上述传动插槽上设置有定位套6,所述定位套6与传动插槽之间设置有导向槽和导向块,所述导向槽与导向块卡接形成定位套6对容置槽的遮蔽,所述定位套6上开设有供传动杆31穿出的穿孔。这样设置的有益效果是,采用上述方案,可以更好的对驱动座3进行支撑,保证驱动座3的位置稳定,同时对容置腔11进行遮蔽,减少外界污物进入的可能性,同时这种结构连接简单,利于实现,提高产品的使用效果。
上述驱动座3靠近传动插槽的一端设置有固定孔,所述传动杆31插设在固定孔中,所述传动杆31侧壁上开设有楔形凹槽34,所述固定孔内壁设置有楔形块33,所述楔形块33与楔形凹槽34卡接形成传动杆31在固定孔中的固定。这样设置的有益效果是,采用上述方案,保证传动杆31与驱动座3的连接,同时拆装替换方便,固定效果好,提高整体刷头使用的稳定性,以及使用效果。
上述的实施例仅为本发明的优选实施例,不能以此来限定本发明的权利范围,因此,依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化,比如采用类似工艺、类似结构的等效产品仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种电动牙刷刷头,包括刷柄和刷盘,所述刷柄中空设置形成有容置腔,所述刷柄一端设置有转动槽,另一端为设置有传动插槽,所述转动槽与传动插槽通过容置腔导通设置,所述刷盘转动设置在转动槽上,其特征在于:所述容置腔中转动设置有驱动座,所述驱动座上设置有用于与电机传动连接形成在容置腔中往复转动的传动杆,所述容置腔中还转动设置有换向件,所述容置槽中设置有牵引带,所述牵引带一端与刷盘外周壁固定连接,另一端经换向件换向后与驱动座外周壁固定连接形成驱动座对刷盘转动的传动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷刷头,其特征在于:所述刷盘侧壁上沿周向设置有传动槽,所述驱动座侧壁沿周向设置有定位槽,所述换向件包括换向轴和两个转动设置在换向轴上的换向轮,所述换向轴沿容置腔宽度方向固定设置在容置腔中,所述牵引带呈环形设置,所述牵引带一端绷紧套设传动槽上,另一端沿容置腔长度方向延伸并经换向轮换向后绷紧套设在定位槽上设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电动牙刷刷头,其特征在于:所述刷盘中心轴与驱动座中心轴所成的夹角为70~120°。
    4 根据权利要求2所述的电动牙刷刷头,其特征在于:所述定位槽弯折设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的电动牙刷刷头,其特征在于:所述容置腔中靠近转动槽的一端设置有固定槽,所述驱动座上形成有转动杆,所述转动杆转动插设在固定槽中形成对驱动座的定位。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的电动牙刷刷头,其特征在于:所述容置腔中靠近转动槽的一端设置有限位杆,所述刷盘侧壁上设置有限位槽,所述限位杆插设在限位槽中形成对刷头转动角度的限位。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的电动牙刷刷头,其特征在于:所述传动插槽上设置有定位套,所述定位套与传动插槽之间设置有导向槽和导向块,所述导向槽与导向块卡接形成定位套对容置槽的遮蔽,所述定位套上开设有供传动杆穿出的穿孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电动牙刷刷头,其特征在于:所述驱动座靠近传动插槽的一端设置有固定孔,所述传动杆插设在固定孔中,所述传动杆侧壁上开设有楔形凹槽,所述固定孔内壁设置有楔形块,所述楔形块与楔形凹槽卡接形成传动杆在固定孔中的固定。
