Abstract

本公开提供一种数据传输方法及装置,其中,所述数据传输方法包括:在需要发送目标数据到支持多个用户身份模块SIM卡的终端上的第一SIM卡时,确定所述终端上是否存在第二SIM卡;如果存在所述第二SIM卡,则发送目标指示信息到所述第二SIM卡所接入的基站。本公开中核心网在需向第一SIM卡发送目标数据时,不需要向第一SIM卡的跟踪区域内的所有基站进行寻呼,可以向第二SIM卡所接入的基站发送目标指示信息,从而将目标数据发送给第一SIM卡,降低了数据传输的延时,提高了数据传输的效率。

数据传输方法及装置 技术领域
本公开涉及通信领域,尤其涉及数据传输方法及装置。
背景技术
目前,支持多SIM(Subscriber Identification Module,用户身份模块)卡的终端越来越多。典型的应用场景如下:
商务用户有一张私人SIM卡和一张商务SIM卡,两张SIM卡放在同一个终端上;或者普通用户有多张私人SIM卡,可以根据业务来选择使用哪张SIM卡。
同一终端所支持的多张SIM卡可以来自同一个运营商也可以来自不同的运营商。
相关技术中,对于处于IDLE(空闲)状态的SIM卡,如果有数据需要发送给该SIM卡时,核心网会先向该SIM卡所处TA(Tracking Area,跟踪区域)内的所有基站进行寻呼,然后这些基站再向该SIM卡发送寻呼信令,收到基站发送的寻呼信令的该SIM卡再与基站建立RRC(Radio Resource Control,无线资源控制)连接,从而进行数据的接收。而这对于具有低时延要求的数据传输来说是不能满足要求的。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开实施例提供一种数据传输方法及装置。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种数据传输方法,所述方法用于核心网,包括:
在需要发送目标数据到支持多个用户身份模块SIM卡的终端上的第一SIM卡时,确定所述终端上是否存在第二SIM卡;
如果存在所述第二SIM卡,则发送目标指示信息到所述第二SIM卡所接入的基站。
可选地,所述目标指示信息包括第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于告知所述基站所述目标数据是需要发送给所述第一SIM卡的数据;
所述方法还包括:
在发送所述目标指示信息到所述基站的同时,发送所述目标数据到所述基站。
可选地,所述目标指示信息还包括第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于告知所述基站所述第一SIM卡和所述第二SIM卡属于同一所述终端。
可选地,所述目标指示信息包括第三指示信息,所述第三指示信息用于告知所述基站所述核心网有所述目标数据需要发送给所述第一SIM卡;
所述方法还包括:
接收所述基站基于所述第三指示信息返回的用于请求所述目标数据的数据请求消息;
基于所述数据请求消息,发送所述目标数据给所述基站。
可选地,所述目标指示信息还包括第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于告知所述基站所述第一SIM卡和所述第二SIM卡属于同一所述终端。

第一发送模块,被配置为如果存在所述第二SIM卡,则发送目标指示信息到所述第二SIM卡所接入的基站。
可选地,所述目标指示信息包括第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用 于告知所述基站所述目标数据是需要发送给所述第一SIM卡的数据;
所述装置还包括:
第二发送模块,被配置为在所述第一发送模块发送所述目标指示信息到所述基站的同时,发送所述目标数据到所述基站。

本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
本公开实施例中,核心网在需向终端上的第一SIM卡发送目标数据时,不需要向第一SIM卡的TA内的所有基站进行寻呼,而是向该终端的第二SIM卡所接入的基站发送目标指示信息,从而可以实现将目标数据发送给第一SIM卡,降低了数据传输的延时,提高了数据传输的效率。
本公开实施例中,可选地,目标指示信息可以包括第一指示信息,用于告知基站目标数据是需要发送给第一SIM卡的数据,相应地,核心网还可以在发送目标指示信息到基站的同时,将目标数据发送给基站,由基站与第一SIM卡建立RRC连接之后,发送目标数据给第一SIM卡。实现了通过第二SIM卡所接入的基站发送目标数据给第一SIM卡的目的,降低了数据传输的延时,提高了数据传输的效率。
本公开实施例中,可选地,目标指示信息可以包括第一指示信息和第二指示信息,其中,第二指示信息用于告知基站第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡属于同一终端。基站接收到目标数据、第一指示信息和第二指示信息之后,可以仍与第一SIM卡建立RRC连接,然后发送目标数据给第一SIM卡,或者基站可以直接将目标数据发送给第二SIM卡,后续由第二SIM卡转发 目标数据给第一SIM卡。从而能够省去与第一SIM卡建立RRC连接所需的资源消耗,且同样实现了降低数据传输的延时,提高数据传输的效率的目的。
本公开实施例中,可选地,目标指示信息可以包括第三指示信息,第三指示信息用于告知基站核心网由目标数据需要发送给第一SIM卡。第二SIM卡接入的基站可以返回用于请求目标数据的数据请求消息,核心网根据数据请求消息,将目标数据发送给该基站。基站与第一SIM卡建立RRC连接之后,将目标数据发送给第一SIM卡。实现了降低数据传输的延时,提高数据传输的效率的目的。
本公开实施例中,目标指示信息可以包括第二指示信息和第三指示信息,核心网同样根据第二SIM卡接入的基站发送的数据请求消息,将目标数据发送给该基站。基站侧可以与第一SIM卡建立RRC连接之后,将目标数据发送给第一SIM卡,或者基于第二指示信息和第三指示信息,将目标数据发送给第二SIM卡,后续由第二SIM卡转发目标数据给第一SIM卡。从而能够省去与第一SIM卡建立RRC连接所需的资源消耗,且同样实现了降低数据传输的延时,提高数据传输的效率的目的。
本公开实施例中,第一SIM卡是所述终端上处于空闲状态的SIM卡,所述第二SIM卡是所述终端上与所述第一SIM卡属于同一运营商且处于连接状态的SIM卡,可用性高。
本公开实施例中,基站在接收到核心网发送的目标数据和第一指示信息后,根据第一指示信息与第一SIM卡建立RRC连接并将目标数据发送给第一SIM卡,从而使得核心网不需要向第一SIM卡的TA内的所有基站进行寻呼,而只通过第二SIM卡所接入的基站即可将目标数据发送给第一SIM卡,能够降低数据传输的延时,提高数据传输的效率。
本公开实施例中,基站可以在接收到第二指示信息之后,通过第二SIM卡将目标数据发送给第一SIM卡,由第二SIM卡将目标数据转发给第一SIM卡,从而能够省去与第一SIM卡建立RRC连接所需的资源消耗。
本公开实施例中,基站在接收到核心网发送的第三指示信息后,确认可以接收目标数据后向核心网发送请求目标数据的数据请求消息,然后接收核心网发送来的目标数据,在与第一SIM卡建立RRC连接之后将目标数据发发送给第一SIM卡,从而使得核心网不需要向第一SIM卡的TA内的所有基站进行寻呼,而只通过第二SIM卡所接入的基站即可将目标数据发送给第一SIM卡,能够降低数据传输的延时,提高数据传输的效率。
本公开实施例中,基站在可以接收目标数据的情况下,接收核心网发送的目标数据,并根据第二指示信息和第三指示信息,通过第二SIM卡将目标数据发送给第一SIM卡,从而能够省去与第一SIM卡建立RRC连接所需的资源消耗。

可选地,核心网除了发送目标数据和第一指示信息给第二SIM卡接入的基站之外,还可以发送第二指示信息给该基站,其中,第二指示信息用于告知所述基站所述第一SIM卡和所述第二SIM卡属于同一所述终端。基站在接收到第二指示信息之后,可以仍然与第一SIM卡建立RRC连接,将目标数据直接发送给第一SIM卡。或者基站可以基于第一指示信息和第二指示信息,将目标数据发送给已经与该基站建立连接的第二SIM卡,第二SIM卡再转发目标数据给第一SIM卡。
在本公开实施例中,核心网发送的目标指示信息还可以是第三指示信息,用于告知所述基站所述核心网有所述目标数据需要发送给所述第一SIM卡。由基站基于第三指示信息决定是否接收目标数据。
基站在可以接收目标数据时,发送数据请求消息到核心网,核心网基 于该数据请求消息将目标数据发送给基站,基站与第一SIM卡建立RRC连接之后,将目标数据发送给第一SIM卡。

    在需要发送目标数据到支持多个用户身份模块SIM卡的终端上的第一SIM卡时,确定所述终端上是否存在第二SIM卡;
    如果存在所述第二SIM卡,则发送目标指示信息到所述第二SIM卡所接入的基站。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标指示信息包括第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于告知所述基站所述目标数据是需要发送给所述第一SIM卡的数据;
    所述方法还包括:
    在发送所述目标指示信息到所述基站的同时,发送所述目标数据到所述基站。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标指示信息还包括第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于告知所述基站所述第一SIM卡和所述第二SIM卡属于同一所述终端。

    基于所述数据请求消息,发送所述目标数据给所述基站。

    接收所述核心网基于所述数据请求消息发送的所述目标数据;
    与所述第一SIM卡建立无线资源控制RRC连接之后,发送所述目标数据给所述第一SIM卡;或
    基于所述第二指示信息和所述第三指示信息,将所述目标数据发送给所述第二SIM卡。

    确定模块,被配置为在需要发送目标数据到支持多个用户身份模块 SIM卡的终端上的第一SIM卡时,确定所述终端上是否存在第二SIM卡;
    第一发送模块,被配置为如果存在所述第二SIM卡,则发送目标指示信息到所述第二SIM卡所接入的基站。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述目标指示信息包括第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于告知所述基站所述目标数据是需要发送给所述第一SIM卡的数据;
    所述装置还包括:
    第二发送模块,被配置为在所述第一发送模块发送所述目标指示信息到所述基站的同时,发送所述目标数据到所述基站。
