步骤S20、识别失败,获取识别失败的失败原因;
在本实施例中,设备判定识别失败时,可以先获取当前采用的识别方式,并根据所述识别方式确定所述失败原因。
具体地,当所述设备确定通过网络识别方式对所述语音信息进行语音识别时,其识别过程为:
将所述语音信息发送至所述服务器,以供所述服务器在接收到设备上传的语音信息时,根据服务器上的在线识别引擎根据对语音信息进行语音识别。并在根据并在识别出所述语音信息对应的控制指令时,将所述控制指令发送至设备。
当设备在预设时长内未接收到所述语音信息对应的控制指令,判定为语音识别失败。当设备判定语音识别失败,且当前采用的识别方式为网络识别时,判定语音识别失败的失败原因为网络连接故障。
可以理解的是,所述预设时长可以由开发者自定义设置,并存储在设备的储存介质中,以供设备可以直接读取所述预设时长。
当所述设备通过本地识别方式对所述语音信息进行语音识别时,直接根据所述语音信息的内容确定语音内容,并根据语音内容在本地数据库中查询对应的控制指令。当无法确定语音内容,或者在根据所述语音内容无法查询到匹配的控制指令时,判定本地识别失败,并将所述失败原因判定为语音信息不完整。
在本地识别失败时,判定所述失败原因为语音信息不完整。
步骤S30、根据所述失败原因输出提示信息。
在本实施例中,当设备确定当前语音识别失败对应失败原因时,根据所述失败原因确定对应的提示信息,并输出所述提示信息。
具体地,当所述失败原因为网络连接故障时,输出网络连接故障的提示信息。当所述失败原因为语音信息不完整时,输出语音信息不完整,请重新输入语音信息的提示信息。
其中,所述提示信息可以语音播报的方式输出,也可以以文字显示的方式输出。本实施例对此不作限定。
在本实施例公开的技术方案中,当终端接收到语音信息,对所述语音信息进行识别,在识别失败时,获取识别失败的失败原因,并根据所述失败原因输出提示信息。由于在语音识别失败时,可以获取失败原因,并根据失败原因输出提示信息,这样达成了提高语音控制失败时提示信息的准确性效果。
基于上述实施例,在另一实施例中,当识别方式为网络识别时,还可以接收网络识别的反馈信息,并根据所述反馈信息确定所述失败原因。
在本实施例中,通过网络识别方式对接收到的语音信息进行识别时,可以将接收到的语音信息发送至服务器。服务器根据接收到语音信息进行语音识别。
示例性地,当服务器接收到所述语音信息时,可以将所述语音信息转换为文本信息,并根据所述文本信息在网络数据库或者所述服务器自身的数据库中查询所述文本信息对应的识别内容。当无法根据所述文本信息查找到对应的识别内容或者无法将所述语音信息转换为服务器可识别的文本信息时,服务器可以向设备发送反馈信息,其中,所述反馈信息可以包括语音信息错误的提示内容,使得设备接收到所述反馈信息时,可以根据所述反馈信息确定所述失败原因为语音错误。进而生成语音信息错误,请重新输入语音信息的提示信息。以使用户在接收到所述语音信息错误,请重新输入语音信息的提示信息时,重新输入正确的语音信息。
在本实施例公开的技术方案中,由于可以根据服务器的反馈信息确定失败原因,并输出所述失败原因对应的提示信息,从而达成了提高语音控制失败时提示信息的准确性效果。
基于图2所示的实施例,在又一实施例中,在语音识别失败,且当前的识别方式为本地识别时,可以判定所述失败原因为语音信息不完整,并输出重新输出语音信息的提示信息。
在本实施例中,当设备判定识别原因为语音信息不完整后,可以控制本地识别失败次数加一。其中,所述本地识别失败次数可以保存在存储介质中,并可以由设备在满足触发条件时,控制更新其对应的具体数值。
当设备在预先设定的时长内再次接收到的新语音信息时,可以再次对所述新语音信息进行本地识别,并在识别失败时,获取所述本地识别失败次数的具体值。
在所述本地识别失败次数大于或者等于预设次数时,可以获取设备的配网信息。并根据所述配网信息确定失败原因。具体地,根据所述配网信息确定所述设备是否已配网;所述设备已配网,判定所述失败原因为网络连接故障;所述设备为配网,判定所述失败原因为设备未配网。
当所述本地识别失败次数小于预设次数时,定所述失败原因为语音信息不完整,以提醒用户再次输入语音信息。
在本实施例公开的技术方案中,可以在本地识别多次识别失败时,获取设备的配网信息,并根据配网信息确定失败原因。这样可以避免设备由于为配网而强制进入本地识别时,导致用户多次重复输入本地识别无法识别的语音控制指令。从而达成了准确提醒用户语音识别失败原因的效果。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种电器,所述电器包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的错误检测程序,所述错误检测程序被所述处理器执行时实现如上各个实施例所述的语音控制报错方法的步骤。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有错误检测程序,所述错误检测程序被处理器执行时实现如上各个实施例所述的语音控制报错方法的步骤。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者系统不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者系统所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者系统中还存在另外的相同要素。

通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在如上所述的一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是智能手机、空调器及/或智能音箱等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种语音控制报错方法,其中,所述语音控制报错方法包括以下步骤:
    终端接收到语音信息,对所述语音信息进行识别;
    识别失败,获取识别失败的失败原因;以及
    根据所述失败原因输出提示信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的语音控制报错方法,其中,所述获取识别失败的失败原因的步骤包括:
    获取当前采用的识别方式;以及
    根据所述识别方式确定所述失败原因。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的语音控制报错方法,其中,所述根据所述识别方式确定识别失败原因的步骤包括:
    当前的识别方式为网络识别,则判定所述失败原因为网络连接故障;
    所述根据所述失败原因输出提示信息的步骤包括:
    输出网络故障提示信息。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的语音控制报错方法,其中,所述根据所述识别方式确定识别失败原因的步骤包括:
    当前的识别方式为网络识别,接收网络识别的反馈信息;以及
    根据所述反馈信息确定所述失败原因。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的语音控制报错方法,其中,所述根据所述识别方式确定识别失败原因的步骤包括:
    当前的识别方式为本地识别,则判定所述失败原因为语音信息不完整;
    所述根据所述失败原因输出提示信息的步骤包括:
    输出重新输出语音信息的提示信息。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的语音控制报错方法,其中,所述获取识别失败的失败原因的步骤包括:
    更新本地识别失败次数;
    所述本地识别失败次数大于或者等于预设次数,获取配网信息,并根据所述配网信息确定所述失败原因;以及
    所述本地识别失败次数小于预设次数,判定所述失败原因为语音信息不完整。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的语音控制报错方法,其中,所述获取配网信息,并根据所述配网信息确定所述失败原因的步骤包括:
    根据所述配网信息确定所述设备是否已配网;
    所述设备已配网,判定所述失败原因为网络连接故障;以及
    所述设备为配网,判定所述失败原因为设备未配网。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的语音控制报错方法,其中,所述终端接收到语音信息,对所述语音信息进行识别的步骤包括:
    接收音频信息号,并将所述音频信号转换为电信号;以及
    基于所述电信号对所述语音信息进行识别。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的语音控制报错方法,其中,所述基于所述电信号对所述语音信息进行识别的步骤之前,还包括:
    基于所述电信号判定所述语音信息中是否包含唤醒关键词;以及
    所述语音信息中包含所述唤醒关键词,执行所述基于所述电信号对所述语音信息进行识别的步骤。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的语音控制报错方法,其中,所述基于所述电信号判定所述语音信息中是否包含唤醒关键词的步骤之后,还包括:
    所述语音信息中未包含所述唤醒关键词,丢弃当前接收到的所述语音信息。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的语音控制报错方法,其中,所述基于所述电信号对所述语音信息进行识别的步骤包括:
    基于所述电信号对所述语音信息进行本地识别;或者
    基于所述电信号对所述语音信息进行网络识别。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的语音控制报错方法,其中,所述基于所述电信号对所述语音信息进行网络识别的步骤之前,还包括:
    所述终端与服务器之间已建立通信连接,执行所述基于所述电信号对所述语音信息进行网络识别的步骤。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的语音控制报错方法,其中,所述基于所述电信号对所述语音信息进行本地识别的步骤之前,还包括:
    所述终端与服务器之间未建立通信连接,执行所述基于所述电信号对所述语音信息进行本地识别的步骤。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的语音控制报错方法,其中,所述终端包括麦克风,设置为接收所述语音信息。
  15. 一种电器,其中,所述电器包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的错误检测程序,所述错误检测程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    终端接收到语音信息,对所述语音信息进行识别;
    识别失败,获取识别失败的失败原因;以及
    根据所述失败原因输出提示信息。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有错误检测程序,所述错误检测程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    终端接收到语音信息,对所述语音信息进行识别;
    识别失败,获取识别失败的失败原因;以及
    根据所述失败原因输出提示信息。
