Description

用于运输安全的电子网及其编织方法
本发明涉及一种能够检测网体是否被破坏的电子网,尤其是一种用于保障运输安全的电子网。
机场的货物运输,尤其是对空运出境货物,需要对货物进行X射线检查,以满足安检的要求。现行的大部分国家的机场一般都会在机场设置货运中心,并在货运中心安装X射线检查设备对所有即将空运的货物进行安检,完成安检后的货物将直接运送至货机进行运输。对于货运量较大的机场,则需要按照货运量设置相应规模的货运中心,以便能够满足货物暂存的需要。而对于某些国家或地区,如香港,由于机场的空间有限而无法满足处理大量的航空货运的需要。为此就需要将货物的安检转移至机场外的区域进行,通过安检的货物再通过车辆运输至机场进行航空货运。为了确保安检后的货物转送过程中可能出现的安全漏洞,需要使用特定的安全措施,包括使用货运绳网对货物进行固定,并使用一次性带特殊标号的锁扣对绳网进行固定包装以防止在转运过程中货物被偷换、加塞未安检货物等等,完成转运后还要安排人员对上述包装进行全面的检查,以便发现绳网、锁扣等是否出现破损等等。但是上述安全措施在实际操作过程中非常繁琐、效率低,而且人工的检查难免会出现疏漏,无法有效杜绝转运过程出现的安全漏洞。
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种用于运输安全的电子网,通过电子锁与电子网的配合,能够迅速的检查电子网在转运的过程中是否出现破损的问题,以简化机场对转运安全的检查,极大提高了工作效率并减少人工检查出现的疏漏,能够有效杜绝转运过程所出现的安全漏洞。
另外,本发明还提供了一种电子网的编织方法,以便能够使用带导线的编织线实现电子网的编织。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
用于运输安全的电子网,其由一根编织线编织而成的网体,所述编织线中沿线体埋有导线,导线的两端分别接驳至电子锁;所述网体整体覆盖运输的货物,有固定带依次穿过网体边缘的网孔并与放置货物的底板固定;沿固定带按照指定的间隔设置防拆卸的索带,索带穿过底板、固定带和/或网体的边缘网孔;所述索带上设有唯一的标识符;运输前,所述电子网按照以下步骤执行安全设置:
a.将待运输的货物装载到底板,并将固定带锁紧在底板上;
b.将电子安全网覆盖至货物上,将网体的边缘网孔与固定带固定连接;
c.按照指定的间隔沿固定带设置防拆卸的索带并记录所有索带的标识符;
d.将编织线中导线的两端接驳至电子锁并启用电子锁以检测编织线中导线是否存在断开;
完成运输后,需要执行以下项目对电子完全网进行核验:
a.检查电子锁是否出现导线因断开而出现的故障信号;
b.核对所有索带的标识符是否与记录一致并检查索带的完整性;
如上述通过上述核验项目,则确认货物运输过程安全,否则货物在运输过程存在完全问题,对货物不予接收。

一种用于运输安全的电子网的编制方法,所述电子网的网体是由网孔以及相邻网孔之间的绳结交错连结而成,其编织方法如下:
a.将编织线环绕形成第一个网孔并打绳结固定;
b.将编织线环绕并穿过上一个网孔形成新的网孔,并在编织线绕过上一网孔的位置形成绳结将新网孔与上一网孔连接固定;
c.重复步骤b,完成一行网孔及绳结结构;
d.沿一行网孔的垂直方向将编织线环绕并穿过上一行相应网孔形成新的网孔,并在编织线绕过上一行对应网孔的位置形成绳结将新网孔与上一行对应网孔连接固定;然后,将编织线环绕并穿过上一行相应网孔以及同一行中相邻的网孔形成新的网孔,并在编织线绕过上一行对应网孔的位置以及同一行中相邻网孔的位置分别形成绳结将新网孔与上一行对应网孔及同一行中相邻网孔连接固定。

本发明的有益效果:电子网的网体使用一根带导线的编织线编织而成,或即使有多个子网体,子网体之间的导线也是串接而成,网体的导线两端连接至电子锁,如网体出现破损导致编织线中的导线断开,电子锁就能够迅速的监测到以上故障,而且即使断开的导线被重新接上,也不能消除电子锁的故障记录,因此当货物经X射线完成安检后使用本电子网覆盖货物并与底板通过固定带锁紧后再加上索带进行标识就可以转运,转运完成后只需安排人员检查电子锁是否出现故障信号并观察索带的标识符是否与记录一致以及是否存在破损等,即可完成转运是否存在安全问题的检查,操作过程简单且能够极大减少因人员导致的疏忽而引致的安全漏洞。

实施例
参照图1所示,用于运输安全的电子网,其包括网体1,网体1为其由一根编织线编织而成,编织线中沿线体埋有导线,导线的两端分别接驳至电子锁2。电子锁2启用后,连接导线的端口输出相应的电信号并通过导线连通,一旦导线出现断裂使得电子锁2的端口无法连通,电子锁2就判定网体1被拆开而发出故障信号,即使将导线断裂的部分重新连接,电子锁2依然保持故障信号的记录,也就是通过观察电子锁2是否出现故障记录即可以判断电子网是否出现安全问题。
为防止编织线的导线部分出现短路而引致安全漏洞,编织线是由绝缘编织外层及导线组成,绝缘编织外层一般采用较为强韧的编织线在导线外编织而成,一方面可以起到绝缘的作用,另一方面能够提高编织线整体的抗拉性能,防止使用过程中导线很容易被拉扯断裂。由于编织线还需要通过编织形成网体1,编织过程中需要弯曲打折等,因此要求绝缘编织外层具有一定的弹性,以满足使用的要求。同样,导线的性能也有一定的要求,具体包括导线的抗拉性能以及导电性能等,其中导电性能一般要求编织成的电子网的整体电阻率不超过30KΩ,优选电阻率为10-15KΩ,因较大的电阻率将会影响电子锁2端口的信号传输能力,导致电子网及电子锁2无法正常工作。
其中,电子锁2中设有用于检测接驳端是否导通的检测电路。该检测电路接驳电子网后通过电子网的导线部分形成回路。当电子锁2启用后,检测电路就会输出电信号至电子网以检测回路是否出现中断,及电子网的导线是否出现断开,一旦出现中断就发出相应的故障信号。同时,为更好的监测转运过程的货物运送路线及及时监测电子网的情况,参照图2,电子锁2中还设有卫星定位电路及通信电路,通信电路连接至卫星定位电路并获取实时的定位数据,通信电路还连接至检测电路以获取其状态,如是否出现故障信号等,然后通信电路通过无线网络将定位数据及故障信号传输至远程的服务器,服务器将对上述数据及信号进行存储和监测,一旦出现问题,服务器将及时通知相关人员进行处理。
为便于将电子网与放置货物的底板进行固定,需要使用固定带3,将固定带3依次穿过网体1边缘的网孔并与放置货物的底板固定即可。一般来说,还需要在底板设置用于固定固定带3的连接扣,固定带3穿过连接扣与底板连接固定。为防止固定带3被破坏或更换所导致的安全漏洞,沿固定带3按照指定的间隔还需要设置防拆卸的索带4,索带4穿过底板、固定带3和/或网体1的边缘网孔,从而防止固定带3被拆除更换。同时每根索带4上还设有唯一的标识符,同样是为了防止更换。
通过X射线进行安检的货物转运至机场时,需要按照以下步骤执行,以确保安全:
a.将待运输的货物装载到底板,并将固定带3锁紧在底板上;
b.将电子安全网覆盖至货物上,把网体1的边缘网孔与固定带3固定连接;
c.按照指定的间隔沿固定带3设置防拆卸的索带4并记录所有索带4的标识符;
d.将编织线中导线的两端接驳至电子锁2并启用电子锁2以检测编织线中导线是否存在断开;
当货物到达机场完成运输后,只需安排人员执行以下项目对电子完全网进行核验:
a.检查电子锁2是否出现导线因断开而出现的故障信号;
b.核对所有索带4的标识符是否与记录一致并检查索带4的完整性;
如上述通过上述核验项目,则确认货物运输过程安全,否则货物在运输过程存在完全问题,对货物不予接收。整个操作过程简单且能够极大减少因人员导致的疏忽而引致的安全漏洞。
考虑到,如货物较多,使用单一电子网无法完全覆盖所有货物,可使用将多个子网体拼接而成一体的电子网网体1。具体为吧相邻子网体的边缘的网孔相互交叉编织连接,子网体之间的导线采用串联的方式接驳连接,接驳连接处通过固定套固定;首个子网体的导线端与最末子网体的导线端接驳至电子锁2。另外,为了进一步加固子网体之间连接的牢固程度,所述相邻子网体的边缘使用编织线沿网孔穿插打结固定,且该编织线的导线也串接至子网体的导线之间。
电子网的网体1是由网孔以及相邻网孔之间的绳结交错连结而成,使用如下编织方法编织而成:
a.将编织线环绕形成第一个网孔并打绳结固定;
b.将编织线环绕并穿过上一个网孔形成新的网孔,并在编织线绕过上一网孔的位置形成绳结将新网孔与上一网孔连接固定;
c.重复步骤b,完成一行网孔及绳结结构;
d.沿一行网孔的垂直方向将编织线环绕并穿过上一行相应网孔形成新的网孔,并在编织线绕过上一行对应网孔的位置形成绳结将新网孔与上一行对应网孔连接固定;然后,将编织线环绕并穿过上一行相应网孔以及同一行中相邻的网孔形成新的网孔,并在编织线绕过上一行对应网孔的位置以及同一行中相邻网孔的位置分别形成绳结将新网孔与上一行对应网孔及同一行中相邻网孔连接固定。
f.重复步骤d,完成整个网体1的编织。
为防止通过电子网的网孔过大,使可以通过网孔偷换货物,网孔的尺寸一般要求小于2.5CM,优选尺寸为1.2-1.8CM。电子网的绳结也比较宽松,使得电子网整体具有较好的弹性,可根据与货物的接触位置自行进行调整。

Claims (7)

  1. 用于运输安全的电子网,其特征在于:其由一根编织线编织而成的网体(1),所述编织线中沿线体埋有导线,导线的两端分别接驳至电子锁(2);所述网体(1)整体覆盖运输的货物,有固定带(3)依次穿过网体(1)边缘的网孔并与放置货物的底板固定;沿固定带(3)按照指定的间隔设置防拆卸的索带(4),索带(4)穿过底板、固定带(3)和/或网体(1)的边缘网孔;所述索带(4)上设有唯一的标识符;运输前,所述电子网按照以下步骤执行安全设置:
    a.将待运输的货物装载到底板,并将固定带(3)锁紧在底板上;
    b.将电子安全网覆盖至货物上,将网体(1)的边缘网孔与固定带(3)固定连接;
    c.按照指定的间隔沿固定带(3)设置防拆卸的索带(4)并记录所有索带(4)的标识符;
    d.将编织线中导线的两端接驳至电子锁(2)并启用电子锁(2)以检测编织线中导线是否存在断开;
    完成运输后,需要执行以下项目对电子完全网进行核验:
    a.检查电子锁(2)是否出现导线因断开而出现的故障信号;
    b.核对所有索带(4)的标识符是否与记录一致并检查索带(4)的完整性;
    如上述通过上述核验项目,则确认货物运输过程安全,否则货物在运输过程存在完全问题,对货物不予接收。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于运输安全的电子网,其特征在于:编织线至少由绝缘编织外层及导线组成,绝缘编织外层具有弹性并将导线包裹在内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于运输安全的电子网,其特征在于:所述电子网的网体(1)由多个子网体连接而成,相邻子网体的边缘的网孔相互交叉编织连接,子网体之间的导线采用串联的方式接驳连接,接驳连接处通过固定套固定;首个子网体的导线端子与最末子网体的导线端子接驳至电子锁(2)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于运输安全的电子网,其特征在于:所述相邻子网体的边缘使用编织线沿网孔穿插打结固定,且该编织线的导线也串接至子网体的导线之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于运输安全的电子网,其特征在于:所述电子锁(2)中至少设有用于检测接驳端是否导通的检测电路,该检测电路接驳电子网后通过电子网的导线部分形成回路;电子锁(2)启用后,检测电路输出电信号检测回路是否出现中断,一旦出现中断就发出相应的故障信号。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于运输安全的电子网,其特征在于:所述电子锁(2)中还设有卫星定位电路及通信电路,通信电路连接至卫星定位电路并获取定位数据,通信电路还连接至检测电路获取故障信号,通信电路通过无线网络将定位数据及故障信号传输至远程的服务器。
  7. 一种权利要求1所述的用于运输安全的电子网的编制方法,其特征在于:所述电子网的网体(1)是由网孔以及相邻网孔之间的绳结交错连结而成,其编织方法如下:
    a.将编织线环绕形成第一个网孔并打绳结固定;
    b.将编织线环绕并穿过上一个网孔形成新的网孔,并在编织线绕过上一网孔的位置形成绳结将新网孔与上一网孔连接固定;
    c.重复步骤b,完成一行网孔及绳结结构;
    d.沿一行网孔的垂直方向将编织线环绕并穿过上一行相应网孔形成新的网孔,并在编织线绕过上一行对应网孔的位置形成绳结将新网孔与上一行对应网孔连接固定;然后,将编织线环绕并穿过上一行相应网孔以及同一行中相邻的网孔形成新的网孔,并在编织线绕过上一行对应网孔的位置以及同一行中相邻网孔的位置分别形成绳结将新网孔与上一行对应网孔及同一行中相邻网孔连接固定。
    f.重复步骤d,完成整个网体(1)的编织。
