所述刷体11也可以用可塑形的材料制造,可以根据牙齿外部轮廓,预先对所述刷体11进行一定程度的塑形,当所述刷体11从所述弯管12-1中伸出后,可以基本保持预先设定的形状。
所述伸缩机构200是滑动型伸缩机构、或旋转型伸缩机构。所述伸缩机构200可以是滑动型伸缩机构,通过滑动的运动方式将所述内置式牙间刷101从所述手柄300中推出或收回。所述伸缩机构200也可以是旋转型伸缩机构,如采用螺纹螺杆的运动方式,通过旋转所述伸缩机构200将所述内置式牙间刷101从所述手柄300中推出或收回。当然,本领域的技术人员还可以根据需要设计出不同结构的所述伸缩机构200,都并不脱离本申请的保护范围。
所述伸缩机构200是滑动型伸缩机构201;所述滑动型伸缩机构201含滑槽21和滑块22;推动所述滑块22沿所述滑槽21往复运动,就可以将所述内置式牙间刷101从所述手柄300内伸出或收回。所述滑槽21可设置在所述手柄300的壳体32上,所述滑块22通过连接端22-1和所述内置式牙间刷101的连接部13连接,将所述内置式牙间刷101和所述伸缩机构200连接成一个整体。使用时,上下推动所述滑块22,所述滑块22沿所述滑槽21上下运动,当所述滑块22向上运动时,所述滑块22就带动所述内置式牙间刷101向上运动,所述内置式牙间刷101从所述手柄300中伸出,即可对牙缝进行清洁。清洁完毕时,只需向下推动所述滑块22,所述滑块22即可带动所述内置式牙间刷101向下运动,所述内置式牙间刷101被收回所述手柄300的纳物空间31内。
所述内置式牙间刷101可拆卸地安装在所述伸缩机构200上。所述内置式牙间刷101可拆卸地安装在所述伸缩机构200上,可以在需要的时候对所述内置式牙间刷101进行更换,使用过程更加清洁、卫生。
所述内置式牙间刷101通过凹凸卡配合连接方式、或螺纹连接方式、或过盈配合连接方式连接在所述伸缩机构200上。申请人在此只列举了上述几种可拆卸的连接方式,本领域的技术人员可以根据需要设计出不同的可拆卸连接方式,都并不脱离本申请的保护范围。
所述内置式牙间刷101不可拆卸地安装在所述伸缩机构200上。所述内置式牙间刷101 也可以不可拆卸地安装在上述伸缩机构200上,可以更有效地防止使用过程中所述内置式牙间刷101脱落,尤其是当所述内置式牙间刷101是内置式牙间刷101时,可以将所述递送器12通过所述连接部13固定安装在所述伸缩机构200上,清洁完毕后只需要更换所述刷体11即可,既满足了定期更换工具,方便清洁的卫生要求,又可以防止在清洁过程中所述内置式牙间刷101从所述伸缩机构200上脱落,使用过程更加安全。
所述内置式牙间刷101通过粘接或整体制造的方式连接在所述伸缩机构200上。所述内置式牙间刷101可通过粘接、整体制造、超声焊接等各种方式固定连接在所述伸缩机构200上。
组装时,首先将所述手柄300的底盖33取下,将所述内置式牙间刷101和所述伸缩机构200连接在一起,将所述内置式牙间刷101和所述伸缩机构200一起从所述手柄300的底部置入所述纳物空间31内,将所述伸缩机构200的滑块22安装在所述滑槽21内,装上所述底盖33即可。
使用时,向上推动所述滑块22,将所述内置式牙间刷101从所述手柄300中推出即可。如所述内置式牙间刷101是内置式牙间刷101,则在将所述内置式牙间刷101从所述手柄300中推出后,先将所述刷体11退回所述递送器12前端的弯管12-1内,将所述递送器12前端的弯管12-1的端面12-11顶住需要清洁的牙缝处,推动所述刷体11,所述刷体11的工作部11-1从所述弯管12-1中伸出并进入牙缝,即可对牙缝进行清洁。
本发明之可伸缩型内置式牙间刷含内置式牙间刷101、伸缩机构200和手柄300。所述内置式牙间刷101和所述伸缩机构200连接在一起,驱动所述伸缩机构200,可带动所述内置式牙间刷101从所述手柄300中伸出。所述内置式牙间刷101的递送器12的端面12-11是斜面,与所述可伸缩型内置式牙间刷900的轴向呈β角,所述β角小于90°。在所述端面12-11的上部形成锐角锥度,锥尖的位置刚好可以镶嵌在牙缝中,推动所述刷体11,所述刷体11的工作部11-1从所述弯管12-1中伸出并进入牙缝,很好地解决了现有内置式牙间刷难以对准牙缝,容易刺伤牙龈组织的问题,而且锥度的结构更加不容易滑脱,定位更加方便、稳定。

具体实施方式
实施例:本发明之可伸缩型内置式牙间刷
参考图1至图4,本发明之可伸缩型内置式牙间刷含内置式牙间刷101、伸缩机构200及手柄300。
所述内置式牙间刷101含刷体11和递送器12,所述刷体11可运动地内置在所述递送器12前端的弯管12-1内。所述刷体11的工作部11-1在外力作用下可从所述弯管12-1内伸出或退回。
参考图1和图1-2,所述内置式牙间刷101的递送器12的端面12-11是斜面,与所述可伸缩型内置式牙间刷900的轴向呈β角。
本实施例中,所述β角小于90°。
通常,所述β角的范围选取5°~50°。所述β角是小于90°的锐角,尤其是5°~50°之间的锐角,这样可以在所述端面12-11的上部形成锐角锥度,锥尖的位置刚好可以镶嵌在牙 缝中,同时由于是锐角,下部不会阻挡所述刷体11的运动,使用过程非常方便。
参考图2和图4,本实施例中,所述刷体11为直线型,采用弹性材料制造;所述刷体11在发生弹性变形后能安装在所述弯管12-1内,当所述刷体11从所述弯管12-1伸出后,所述刷体11又能恢复或基本恢复直线型。
所述弹性材料选自:弹性高分子材料、或弹性金属材料。如:采用弹性高分子材料制造所述刷体11的工作部11-1的纤维或凸起11-11,而采用弹性金属材料制造所述刷体11的连接体11-2,通过在金属模具中注塑成型的工艺,将弹性金属材料制造的连接体11-2与弹性高分子材料制造的纤维或凸起11-11组成一个整体,形成所述刷体11,这样复合结构的内置式牙间刷既保证了所述刷体11的工作部11-1的柔软性,又保持了所述刷体11整体的弹性和适度的刚性,具有良好的力的传递性。
参考图5,所述刷体11也可以是弧线型。当所述刷体11从所述弯管12-1伸出后,所述刷体11呈弧线型,所述弧线型可以设计成与牙齿外部轮廓接近的弧形。
所述刷体11还可以是采用可塑形的材料制造,如利用细钢丝制造所述刷体11的连接体11-2,根据牙齿外部轮廓,可以预先对所述刷体11的连接体11-2进行一定程度的塑形,当所述刷体11的工作部11-1从所述弯管12-1中伸出后,可以基本保持预先设定的形状。
当然本领域的技术人员还可以根据需要设计不同类型的刷体,申请人在此不一一举例说明,但都不脱离本申请的保护范围。
本实施例中,所述伸缩机构200是滑动型伸缩机构201。所述滑动型伸缩机构201含滑槽21和滑块22。推动所述滑块22沿所述滑槽21往复运动,就可以将所述内置式牙间刷101从所述手柄300内伸出或收回。
所述滑槽21设置在所述手柄300的壳体32上,所述滑块22通过连接端22-1和所述内置式牙间刷101的连接部13连接,将所述内置式牙间刷101和所述伸缩机构200连接成一个整体。
为保证所述内置式牙间刷101伸出所述手柄300后能固定在所述手柄300外,所述滑槽21的上端部设有止锁块21-1,为保证所述内置式牙间刷101收回所述手柄后能固定收纳在所述手柄300内,在所述滑槽的下端部设有限位块21-2。当向上推动所述滑块22时,所述滑块22越过所述止锁块21-1时,可将所述内置式牙间刷101被固定在所述手柄300外,可以防止清洁过程中所述内置式牙间刷101向所述手柄300内滑动。当向下推动所述滑块22时,所述滑块22越过所述限位块21-2时,所述内置式牙间刷101就被固定在所述手柄300的纳物空间31内,防止携带过程中所述内置式牙间刷101滑出所述手柄300。
所述伸缩机构200也可以是旋转型伸缩机构,如采用螺纹螺杆的运动方式,通过旋转 所述伸缩机构200将所述内置式牙间刷101从所述手柄300中推出或收回。当然,本领域的技术人员还可以根据需要设计出不同结构的所述伸缩机构200,都并不脱离本申请的保护范围。
本实施例中,所述内置式牙间刷101的递送器12通过所述连接部13以粘接的方式固定安装在所述伸缩机构200上,清洁完毕后只需要更换所述刷体11即可,既满足了定期更换工具,方便清洁的卫生要求,又可以防止在清洁过程中所述内置式牙间刷101从所述伸缩机构200上脱落,使用过程非常安全。
所述内置式牙间刷101还可以通过整体制造、超声焊接等各种方式固定连接在所述伸缩机构200上,申请人在此不一一列举,但都不脱离本申请的保护范围。
所述内置式牙间刷101也可以通过凹凸卡配合、或螺纹连接方式、或过盈配合连接等方式可拆卸地安装在所述可伸缩机构200上,便于将所述内置式牙间刷101整体拆卸、清洗或更换,申请人在此不具体举例说明,但都不脱离本申请的保护范围。
组装时,首先将所述手柄300的底盖33取下,将所述内置式牙间刷101和所述伸缩机构200连接在一起,将所述内置式牙间刷101和所述伸缩机构200一起从所述手柄300的底部置入所述纳物空间31内,将所述伸缩机构200的滑块22安装在所述滑槽21内,装上所述底盖33即可。
使用时,向上推动所述滑块22,将所述内置式牙间刷101从所述手柄300中推出。然后先将所述刷体11退回所述递送器12前端的弯管12-1内,将所述递送器12前端的弯管12-1的端面12-11上部的锥尖顶住需要清洁的牙缝处,再推动所述刷体11,所述刷体11的工作部11-1从所述弯管12-1中伸出并进入牙缝,即可对牙缝进行清洁。这样,可以很好地解决现有内置式牙间刷难以对准牙缝,容易刺伤牙龈组织的问题,而且锥尖可以很好地镶嵌在牙缝处,不容易滑脱,定位非常方便,也更加稳固。
使用完毕后,只需向下推动所述滑块22,所述滑块22即可带动所述内置式牙间刷101向下运动,所述内置式牙间刷101被收回所述手柄300的纳物空间31内。所述手柄300即可形成一个小巧的器械盒,非常便于携带和所述内置式牙间刷101的收纳。
本实施例之可伸缩型内置式牙间刷由于采用了内置式牙间刷,具有使用方便、安全,易于收纳、携带的多项优点。
尤其是所述递送器12的端面12-11的斜面设计,在使用过程中所述端面12-11形成锥度,锥尖可以很好地镶嵌在牙缝处,可以更好地对牙缝进行定位,当推拉所述刷体时,也更不容易滑脱,定位更加方便、稳定。
应该注意,本文中公开和说明的结构可以用其它效果相同的结构代替,同时本发明所介绍的实施例并非实现本发明的唯一结构。虽然本发明的优先实施例已在本文中予以介绍和说明,但本领域内的技术人员都清楚知道这些实施例不过是举例说明而己,本领域内的技术人员可以做出无数的变化、改进和代替,而不会脱离本发明,因此,应按照本发明所附的权利要求书的精神和范围来的界定本发明的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 可伸缩型内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述可伸缩型内置式牙间刷(900)含内置式牙间刷(101)、伸缩机构(200)和手柄(300);所述手柄(300)含纳物空间(31),所述内置式牙间刷(101)通过所述伸缩机构(200)能从所述手柄(300)的纳物空间(31)内伸出或收回所述纳物空间(31)内;所述内置式牙间刷(101)的递送器(12)的端面(12-11)是斜面,与所述可伸缩型内置式牙间刷(900)的轴向呈β角。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述可伸缩型内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述β角小于90°。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述可伸缩型内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述β角的优选范围是5°~50°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述可伸缩型内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述内置式牙间刷(101)含刷体(11)和递送器(12),所述刷体(11)可运动地内置在所述递送器(12)前端的弯管(12-1)内;所述端面(12-11)位于所述弯管(12-1)的出口端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述可伸缩型内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述刷体(11)采用弹性材料制造;所述弹性材料选自:弹性高分子材料、或弹性金属材料。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述可伸缩型内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述伸缩机构(200)是滑动型伸缩机构、或旋转型伸缩机构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述可伸缩型内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述伸缩机构(200)是滑动型伸缩机构(201);所述滑动型伸缩机构(201)含滑槽(21)和滑块(22);推动所述滑块(22)沿所述滑槽(21)往复运动,就可以将所述内置式牙间刷(101)从所述手柄(300)内伸出或收回。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述可伸缩型内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述内置式牙间刷(101)可拆卸地安装在所述伸缩机构(200)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述可伸缩型内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述内置式牙间刷(101)通过凹凸卡配合连接方式、或螺纹连接方式、或过盈配合连接方式连接在所述伸缩机构(200)上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述可伸缩型内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述内置式牙间刷(101)不可拆卸地安装在所述伸缩机构(200)上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述可伸缩型内置式牙间刷,其特征在于:所述内置式牙间刷(101)通过粘接或整体制造的方式连接在所述伸缩机构(200)上。
