Abstract
세미 슈퍼바이즈드 학습을 이용한 진단 시스템 제공방법 및 그 시스템이 개시된다. 상기 세미 슈퍼바이즈드 학습을 이용한 진단 시스템 제공방법은 지도학습기반의 뉴럴 네트워크를 통해 학습된 진단 시스템이 소정의 입력 데이터를 입력 받고, 상기 입력 데이터에 대한 진단 결과를 출력하는 단계, 상기 진단 시스템이 상기 진단 결과로 어노테이션된 상기 입력 데이터를 포함하는 자동 어노테이션 학습 데이터를 생성하는 단계, 및 상기 진단 시스템이 생성된 상기 자동 어노테이션 학습 데이터를 이용하여 재학습 프로세스를 수행하는 단계를 포함한다.
