背景技术
增强机器类型通信eMTC这种广覆盖大连接物联网技术实现广覆盖的关键技术就是多次重复传输。多次重复传输有重传增益,可以实现即使终端在信号非常差的地方,通过发送很多次来使得接收端成功接收。如果重复传输次数不足,接收端不能得到重传接收增益,也就不能成功接收到终端发送的数据,进而影响了数据的可靠性。
3GPP release 14协议中规定,如果物理上行控制信道PUCCH或物理上行共享信道PUSCH与物理随机接入信道PRACH冲突至少一个资源块RB时,会丢弃PUCCH或PUSCH的传输。但是丢弃的PUCCH或PUSCH会计入重复传输次数中,导致PUCCH或PUSCH真实的重复传输次数不足,进而导致PUCCH或PUSCH传输的可靠性较低,以至于影响eMTC用户的可靠性。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种数据传输方法、装置及电子设备,以解决如果PUCCH或PUSCH与PRACH冲突至少一个资源块RB时,会丢弃PUCCH或PUSCH的传输。但是丢弃的PUCCH或PUSCH会计入重复传输次数中,导致PUCCH或PUSCH真实的重复传输次数不足,进而导致PUCCH或PUSCH传输的可靠性较低,以至于影响eMTC用户的可靠性的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种数据传输方法,应用于终端,所述数据传输方法包括:

具体实施方式
本发明实施例公开了一种信息传递方法及装置,其核心发明点在于,通过以与当前的应用模式对应的震动参数在预设的区域进行震动的方式传递信息,因为震动是在预设的区域进行的,所以,用户以外的其他人如果不接触预设的区域,就不能感受到震动,从而使得信息的传递具有较高的安全性。
本发明实施例提供了一种数据传输方法,应用于终端,该终端与基站 相互通信。
参照图1,所述数据传输方法可以包括:
S11、获取冲突处理规则。
其中,所述冲突配置规则为当所述物理上行控制信道PUCCH或物理上行共享信道PUSCH与物理随机接入信道PRACH发生冲突时的处理规则。
在实际应用中,冲突配置规则可以是:
若所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则,对所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH执行传输延后操作,直至所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH所使用的资源块空闲时,开始进行所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输。以及,若所述冲突资源块的数目不满足预设冲突判定规则,丢弃所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输。
在本发明的另一具体实现方式中,对所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则进行解释说明,具体的,所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则可以包括:
1)若所述冲突资源块的数目大于第一预设阈值,确定所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则;
或,2)确定包括的所述冲突资源块的数目大于第二预设阈值的冲突子帧的数目;
若所述冲突子帧的数目大于第三预设阈值,确定所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则。
可以从时域和频域进行冲突的判定,冲突资源块的数目大于第一预设阈值即是从频域角度进行冲突判断,第一预设阈值可以是零,也可以是非零的值,如1、2、3等。参照图2,图2显示了PUCCH或PUSCH的资源块RB与PRACH的资源块RB的冲突,即PUCCH或PUSCH与PRACH占用了同一子帧的同一频域资源。当冲突资源块的数目大于第一预设阈值,即认为发生了冲突。
冲突子帧的数目大于第三预设阈值即是从时域角度进行冲突判断,参照图3,i、j、j+M-1和i+N-1均表示子帧,在图3中,PUCCH或PUSCH的传输子帧和PRACH的传输子帧冲突。在本实施例中,首先一子帧中的冲突资源块的数目大于第二预设阈值,另外上述这种子帧的数量冲突资源块的数目大于第二预设阈值,此时才能认为是时域上的子帧冲突。在现有技术中,直 接采用丢弃PUCCH和PUSCH的传输的方式来解决冲突,但是这种方式会导致PUCCH或PUSCH的重复传输次数不足,进而通过本发明实施例中的冲突处理规则来解决传输次数不足的问题。其中,第一预设阈值和第二预设阈值可以相同,也可以不同。
上述的“若所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则,对所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH执行传输延后操作,直至所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH所使用的资源块空闲时,开始进行所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输”是指:
在确定发生冲突时,暂停PUCCH或PUSCH的传输,此时PRACH的传输仍在继续,当PRACH传输完成时,PRACH占用的资源会被释放,此时即可保证PUCCH或PUSCH的传输使用的资源是空闲的,进而可以在此时开始进行PUCCH或PUSCH的传输,以保证PUCCH/PUSCH的真实传输次数足够解调。
上述的“若所述冲突资源块的数目不满足预设冲突判定规则,丢弃所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输”是指:
若所述冲突资源块的数目不满足预设冲突判定规则,即说明此次冲突不严重,偶尔丢弃PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输并不会导致基站接收数据的完整性严重不足,进而在对数据完整性要求不是很严的场景,可以丢弃几次PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输。
S12、当PUCCH或PUSCH与PRACH发生冲突时,获取所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH与所述PRACH冲突资源块的数目。
具体的,终端会获取到PUCCH或所述PUSCH与所述PRACH冲突资源块的数目。
S13、判断冲突资源块的数目是否满足预设冲突判定规则;若满足,执行步骤S14;若不满足,执行步骤S15。
S14、对所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH执行传输延后操作,直至所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH所使用的资源块空闲时,开始进行所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输。
S15、丢弃所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输。
步骤S14和步骤S15的具体解释已在前述介绍,请参照上述实施例中的相应说明。
本实施例中,当PUCCH或PUSCH与PRACH发生冲突、且所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则,对所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH执行传输延后操作,直至所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH所使用的资源块空闲时,开始进行所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输。即本发明不会直接丢弃PUCCH或PUSCH的传输,而是采用延后传输操作,当所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH所使用的资源块空闲时,开始进行所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输,能够保证PUCCH或PUSCH的重复传输次数,进而提高PUCCH或PUSCH传输的可靠性和eMTC用户的可靠性,此外,还能够保证吞吐量、时延、可靠性等性能指标。
上述步骤S11是“获取冲突处理规则”,先对冲突处理规则是如何获取的进行解释说明,共有三种实现方式,具体如下:
1、获取冲突处理规则包括:
获取所述终端在出厂时配置的所述冲突处理规则。
参照图4,在出厂时约定基站、终端的冲突子帧数和/或RB数及冲突处理原则(即冲突处理规则),基站正常调度PUCCH/PUSCH,并下发调度PUCCH/PUSCH的DCI消息,终端侧在发送PUCCH/PUSCH时,判决PUCCH/PUSCH是否与PARACH冲突,在冲突时,然后根据预先设定的冲突处理原则发送PUCCH/PUSCH。在不冲突时,正常调度PUCCH/PUSCH。
2、获取冲突处理规则包括:
获取基站下发的携带有所述冲突处理规则的消息;所述消息包括主系统信息块MIB、系统信息块SIB和无线资源控制RRC消息中的至少一个。
具体的,参照图5,基站通过MIB/SIB/RRC消息下发冲突子帧数和或RB数及冲突处理原则(即冲突处理规则),基站正常调度PUCCH/PUSCH,并下发调度PUCCH/PUSCH的DCI消息,终端侧在发送PUCCH/PUSCH时,判决PUCCH/PUSCH是否与PARACH冲突,在冲突时,然后根据预先设定的冲突处理原则发送PUCCH/PUSCH。在不冲突时,正常调度PUCCH/PUSCH。
3、获取冲突处理规则包括:
在基站识别出所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH与所述PRACH发生冲突时,获取所述基站通过DCI(Downlink Control Information)消息下发的所述冲突处理规则。
参照图6,基站正常调度PUCCH/PUSCH,基站侧在调度PUCCH/PUSCH时,根据冲突判断原则(冲突判断规则),判断调度的PUCCH/PUSCH与PRACH冲突的子帧数和/或RB数,进而判断PUCCH/PUSCH是否与PRACH冲突,若存在冲突,基站根据冲突处理原则(冲突处理规则)下发携带延后传输指示的DCI,终端侧再次判断PUCCH/PUSCH是否与PRACH冲突,若冲突,则根据收到的携带延后传输指示的DCI进行PUCCH/PUSCH延后传输。
本实施例中,给出了三种获取冲突处理规则的实现方式,进而可以在不同的场景下选取不同的获取方式。
可选的,在上述数据传输方法的实施例的基础上,本发明的另一实施例提供了一种数据传输装置,应用于终端,所述数据传输装置包括:
规则获取模块101,用于获取冲突处理规则;所述冲突配置规则为当所述物理上行控制信道PUCCH或物理上行共享信道PUSCH与物理随机接入信道PRACH发生冲突时的处理规则;
数据获取模块102,用于当PUCCH或PUSCH与PRACH发生冲突时,获取所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH与所述PRACH冲突资源块的数目;
传输处理模块103,用于若所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则,对所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH执行传输延后操作,直至所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH所使用的资源块空闲时,开始进行所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输。
进一步,还包括:
判断模块,用于判断所述冲突资源块的数目是否满足预设冲突判定规则;
所述判断模块用于判断所述冲突资源块的数目是否满足预设冲突判定规则时,具体用于:
若所述冲突资源块的数目大于第一预设阈值,确定所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则;
或,确定包括的所述冲突资源块的数目大于第二预设阈值的冲突子帧的数目;若所述冲突子帧的数目大于第三预设阈值,确定所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则。
进一步,所述传输处理模块还用于:
丢弃所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输。
本实施例中,当PUCCH或PUSCH与PRACH发生冲突、且所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则,对所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH执行传输延后操作,直至所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH所使用的资源块空闲时,开始进行所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输。即本发明不会直接丢弃PUCCH或PUSCH的传输,而是采用延后传输操作,当所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH所使用的资源块空闲时,开始进行所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输,能够保证PUCCH或PUSCH的重复传输次数,进而提高PUCCH或PUSCH传输的可靠性和eMTC用户的可靠性,此外,还能够保证吞吐量、时延、可靠性等性能指标。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的各个模块的工作过程,请参照上述实施例中的相应说明,在此不再赘述。
可选的,在上述数据传输装置的实施例的基础上,所述规则获取模块用于获取冲突处理规则时,具体用于:
获取所述终端在出厂时配置的所述冲突处理规则;
或,获取基站下发的携带有所述冲突处理规则的消息;所述消息包括主系统信息块MIB、系统信息块SIB和无线资源控制RRC消息中的至少一个;
或,在基站识别出所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH与所述PRACH发生冲突时,获取所述基站通过DCI消息下发的所述冲突处理规则。
本实施例中,给出了三种获取冲突处理规则的实现方式,进而可以在不同的场景下选取不同的获取方式。

其中,所述存储器用于存储程序;
处理器调用程序并用于执行上述的数据传输方法。
本实施例中,当PUCCH或PUSCH与PRACH发生冲突、且所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则,对所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH执行传输延后操作,直至所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH所使用的资源块空闲时,开始进行所述PUCCH 或所述PUSCH的传输。即本发明不会直接丢弃PUCCH或PUSCH的传输,而是采用延后传输操作,当所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH所使用的资源块空闲时,开始进行所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输,能够保证PUCCH或PUSCH的重复传输次数,进而提高PUCCH或PUSCH传输的可靠性和eMTC用户的可靠性,此外,还能够保证吞吐量、时延、可靠性等性能指标。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种数据传输方法,其特征在于,应用于终端,所述数据传输方法包括:
    获取冲突处理规则;所述冲突配置规则为当所述物理上行控制信道PUCCH或物理上行共享信道PUSCH与物理随机接入信道PRACH发生冲突时的处理规则;
    当PUCCH或PUSCH与PRACH发生冲突时,获取所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH与所述PRACH冲突资源块的数目;
    若所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则,对所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH执行传输延后操作,直至所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH所使用的资源块空闲时,开始进行所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的数据传输方法,其特征在于,获取冲突处理规则,包括:
    获取所述终端在出厂时配置的所述冲突处理规则;
    或,获取基站下发的携带有所述冲突处理规则的消息;所述消息包括主系统信息块MIB、系统信息块SIB和无线资源控制RRC消息中的至少一个;
    或,在基站识别出所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH与所述PRACH发生冲突时,获取所述基站通过DCI消息下发的所述冲突处理规则。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的数据传输方法,其特征在于,所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则,包括:
    若所述冲突资源块的数目大于第一预设阈值,确定所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则;
    或,确定包括的所述冲突资源块的数目大于第二预设阈值的冲突子帧的数目;
    若所述冲突子帧的数目大于第三预设阈值,确定所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的数据传输方法,其特征在于,若所述冲突资 源块的数目不满足预设冲突判定规则,还包括:
    丢弃所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输。
  5. 一种数据传输装置,其特征在于,应用于终端,所述数据传输装置包括:
    规则获取模块,用于获取冲突处理规则;所述冲突配置规则为当所述物理上行控制信道PUCCH或物理上行共享信道PUSCH与物理随机接入信道PRACH发生冲突时的处理规则;
    数据获取模块,用于当PUCCH或PUSCH与PRACH发生冲突时,获取所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH与所述PRACH冲突资源块的数目;
    传输处理模块,用于若所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则,对所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH执行传输延后操作,直至所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH所使用的资源块空闲时,开始进行所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的数据传输装置,其特征在于,所述规则获取模块用于获取冲突处理规则时,具体用于:
    获取所述终端在出厂时配置的所述冲突处理规则;
    或,获取基站下发的携带有所述冲突处理规则的消息;所述消息包括主系统信息块MIB、系统信息块SIB和无线资源控制RRC消息中的至少一个;
    或,在基站识别出所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH与所述PRACH发生冲突时,获取所述基站通过DCI消息下发的所述冲突处理规则。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的数据传输装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    判断模块,用于判断所述冲突资源块的数目是否满足预设冲突判定规则;
    所述判断模块用于判断所述冲突资源块的数目是否满足预设冲突判定规则时,具体用于:
    若所述冲突资源块的数目大于第一预设阈值,确定所述冲突资源块的数目满足预设冲突判定规则;
    或,确定包括的所述冲突资源块的数目大于第二预设阈值的冲突子帧的数目;若所述冲突子帧的数目大于第三预设阈值,确定所述冲突资源块 的数目满足预设冲突判定规则。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的数据传输装置,其特征在于,所述传输处理模块还用于:
    丢弃所述PUCCH或所述PUSCH的传输。
  9. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器和处理器;
    其中,所述存储器用于存储程序;
    处理器调用程序并用于执行权利要求1至4所述的数据传输方法。
