在这里,通过公扣2的外轮廓可以对母扣1套设于公扣2上的过程起到导向作用。优选地,母扣1和公扣2的外表面均进行打磨处理,使其触感更加圆润。母扣1和公扣2均可采用刚性材质铸造,不易磨损变形。
进一步地,下面将对本实施例的绳尾扣的使用方法进行说明。
首先,如图8所示,将两根绳子8均穿过母扣1的第二进绳孔4,再分别穿过公扣2的两个第一进绳孔3。
然后,如图9-图10所示,通过引导部10引导两根绳子8从出绳孔5的开口伸出,将两根绳子8的尾部打成绳结9,再回抽绳子8,使得绳结9被挡止部23挡止于出绳孔5一侧。
最后,如图11所示,将母扣1沿着绳子8套设在公扣2上,再通过第一缘部21和第二缘部22的配合以及前述卡榫6与缺口7的配合,使得公扣2完全固定母扣1,从而实现绳尾扣的组装。
本实用新型构造一种绳尾扣,包括公扣和母扣,公扣的结构与一般绳尾扣相似;母扣可分离地套设在公扣上,从而能够封闭公扣上出绳孔的开口。 这样,绳结部分不会外露,使得绳尾扣更为美观。本实用新型的绳尾扣设计巧妙,实用性强。
上面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例进行了描述,但是本实用新型并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本实用新型的启示下,在不脱离本实用新型宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本实用新型的保护之内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种绳尾扣,包括公扣(2),公扣(2)上开设有第一进绳孔(3),其特征在于,公扣(2)还开设有与第一进绳孔(3)连通的出绳孔(5);
    绳尾扣还包括通过绳子(8)与公扣(2)串在一起的母扣(1),母扣(1)上开设有第二进绳孔(4);
    绳子(8)分别穿设于第二进绳孔(4)和第一进绳孔(3)中,绳子(8)的尾部打成绳结(9);该绳结(9)被第一进绳孔(3)的周缘挡止于出绳孔(5)一侧;
    母扣(1)凭借绳子(8)的引导可分离地套设在公扣(2)上,以封闭出绳孔(5)的开口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的绳尾扣,其特征在于,母扣(1)顶部形成有与第一进绳孔(3)连通的缺口(7),公扣(2)上设有卡榫(6);
    随着母扣(1)套设在公扣(2)上,卡榫(6)卡入缺口(7)中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的绳尾扣,其特征在于,公扣(2)的顶部外圈形成有第一缘部(21),公扣(2)的底部外圈形成有第二缘部(22);
    第一缘部(21)和第二缘部(22)用于配合限制母扣(1)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的绳尾扣,其特征在于,公扣(2)和母扣(1)的外轮廓均呈圆台形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的绳尾扣,其特征在于,第一进绳孔(3)具有两个;两个第一进绳孔(3)并列设置,使得公扣(2)在两个第一进绳孔(3)之间的部分形成挡止部(23)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的绳尾扣,其特征在于,出绳孔(5)内壁上凸出形成有引导绳子(8)从出绳孔(5)的开口伸出的引导部(10)。
