Abstract

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이미지의 특이 영역 분석 방법은, 입력되는 이미지와 관련된 적어도 하나의 정상 이미지를 생성하도록 학습된 제1 기계학습 모델에 비정상 이미지를 입력하여, 상기 비정상 이미지와 관련된 복수의 정상 이미지를 생성하는 단계와, 각각의 상기 복수의 정상 이미지와 상기 비정상 이미지와의 차이를 나타내는 특이 영역을 포함하는 최초 어텐션맵(attention map)을 생성하는 단계와, 오류를 제거하도록 학습된 제2 기계학습 모델을 이용하여 상기 최초 어텐션맵 중 오류인 최초 어텐션맵을 제거함에 기초하여, 최종 어텐션맵을 생성하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
