Abstract

Lors de la détermination de la première cellule, selon la politique de sélection de cellule, le terminal vérifie si la première cellule prend en charge un accès aléatoire en deux étapes afin d'établir un ordre de priorité en utilisant une cellule qui prend en charge un accès aléatoire en deux étapes, en tant que première cellule, de façon à augmenter l'efficacité d'accès aléatoire.
