现在厨房小家电种类繁多,功能也是各具特色;然而因为不同的功能有的需要加热有的又不需要加热,有的功能需要电机高速转动如粉碎,有的又要求电机输出的功率较低即低速转动,这就对料理机提出了很高的要求。
如何突破料理机的各种功能之间的限制,使得料理机能灵活的融合不同的功能,对使用者来说既可以减少开支又可以便于收纳。
发明内容
本发明提供一种多功能烹饪机。

应当理解,尽管在本申请中可能采用术语第一、第二、第三等来描述各种信息,但这些信息不应限于这些术语。这些术语仅用来将同一类型的信息彼此区分开。例如,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,第一信息也可以被称为第二信息,类似地,第二信息也可以被称为第一信息。取决于语境,如在此所使用的词语“如果”可以被解释成为“在……时”或“当……时”或“响应于确定”。
下面结合附图,对本发明的一种多功能烹饪机进行详细说明。在不冲突的情况下,下述的实施例及实施方式中的特征可以相互组合。
请参照图1至9所示,本申请一种多功能烹饪机100,包括机座1及组装于所述机座1的锅体2。所述机座1内设有驱动组件3,所述锅体2包括底座20及与底座20组装的锅身21,所述底座20内设有与所述驱动组件3适配的动力组件4,所述锅身21内可拆卸地设有在所述动力组件4的驱动下转动的搅拌组件6。通过机座1内的驱动组件3驱动动力组件4,在动力组件4的驱动下搅拌组件6进行工作,可降低驱动组件3的功率从而实现烹饪机低速搅拌的功能。
所述锅身21包括侧壁210及底壁211。所述底壁211上设有加热组件212及温控组件213。所述锅身21与所述底座20之间设有隔热板214。设置加热组件212能使烹饪机实现煎炸蒸煮的功能,设置温控组件213防止在使用过程产生糊锅等问题,隔热板214的设置能减少加热组件212的热量向下辐射影响磁性驱动组件5的正常使用。
在一实施例中,所述驱动组件3包括电机30及与所述电机30转动连接的 第一减速齿轮组31。所述第一减速齿轮组31包括第一齿轮310及第二齿轮311。所述第一齿轮310组装于电机轴的尾端,所述第二齿轮311通过传送带与所述第一齿轮310传动连接。第一减速齿轮组31与电机30连接降低了第二齿轮311输出的速率。所述第一齿轮310与第二齿轮311的传动比大于2。
所述机座1包括基体10及与基体10组装的底板11。所述基体10上形成容置所述第二齿轮311的第一容置腔12及容置所述底座20的第二容置腔13,所述第二齿轮的输出轴3110上设有伸入所述第二容置腔13的第一联轴器32,所述动力组件4上设有与所述第一联轴器32适配的第二联轴器33。通过设置第一联轴器32及第二联轴器33确保了第一减速齿轮组31与动力组件4连接后具有较好的同轴度,从而确保动能转换效率。所述机座1上还包括收容所述电机30的收容腔15,所述电机30外设置有位于所述收容腔15内的电机罩34,所述电机30与设置于所述收容腔15内的电源板14电性连接。所述基体10在所述收容腔15的上方设有控制面板35,所述控制面板35与所述电源板14电连接。
进一步地,所述第二容置腔13的侧壁上设置有若干收纳槽130,所述底座20与所述收纳槽130对应的位置设有凸筋203。当所述锅体2组装于所述机座1后,所述凸筋203置于所述收纳槽130内以限制所述锅体2在周向的转动。凸筋203与收纳槽130的适配设置确保了二者组装后的稳定性,避免了工作过程中锅体2可能发生的周向位移。
在一实施例中,所述动力组件4包括传动轴组件40及与所述传动轴组件40转动连接的磁性驱动组件5。所述传动轴组件40包括传动轴401及设置于所述传动轴401上与所述磁性驱动组件5连接的第三齿轮403。所述第二联轴器33设置于所述传动轴401上。将动力组件4分设为传动轴组件40及磁性驱动组件5对电机30的转速进行二级降速,确保搅拌组件6的低速转动。
所述底座20上设有第三容置腔201,所述第三容置腔201的中心设有收容部202。所述传动轴401至少部分收容于所述收容部202内并与所第二齿轮311的轴同轴设置。传动轴401与第二齿轮311同轴设置确保了驱动组件3动能的最大化传输避免了结构性损耗。所述传动轴401上设有收容于所述收容部202 内的含油轴承以固定所述传动轴401,避免其在转动过程中的周向晃动。诚然,在另一实施例中,所述动力组件4的磁性驱动组件5可以直接与所述第二齿轮311转动连接即省略传动轴组件。若驱动组件3的结构与前述实施例相同则驱动组件3与动力组件4对电机30只能进行一级降速。
所述磁性驱动组件5包括第一支架50及设置于所述第一支架50的第四齿轮51及磁性组件52。所述第四齿轮51设置于所述第一支架50下方且与所述第三齿轮403啮合连接。所述磁性组件52设置于所述第一支架50上方并驱动所述搅拌组件6转动。通过第一支架50将第四齿轮51及磁性组件52进行固定,确保多功能烹饪机100工作时的稳定性,所述第四齿轮51与第三齿轮403啮合连接对电机30的转速进行二级降速,磁性组件52与搅拌组件6配合结构简单且性能可靠。
所述磁性组件52包括第一磁铁520及组装所述第一磁铁520的组装盒521,所述第一支架50上设有第一转动轴501,所述第一转动轴501穿过所述组装盒521并通过螺母53将所述磁性组件52组装固定于所述第一支架50。磁性组件52通过组装盒521组装并固定于第一支架50有效避免了第一磁铁520的损坏并确保磁性组件52的正常工作。
具体的,所述第四齿轮51的中心设有通孔,所述第一支架50的第一转动轴501穿过所述通孔且在其末端设有卡槽502,所述卡槽502内设有垫片及卡簧以将所述第四齿轮51与第一支架50组装固定。所述第一支架50与所述第一转动轴501组装处设有含油轴承54以确保第一转动轴501能顺畅的转动。所述组装盒521包括盒底及盒盖,所述盒底与盒盖组装后形成容纳所述第一磁铁520的容置腔,所述盒底、第一磁铁520及盒盖的中心分别设有组装孔,所述组装孔同心设置,所述第一转动轴501穿过所述组装孔后借助螺母53将所述磁性组件52与第一支架50组装固定,以实现磁性组件52随第一转动轴501同步转动。
所述搅拌组件6包括第二转动轴60及可拆卸组装于所述第二转动轴60上的旋转件61,所述旋转件61包括主体部610及自所述主体部610延伸的搅拌桨611。所述主体部610内设有与所述第一磁铁520适配的第二磁铁62。设置第二 转动轴60避免了在锅身21上设置组装孔,使得烹饪机可进行除搅拌功能的其他功能如煎炒蒸煮,第二磁铁62与第一磁铁520适配简化了搅拌组件6的结构且确保了搅拌效率。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种多功能烹饪机,其特征在于,包括机座(1)及组装于所述机座(1)的锅体(2),所述机座(1)内设有驱动组件(3),所述锅体(2)包括底座(20)及与底座(20)组装的锅身(21),所述底座(20)内设有与所述驱动组件(3)适配的动力组件(4),所述锅身(21)内可拆卸地设有在所述动力组件(4)的驱动下转动的搅拌组件(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能烹饪机,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(3)包括电机(30)及与所述电机(30)转动连接的第一减速齿轮组(31)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能烹饪机,其特征在于,所述第一减速齿轮组(31)包括第一齿轮(310)及第二齿轮(311),所述第一齿轮(310)组装于所述电机(30)的电机轴尾端,所述第二齿轮(311)通过传送带与所述第一齿轮(310)传动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能烹饪机,其特征在于,所述机座(1)包括基体(10)及与基体(10)组装的底板(11),所述基体(10)上形成容置所述第二齿轮(311)的第一容置腔(12)及容置所述底座(20)的第二容置腔(13),所述第二齿轮的输出轴(3110)上设有伸入所述第二容置腔(13)的第一联轴器(32),所述动力组件(4)上设有与所述第一联轴器(32)适配的第二联轴器(33)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能烹饪机,其特征在于,所述第二容置腔(13)的侧壁上设置有若干收纳槽(130),所述底座(20)与所述收纳槽(130)对应的位置设有凸筋(203),当所述锅体(2)组装于所述机座(1)后,所述凸筋(203)置于所述收纳槽(130)内以限制所述锅体(2)在周向的转动。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的多功能烹饪机,其特征在于,所述动力组件(4)包括传动轴组件(40)及与所述传动轴组件(40)转动连接的磁性驱动组件(5),所述传动轴组件(40)包括传动轴(401)及设置于所述传动轴(401)上与所述磁性驱动组件(5)连接的第三齿轮(403)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多功能烹饪机,其特征在于,所述磁性驱动组件 (5)包括第一支架(50)及设置于所述第一支架(50)的第四齿轮(51),所述第四齿轮(51)设置于所述第一支架(50)下方且与所述第三齿轮(403)啮合连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多功能烹饪机,其特征在于,所述磁性驱动组件(5)包括磁性组件(52),所述磁性组件(52)设置于所述第一支架(50)上方并包括第一磁铁(520),所述搅拌组件(6)包括与所述第一磁铁(520)适配的第二磁铁(62),使得所述搅拌组件(6)被所述磁性驱动组件(5)驱动而转动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的多功能烹饪机,其特征在于,所述磁性组件(52)包括组装所述第一磁铁(520)的组装盒(521),所述第一支架(50)上设有第一转动轴(501),所述第一转动轴(501)穿过所述组装盒(521)并通过螺母(53)将所述磁性组件(52)组装固定于所述第一支架(50)。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的多功能烹饪机,其特征在于,所述搅拌组件(6)包括第二转动轴(60)及可拆卸组装于所述第二转动轴(60)上的旋转件(61),所述旋转件(61)包括主体部(610)及自所述主体部(610)延伸的搅拌桨(611),所述主体部(610)内设有所述第二磁铁(62)。
  11. 根据权利要求6到10中任一项所述的多功能烹饪机,其特征在于,所述底座(20)上设有第三容置腔(201),所述第三容置腔(201)的中心设有收容部(202),所述传动轴(401)至少部分收容于所述收容部(202)内并与所第二齿轮(311)的轴同轴设置。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的多功能烹饪机,其特征在于,所述锅身(21)包括侧壁(210)及底壁(211),所述底壁(211)上设有加热组件(212)及温控组件(213),所述锅身(21)与所述底座(20)之间设有隔热板(214)。
