业务开通成功。当呼叫转移业务开通成功后,电子设备可以在使用电话号码B时,能够接收到拨打电话号码A的来电。从而有助于避免用户漏接电话。需要说明的是,示例的,电子设备可以在接收到开通呼叫转移业务的响应后,再激活第二profile。
在另一些实施例中,电子设备接收到开通呼叫转移业务的响应后,还可以向用户提示将电话号码A上的来电转移到电话号码B上。有助于使得用户知道电话号码A上的来电转移到电话号码B上。
示例的,第一运营商网络可以以短信息的形式向用户发送开通呼叫转移业务的响应,在这种情况下,电子设备可以短信息的形式向用户提示开通呼叫转移业务。以第一运营商网络为中国联通为例,例如,电话号码A为1338864,电话号码B为162359,电子设备可以通过图9所示的用户界面向用户提示开通呼叫转移业务。又示例的,电子设备还可以以提示框的方式向用户提示开通呼叫转移业务,将电话号码A的来电转移到电话号码B上。
进一步的,电子设备当重新激活第一profile时或者基于第一profile接入第一运营商网络时,还可以向第一运营商网络发送取消呼叫转移业务的请求。
需要说明的是,以提示框的方式向用户提示信息为例,电子设备可以通过一个提示框向用户提示停止对第一profile对应的套餐业务收费、与第二profile对应的套餐业务和开通呼叫转移业务中的一个或多个以上,具体通过几个提示框向用户提示,可以根据实际需要进行设置。
另外,本申请实施例中电子设备可以向运营商网络获取套餐业务信息、或者开通呼叫转移业务请求、或者停用套餐业务请求等。为了提高电子设备与运营商网络的交互的安全性,电子设备每次向运营商网络发送消息(例如业务请求)时,即运营商网络为电子设备提供服务之前,均需要对电子设备的合法性进行鉴权或认证,并在认证通过后,再为电子设备提供相应的服务。以图3所示的电子设备的结构为例,电子设备是通过订阅模块305向运营商网络发送业务请求(例如获取套餐业务的请求、开通或取消呼叫转移业务的请求、 或者停用套餐业务的请求等),为了便于实现运营商网络对电子设备的鉴权,可以通过在订阅模块集成鉴权(entitlement service,ES)协议栈,其中,ES协议栈中可以包括运营商规定的私有鉴权标准或者国际通用标准。
示例的,运营商网络可以通过ES服务器和WS服务器实现对电子设备的鉴权或认证。例如,鉴权或认证的方法流程可以如图10所示,具体包括以下步骤。
1001、电子设备需要向运营商网络发起业务请求时,向ES服务器发送设备鉴权请求。
1002、ES服务器接收到设备鉴权请求后,向电子设备返回设备鉴权响应,设备鉴权响应用于指示电子设备发起鉴权二次挑战。
1003、电子设备接收到设备鉴权响应后,向ES服务器发送设备鉴权二次挑战请求。
1004、ES服务接收到设备鉴权二次挑战请求后,向终端返回设备鉴权二次挑战响应,设备鉴权二次挑战响应用于指示电子设备鉴权成功。
1005、电子设备接收到设备鉴权二次挑战响应后,向ES服务器发送业务请求。
1006、ES服务器接收到电子设备发送的业务请求后,向电子设备返回门户网站(portal)网址。
1007、电子设备根据portal网址向WS服务器获取portal网页的请求。
1008、WS服务器接收到获取portal网页的请求,向电子设备返回portal网页。
1009、电子设备接收到portal网页后,接收用户在portal网页上输入验证码的操作,在portal网页上输入验证码。
1010,电子设备检测到用户输入验证码完成后,将验证码发送给WS服务器进行校验。
1011,WS服务器在接收到验证码后,对验证码进行校验,并将校验结果返回给电子设备。
其中,需要说明的是,在一些实施例中,上述鉴权过程是在profile激活的情况下完成的。在这种情况下,当电子设备向运营商网络发送消息(例如业务请求)时,可以无需再对电子设备的合法性进行鉴权或认证。例如,电子设备在激活第一Profile时执行上述鉴权过程,当电子设备当需要向第一运营商网络发送开通呼叫转移业务的请求时,可以无需再执行上述鉴权过程,执行开通呼叫转移业务的流程即可。
下面结合具体场景对本申请实施例的方法进行介绍。以用户定居在中国,出差英国一个月为例。用户当前位于中国,计划在北京时间2019年7月1号-2019年7月31到英国出差一个月,用户当前电子设备上已激活的profile为profile1,电子设备当前基于profile1接入中国移动的网络,为用户提供服务。但是用户为了节省资费,在中国提前开通英国运营商EE的eSIM套餐业务,有效期为一个月。英国运营商EE或第三方(如卡商)等在检测到用户开通eSIM套餐业务后,将profile2发送给电子设备。电子设备上已经存储的profile包括profile1和profile2。用户在北京时间2019年6月30号上飞机后将电子设备开启飞行模式,在北京时间2019年7月1号到达英国下飞机后,关闭飞行模式,电子设备profile1和profile2进行自动搜网,并根据搜网结果激活profile2,然后去激活profile1,从而使得电子设备可以根据profile2接入英国运营商EE网络,有助于避免电子设备无法根据profile1搜索到网络,无法进行通信。另外,由于电子设备是自动激活profile2的,无需用户手动操作,因此有助于进一步提高用户体验。
此外,本申请实施例还提供了一种切换运营商网络的方法。下面以电子设备已存储的profile为至少两个profile,第一profile为已存储的profile中当前已激活的profile为例,对切换 运营商网络的方法进行介绍。
示例的,如图11所示,为本申请实施例的一种切换运营商网络的方法的流程示意图,具体包括以下步骤。
1101、电子设备根据第一profile,接入第一运营商网络。
1102、电子设备检测到第一操作,第一操作用于断开与第一运营商网络的连接。
例如,第一操作为开启飞行模式的操作。再例如,第一操作为关机操作。
1103、响应于第一操作,断开与第一运营商网络的连接。
1104、电子设备检测到第二操作,第二操作用于恢复网络连接。
例如,第二操作为关闭飞行模式的操作。再例如,第二操作为开机操作。
1105、响应于第二操作,电子设备获取第一参数。
1106、当第一参数满足第一条件时,电子设备激活已存储的profile中的第二profile,第二profile与第一profile不同。
示例的,第一参数为第一地理位置,第一地理位置用于指示电子设备当前所在的地理位置,第一参数满足第一条件可以理解为:第一地理位置与第二地理位置之间的距离大于或等于第一阈值。第二地理位置为电子设备响应于关于操作,断开与第一运营商网络的连接之前获取的。
又示例的,第一参数为第一PLMN。比如,电子设备根据第一profile搜网获取第一PLMN。第一参数满足第一条件可以理解为:第一PLMN与第二PLMN不同。第二PLMN为电子设备接入第一运营商网络时的PLMN。
上述是以第一参数为地理位置、PLMN为例进行说明书的,本申请实施例中第一参数还可以为其它参数,对此不作限定。
具体的,第二profile为已存储的profile中不同于第一profile的profile。示例的,第二profile可以是根据已存储的profile中部分profile分别对应的搜网结果确定的。部分profile的确定方式可以参见图4中的相关介绍,在此不再赘述。例如,第二profile是根据与第二profile对应的搜网结果、以及与第三profile对应的搜网结果确定的。此外,在另一些实施例中,电子设备确定第二profile还可以参考网络黑名单、套餐业务信息等,对此不作限定。
1107、电子设备根据第二profile,接入第二运营商网络。
在图11所示的切换运营商网络的方法中,也可以开通呼叫转移业务、停止第一profile对应的套餐业务的计费、或去激活第一profile等,具体实现方式可以参见图4中的相关介绍,在此不再赘述。
上述各个实施例可以单独使用,也可以相互结合使用,以实现不同的技术效果。
上述本申请提供的实施例中,从电子设备作为执行主体的角度对本申请实施例提供的方法进行了介绍。为了实现上述本申请实施例提供的方法中的各功能,电子设备可以包括硬件结构和/或软件模块,以硬件结构、软件模块、或硬件结构加软件模块的形式来实现上述各功能。上述各功能中的某个功能以硬件结构、软件模块、还是硬件结构加软件模块的方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。
基于相同的构思,图12所示为本申请提供的一种电子设备1200。示例的,电子设备1200包括至少一个处理器1210和存储器1220。其中,处理器1210与存储器1220、显示屏1230和存储器1220耦合,本申请实施例中的耦合是装置、单元或模块之间的间接耦合 或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式,用于装置、单元或模块之间的信息交互。
具体的,存储器1220用于存储程序指令。处理器1210调用存储器1220中存储的程序指令时,使得电子设备1200执行本申请实施例的切换运营商网络的方法。例如,处理器1210调用存储器1220中存储的程序指令是,使得电子设备1200执行图4所示的切换运营商网络的方法。
在一些实施例中,电子设备1200还包括显示屏1230。显示屏1230用于向用户提示开通呼叫转移业务、或者第二profile对应的套餐业务等。
应理解,该电子设备1200可以用于实现本申请实施例的切换运营商网络的方法,相关特征可以参照上文,此处不再赘述。

  1. 一种切换运营商网络的方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于电子设备,所述电子设备中存储有第一配置文件profile和第二profile,所述第一profile为当前已激活的profile,所述方法包括:
    所述电子设备根据所述第一profile,接入第一运营商网络;
    所述电子设备检测到第一操作,所述第一操作用于断开网络连接;
    所述电子设备响应于所述第一操作,断开与所述第一运营商网络的连接;
    所述电子设备检测到第二操作,所述第二操作用于恢复网络连接;
    所述电子设备响应于所述第二操作,根据所述第一profile和所述第二profile进行搜网,得到与所述第一profile对应的搜网结果、以及与所述第二profile对应的搜网结果;
    所述电子设备根据与所述第一profile对应的搜网结果、和第二profile对应的搜网结果,激活所述第二profile,根据所述第二profile接入第二运营商网络。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述电子设备向所述第一运营商网络发送开通呼叫转移业务的请求,所述开通呼叫转移业务的请求用于将第一电话号码的来电转移到第二电话号码上,所述第一电话号码为所述第一profile中包括的电话号码,所述第二电话号码为所述第二profile中包括的电话号码;
    所述电子设备接收到开通呼叫转移业务的第一响应,则向用户提示将所述第一电话号码的来电转移到所述第二电话号码上;
    所述第一响应用于指示呼叫转移业务开通成功,且所述第一响应是针对所述开通呼叫转移业务的请求返回的。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述电子设备向所述第一运营商网络发送停止对所述第一profile对应的套餐业务计费的请求;
    所述电子设备接收到停止对所述第一profile对应的套餐业务计费的第二响应,向用户提示所述第一运营商网络停止对所述第一profile对应的套餐业务计费;
    所述第二响应用于指示停止对所述第一profile对应的套餐业务计费失败,且所述第二响应是针对所述停止对所述第一profile对应的套餐业务计费的请求返回的。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备向所述第一运营商网络发送停止对所述第一profile对应的套餐业务计费的请求,包括:
    所述电子设备当与所述第二profile对应的套餐业务的有效期大于或等于第一时长时,向所述第一运营商网络发送停止对所述第一profile对应的套餐业务计费的请求。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备激活所述第二profile后,所述方法还包括:

    所述电子设备响应于所述第二操作,获取第一地理位置;所述第一地理位置用于指示用户当前所在的地理位置;
    所述电子设备判断所述第一地理位置与第二地理位置之间的距离是否大于或等于第一阈值;所述第二地理位置是所述电子设备响应于第一操作,断开与所述第一运营商网络的连接之前获取的;
    所述电子设备当所述第一地理位置与所述第二地理位置之间的距离大于或等于第一阈值时,根据所述第一profile和所述第二profile进行搜网,得到与所述第一profile对应的搜网结果、以及与所述第二profile对应的搜网结果。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述电子设备当所述第一地理位置与所述第二地理位置之间的距离小于第一阈值、且大于或等于第二阈值时,根据所述第一profile进行搜网,获取第一公共陆地移动网络PLMN;其中,所述第一阈值大于所述第二阈值;
    所述电子设备判断第一PLMN与第二PLMN是否相同,所述第二PLMN是所述电子设备接入所述第一运营商网络时的PLMN;
    所述电子设备当所述第一PLMN与所述第二PLMN不同时,根据所述第一profile和所述第二profile进行搜网,得到与所述第一profile对应的搜网结果、以及与所述第二profile对应的搜网结果。
  10. 如权利要求1至7任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备响应于所述第二操作,根据所述第一profile和所述第二profile进行搜网,得到与所述第一profile对应的搜网结果、以及与所述第二profile对应的搜网结果,包括:
    所述电子设备响应于所述第二操作,根据所述第一profile进行搜网,获取第一PLMN;
    所述电子设备判断第一PLMN与第二PLMN是否相同;所述第二PLMN是所述电子设备接入所述第一运营商网络时的PLMN;
    所述电子设备当所述第一PLMN与所述第二PLMN不同时,根据所述第一profile和所述第二profile进行搜网,得到与所述第一profile对应的搜网结果、以及与所述第二profile对应的搜网结果。
  11. 如权利要求1至10任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备根据与所述第一profile对应的搜网结果、和第二profile对应的搜网结果,激活所述第二profile,包括:
    所述电子设备根据与所述第一profile对应的搜网结果、第二profile对应的搜网结果、与所述第一profile对应的套餐业务信息、和与所述第二profile对应的套餐业务信息,激活所述第二profile;和/或,
    所述电子设备根据与所述第一profile对应的搜网结果、第二profile对应的搜网结果、和预先配置的网络黑名单,激活所述第二profile。
  12. 如权利要求1至11任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一操作为开启飞行模式的操作,所述第二操作为关闭飞行模式的操作;或者,所述第一操作为关机操作,所述第 二操作为开机操作。
  13. 一种切换运营商网络的方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于电子设备,所述电子设备中存储有第一配置文件profile、和第二profile,所述第一profile为当前已激活的profile,所述方法包括:
    所述电子设备根据所述第一profile,接入第一运营商网络;
    所述电子设备检测到第一操作,所述第一操作用于断开网络连接;
    所述电子设备响应于所述第一操作,断开与所述第一运营商网络的连接;
    所述电子设备检测到第二操作,所述第二操作用于恢复网络连接;
    所述电子设备响应于所述第二操作,获取第一地理位置;所述第一地理位置用于指示用户当前所在的地理位置;
    当所述第一地理位置与第二地理位置之间的距离大于或等于第一阈值时,所述电子设备激活所述第二profile,根据所述第二profile接入第二运营商网络,第二地理位置是电子设备响应于第一操作,断开与第一运营商网络的连接之前获取的。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备中还存储有第三profile;
    当所述第一地理位置与第二地理位置之间的距离大于或等于第一阈值时,所述电子设备激活所述第二profile,包括:
    当所述第一地理位置与第二地理位置之间的距离大于或等于第一阈值时,所述电子设备根据所述第二profile和所述第三profile进行搜网,得到与所述第二profile对应的搜网结果、和与所述第三profile对应的搜网结果;
    所述电子设备根据与所述第二profile对应的搜网结果、和与所述第三profile对应的搜网结果,确定激活所述第二profile和所述第三profile中的所述第二profile;
    所述电子设备激活所述第二profile。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括处理器、存储器、显示屏和摄像头;其中所述处理器与所述存储器、所述显示屏和所述摄像头相耦合;
    所述存储器,用于存储程序指令;
    所述处理器,用于读取所述存储器中存储的所述程序指令,结合所述显示屏和所述摄像头,以实现如权利要求1至14任一所述的方法。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有程序指令,当所述程序指令在电子设备上运行时,使得所述电子设备执行如权利要求1至14任一所述的方法。
  17. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,当所述计算机程序产品在电子设备上运行时,使得所述电子设备执行如权利要求1至14任一所述的方法。
  18. 一种芯片,其特征在于,所述芯片与电子设备中的存储器耦合,控制所述电子设备执行如权利要求1至14任一所述的方法。
