现今,教育、政企、金融等领域中,视频会议与电子白板技术结合的融合会议系统应用较为广泛。在融合会议系统中,在会的人员常常需要将自己早已书写好的文档,背景参考资料等在会议中进行共享,对照文档与在会人员进行探讨、商议、修改、批注以及将最后的结果保存带走,因此融合会议系统下,文档共享成为一种关键技术。
融合会议系统中,传统的文档共享方式是在客户端本地将现有文档打开,然后利用桌面共享将本地的视频画面共享至在会的各个客户端。这种文档共享方式实际是将本地的文件系统通过视频流的方式共享给在会客户端,那么这种机制下只允许发起桌面共享的客户端进行单端文件上传共享,同时以视频流的方式进行交互,并不能让在会的各个客户端对文档都进行批注,翻页,增删页面,以及保存会议讨论的文件批注、修改内容。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供的文档共享的方法、装置和系统,其目的是为了解决现有技术存在的多方参会情况下无法实现让在会的客户端对文档都进行批注、翻页、或修改等操作,仅只能由发起桌面共享的客户端通过视频流的方式共 享文档而在会其它客户端无法进行文档操作的问题。
为了达到上述目的,第一方面,本发明的实施例提供了一种文档共享的方法,包括:接收待共享文档,并将所述文档进行格式转换;向各个客户端广播下载通知消息,其中所述下载通知消息用于指示各个客户端下载格式转换后的所述文档;在第一客户端对所述文档进行内容修改之后,接收第一客户端的内容修改消息,并将所述内容修改消息广播给各个客户端,其中,所述内容修改消息中携带有修改内容,所述修改内容用于供第二客户端下载之后进行显示。

本发明实施例所提供的技术方案解决了现有方案存在的只允许发起桌面共享的客户端进行单端文件上传共享,那么不能让在会的各个客户端都进行批注,翻页,增删页面以及修改内容等问题,能够实现各个客户端都能同时进行批注、翻页、增删页面以及修改内容等功能,能够很好的提升会议效果和效率,提升用户体验。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种文档共享的方法,其中,包括:
    接收待共享的文档,并将所述文档进行格式转换;
    向各个客户端广播下载通知消息,其中所述下载通知消息用于指示各个客户端下载格式转换后的所述文档;
    在第一客户端对所述文档进行内容修改之后,接收第一客户端的内容修改消息,并将所述内容修改消息广播给各个客户端,其中,所述内容修改消息中携带有修改内容,所述修改内容用于供第二客户端下载之后进行显示。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述将所述文档进行格式转换包括:
    将所述文档按页转换成图片格式。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述向各个客户端广播下载通知消息包括:
    向各个客户端广播下载通知消息,其中所述下载通知消息包括所述文档转化后的图片总页数消息及下载文档消息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述内容修改包括以下至少之一:进行文档查看、批注、页面增加、页面删除、会议讲解、页面缩放或者页面保存。
  5. 一种文档共享的方法,其中,包括:
    向客户端上传待共享的文档,其中所述文档用于所述客户端进行格式转换;
    接收所述客户端广播的下载通知消息,根据所述下载通知消息下载格式转换后的所述文档;
    当所述客户端对所述文档进行内容修改之后,将修改内容上传到客户端,其中所述修改内容用于供第二客户端下载后进行显示。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述接收客户端广播的下载通知消息,根据所述下载通知消息下载格式转换后的所述文档包括:
    接收文档转化后的图片总页数,根据所述图片总页数增加相同的电子白板页面数量;
    下载服务器所通知的待共享的文档。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的方法,其中,所述内容修改包括以下至少之一:进行文档查看、批注、页面增加、页面删除、会议讲解、页面缩放或者页面保存。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    将下载好的所述文档在电子白板上显示。
  9. 一种文档共享的装置,其中,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收待共享的文档,并将所述文档进行格式转换;
    通知模块,用于向各个客户端广播下载通知消息,其中所述下载通知消息用于指示各个客户端下载格式转换后的所述文档;
    所述通知模块,还用于在第一客户端对所述文档进行内容修改之后,接收第一客户端的内容修改消息,并将所述内容修改消息广播给各个客户端,其中,所述内容修改消息中携带有修改内容,所述修改内容用于供第二客户端下载之后进行显示。
  10. 一种文档共享的装置,其中,包括:
    上传接收模块,用于向客户端上传待共享的文档,其中所述文档用于所述客户端进行格式转换;
    上传接收模块,还用于接收所述客户端广播的下载通知消息,根据所述下载通知消息下载格式转换后的所述文档;
    以及,用于当所述客户端对所述文档进行内容修改之后,将修改内容上传到客户端,其中所述修改内容用于供第二客户端下载后进行显示。
  11. 一种文档共享的系统,包括服务器、第一客户端、第二客户端,服务器用于实现权利要求1-4任意一项或权利要求5-8任意一项所述的方法;第一客户端用于实现权利要求9或权利要求10所述的装置。
